Feruloyl esterases (Faes) are a subclass of the carboxylic esterases that hydrolyze the ester bonds between ferulic acid and polysaccharides in plant cell walls. Until now, the biochemical characteristics of FAEs from Bacillus spp. have not been reported. In this study, a strain with high activity of FAEs, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H47 was screened from 122 Bacillus – type strains. Finally, three FAEs (BaFae04, BaFae06, and BaFae09) were identified. Comparing with other bacterial FAEs, these novel FAEs exhibited low sequence identities (less than 30%). The profiles of 52 esterase substrates showed that the three FAEs had a broad substrate spectrum and could effectively hydrolyze several common FAE substrates, such as methyl ferulate, ethyl caffeate, methyl p-coumarate, methyl sinapate, and chlorogenic acid. Furthermore, the three FAEs also can release ferulic acid from destarched wheat bran. They showed maximal activity with an optimal pH of 8.0 at 30 °C, 35 °C, and 40 °C, respectively. BaFae04 showed high stability in the temperature range of 25–60 °C for 1 h and retained 59% of its activity at 60 °C. The present study displays some useful characteristics of FAEs for potential industrial application and contributes to our understanding of FAEs.  相似文献

A newly isolated Rhodococcus sp. LKE-028 (MTCC 5562) from soil samples of Gangotri region of Uttarakhand Himalayan produced a thermostable esterase. The enzyme was purified to homogeneity with purification fold 62.8 and specific activity 861.2 U mg?1 proteins along with 26.7% recovery. Molecular mass of the purified enzyme was 38 kDa and values of Km and Vmax were 525 nM and 1666.7 U mg?1 proteins, respectively. The esterase was active over a broad range of temperature (40–100 °C) and pH (7.0–12.0). The esterase was most active at pH 11.0. The optimum temperature of enzyme activity was 70 °C and the enzyme was completely stable after 3 h pre-incubation at 60 °C. Metal ions like Ca2+, Mg2+ and Co2+ stimulated enzyme activities. Purified esterase remarkably retained its activity with 10 M NaCl. Enzyme activity was slightly increased in presence of non-polar detergents (Tween 20, Tween 80 and Triton X 100), and compatible with oxidizing agents (H2O2) and reducing agents (β-mercaptoethanol). Activities of the enzyme was stimulated in presence of organic solvents like DMSO, benzene, toluene, methanol, ethyl alcohol, acetone, isoamyl alcohol after 10 days long incubation. The enzyme retained over 75% activity in presence of proteinase K. Besides hyperthermostability and halotolerancy the novelty of this enzyme is its resistance against protease.  相似文献

A Bacillus sp. isolated from the Sundarbans region of the Bay of Bengal (NCBI GenBank Accession no. AY723697) which can tolerate 10% (w/v) NaCl, produces esterase optimally in Marine Broth 2216 medium containing 1% (w/v) NaCl. The enzyme was purified 42.7-fold with 6.4% recovery, (specific activity 569.2 U/mg protein) by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by anion and cation exchange chromatography. The serine type esterolytic enzyme has a molecular weight of 35.0 kDa and is denatured into polypeptides of molecular weights 20 kDa and 15 kDa. The esterase was most active at pH 8.0, the pH of the seawater at the site of collection and is stable in the pH range 6.0–9.0. The optimum temperature of activity of this esterase is 45 °C and the enzyme is very stable after 1 h pre-incubation at 50 °C. Our esterase shows about 100% activity when incubated with 1 M NaCl, the activity drops to about 50% when incubated with 2.5 M sodium chloride and the enzyme is completely inactivated when 4 M NaCl is present during reaction. The esterase is almost inactivated by Ca2+, Hg2+ and Fe3+ ions, reducing agents and detergent. Interestingly, Co2+, a known inhibitor of many enzymes, preserved 70% of the activity of this esterase. Specific activity of the esterase increases more than twofold in the presence of water-miscible organic solvents as compared to that in aqueous buffer. When incubated for a period of 10 days in the presence of 30–70% dimethylsufoxide (DMSO), the specific activity increased by approximately two–threefold compared to the enzyme in aqueous buffer throughout the period of study. Specific activity between 1283 and 525 U/mg was maintained by our enzyme when incubated with 50% DMSO for 10 days. The enzyme was most active on p-nitrophenyl acetate, ethyl acetate, alpha isomer of naphthyl acetate but shows relatively lesser activity towards triglycerides of fatty acids. Certain characteristics, such as molecular weight, effects of NaCl, metal ions (Zn2+ and Mg2+) and reactivity towards para-nitrophenyl and aliphatic esters were strikingly similar to already described marine bacterial derived esterases. Extreme stability in DMSO could make this enzyme a potential immobilized biocatalyst for application in non-aqueous based continuous bioprocesses. Higher specific activity and purification factor, better thermo tolerance and solvent stability would make our enzyme more attractive for biotechnological applications than the marine microbial derived esterases described so far.  相似文献

