月相对两种稻螟灯下诱蛾量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
经圆形统计分析安徽省庐江县 1 962~ 2 0 0 1年灯光诱蛾资料 ,发现三化螟和二化螟的诱蛾量受到月相的显著影响。诱蛾量的平均角或集中趋势 ,三化螟对应于农历月 2 7日 1 0时 1 3分 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,二化螟对应于 2 4日 1 6时 2 2分 (P <0 0 0 1 )。两种稻螟诱蛾量的集中时间差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。二者合并 ,得到平均集中时间为 2 5日 1 4时 40分。  相似文献

经常规及圆形统计分析 ,结果表明江苏省通州市 1 973~ 2 0 0 0年棉铃虫杨树枝把诱蛾量 (相对量 ,%)受到月相的显著影响。单日比较 ,农历 1 5日蛾量最高 ,3 0日最低 ,前者是后者的 4倍。按 3d时间分段 ,1 3~ 1 5日蛾量最高 ,2 2~ 2 4日最低。按旬分 ,中旬最高 ,下旬最低。按半月分 ,上半月高于下半月。以上差异均达极显著水准 (P <0 0 1 )。圆形分析表明全月蛾峰集中角对应时间为 1 1日 1 1时 3 4分。这些日期都在月满稍前。  相似文献

温度对卷蛾分索赤眼蜂种群参数的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过组建卷蛾分索赤眼蜂 Trichogrammatoidea bactrae Nagaraja在米蛾 Corcyra cephalonica(Stainton)卵上实验种群生命表的方法 ,考察了梯度恒温 17、2 0、2 3、2 6、2 9、32℃和 35℃对该蜂发育、存活和繁殖的影响。在试验温度范围内 ,卷蛾分索赤眼蜂的世代发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短 ,发育历期由 17℃时的 2 0 .77d降至 35℃时的 7.2 5 d。卷蛾分索赤眼蜂的临界发育温度为 11.92和 38.95℃ ,适宜的生长发育温区则介于 2 0~ 2 9℃之间 ,最适发育温度为 2 3.0 7℃。在适宜温度 (2 0~ 2 9℃ )范围内 ,卷蛾分索赤眼蜂的幼期存活率维持在 90 %以上 ,雌成蜂具有较长的寿命 ,7.6 7~ 10 .87d;内禀增长率 (rm)及净生殖力 (R0 ) ,分别介于 0 .2 395~ 0 .4 890和 4 2 .32~ 6 4 .2 3之间。极端温度对卷蛾分索赤眼蜂的生长发育和生殖均有明显的抑制作用 ,在 35℃时 ,其幼期存活率为 12 .98% ,雌成蜂寿命不足 1d,且不能进行正常的生殖活动。温度对卷蛾分索赤眼蜂的子代性比有着显著的影响 ,在 17~ 35℃范围 ,子代雌雄性比随着温度的升高而不断下降 ,17,2 0 ,2 3,2 6 ,2 9℃和 32℃时的子代雌雄性比分别为 6 .73,3.4 8,2 .88,2 .4 5 ,2 .4 1和 1.75 ,温度与子代性比的作用关系可用公式 s=exp(3.5 1- 0 .10  相似文献

日龄和交配状态对二化螟雄蛾内生殖器特征的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
【目的】性信息素群集诱杀应用于二化螟Chilo suppressalis测报和防治。本研究旨在明确性信息素群集诱杀二化螟的机理及诱集雄蛾的交配状态。【方法】利用行为学和生殖器解剖技术,研究不同日龄和交配状态二化螟雄蛾内生殖器特征,并将其与田间性信息素诱集获得的雄蛾进行比较。【结果】二化螟雄蛾单射精管非角质化区可分为7段;生殖器内含物主要为白色,紧实程度可以分为5级(0-4级),存在充满和未充满生殖器两种状态。随着日龄增加,雄蛾附腺以及第3和4段非角质化区内含物等级降低,第5和7段非角质化区内含物未充满比例升高,内含物为白色的比例下降。交配后1 h之内二化螟雄蛾第5和7段非角质化区和复射精管内含物等级显著低于未交配雄蛾,而第1-4段非角质化区内含物等级显著高于未交配雄蛾。交配后24 h,所有内含物等级和未交配雄蛾无显著差异;交配后36 h,第5和7段非角质化区内含物未充满比例高于未交配雄蛾。性信息素诱集和未诱集雄蛾生殖器内含物等级无显著差异。田间性信息素诱集雄蛾附腺端半部内含物等级显著高于2-6日龄未交配二化螟,第3和4段非角质化区内含物等级显著低于刚羽化(0日龄)雄蛾。【结论】本研究结果表明,利用生殖器内含物特征可以区别交配后12 h内的已交配和未交配二化螟雄蛾,性信息素群集诱杀的可能大部分是羽化1 d的未交配雄蛾。本研究结果为二化螟雄蛾交配状态判定和蛾类害虫性信息素测报和防治的有效性提供了一定依据。  相似文献

