Biochemistry of vitamins is one of the leading trends in the fundamental researches of A. V. Palladin Institute of Biochemistry from the moment of its foundation in 1925. The Laboratory of Vitamins Biochemistry was organised in 1994, it was reorganized into the Department of Vitamins Biochemistry in 1966, and later it was renamed as the Department of Coenzymes Biochemistry. Now the investigations at the Coenzymes Biochemistry Department headed (from 1986) by G. V. Donchenko, Corr.-Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, are directed to estimation of vitamins A, E, B1 and PP action molecular mechanisms. Investigation of specific protein-acceptors of vitamins and their biologically active derivatives is a contemporary and effective methodological approach to the estimation of some molecular mechanisms of vitamins action on cellular metabolism. Considering the challenging theoretical and practical aspects of the further fundamental investigation development in the molecular vitaminology the following items are currently being worked in the Department last time: 1. Study of some molecular mechanisms of thiamine and vitamin PP neurotropic action. These investigations are oriented to clearing some new aspects of noncoenzymic mechanism of its influence on the nervous cell functioning both in the norm and at some nervous diseases. 2. Study of some molecular mechanisms of regulation by means of fat-soluble vitamins A, E and their specific proteins-acceptors of DNA, RNA and protein biosynthesis in the nuclei and mitochondria of actively proliferous cells. These investigations are aimed to the estimation of molecular mechanisms of fat-soluble vitamins participation in the regulation of DNA-dependent synthesis of RNA, RNA-polymerase activity, mechanism of their anticancerogenous effect, vitamin E participation in the realisation of nuclear genetic information. 3. Study of intracellular protein-receptors, which take part in realisation of vitamins and their biologically active derivatives functions in the human and animals' organism. The investigations, directed to study of a role of retinol-binding proteins in exchange of the vitamin A and in biosynthesis of DNA, RNA and proteins, the role of tocopherol-binding proteins in realisation of biological action of vitamin E in cells and thiamine-binding proteins in realisation of neurotropic action of vitamin B1 are actively developed. 4. Investigation of mechanisms of antioxidizing and antiradical biological action of vitamin D3, ecdisterone and related biologically active compounds. Basing on the fundamental researches some vitamins preparations have been created, such as "Carotin-M", "Cardiovit", "Evit-1", "Soevit", "Metovit", "Caratel'ka" and others. The results of fundamental investigation of noncoenzymic thiamine function led us to elaboration of a new hypothesis about molecular mechanism of vitamin B1 neurotropic action. According to the hypothesis the thiamine high neuroactivity is a result of existence in the nervous ending a specific mobile thiamine pool and connection thiamine metabolism with nervous cell membrane potential and acetylcholine metabolism.  相似文献

Results of the study of the provision with vitamins and some micro- and macroelements of limited groups of people, who suffered from the accident at the Chornobyl nuclear power plant (ChNPP), which have been carried out by Ukrainian and Russian scientists during various periods after the accident, are generalized in the paper. Persons which participated in liquidation of the accident and lived during the accident in the territory, adjoining to Pripyat (the Kyiv region, town of Slavutich), people which worked at the object "Shelter" and ChNPP were involved in the inspection. It was noted, that in 1-4 years after the ChNPP accident in blood of liquidators the biochemical parameters displaying security of their organism by vitamins A and B1, remain lower in comparison with the same parameters in a group of relatively healthy persons which were not affected by the accident (control), that testifies to stable metabolic disturbance in the organism of people under irradiation influence. Selective inspection of the vitamin status of ChNPP and object "Shelter" personnel in 1992 has shown, that provision with vitamins C, B1, B2, B6 of the overwhelming majority of these people (67-91%) are much below the norm. Deficiency of vitamins C, B1, B6, folate and selenium is also revealed in an organism of 50-90% of women and children living in Slavutich. Deficit of vitamins in most of persons was characterized by polyhypovitaminoses, that is a combination of several group B vitamins deficiency at simultaneously low provision with selenium, and in a part of women and children--by low amount of iron. The results of long-term complex studies by groups of authors give evidence on importance and urgency of formulation and execution of International program on optimisation of nutrition, micronutrition status and health among population of affected areas in Ukraine, Bielorus' and Russia.  相似文献