Esterase is the key enzyme involved in microbial degradation of phthalate esters (PAEs). In this study, an intracellular esterase was purified from a coastal sediment fungus Fusarium sp. DMT-5-3 capable of utilizing dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) as a substrate. The purified enzyme is a polymeric protein consisting of two identical subunits with a molecular mass of about 84 kDa. The enzyme showed a maximum esterase activity at 50 °C and was stable below 30 °C. The optimal pH was 8.0 and the enzyme was stable between pH 6.0 and 10.0. The esterase activity was inhibited by Cr3+, Hg2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, and Cd2+. Substrate specificity analysis showed that the enzyme was specific to DMT hydrolysis, but had no effect on other isomers of dimethyl phthalate esters (DMPEs) or monomethyl phthalate esters (MMPEs). These findings suggest that the phthalate esterase produced by Fusarium sp. DMT-5-3 is inducible and distinctive esterases involved in hydrolysis of the two carboxylic ester linkages of DMPEs.  相似文献

Soil metagenome conceals a great variety of unexploited genes for industrially important enzymes. To identify novel genes conferring lipolytic activity, one metagenomic library comprising of 200,000 transformants were constructed. Among the 48,000 clones screened, 19 clones which exhibited lipolytic activity were obtained. After sequence analysis, 19 different lipolytic genes were identified. One of these genes, designated as estWSD, consisted of 1152 nucleotides, encoding a 383-amino-acid protein. Multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis indicated that EstWSD and its closest homologues may constitute a new family of bacterial lipolytic enzymes. The best substrate for the purified EstWSD among the ρ-nitrophenol esters examined was ρ-nitrophenol butyrate. Recombinant EstWSD displayed a pH optimum of 7.0 and a temperature optimum of 50 °С. This enzyme retained 52% of maximal activity after incubation at 50 °C for 3 h. Furthermore, EstWSD also exhibited salt tolerance with over 51% of its initial activity in the presence of up to 4.5 M NaCl for 1 h. In particular, this enzyme showed remarkable stability in 15% and 30% dimethylsulfoxide, ρ-xylene, hexane, heptane, and octane even after incubation for 72 h. To our knowledge, it is the first report to find a novel esterase belonging to a new lipolytic family and possessing such variety of excellent features. All these characteristics suggest that EstWSD may be a potential candidate for application in industrial processes.  相似文献

An esterase, designated as PE8 (219 aa, 23.19 kDa), was cloned from a marine bacterium Pelagibacterium halotolerans B2T and overexpressed in Escherichia coli Rosetta, resulting an active, soluble protein which constituted 23.1% of the total cell protein content. Phylogenetic analysis of the protein showed it was a new member of family VI lipolytic enzymes. Biochemical characterization analysis showed that PE8 preferred short chain p-nitrophenyl esters (C2–C6), exhibited maximum activity toward p-nitrophenyl acetate, and was not a metalloenzyme. PE8 was an alkaline esterase with an optimal pH of 9.5 and an optimal temperature of 45 °C toward p-nitrophenyl acetate. Furthermore, it was found that PE8 exhibited activity and enantioselectivity in the synthesis of methyl (R)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)glutarate ((R)-3-MFG) from the prochiral dimethyl 3-(4-fluorophenyl)glutarate (3-DFG). (R)-3-MFG was obtained in 71.6% ee and 73.2% yield after 36 h reaction under optimized conditions (0.6 M phosphate buffer (pH 8.0) containing 17.5% 1,4-dioxane under 30 °C). In addition, PE8 was tolerant to extremely strong basic and high ionic strength solutions as it exhibited high activity even at pH 11.0 in 1 M phosphate buffer. Given its highly soluble expression, alkalitolerance, halotolerance and enantioselectivity, PE8 could be a promising candidate for the production of (R)-3-MFG in industry. The results also demonstrate the potential of the marine environment as a source of useful biocatalysts.  相似文献