我国稻螟为害的确切记载始于 1 0 2 2年。 2 0世纪 5 0年代中期以前 ,以二化螟Chilosuppressalis(Walker)为害为主。此后十几年中 ,三化螟Tryporyzaincertulas(Walker)普遍大发生。 70年代 ,我国螟害轻微。 1 993年 ,二化螟急剧回升 ,三化螟也随之回升。 1 996年 2种稻螟大发生 ,此后连年暴发成灾。目前我国螟灾的主要特点是虫口密度高、受害范围广、受害程度重、持续时间长、经济损失大。首要螟灾区是沿江稻区 ,二化螟和三化螟分别约占 2 3和 1 3。全国年发面积约 1 5 0 0万hm2 ,防治约 3 80 0万hm2 次。该文首次估计年防治代价约 45 7~ 60亿元 ,残虫造成作物损失近 65亿元 ,总经济损失约 1 1 5亿元。由此可见 ,当前稻螟已取代稻飞虱、棉铃虫成为影响我国国计民生的头号害虫。  相似文献

【目的】为了明确二化螟Chilo suppressalis雄蛾交配行为与精巢大小的关系,阐明信息素群集诱杀防治二化螟的有效性。【方法】本研究通过测定和比较不同日龄、交配状态以及性信息素诱捕的二化螟雄蛾精巢体积,建立精巢体积与雄蛾发育及交配状态的相关性。【结果】雄蛾日龄显著影响二化螟的交配,刚羽化(0日龄)雄蛾的交配率较低,1日龄雄蛾的交配率最高,之后随着日龄增加交配率逐渐降低。精巢体积与二化螟雄蛾日龄之间存在显著的负相关性。同一日龄交配的二化螟雄蛾的精巢体积显著大于未交配雄蛾;性诱捕器诱捕雄蛾的精巢体积显著大于未被性诱捕器诱捕雄蛾,与已交配雄蛾的精巢体积相似。交配之后,精巢的发育过程和未交配雄蛾相似。田间性信息素引诱二化螟雄蛾精巢体积小于0-1日龄未交配雄蛾,大于2-6日龄未交配雄蛾。【结论】本研究结果表明,二化螟雄蛾对雌蛾性信息素的反应与其精巢大小存在正相关性;性信息素引诱的二化螟雄蛾具有更强的性信息素反应能力,同时性信息素引诱的大部分雄蛾为未交配状态;交配过程并不影响二化螟雄蛾精巢体积,也不影响精巢发育。二化螟交配能力与精巢大小的关系在理论上解释了性信息素群集诱杀二化螟的防控有效性,并为其他蛾类昆虫的交配研究提供依据。  相似文献

【目的】利用性诱防控和监测水稻二化螟Chilo suppressalis的有效性在田间已经得到认可。但雄蛾具有多次交配能力,致使性诱防治二化螟的应用策略一直存在争论。本研究的目的是探索二化螟雄蛾的多次交配及其对雌蛾繁殖力的影响,认识性诱防控害虫的机理。【方法】利用行为学方法调查了雌雄蛾以不同比例配对(1∶1, 4∶1和10∶10)时雄蛾的交配次数和交配持续时间,并结合解剖学方法,观察分析了二化螟雄蛾的交配次数对精巢、交配囊和精包大小以及雌蛾产卵量的影响。【结果】二化螟雌雄蛾按1∶1配对时,交配雄蛾和多次交配雄蛾的比例分别为74.0%和36.0%,平均交配1.7次,首次交配主要发生在0-1日龄,绝大部分具有多次交配能力的雄蛾的首次交配发生在0-1日龄。雌雄蛾按4∶1配对时,交配雄蛾和多次交配雄蛾的比例分别为69.4%和51.3%,平均交配2.1次,显著高于按1∶1配对。雌雄蛾按10∶10配对时,交配雄蛾和多次交配雄蛾的比例分别为65.5%和37.8%,平均交配1.9次。雄蛾第3次交配的持续时间显著长于第1和2次交配,但是交配1-3次雄蛾的精巢体积无显著差异。与不同交配次数雄蛾进行交配的雌蛾交配囊和精包体积无显著差异,雌蛾产卵量也无显著差异。【结论】二化螟中仅有部分雄蛾能够多次交配,多次交配雄蛾的首次交配主要发生在0-1日龄,部分雄蛾一生都不会交配。研究结果为二化螟的性诱防治提供了理论依据。  相似文献