There are no literature references describing the effect of consumption of Aloe vera liquid preparations on the absorption of water- or fat-soluble vitamins. There is a very large population worldwide which consume vitamins and many people also consume Aloe. Thus we report the effect of Aloe on the human absorption of vitamins C and E, the most popular vitamin supplements. The plasma bioavailability of vitamins C and E were determined in normal fasting subjects, with eight subjects for vitamin C and ten subjects for vitamin E. In a random crossover design, the subjects consumed either 500 mg of ascorbic acid or 420 mg of vitamin E acetate alone (control), or combined with 2 oz of two different Aloe preparations (a whole leaf extract, or an inner fillet gel). Blood was collected periodically up to 24 h after consumption. Plasma was analyzed for ascorbate and tocopherol by HPLC with UV detection. There was no significant difference in the areas under the plasma ascorbate–time curves among the groups sincerely due to large differences within the groups. For comparative purposes the control area was 100%. The Aloe Gel area was 304%, and Aloe Whole Leaf 80%. Only Aloe Gel caused a significant increase in plasma ascorbate after 8 and 24 h. For vitamin E, the results for the relative areas were control 100%, Gel 369%, and Leaf (198%). Only the Aloes produced a significant increase in plasma tocopherol after 6 and 8 h. Both Aloes were significantly different from the control after 8 h. Aloe Gel was significantly different from the baseline after 24 h. The Aloes slowed down the absorption of both vitamins with maximum concentrations 2–4 h later than the control. There was no difference between the two types of Aloe. The results indicate that the Aloes improve the absorption of both vitamins C and E. The absorption is slower and the vitamins last longer in the plasma with the Aloes. Aloe is the only known supplement to increase the absorption of both of these vitamins and should be considered as a complement to them.  相似文献

The effects of 20 kinds of vitamins or their analogues on the growth rate of preadipocytes and the terminal differentiation of preadipocytes to adipocytes was systematically compared in 3T3-L1 cells. 2. The addition of vitamin C markedly increased the growth rate of preadipocytes at over 50 microM. 3. The addition of vitamin K3 slowed down the growth rate at over 0.1 microM. 4. In water soluble vitamins and their analogues tested, the vitamin B6 group and vitamin C significantly stimulated the differentiation, and consequently increased the glycerophosphate dehydrogenase activity and triglyceride accumulation, to a concentration of over 10 microM. 5. Many fat soluble vitamins and their analogues (the vitamin A group, including beta-carotene, the vitamin D group, vitamin E and the vitamin K group) strongly inhibited the adipose conversion of 3T3-L1 cells at microM level.  相似文献

The immunostimulatory effect of probiotics and vitamin C has been established in many systems including fish. An investigation was carried out to study the effect of dietary supplementation of a probiotic bacterium "Bacillus subtilis", vitamin C in the form of ascorbyl polyphosphate and their combination on the immune response of Indian major carp, rohu, (Labeo rohita Ham.) fingerlings fed for a period of 60 days. The total serum protein and globulin content was significantly higher (p<0.05) in probiotic (B. subtilis @ 10(8) CFU/g of the feed) fed group while the respiratory burst activity of blood neutrophils was significantly high in vitamin C (ascorbyl polyphosphate @100 mg per kg diet) fed group. The antibody level was significantly high in Bacillus subtilis treated group followed by the probiotic (B. subtilis @ 10(8) CFU/g of the feed) and ascorbyl polyphosphate (ascorbyl polyphosphate @100 mg per kg diet) combined group. The least percentage of mortality was recorded in B. subtilis treated group (25%) followed by 35 and 40% in ascorbyl polyphosphate treated and B. subtilis and ascorbyl polyphosphate combined groups, respectively.  相似文献

