Triterpenoid saponins from Ardisia mamillata   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
Two saponins were isolated from the roots of Ardisia mamillata HANCE. Their structures were established on the basis of MALDI-TOFMS, 1H, 13C NMR and 2D NMR (COSY, HOHAHA, HETCOR, HMBC and ROESY) spectra, and on chemical evidence, to be ardisimamilloside A, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]-3beta, 16alpha,28alpha-trihydroxy-13beta,28-epoxy-oleanan+ ++-30-al; and ardisimamilloside B, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-( 1 --> 2)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]-beta3-hydroxy-13beta,28- epoxy-oleanan-16-oxo-30-al.  相似文献

Nine triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schefflera arboricola. The saponins were characterised, on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence, as 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl] oleanolic acid, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl] echinocystic acid, 3-O-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl] oleanolic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3-O-alpha-L-ramnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-] beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid, 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-] beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-] beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid, 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-[beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-] beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->4)-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-] beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid and 3-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->4)-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-] beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester.  相似文献

Nine new bidesmosidic 3-O-glucuronide oleanane triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the stem bark of Symplocos glomerata King along with two known saponins, salsoloside C and copteroside E, and two major lignans, (-)-pinoresinol and (-)-pinoresinol-4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside. The structures of the new saponins were established using one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as, 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->4)-[2-O-acetyl]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->4)-[3-O-acetyl]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1-->4)-[2,3-O-diacetyl]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl(1-->4)-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl (1-->4)-[2-O-acetyl]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[[beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1-->2)]-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1-->4)]-[3-O-acetyl]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)]-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1-->4)]-[3-O-acetyl]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, 3-O-[[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)]-[alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl (1-->4)]-[3-O-acetyl]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid, and 3beta-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->4)-[2-O-acetyl]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-morolic acid. The EtOH and EtOAc extracts of the stem bark showed no cytotoxic activity. At a concentration of 370 microg/ml, the saponin mixture showed haemolytic activity and caused 50% haemolysis of a 10% suspension of sheep erythrocytes.  相似文献

Ten new alpha-glucosylginsenosides were found to be synthesized from dextrin and four ginsenosides, -Rb1, -Rc, -Re, and -Rg1, by the successive actions of B. stearothermophilus cyclomaltodextrin glucanotransferase and Rhizopus glucoamylase. Seven of them were isolated in the pure state by extraction with n-butanol saturated with water, silica gel column chromatography, and high pressure liquid chromatography, and identified as 3-O-[alpha-D-glcp-(1-->4)-beta-D-glcp-(1-->2)-beta-D-glcp]-20-O-[beta-D-glcp-(1-->6)-beta-D-glcp]-20(S)-protopanaxadiol, 3-O-[beta-D-glcp-(1-->2)-beta-D-glcp]-20-O-[alpha-D-glcp-(1-->4)-beta-D-glcp-(1-->6)-beta-D-glcp]-20(S)-protopanaxadiol, 3-O-[alpha-D-glcp-(1-->4)-beta-D-glcp-(1-->2)-beta-D-glcp]-20-O-[alpha-L-araf-(1-->6)-beta-D-glcp]-20(S)-protopanaxadiol, 3-O-[beta-D-glcp-(1-->2)-beta-D-glcp]-20-O-[(4G-alpha-D-glcp)-alpha-L-araf-(1-->6)-beta-D-glcp]-20(S)-protopanaxadiol, 6-O-[alpha-L-rhap-(1-->2)-beta-D-glcp]-20-O-[alpha-D-glcp-(1-->4)-beta-D-glcp]-20(S)-protopanaxatriol, 6-O-[alpha-D-glcp-(1-->4)-beta-D-glcp]-20-O-(beta-D-glcp)-20(S)-protopanaxatriol, and 6-O-[alpha-D-glcp-(1-->3)-beta-D-glcp]-20-O-(beta-D-glcp)-20(S)-protopanaxatriol, by spectroscopy (FAB-MS, IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) and hydrolysis products in 50% acetic acid. A phytochemical analysis of Aster sedifolius has led to the isolation of three novel triterpenoid saponins, based on an oleane-type skeleton and named astersedifolioside A (1), B (2) and C (3). On the basis of chemical, and 2D NMR and mass spectrometry data, the structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] echinocystic acid 28-[O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside] (1), 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] echinocystic acid 28-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1-->4)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside] (2) and 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] echinocystic acid 28-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl (1-->4)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside] (3). The isolated compounds showed antiproliferative effect in KiMol, a transformed thyroid cell line.  相似文献

Six new triterpenoid saponins have been isolated from the stem bark of Elattostachys apetala together with four known triterpenoid saponins. Three of these new compounds are glycosides of a newly described genin, 29-hydroxyhederagenin (1). On the basis of spectral evidence, the structures of the new saponins were concluded to be alpha-hederin 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester (2), sapindoside B 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester (3), 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl astrantiasaponin VII (4), 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-29-hydroxyhederagenin (5), 3-O-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->6)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-29-hydroxyhederagenin (6), and 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-gluco pyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-29-hydroxyhederagenin (7).  相似文献