本文采用室内添加含6个不同浓度Cd~(2+)[0(对照)、1 mg/kg、5 mg/kg、10 mg/kg、15 mg/kg、20 mg/kg]的人工饲料的方法饲养二化螟Chilo suppressalis(Walker)2龄幼虫,测定二化螟的生长发育和雄蛾对性信息素的定向行为,研究稻田重金属镉(Cd~(2+))污染对二化螟生长发育及定向行为的潜在影响。结果表明:二化螟的生长发育和雄蛾对性信息素定向反应率受到了Cd~(2+)的影响。其中取食含Cd~(2+)人工饲料后,二化螟幼虫历期延长3.4-21.9 d,蛹历期缩短0-2.3 d,化蛹率及羽化率分别降低1.9%-35.7%和13.6%-44.9%;低浓度Cd~(2+)(1-10 mg/kg)处理后雌、雄蛹重分别增重4.3-4.8 mg和0.8-3.8 mg,高浓度Cd~(2+)(15-20 mg/kg)处理后雌、雄蛹重分别减轻0.2 mg和5.2 mg;高浓度Cd~(2+)处理的雄蛾接近正常求偶雌蛾的百分率低于它们接近Cd~(2+)处理后求偶雌蛾的百分率,而低浓度Cd~(2+)雄蛾接近正常雌蛾、Cd~(2+)雌蛾的百分率与对照组无显著差异。另外,正常雄蛾接近Cd~(2+)处理后求偶雌蛾的百分率未受显著影响。  相似文献

在吉林省柳河县绿色稻米生产区,采用1999~2001年间3月1日后有效积温和水稻二化螟诱捕器诱蛾量数据,用线性模型探讨了当地有效积温和诱捕器诱蛾量之间的关系。由建立的线性模型确定越冬代水稻二化螟发蛾始盛期、高峰期和盛末期所需有效积温分别为238.323、339.418和483.398日·度。 采用吉林长春稻区2002~2004年3年间数据比较模型预测值和观察值之间的差异,有效积温的误差值在3.882~26.943日·度之间,相应时间误差为 0~3 天。模型预测准确性较好,可用以及时指导大田防治。  相似文献

2006年7~9月在安徽省庐江县进行3种性诱芯诱捕斜纹夜蛾的田间试验,并与常用的黑光灯进行比较。3种诱芯处理各4次重复。经连续64天诱蛾,2号、1号和0号诱芯平均每盆分别诱蛾169.5,65.5,1.5头,3种型号之间的差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。同时,2号诱芯诱蛾量显著高于20W黑光灯,与棉田斜纹夜蛾卵量峰期的吻合程度也高于20W黑光灯。  相似文献

Yellow stem borer (YSB), Scirpophaga incertulas (Lepidoptera: Crambidae), a monophagous pest of paddy is considered as most important pest of rain fed low land and flood prone rice eco-systems. Breeding of yellow stem borer resistance in rice is difficult owing to the complex genetics of the trait, inherent difficulties in screening and poor understanding of the genetics of resistance. On the other hand, a good level of resistance against the widespread yellow stem borer has been rare in the rice germplasm. Resistance to insects has been demonstrated in transgenic plants expressing genes for δ-endotoxins from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), protease inhibitors, enzymes and plant lectins. The performance of insect resistant GM rice in trials in China has been quite impressive. The present review is an attempt to assess the current state of development in biotechnological intervention for yellow stem borer resistance in rice.  相似文献