A novel glycosyl hydrolase family 32 exo-inulinase (InuAGN25) gene was cloned from Sphingobacterium sp. GN25 isolated from feces of Grus nigricollis. InuAGN25 showed the highest identity of 54.3% with a putative levanase recorded in GenBank. Molecular-Activity strategy was proposed to predict InuAGN25 to be a low-temperature-active exo-inulinase before experiments performance. Molecular analyses included progressive sequential, phylogenetic and structural analyses. InuAGN25 was effectively expressed in Escherichia coli. The purified recombinant InuAGN25 showed characteristics of low-temperature-active enzymes: (1) the enzyme retained 55.8% of the maximum activity at 20 °C, 35.8% at 10 °C, and even 8.2% at 0 °C; (2) the enzyme exhibited 75.8, 30.5 and 10.8% of the initial activity after preincubation for 60 min at 45, 50 and 55 °C, respectively; (3) Km values of the enzyme toward inulin were 2.8, 3.0, 3.2 and 5.8 mg ml−1 at 0, 10, 20 and 40 °C, respectively. Fructose was the main product of inulin and Jerusalem artichoke tubers hydrolyzed by the purified recombinant InuAGN25 at room temperature, 10 °C and 0 °C. These results suggested the Molecular-Activity strategy worked efficiently and made InuAGN25 promising for the production of fructose at low temperatures.  相似文献

An extracellular halophilic α-amylase from Nesterenkonia sp. strain F was purified to homogeneity by 80% ethanol precipitation, Q-Sepharose anion exchange and Sephacryl S-200 gel filtration chromatography, with a 10.8-fold increase in specific activity. The molecular mass of the amylase was estimated to be 100 kDa and 106 kDa by SDS–PAGE and gel filtration chromatography, respectively. The enzyme showed maximal activity at pH 7.5 and 45 °C. The amylase was active in a wide range of salt concentrations (0–4 M) with its maximum activity at 0.5 M NaCl or 1 M KCl and was stable at the salts concentrations between 1 M and 4 M. Fe3+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Al3+ strongly inhibited the enzyme, whereas Ca2+ stimulated the amylase activity. The α-amylase was inhibited by EDTA, but was not inhibited by PMSF and β-mercaptoethanol. The enzyme showed remarkable stability towards 0.5% SDS and sarcosyl, and 2% each of Triton X-100, Tween 80 and Tween 20. Km value of the amylase for soluble starch was 4.5 mg/ml. The amylase hydrolyzed 38% of raw wheat starch and 20% of corn starch in a period of 48 h. The major products of soluble starch hydrolysis were maltose, maltotriose and maltotetraose, indicating an α-amylase activity.  相似文献

A new gene encoding an esterase (designated as EstEP16) was identified from a metagenomic library prepared from a sediment sample collected from a deep-sea hydrothermal field in east Pacific. The open reading frame of this gene encoded 249 amino acid residues. It was cloned, overexpressed in Escherichia coli, and the recombinant protein was purified to homogeneity. The monomeric EstEP16 presented a molecular mass of 51.7 kDa. Enzyme assays using p-nitrophenyl esters with different acyl chain lengths as the substrates confirmed its esterase activity, yielding highest specific activity with p-nitrophenyl acetate. When p-nitrophenyl butyrate was used as a substrate, recombinant EstEP16 exhibited highest activity at pH 8.0 and 60 °C. The recombinant enzyme retained about 80% residual activity after incubation at 90 °C for 6 h, which indicated that EstEP16 was thermostable. Homology modeling of EstEP16 was developed with the monoacylglycerol lipase from Bacillus sp. H-257 as a template. The structure showed an α/β-hydrolase fold and indicated the presence of a typical catalytic triad. The activity of EstEP16 was inhibited by addition of phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride, indicating that it contains serine residue, which plays a key role in the catalytic mechanism.  相似文献

