旨以研究杜仲绿原酸对高脂高胆固醇诱导的高血脂模型小鼠血液流变学的影响,以昆明小鼠为实验动物,随机分成5组:阴性对照组,模型对照组和低剂量(25 mg/kg BW)、中剂量(50 mg/kg BW)、高剂量(100 mg/kg BW)杜仲绿原酸组,每组10只.后4组饲以高脂饲粮,同时小鼠灌胃杜仲绿原酸4周,实验结束,分别测定各组小鼠血液流变学参数、血清和肝脏的抗氧化酶活性和脂质过氧化产物MDA含量及其总抗氧化能力和羟自由基清除率.高脂血症小鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、纤维蛋白原、红细胞刚性指数和聚集指数显著降低(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数显著提高(P<0.05),小鼠血清和肝脏SOD、GSH-Px水平、总抗氧化能力和羟自由基清除能力均显著升高(P<0.05),MDA水平显著降低(P<0.05).在高脂膳食条件下,杜仲绿原酸能有效提高血液的抗氧化防御功能(包括抗氧化力、抗氧化酶活性)、改变血液流变学参数等,降低血液粘度、红细胞刚性和聚集,增强变形能力,使细胞膜的流动性增高,其中以中剂量效果相对较好.  相似文献

目的:观察葛根素对肺心病大鼠血液流变学和肺动脉压的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为4组(n=10):对照组,模型组,葛根素低剂量(300 mg/kg ip)和高剂量组(600 mg/kg ip),参考薛氏常压低氧方法建立肺心病大鼠模型,常压低氧4周后测定大鼠血浆粘度,全血粘度,红细胞容积,纤维蛋白原和红细胞聚集指数等血液流变学指标和平均肺动脉压。结果:葛根素能显著降低肺心病大鼠血浆粘度,全血粘度,红细胞容积,纤维蛋白原(P<0.05),对红细胞聚集指数无显著性作用(P>0.05),显著降低模型组降低肺动脉压(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素对肺心病大鼠有治疗效果,为临床治疗肺心病提供实验依据。  相似文献

目的探讨TIA病人的血液流变学改变。方法80例TIA病人均在末次发作后24h内静脉抽血进行血液流变学测定,并与对照组进行比较。结果TIA组病人的红细胞压积、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、全血还原高切粘度、全血还原低切粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞聚集性各指标均明显增高,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异。结论血液粘度的增高是引起短暂性脑缺血发作的发病机制之一。  相似文献

本文采用天津和德国西门子合资产TM—8803型旋转式血液流变仪测定了64例椎──基底动脉缺血性眩晕血液流变学五项指标。结果表明:椎—基底动脉缺血性眩晕的患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞沉降率、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数均明显增高(与健康对照组比较P<0.001,其中血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数P<0.01),提示血液流变学改变与缺血性眩晕关系密切,作为治疗缺血性眩晕提供了依据。  相似文献

目的:观察消炎通管汤对输卵管阻塞性不孕血液流变学的影响。方法:选取60例输卵管阻塞性不孕的患者,口服消炎通管汤6个月,检测治疗前后血液流变学的变化。结果:治疗前后全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积较前有明显降低(P0.05)。结论:消炎通管汤在一定程度上能够改善该患者血液的高凝状态,促进输卵管局部微循环,提高受孕率。  相似文献

本文通过对我院101例住院精神分裂症患者做了血液流变学10项指标测定,结果表明:患者的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血小板粘附、红细胞电泳、纤维蛋白原、还原粘度以及体外血栓三项指标中,除还原粘度一项与正常值无显著差异外,其余9项均明显高于正常值。证实精神分裂症存在着高粘滞血症.  相似文献

目的:本研究旨在检测两种严重高甘油三酯血症(HTG)小鼠的血液流变学,建立具有异常血液流变学特点的HTG小鼠模型,以应用于进一步的相关机制研究。方法:采用ApoC3转基因与GPIHBP1基因敲除的HTG小鼠及野生型小鼠,所用小鼠均为C57BL/6J背景下8周龄雄性小鼠,通过生物物理法检测和比较其血浆粘度、红细胞渗透脆性、变形性与电泳率。结果:与野生小鼠相比,ApoC3转基因与GPIHBP1基因敲除的HTG小鼠血浆甘油三酯含量明显升高(P0.05),红细胞渗透脆性显著增加(P0.05),变形指数与电泳率明显降低(P0.05),血浆粘度显著升高(P0.05),但血细胞计数等血常规指标均未见显著差异(P0.05)。结论:Apo C3tg与GPIHBP1KO小鼠血液流变学发生异常改变,可能作为探讨HTG血液流变学异常和动脉粥样硬化心血管疾病病理机制的动物模型。  相似文献