为了摸清稻水象甲Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel成虫在稻田中的日活动行为节律, 采用室外单头隔离饲养的方法, 将成虫 行为分为移动、 取食、 离水静息、 触水静息和其他5个行为类型, 每30 min观察记录1次, 从2012年4月30日至5月4日连续观察5 d, 共获得7 200个行为数据。结果显示: 稻水象甲越冬成虫行为的日时间分配以离水静息行为最多(47.83%), 移动行为最少(5.64%), 各行为的时间分配存在极显著差异(P<0.001)。离水静息行为最高峰值在23:30 (72.67%), 最低值在7:30 (14.67%); 触水静息行 为最大峰值在7:30 (75.33%), 19:00还有一个小高峰(37.33%); 取食行为在15:00达到最高峰(26.67%), 在21:00达到第2个高峰 值(18.00%); 移动行为在22:00-9:00较少(0~4.00%), 从9:30开始持续增加, 在17:00达到最高峰(20.00%); 其他行为在 1.33~18.67%之间波动。离水静息、 移动、 取食和其他行为白天和黑夜存在极显著差异(P<0.001), 但触水静息行为白天和黑夜无显著 不同(P=0.834); 上午、 中午、 下午和晚上4个时间段之间各行为也有显著差异(P<0.001)。在空间上, 离水静息行为在叶片上最高 , 移动行为以水中最高, 取食行为仅发生在叶片上, 离水静息、 移动和取食在水稻不同部位存在极显著差异(P<0.001)。水中发生触 水静息、 移动和其他共3种行为, 以触水静息行为的日波动最大, 3种行为在各时刻之间有极显著差异(触水静息和移动: P<0.001; 其他: P=0.002); 叶片上发生离水静息、 移动和取食3种行为, 以离水静息和取食行为的日波动较大且在各时刻间具有极显著的差异 (P<0.001); 茎秆和瓶壁或封口纱布处主要发生离水静息和移动行为, 所占比例均不高, 但在瓶壁或封口纱布处的移动行为各时刻之 间有极显著差异(P=0.008)。水中和叶片上是行为发生的主要空间, 在水中行为的最高峰值(81.33%)与叶片上的最低值(12.00%)出 现时间相同, 为7:30, 一天中各时刻水中和叶片上的行为呈交错性变化。结果提示, 稻水象甲成虫活动行为受到时空变化的影响, 且 时间变化对其行为的影响较空间变化更为明显。  相似文献

To fully explore the resistance potential of transgenic rice produced by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, an elite line KMD1 was assessed for its resistance to eight lepidopteran rice pest species. KMD1 contained a synthetic cry1Ab gene from Bacillus thuringiensis under the control of a maize ubiquitin promoter. It was derived from a commercial japonica Chinese rice variety Xiushui 11, and bred true for both agronomic traits and a cry1Ab gene when the bioassays were done in 1998 in the R5 generation. The eight lepidopteran pest species were: four Pyralidae species: Chilo suppressalis (striped stem borer, SSB), Scirpophaga incertulas (yellow stem borer, YSB), Cnaphalocrocis medinalis (leaf folder), Herpitogramma licarisalis; two Noctuidae: Sesamia inferens (pink stem borer, PSB) and Naranga anescens; one Stayridae: Mycalesis gotama; and one Hesperiidae, Parnara guttata. In laboratory bioassays, 100% mortality was observed in all insect species when their newly hatched or third-instar larvae were fed KMD1 leaf tissues, whereas only 9.65% of the neonates and none of the third-instar larvae died when fed the leaf tissues of non-transgenic control. Moreover, the leaf area of control tissues consumed in four days by stem borers was 20 to 40 times higher than that of KMD1 tissues, and the area of control tissues eaten by leaf-feeding species was 120 to 180 times greater than that of the transgenic tissues. Under natural infestation, no KMD1 plant was visibly damaged by the SSB, YSB and leaf folder in field evaluation. On the other hand, 80, 9.3 and 88.7% of control plants were injured by SSB, YSB, and leaf folder, respectively. These data disclosed that the transgenic line was highly resistant to a broad spectrum of lepidopteran insect species and could be useful in insect resistance breeding programs.  相似文献

A novel protease inhibitor was isolated and purified from the mature seeds of jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) by precipitation with ammonium sulphate, followed by DEAE-cellulose and gel filtration (Sephadex G-100) chromatography. The isolated protease inhibitor strongly inhibited papain and midgut proteases of yellow stem borer (Scipophaga incertulas) larvae, as seen by in vitro assay. The purified protease inhibitor was active over a wide range of pH with the maximum activity between pH 4 and 10. This protein was also stable up to 80°C, but the retained activity was lost at 100°C, when heated for 30 min. The molecular mass of the purified cysteine-like protease inhibitor is to be 14.50 kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE. Significant reduction in larval weight and mortality was observed, when fresh rice culms with protease inhibitor was feeded to the yellow stem borer larvae. These results may provide important information to control the yellow stem borer in rice with respect to naturally occurring insecticidal proteins. The observed differences would potentially translate into reductions in population growth of yellow stem borer, indicating a potential value of using jackfruit protease inhibitor for protecting rice plants against damage by the yellow stem borer.  相似文献