The α-amylase (AmyP) from a marine metagenomic library shows very low sequence similarity with characterized α-amylases and belongs to a new glycoside hydrolase subfamily GH13_37. This amylase retained above 87% residual activity in the presence of metal ions (concentrations <10 mM) tested except Hg2+ and was strongly stimulated by 5 mM Cu2+. AmyP was active over a wide range of salt concentration (0–3 M) with the optimal concentration at 1 M. The enzyme exhibited 119, 106, 108, 42 and 31% of its activity the presence of 2% Tween 20, Tween 40, Triton X-100, SDS and CTAB, respectively, showing excellent resistance. Oxidizing agents (H2O2 and NaClO3) not strongly inactivated the enzyme. DTT was found to greatly enhance the activity (to 198% of original activity), while 2-mercaptoethanol had no significant effect on the enzyme. Moreover, AmyP retained considerable activity in both hydrophobic solvents and hydrophilic solvents, and n-octanol even increased the amylase activity to 113%. Compared to other α-amylases capable of resisting toxic compounds, AmyP was the first α-amylase with such broad spectrum resistance.  相似文献

A novel meta-fission product hydrolase gene (mfphA) located in the bphX gene region of Dyella ginsengisoli LA-4 was successfully cloned and heterologously expressed in this study. The deduced amino acid sequence of MfphA showed 75% identity with the sequence of 2-hydroxymuconic semialdehyde hydrolase from Pseudomonas putida UCC22. The results suggested that MfphA belonged to the α/β hydrolase family, which could hydrolyze the meta-fission products (MFPs) during the biodegradation process of monocyclic compounds. The His-Tag MfphA was purified, and the subunit molecular mass of MfphA was about 35.3 kDa by SDS-PAGE analysis. According to the apparent kinetic parameters, the specificity of MfphA was determined in the following order: 6-methyl-HODA > HODA > 5-methyl-HODA > 6-phenyl-HODA > 5-chloro-HODA (HODA, 2-hydroxy-6-oxohexa-2,4-dienoate). The activity of MfphA for HODA was higher than that for 6-methyl-HODA. It was shown that the maximum activity was at 70 °C, and MfphA was stable for storage at low temperature for 30 days.  相似文献

Carbonic anhydrase (CA) catalyzes the reversible reaction of hydration of CO2 to bicarbonate and the dehydration of bicarbonate back to CO2. Sequestration of CO2 from industrial processes or breathing air may require a large amount of highly active and stable CA. Therefore, the objectives of the present study were to purify large amounts of CA from a cheap and easily accessible source of the enzyme and to characterize the enzymatic and kinetic properties of soluble and immobilized enzyme. We recovered 80% of pure enzyme with a specific activity of 4870 EU/mg protein in a single step using sheep blood lysates from slaughter house waste products and CA specific inhibitor affinity chromatography. Since affinity pure CA showed both anhydrase and esterase activities, we measured the esterase activities for enzymology. The Michaelis–Menten constant, KM, pH optimum, activation energy, and thermal stability of soluble enzymes were 8 × 10?2 M, 7.3 pH, 7.3 kcal/mol and 70 °C, respectively. The immobilization of the enzyme to Affigel-10 was very efficient and 83% of purified enzyme was immobilized. The immobilized enzyme showed a KM of 5 × 10?2 M and activation energy of 8.9 kcal/mol, suggesting a better preference of substrate for immobilized enzyme in comparison to soluble enzyme. In contrast to soluble enzyme, immobilized enzyme showed relatively higher activity at pH 6–8. From these results, we concluded that a shift in pH profile toward acidic pH is due to modification of lysine residues involved in the immobilization process. The immobilized enzyme was stable at higher temperatures and showed highest activity at 80 °C. The activity of immobilized enzyme in a flow reactor at 0.5–2.2 ml/min flow rate was unaffected. Collectively, results from the present study suggested the application of blood lysate waste from animal slaughterhouses for purification of homogeneous enzyme for CO2 capture in a flow reactor.  相似文献