目的:观察高原低氧环境下人体红细胞增多和血液粘度间的关系。方法:对进入高原不同时间人群进行血液流变学(红细胞压积、血液粘度、红细胞变形性和聚集性以及供氧指数等)检测和分析。结果:(1)红细胞压积和红细胞变形性随进住高原时间的延长而显著升高;(2)血液粘度在进住高原的早期明显升高,后期恢复正常;(3)红细胞的聚焦性在进住高原的早期显著升高,后期则下降;(4)组织供氧指数在进住高原的早期明显降低。而后期恢复正常,结论:在高原低氧环境下,人体血液粘度不随红细胞压积增高按比例升高。红细胞变形性增强和红细胞聚集性下降,可能抑制了红细胞压积增高所引起的血液粘度的过度升高,从而有助于维持组织的正常供氧。  相似文献

目的:探索全身暴露强度为4.0 m T中强度稳恒磁场对于糖尿病性动脉粥样硬化的血脂和血液流变学影响,以明确稳恒磁场对糖尿病性动脉粥样硬化的潜在作用效果。方法:选择3月龄雄性SD大鼠30只,随机等分至空白对照组、糖尿病组及糖尿病磁场暴露组。糖尿病和糖尿病磁场暴露组的大鼠采用链脲佐菌素+维生素D3+高脂饮食组合作用法建立糖尿病性动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型,对糖尿病磁场暴露组施加2小时/天、强度为4.0 m T的全身稳恒磁场暴露,连续刺激8周后,检测空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、血脂四项(血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)以及血液流变参数(低切全血粘度、中切全血粘度、高切全血粘度以及血浆粘度)。结果:稳恒磁场暴露显著抑制了糖尿病动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的升高(P0.05),同时也显著降低了低切、中切和高切全血粘度以及血浆粘度(P0.05),但对血糖和血清胰岛素的影响不显著(P0.05)。结论:中强度稳恒磁场可显著降低糖尿病性动脉粥样硬化大鼠的血脂水平并改善其血液流变学。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献

采用原位分子杂交方法检测HCV RNA及HBV X基因;采用免疫组织化学方法研究HCV核心抗原,非结构区C33c抗原及HBxAg在肝细胞肝癌中的定位及分布.结果表明(1)HCV RNA、HBV X基因在肝细胞肝癌组织检出率分别为40%(55/136)和82%(112/136).HCV RNA定位于癌细胞的胞浆内,阳性细胞呈散在、灶状及弥漫分布三种形式;HBV X基因在肝癌细胞中的分布呈胞浆型、核型及核浆型,阳性细胞也呈上述三种分布形式;(2)HCV C33c抗原、核心抗原在肝细胞肝癌中的阳性率为81%(133/164)及86%(141/164).C33c抗原定位于癌细胞及肝细胞的胞浆内;核心抗原既定位于癌细胞核中,又可定位于胞浆中.C33c抗原阳性细胞以灶状分布为主;而核心抗原阳性细  相似文献

For a plant selection model with frequency-independent viabilities, fertilities and selfing rates, it is shown that apart from global fixation, for certain parameter combinations a protected polymorphism and facultative fixation (either allele may become fixed according to initial frequencies) may both occur. Facultative fixation requires different selling rates for the dominant and recessive type. Protection of the polymorphism requires resource allocation for male and female function. In this connection the problem of purely genetically caused population extinction is discussed.
For general frequency dependence and regular segregation, the chances for establishment of a completely recessive gene are compared to those of a completely dominant gene. It is proven that the process of establishment of the recessive gene, despite a fitness advantage, may be considerably endangered by drift effects if random mating prevails. The recessive gene may reach the same effectivity in establishment as a dominant gene, only if the recessive homozygote mates exclusively with its own type during the period of establishment.  相似文献