Ten transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis Bt rice, Oryza sativa L., lines with different Bt genes (two Cry1Ac lines, three Cry2A lines, and five Cry9C lines) derived from the same variety Minghui 63 were evaluated in both the laboratory and the field. Bioassays were conducted by using the first instars of two main rice lepidopteran insect species: yellow stem borer, Scirpophaga incertulas (Walker) and Asiatic rice borer, Chilo suppressalis (Walker). All transgenic lines exhibited high toxicity to these two rice borers. Field evaluation results also showed that all transgenic lines were highly insect resistant with both natural infestation and manual infestation of the neonate larvae of S. incertulas compared with the nontransformed Minghui63. Bt protein concentrations in leaves of 10 transgenic rice lines were estimated by the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The cry9C gene had the highest expression level, next was cry2A gene, and the cry1Ac gene expressed at the lowest level. The feeding behavior of 7-d-old Asiatic rice borer to three classes of Bt transgenic rice lines also was detected by using rice culm cuttings. The results showed that 7-d-old larvae of Asiatic rice borer have the capacity to distinguish Bt and non-Bt culm cuttings and preferentially fed on non-Bt cuttings. When only Bt culm cuttings with three classes of different Bt proteins (CrylAc, Cry2A, and Cry9C) were fed, significant distribution difference of 7-d-old Asiatic rice borer in culm cuttings of different Bt proteins also was found. In the current study, we evaluate different Bt genes in the same rice variety in both the laboratory and the field, and also tested feeding behavior of rice insect to these Bt rice. These data are valuable for the further development of two-toxin Bt rice and establishment of appropriate insect resistance management in the future.  相似文献

Field data collected during the rainy season of two years, 2010 and 2011, were used to determine the per cent plant infestation and stem borer abundance on cultivated cereal crops grown by farmers' in Jere or the Sudan-Sahelian savanna ecological region of Nigeria. Stem borers were recovered using destructive sampling. Mean total per cent plant infestation and stem borer abundance per farmers' field were significantly higher on millet (40% and 25 individuals, respectively) and sorghum (30% and 21 individuals, respectively) than on maize (19% and 13 individuals, respectively). Of the five stem borer species found in this study, Coniesta ignefusalis (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) (3.5)/Chilo sp. nr. aleniellus (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) (2), Busseola fusca (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) (3.1)/Sesamia calamistis (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) (2.4) and S. calamistis (2.9), with significantly higher number of individuals per plant, tended to be more important pests on millet, sorghum and maize crops, respectively. Although, mean total per cent plant infestation and abundance of stem borers in this study were generally moderate, further studies on the effects of different types of cereals intercropping (locally practiced) on stem borer infestation and abundance should ascertain the true importance of these pest species in the Sudan-Sahelian savanna ecological region of Nigeria.  相似文献

在实验室研究了转sck+cry1Ac基因水稻(MSB)对二化螟Chilo suppressalis (Walker)生长、存活以及经寄主对二化螟绒茧蜂Apanteles chilonis (Munakata)生物学特性的影响。连续取食转sck+cry1Ac基因水稻的二化螟, 体重下降、死亡率上升,从第2天开始,其体重显著低于取食明恢86的对照组;从第6天开始,死亡率极显著高于对照组。二化螟取食MSB 36 h后移至对照水稻上继续取食3、6、9、12天后,死亡率与对照差异都不显著;但体重均低于对照,其中第3天的体重差异达显著水平。二化螟绒茧蜂分别以取食MSB一定时间的3、4、5龄二化螟幼虫为寄主时,寄生率均低于以对照组,其中对4龄幼虫的寄生率差异显著;结茧率与对照差异均不显著;寄生在取食MSB的5龄二化螟幼虫体内的蜂、蛹期显著长于对照,而所结茧的茧长显著短于对照;但卵 幼虫历期、每茧块茧数、羽化率、雌性率、成蜂寿命和前翅长与对照无显著差异。结果表明转sck+cry1Ac基因水稻不仅对二化螟生长和存活有显著影响, 而且可经寄主二化螟影响到二化螟绒茧蜂的一些生物学特性。  相似文献