The ring-opening polymerization of ?-caprolactone catalyzed by a novel thermophilic esterase from the archaeon Archaeoglobus fulgidus was successfully conducted in organic solvents. The effects of enzyme concentration, temperature, reaction time, reaction medium, and water activity on monomer conversion and product molecular weight were investigated. Poly(?-caprolactone) was obtained in almost 100% of the monomer conversion, with a number-average molecular weight of 1400 in toluene at 80 °C for 72 h. Furthermore, the Michaelis–Menten kinetic analysis showed that the enzyme had the highest affinity for ?-caprolactone, with a Km value of 0.093 mol/l compared with other reported lipases. The possible structural and energetic effects of the enzyme on the Km value were investigated, using molecular docking studies.  相似文献

The para-nitrobenzyl esterase (PNBE), which was encoded by pnbA gene from Bacillus subtilis, was immobilized on amino-functionalized magnetic supports as cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEA). The maximum amount of PNBE-CLEA immobilized on the magnetic beads using glutaraldehyde as a coupling agent was 31.4 mg/g of beads with a 78% activity recovery after the immobilization. The performance of immobilized PNBE-CLEA was evaluated under various conditions. As compared to its free form, the optimal pH and temperature of PNBE-CLEA were 1 unit (pH 8.0) and 5 °C higher (45 °C), respectively. Under different temperature settings, the residual enzyme activity was highest for the PNBE-CLEA, followed by covalently fixed PNBE without further cross-linking and the free PNBE. During 40 days of storage pried, the PNBE-CLEA maintained more than 90% of its initial activity while the free PNBE maintained about 60% under the same condition. PNBE-CLEA also retained more than 80% activity after 30 reuses with 30 min of each reaction time, indicating stable reusability under aqueous medium.  相似文献

A strain of Enterobacter cloacae B5 producing β-galactosidase with transglycosylation activity was isolated from the soil. Its freeze-thawed cells synthesized galacto-oligosaccharides with a high yield of 55% from 275 g/L lactose at 50 °C for 12 h. A novel β-galactosidase capable of glycosyl transfer was purified from this strain. It was a homotetramer with molecular mass of about 442 kDa. The optimal pH and temperature for hydrolysis activity on o-nitrophenyl-β-d-galactopyranoside (oNPGal) were 6.5–10.5 and 35 °C, respectively. The enzyme showed a wide range of acceptor specificity for transglycosylation and catalyzed glycosyl transfer from oNPGal to various chemicals such as galactose, glucose, fructose, arabinose, mannose, sorbose, rhamnose, xylose, cellobiose, sucrose, trehalose, melibiose, inositol, mannitol, sorbitol and salicin, resulting in novel saccharide yields ranging from 0.8% to 23.5%. A gene encoding the enzyme was cloned and the recombinant enzyme from Escherichia coli had similar transglycosylation activity to the natural enzyme.  相似文献

Enzymatic catalytic promiscuity has received increasing attention in the past decade. In this research, ten enzymes were investigated for the promiscuous activity in catalysis of the Michael addition-cyclization cascade reaction of p-nitrobenzalacetone with 1,3-cyclohexanedione to prepare 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-2H-chromen-5(6H)-one in anhydrous media, and control experiments were conducted to exclude false positive results. The highest yield (46.1%) was observed with Escherichia coli BioH esterase and the optimal reaction condition was: 1 mmol α,β-unsaturated ketone, 1 mmol 1,3-dicarbonyl compound, 20 mg E. coli BioH esterase, 20 ml N,N-dimethylformamide at 37 °C for 120 h. To preliminarily investigate the mechanism, site-directed mutagenesis was performed on the hydrolysis catalytic triad of BioH, and the results indicated “alternate-site enzyme promiscuity”. When a series of substituted benzalacetones and 1,3-cyclic diketones were used as the reactants, yields of up to 76.3% were achieved. These results imply the potential industrial application of E. coli BioH in the preparation of dihydropyran derivatives.  相似文献

