目的 探讨益生菌联合常规药物对难治性癫痫患儿的治疗效果及对患儿脑电图的影响,为该类患儿的治疗提供参考。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年5月我院收治的104例难治性癫痫患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和联合组。对照组患儿采用常规药物治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上联用益生菌治疗。对比两组患儿治疗前后癫痫发作频率、脑电图情况、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、神经递质[γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)]水平及治疗后的临床疗效和用药安全性。结果 治疗前两组患儿癫痫发作频率、脑电图各频段相对功率以及IL-6、TNF-α、GABA和5-HT水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后两组患儿癫痫发作频率、脑电图θ频段相对功率及IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且联合组患儿以上指标水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿GABA和5-HT水平均升高,且联合组的GABA和5-HT水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患儿临床疗效分布差异有统计学意义,联合组总有效率高于对照组(94.23%vs 80.77%,P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患儿的不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对难治性癫痫患儿采用益生菌联合常规药物治疗能有效降低其癫痫发作频率,改善脑电图相应频段的相对功率,减轻炎症反应,抑制异常兴奋,且疗效显著,安全性高。  相似文献

目的:探讨氯吡格雷强化治疗对老年急性心肌梗死患者炎性反应及氧化-抗氧化水平的影响。方法:选择我院2012年1月至2016年12月收治的400例老年急性心肌梗死患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予氯吡格雷强化治疗,对比两组患者的疗效,治疗期间的不良心血管事件及不良反应的发生情况,治疗前后的血清白介素1 (interleukin-1,IL-1)、白介素2 (interleukin-2,IL-2)、白介素6 (interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素10 (interleukin-10,IL-10)水平及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、过氧化酶(catalase,CAT)及谷胱甘肽氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSHPX protein)水平。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组(72%,P0.05);观察组的心血管不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05);两组的不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后的血清IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、MDA水平均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组以上指标水平均明显低于对照组(P0.05),而两组治疗后的血清SOD、CAT、GSHPX水平均较治疗前明显上升,且观察组以上指标水平均明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:与常规治疗相比,氯吡格雷强化治疗可显著提高老年急性心肌梗死患者的临床疗效,这可能与有效减轻患者的炎症反应,增强抗氧化作用有关。  相似文献

目的:研究注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合丙戊酸钠对脑卒中后癫痫的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择2016年1月~2019年4月东南大学附属中大医院江北院区神经内科住院的80例脑卒中后癫痫患者,将其随机分为两组。对照组的40例患者仅给予丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组的40例患者给予丹参多酚酸盐联合丙戊酸钠治疗。比较两组治疗后的脑电图检查结果、癫痫症状控制情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为明显高于对照组(97.50%vs. 80%,P0.05);两组的累及导联数、痫样放电、发作持续时间、发作次数较治疗前以及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(Neuron specific enolase,NSE)水平均较治疗前明显降低(P0.05),且观察组以上指标均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。两组的嗜睡、皮疹、头痛、感觉异常、恶心呕吐的发生率比较差异无明显统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫的疗效明显优于单用丙戊酸钠治疗,其可更有效控制癫痫症状,且安全性较高。  相似文献

目的:探讨α-硫辛酸对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效及对氧化应激、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,CysC)的影响。方法:将82例于我院进行治疗的2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用α-硫辛酸。治疗时间均为2周。观察两组治疗效果并比较两组患者治疗前、后氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)及Hcy、CysC水平变化。结果:治疗后,观察组氧化应激指标SOD水平均较治疗前显著升高(P0.05),MDA水平均较治疗前显著降低(P0.05),对照组氧化应激指标SOD及MDA水平与治疗前无明显差异(P0.05),两组治疗后SOD及MDA水平差异显著(P0.05);治疗后,观察组Hcy、CysC水平较治疗前显著降低(P0.05),对照组Hcy、CysC水平与治疗前无明显差异(P0.05),两组治疗后Hcy、CysC水平差异显著(P0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸可缓解糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激状态,降低Hcy、CysC水平,改善患者肾功能。  相似文献

目的:探讨血必净注射液联合静脉胰岛素泵入治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的效果及对氧化应激反应的影响。方法:选择2016年8月至2018年8月我院收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者80例,根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=39)。对照组给予胰岛素泵治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用血必净注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)水平的变化及临床症状改善时间。结果:治疗后,两组单核细胞趋化蛋白水平均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,观察组MDA低于对照组,SOD、TAC水平均显著高于对照组(P0.05);观察组血糖达标、尿酮体转阴、PH恢复时间及胰岛素用量均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:血必净注射液联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的效果显著明显优于单用血必净治疗,可能与其有效提高机体的抗氧化能力有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨左乙拉西坦用于治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效及对血清IgA、IgM、IgG含量的影响。方法:选择2014年1月-2017年1月在我院就诊的癫痫患儿102例为研究对象,按治疗方式不同将其分为各51例患儿的观察组与对照组,观察组给予患儿左乙拉西坦片进行治疗,对照组给予患儿丙戊酸钠口服液进行治疗,两组患儿均治疗时间为24周。对比两组患儿的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平、认知功能评分和癫痫发作次数变化。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率96.09%(49/51)高于对照组84.31%(43/51)(P0.05);两组患儿的IgA、IgM和IgG含量均比治疗前有所下降,且观察组IgA和IgM含量低于对照组(P0.05),两组IgG含量无差异(P0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率11.76%(6/51)低于对照组25.49%(13/51)(P0.05);观察患儿的FIQ、PIQ和VIQ评分均比治疗前有所升高,对照组患儿的FIQ、PIQ和VIQ评分均比治疗前有所下降,观察组评分高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后,两组各类型癫痫患儿的发作次数均比治疗前有所降低(P0.05),且观察组各类型癫痫患儿的发作次数均明显少于对照组(P0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的疗效显著,可显著降低癫痫患儿的血清免疫球蛋白水平,改善认知功能,降低癫痫的发作次数,且安全性较高。  相似文献