This article reported the synthesis and bioevaluation of two [18F] labeled benzimidazole derivatives, 4-(5-(2-[18F] fluoro-4-nitrobenzamido)-1-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl) butanoic acid ([18F] FNBMBBA, [18F]a1) and 3-(2-fluoroethyl)-7-methyl-2-propyl-3H-benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid ([18F] FEMPBBA, [18F]b1) for PET tumor imaging. The preparation [18F] FEMPBBA was completed in 1 h with overall radiochemical yield of 50–60% (without decay corrected). Biodistribution assay in S180 tumor bearing mice of both compounds were carried out, and the results are both meaningful. [18F] FEMPBBA which can be taken as a revision of [18F] FNBMBBA got an excellent result, and has significant advantages in some aspects compared with L-[18F] FET and [18F]-FDG in the same animal model, especially in tumor/brain uptake ratio. The tumor/brain uptake ratio of [18F] FEMPBBA gets to 4.81, 7.15, and 9.8 at 30 min, 60 min and 120 min, and is much higher than that of L-[18F] FET (2.54, 2.92 and 2.95) and [18F]-FDG (0.61, 1.02, 1.33) at the same time point. The tumor/muscle and tumor/blood uptake ratio of [18F] FEMPBBA is also higher than that of L-[18F] FET at 30 min and 60 min. This result indicates compound [18F] FEMPBBA is a promising radiotracer for PET tumor imaging.  相似文献

The structures were determined primarily by NMR spectroscopy. The assignment of NMR signals was performed by means of 1H-1H COSY, NOESY, ROESY, TOCSY, HMQC and HMBC experiments.  相似文献

4-Nitrophenyl [sodium beta-D-glucopyranosyluronate]-(1-->3)-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and 4-nitrophenyl [sodium beta-D-glucopyranosyluronate]-(1-->3)-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-beta-D-galactopyranoside (2) were prepared from the zwitterions hyalobiuronic acid [beta-D-glucopyranuronic acid-(1-->3)-2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucopyranose] and chondrosine [beta-D-glucopyranuronic acid-(1-->3)-2-amino-2-deoxy-D-galactopyranose], respectively. PR04.MZ 8-(4-fluoro-but-2-ynyl)-3-p-tolyl-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester (1) and LBT999 8-((E)-4-fluoro-but-2-enyl)-3b-p-tolyl-8-aza-bicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2β-carboxylic acid methyl ester (2) are selective dopamine reuptake inhibitors, derived from cocaine. Compounds 1 and 2 were labelled with fluorine-18 at their terminally fluorinated N-substituents employing microwave enhanced direct nucleophilic fluorination. K[18F]F? Kryptofix®222 cryptate, tetrabutyl ammonium [18F]fluoride and caesium [18F]fluoride were compared as fluoride sources under conventional and microwave enhanced conditions. Fluorination yields were remarkably increased under microwave irradiation for all three fluoride salts. Radiochemically pure (>98%) [18F]PR04.MZ (0.95–1.09 GBq, 42–135 GBq/μmol) was obtained within 34–40 min starting from 3.0 GBq [18F]fluoride ion in 32–36% non-decay-corrected overall yield using K[18F]F?Kryptofix®222 cryptate in MeCN.  相似文献

Two diastereomeric saponins, julibrosides J1 (1) and J9 (2), both of which show cytotoxic activity, were obtained from the stem bark of Albizia julibrissin Durazz. On the basis of chemical and spectral evidence [L.B. Ma et al., Carbohydr. Res., 281 (1996) 35-46], the structure of 1 was revised as 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6) -beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-21-O-[(6S)-2-trans-2-hydroxymethyl-6-methyl-6-O- [4-O-((6R)-2-trans-2,6-dimethyl-6-O-(beta-D-quinovopyranosyl)-2,7- octadienoyl)-beta-D-quinovopyranosyl]-2,7-octadienoyl] acacic acid-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-[alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1-->4 )]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester. The diastereoisomer 2 of 1 was identified as 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6) -beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-21-O-[(6S)-2-trans-2-hydroxymethyl-6-methyl-6-O- [4-O-((6S)-2-trans-2,6-dimethyl-6-O-(beta-D-quinovopyranosyl)-2,7- octadienoyl)-beta-D-quinovopyranosyl]-2,7-octadienoyl] acacic acid-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-[alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1-->4 )]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester. Twelve acylated anthocyanins were isolated from the red radish (Raphanus sativus L.) and their structures were determined by spectroscopic analyses. 2-Aryl-4-morpholinothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidines are known PI3K inhibitors. This class of compounds also potently inhibited the homologous enzyme mTOR. Replacement of the morpholine group in these compounds with an 8-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane group led to mTOR inhibitors with selectivity over PI3K. Optimization of the 2-aryl substituent led to the discovery of 2-(4-ureidophenyl)-thienopyrimidines as highly potent (IC50 <1 nM) mTOR inhibitors with excellent selectivity (up to >1000-fold) over PI3K and good potency in a cellular proliferation assay (IC50 <50 nM).  相似文献