Novel xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8) is in great demand due to its industrial significance. In this study, we have developed and characterized a novel xylanase-producing yeast strain. This mature xylanase gene xyn11A consists of 870 base pairs and belongs to GH11 family. The gene sequence was optimized and synthesized, and was then cloned into yeast vector pGAPZαA under the control of the constitutive GAP promoter. SDS-PAGE analysis indicates that Xyn11A is extracellularly expressed as a glycosylated protein in P. pastoris. Xyn11A is optimally active at 70 °C and pH 7.4. This xylanase retained more than 90% of its activity after incubation at 50 °C and 60 °C for up to 1 h. Xyn11A is also stable over a wide range of pH (2.0–11.0). Most metal ions tested such as copper (Cu2+) and lead (Pb2+) have little inhibitory effects on Xyn11A. It is also resistant to pepsin and proteinase K digestion, retaining 80% and 90% of its activity after digestion at 37 °C for 1 h, respectively. Those superior properties make Xyn11A a robust xylanase with great potential for industrial use. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of xylanase from the fungus Corynascus thermophilus.  相似文献

An open reading frame (XylX) with 1131 nucleotides from Paenibacillus campinasensis BL11 was cloned and expressed in E. coli. It encodes a family 11 endoxylanase, designated as XylX, of 41 kDa. The homology of the amino acid sequence deduced from XylX is only 73% identical to the next closest sequence. XylX contains a family 11 catalytic domain of the glycoside hydrolase and a family 6 cellulose-binding module. The recombinant xylanase was fused to a His-tag for affinity purification. The XylX activity was 2392 IU/mg, with a Km of 6.78 mg/ml and a Vmax of 4953 mol/min/mg under optimal conditions (pH 7, 60 °C). At pH 11, 60 °C, the activity was still as high as 517 IU/mg. Xylanase activities at 60 °C under pH 5 to pH 9 remained at more than 69.4% of the initial activity level for 8 h. The addition of Hg2+ at 5 mM almost completely inhibited xylanase activity, whereas the addition of tris-(2-carboxyethyl)-phosphine (TCEP) and 2-mercaptoethanol stimulated xylanase activity. No relative activities for Avicel, CMC and d-(+)-cellobiose were found. Xylotriose constitutes the majority of the hydrolyzed products from oat spelt and birchwood xylan. Broad pH and temperature stability shows its application potentials for biomass conversion, food and pulp/paper industries.  相似文献

This study was aimed at investigating the toxicity mechanism of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on Penaeus monodon haemocytes at a cellular level. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, nitric oxide (NO) production, non-specific esterase activity, cytoplasmic free-Ca2 + (CF-Ca2 +) concentration, DNA damaged cell ratio and apoptotic cell ratio of in vitro LPS-treated haemocytes were measured by flow cytometry. Two concentrations of Escherichia coli LPS (5 and 10 μg mL? 1) were used. Results showed that ROS production, NO production and CF-Ca2 + concentration were significantly induced in the LPS-treated haemocytes. Ratio of DNA damaged cell and apoptotic cell increased caused by LPS, while esterase activity increased at the initial 60 min and dropped later. The initial increase in esterase activity suggested that LPS activated the release of esterase, and the later decrease might result from apoptosis. These results indicated that LPS would induce oxidative stress on shrimp haemocytes, and cause Ca2 + release, DNA damage and subsequently cell apoptosis. This process of ROS/RNS-induced Ca2 +-mediated apoptosis might be one of the toxicity mechanisms of LPS on shrimp haemocytes.  相似文献

An extracellular protease from a newly isolated seawater haloalkaliphilic bacterium, haloalkaliphilic bacteria Ve2-20-91 [HM047794], was purified and characterized. The enzyme is a monomer with a 37.2 kDa estimated molecular weight. It catalyzed reactions in the pH range 8–11 and performed optimally at pH 10. While maximal activity occurred at 50 °C, the temperature profile shifted from 50 to 80 °C in 1–3 M NaCl. The enzyme's thermal stability was probed using circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy with NaCl at 50 and 70 °C. The changes in the enzyme's secondary structure were also analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The N-terminal amino acid sequence GKDGPPGLCGFFGCI exhibited low homology with other bacterial proteases, which highlights the enzyme's novelty. The enzyme was labile in anionic surfactant (1% w/v SDS) but showed stability in non-ionic surfactants (Tween 20, Tween 80 and Triton X-100 all 1% v/v), commercial detergents, and oxidizing and reducing agents. The enzyme's excellent stability in commercial detergents highlights its potential as a detergent additive.  相似文献