目的:探讨盐酸纳美芬联合醒脑静注射液对急性酒精中毒昏迷患者的疗效及血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)、超氧歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:研究对象选自我院2015年2月~2016年10月收治的128例急性酒精中毒昏迷患者,采取随机数字表将其分成两组,每组64例。对照组给予盐酸纳美芬治疗,观察组联合给予醒脑静注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清β-EP、SOD、MDA水平的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,与对照组(79.69%)相比明显上升(P0.05)。观察组苏醒时间、症状消失时间均显著短于对照组(P0.01),苏醒后恶心呕吐、头晕头痛、全身乏力、心悸胸闷、血压下降发生率分别为14.06%、12.50%、32.81%、15.63%、12.50%,与对照组相比均有明显下降(P0.05)。两组治疗后血清β-EP、MDA水平均较治疗前显著下降,血清SOD水平显著上升(P0.01),且观察组这3项指标改善效果较对照组更为明显(P0.01)。两组患者治疗后血清ALT、AST、GGT水平均较治疗前显著下降(P0.01),观察组下降更明显(P0.01)。结论:盐酸纳美芬联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性酒精中毒昏迷患者可有效减轻机体内氧化应激反应,促进快速苏醒,疗效确切。  相似文献

目的:探讨奥卡西平与丙戊酸钠对癫痫患者血液学指标、认识功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将2015年6月至2017年5月我院接诊的癫痫患者98例纳入本研究,随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗。观察组给予奥卡西平治疗。比较两组同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)水平、简明精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、癫痫患者生活质量量表(QOLIE)评分,并比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者Hcy、ADMA水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但治疗前和治疗后两组患者Hcy、ADMA水平组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组治疗后MMSE评分高于治疗前和对照组(P0.05);对照组治疗前后MMSE评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗后QOLIE各项评分高于治疗前(P0.05),观察组治疗后精力/疲乏、认知功能、药物影响等评分以及总评分高于对照组(P0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.08%,与对照组的10.20%比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:奥卡西平与丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫患者均可升高其Hcy、ADMA水平,无严重不良反应发生,而奥卡西平在改善癫痫患者的认知功能和生活质量等方面优于丙戊酸钠。  相似文献

目的:探讨硫辛酸联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性。方法:选取了80例糖尿病肾病患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(39例)给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组(41例)给予缬沙坦和硫辛酸治疗。通过观察并记录患者治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),尿蛋白排泄率(UAER),尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG),血清丙二醛(MDA),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及治疗期间不良反应情况,评价硫辛酸联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性。结果:治疗前两组hs-CRP,UEAR,β2-MG差异无统计学意义(P0.05),经2个疗程药物治疗后两组各指标均明显降低。使用硫辛酸联合缬沙坦治疗的患者,治疗后上述指标降幅更明显(P0.05),治疗前,两组SOD、MDA、T-AOC水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后两组SOD、T-AOC水平均显著增加,MDA水平显著降低(P0.05)。组间比较,观察组SOD、T-AOC水平高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组(P0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应率无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:硫辛酸联合缬沙坦能显著减少糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白水平,改善机体氧化应激状态,用药安全,值得临床推广使用。  相似文献

目的:探讨在降糖药的基础上联合应用电针治疗糖尿病并发周围性面瘫的临床疗效及对氧化应激的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年12月我院收治的糖尿病并发周围性面瘫患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组39例与对照组39例,对照组采取常规控制血糖处理及补充维生素,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用电针疗法,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后电生理指标以及氧化应激指标水平的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为94.87%,显著高于对照组(71.79%,P0.05);两组患者的CMAP波幅均较治疗前显著提高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P0.05);两组患者的R1波潜伏期均较治疗前明显缩短,且观察组显著短于对照组(P0.05);两组患者的MDA均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P0.05);两组患者的SOD、GSH-Px均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:在降糖药的基础上联合应用电针治疗糖尿病并发周围性面瘫的疗效显著优于单用降糖药治疗,可能与其显著减轻机体氧化应激水平有关。  相似文献

The cytoplasmatic globules of Ilex aquifolium L. mainly consist of fatty acid esters of the triterpenoid alcohols α and β-amyrin. In very young leaves these are practically only palmitates. With increasing leaf age, increasing amounts of saturated and unsaturated C18 acids were found with comparatively high amounts of linoleic and linolenic acid in leaves of one year and older. Some accumulation of the triterpene precursor squalene was also observed with increasing age of the leaves. In addition to age effects, seasonal changes occur too. Independent of the age of the leaf, an increase in palmitic acid and a decrease in linoleic and especially linolenic acid was observed in the winter in mature leaves.  相似文献

An overview is presented on the advancement of the two most frequently used derivatization protocols applying the o-phthalaldehyde (OPA)-thiol and the fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl (FMOC) chloride reagents, prior to the high performance liquid chromatographic analysis of amino acids. This review pays special attention (i) to the blank value, to the composition, to the stability and to the life time of the reagents, (ii) to the optimum pH conditions for the interactions and derivatives' elutions, (iii) to the characteristics and behavior of those amino acids which might provide more than one derivative correlating with the molar ratios of the reagent to the reactants, and (iv) on the practical applicability of the optimized protocols.  相似文献

The binding of calmodulin to red cell membrane cytoskeletons and to purified spectrin from red cells and bovine brain spectrin (fodrin) has been examined. Under physiological solvent conditions binding can be measured by ultracentrifugal pelleting assays. The membrane cytoskeletons contained a single class of binding sites, with a concentration similar to that of spectrin dimers and an association constant of 1.5 X 10(5) M-1. Binding is calcium dependent and is suppressed by the calmodulin inhibitor trifluoperazine. The binding showed a marked dependence on ionic strength, with a maximum at 0.05 M, and a steep dependence on pH, with a maximum at pH 6.5. It was unaffected by 5 mM magnesium. An azidocalmodulin derivative, under the conditions of our experiments, did not label the spectrin-containing complex, although it could be used to demonstrate binding to fodrin. Binding of calmodulin to spectrin tetramers and fodrin in solution could be demonstrated by a pelleting assay after addition of F-actin. Calculations (which are necessarily rough) suggest that at the free calcium concentration prevailing in a normal red cell about 1 in 20 of the calmodulin binding sites in spectrin will be occupied; this proportion will rise rapidly with increasing intracellular calcium. To determine whether inhibition of calmodulin binding to red cell proteins disturbs the control of cell shape, as has been suggested, calcium ions were removed from the cell by addition of an ionophore and of ethylene glycol bis(beta-aminoethyl ether)-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid to the external medium. Trichorzianines A (TA) and B (TB) are microheterogeneous mixtures of antibiotic nonadecapeptides of the peptaibol class which interact with lipidic membranes and modify their permeability properties. The TB differ from the TA by replacement of the Gln-18 by a Glu, giving rise to a C-terminal negative charge at neutral pH. The role of this charge on the trichorzianine-lipid interaction was investigated with model membranes by fluorescence spectroscopy and the results were correlated with the biological activity toward the amoeba Dictyostelium discoideum. The interaction of the acidic trichorzianine TB IIIc (Glu-18) with phospholipid bilayers and the subsequent induced permeability were weaker than that exhibited by the uncharged TA IIIc (Gln-18) and MeTB IIIc (TB IIIc monomethyl ester). The unfavourable effect of the negative charge in TB IIIc was strongly enhanced by incorporation of cholesterol in the bilayer. Similarly, TA IIIc as well as MeTB IIIc induced growth inhibition and lysis of the amoeba Dictyostelium at four times lower concentrations than TB IIIc. The results suggested that the interaction of trichorzianines with the phospholipid bilayer and the subsequent modifications of permeability were involved in the inhibitory properties and cell lysis induced by trichorzianines toward Dictyostelium.  相似文献

Two forms of pig kidney calpain II were isolated, both of which appeared to contain an intact 80 kDa large subunit, but which showed specific proteolytic degradation at the N-terminal end of the 30 kDa small subunit. The structure of each of these molecules was investigated by amino acid sequence analysis. The forms corresponded to molecules with small subunits starting at residue 38 (degraded calpain A) and at residue 62 (degraded calpain B) of the complete sequence. These molecules were tested for their ability to interact with phosphatidylinositol and with carbohydrate (agarose gel-filtration media). Calpain and degraded calpain A, but not degraded calpain B, would interact with phosphatidylinositol. Thus the sequence (G)17TAMRILG (residues 38-61) is essential for the interaction. Neither calpain nor the degraded forms of the enzyme showed specific interaction with carbohydrate.  相似文献

【目的】从26株真菌菌株中筛选高产漆酶菌株。【方法】采用愈创木酚法进行产漆酶菌株的筛选,通过正交实验对筛选出的高产菌株进行优化,并通过形态学和分子系统学对菌株进行鉴定。【结果】26株真菌菌株中有4株可产生漆酶,其中菌株H52.1为产漆酶最好菌株;菌株H52.1产漆酶优化培养基碳源为可溶性淀粉,氮源为硝酸铵,pH为8,金属离子为Ca2+;经鉴定,该菌株为大孢戴氏霉。【结论】大孢戴氏霉在产漆酶方面值得进一步研究开发。  相似文献