The intra- and extracellular contents of vitamins were studied in the course of submerged cultivation of the higher basidial mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.: Fr.) Kummer st. IMBF-1300 on liquid nutrient media. This strain was found to be autotrophic in respect of thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and biotin (vitamin B7), but it failed to synthesize cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). The composition and pH of the culture medium, containing such complex biostimulating supplements as maize extract and concentrated potato sap noticeably influence the contents of vitamins B1, B5 and B7 in the mycelium, and to a less degree they change the level of the intracellular biosynthesis of vitamins B2 and B6. Higher excretion of vitamins B5, B7 and especially B6 was observed on the semisynthetic media during the postexponential growth. Under experimental conditions vitamins B1 and B2 were accumulated only in the cells. The dry mycelium of P. ostreatus obtained by submerged cultivation on liquid media is a valuable source of B vitamins and, especially, of niacin. Thus the oyster mushroom and other edible mushrooms can be put at one of the top places among food-stuffs by the content of niacin.  相似文献

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) can essentially effect the activity of mitomycin C (MMC), added individually or in combination with antioxidant vitamins (C, E-acetate, beta-carotene) as found in experiments in vitro (Escherichia coli bacteria, AB 1157) under irradiation with gamma-rays. The environment plays a crucial role. In airfree media vitamin B1 leads to a 2-fold increase of the MMC-efficiency, but adding vitamin C it decreases. In the presence of all vitamins (B1, C, E-ac., and beta-carotene) the MMC-action increases about 1.8-fold. In aerated media vitamin B1 causes an about 4-times increase of the MMC-efficiency, but by adding vitamin B1 and C the MMC-activity decreases by a factor of two, whereas in the presence of B1, C, E-ac., and beta-carotene it rises again to 2.6-fold. In environment saturated with N2O (conversion of e(-)aq into OH radicals) a different picture is observed. The presence of vitamin B1 or vitamin B1 + C causes a strong decrease of the MMC-efficiency, but the addition of all vitamins (B1, C, E-ac., and beta-car.) leads to a small increase of the cytostatic action. The results demonstrate the influence of vitamin B1 used individually or in combination with other antioxidants on the MMC-efficiency and the strong effect of the environment. The results are of interest for the application of MMC in radiotherapy.  相似文献

High dietary doses of the antioxidant vitamins C and E were administered to gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata L.) in an attempt to reduce the stress response in specimens exposed to a multiple stress situation. Fish were fed four different diets for 6 weeks: a commercial feed containing 0.1g vitamin C and 0.1g vitamin E kg(-1) acted as control diet, while experimental diets consisted of the same feed supplemented with 3g vitamin C kg(-1), 1.2g vitamin E kg(-1) or both 3g vitamin C and 1.2g vitamin E kg(-1). After 2, 4 and 6 weeks fish were exposed to stressors typical of aquacultural practices, and serum cortisol levels, complement activity (measured by the alternative pathway), blood glucose level and respiratory burst activity of head-kidney leucocytes were evaluated. The results showed that all stress-induced increases in blood glucose concentration were lower in fish fed the vitamin C and/or E-supplemented diet than in fish fed the control diet after 2 weeks of treatment, although no other differences were found at the rest of the times. Cortisol levels increased in stressed fish and did not suffer depletion as a consequence of administering vitamins C and/or E as a supplement. The natural haemolytic complement activity was not affected by the stressors but enhanced in specimens fed vitamin-supplemented diets at week 6. The respiratory burst activity was depressed by the stressors in fish fed the control diet, although only after 6 weeks of treatment were the differences statistically significant. These results suggest that vitamins C and E are involved in the hypothalamic-sympathetic-chromaffin cell axis and also interfere in tertiary stress responses such as immunodepression, where they protect the leucocyte functions.  相似文献

Although the use of vitamin E supplements has been associated with a reduction in coronary events, assumed to be due to lowered lipid peroxidation, there are no previous long-term clinical trials into the effects of vitamin C or E supplementation on lipid peroxidation in vivo. Here, we have studied the long-term effects of vitamins C and E on plasma F2-isoprostanes, a widely used marker of lipid peroxidation in vivo. As a study cohort, a subset of the "Antioxidant Supplementation in Atherosclerosis Prevention" (ASAP) study was used. ASAP is a double-masked placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial to study the long-term effect of vitamin C (500 mg of slow release ascorbate daily), vitamin E (200 mg of D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate daily), both vitamins (CellaVie), or placebo on lipid peroxidation, atherosclerotic progression, blood pressure and myocardial infarction (n = 520 at baseline). Lipid peroxidation measurements were carried out in 100 consecutive men at entry and repeated at 12 months. The plasma F2-isoprostane concentration was lowered by 17.3% (95% CI 3.9-30.8%) in the vitamin E group (p = 0.006 for the change, as compared with the placebo group). On the contrary, vitamin C had no significant effect on plasma F2-isoprostanes as compared with the placebo group. There was also no interaction in the effect between these vitamins. In conclusion, long-term oral supplementation of clinically healthy, but hypercholesterolemic men, who have normal vitamin C and E levels with a reasonable dose of vitamin E lowers lipid peroxidation in vivo, but a relatively high dose of vitamin C does not. This observation may provide a mechanism for the observed ability of vitamin E supplements to prevent atherosclerosis.  相似文献

Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) is one of the vitamins believed to be produced exclusively by microorganisms. Although soil is a rich source of vitamin B12, systematic study as to possible uptake of this vitamin by the plant roots is lacking. This study was undertaken to investigate, under water culture conditions, the uptake of [57Co]-cyanocobalamin by soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.). In the range of 10 to 3200 mol L–1, uptake of vitamin B12 was a linear function of the vitamin concentration in the nutrient solution. Depending on the vitamin concentration, 12 to 34% of the total absorbed vitamin was transported to the plant shoots, with proportionally more vitamin B12 transported at higher vitamin concentrations. Aeration of the rooting medium with nitrogen gas significantly increased the total uptake and the percentage of vitamin transported to the shoots. Addition of respiration inhibitor dinitrophenol to the nutrient solution did not affect the total uptake or the partitioning of the vitamin. Root temperature (5–30°C) did not affect the total uptake but significantly altered the partitioning of the vitamin between the roots and the shoots. Foliar-applied vitamin B12 was not translocated to any considerable degree to other plant parts, indicating that phloem transport does not contribute to the distribution of this vitamin within the plant. It is suggested that adding manure (which is rich in this vitamin) to the soil could increase soil and thus plant content of vitamin B12. This could be of importance in raising the intake of this vitamin by people living by choice or necessity on vegetarian diets who are usually threatened by vitamin B12 deficiency.  相似文献

The levels of 8-oxoGua in urine samples were about 7-8 times higher in newborn children and piglets when compared with the level of adult subjects, while in the case of 8-oxodG the difference was about 2.5 times. The levels of vitamin C and E in umbilical cord blood of newborn children significantly depend on the concentration of these compounds in their mother's blood. However, the values of vitamin C in human's cord blood were about 2-times higher than in respective mother blood, while the level of vitamin E showed an opposite trend. The results suggest that: (i) healthy, full-term newborns are under potential oxidative stress; (ii) urinary excretion of 8-oxoGua and 8-oxodG may be a good marker of oxidative stress in newborns; and (iii) antioxidant vitamins, especially vitamin C, play an important role in protecting newborns against oxidative stress.  相似文献

Background

Supplementation with B vitamins for stroke prevention has been evaluated over the years, but which combination of B vitamins is optimal for stroke prevention is unclear. We performed a network meta-analysis to assess the impact of different combinations of B vitamins on risk of stroke.

Methods

A total of 17 trials (86 393 patients) comparing 7 treatment strategies and placebo were included. A network meta-analysis combined all available direct and indirect treatment comparisons to evaluate the efficacy of B vitamin supplementation for all interventions.

Results

B vitamin supplementation was associated with reduced risk of stroke and cerebral hemorrhage. The risk of stroke was lower with folic acid plus vitamin B6 as compared with folic acid plus vitamin B12 and was lower with folic acid plus vitamin B6 plus vitamin B12 as compared with placebo or folic acid plus vitamin B12. The treatments ranked in order of efficacy for stroke, from higher to lower, were folic acid plus vitamin B6 > folic acid > folic acid plus vitamin B6 plus vitamin B12 > vitamin B6 plus vitamin B12 > niacin > vitamin B6 > placebo > folic acid plus vitamin B12.

Conclusions

B vitamin supplementation was associated with reduced risk of stroke; different B vitamins and their combined treatments had different efficacy on stroke prevention. Folic acid plus vitamin B6 might be the optimal therapy for stroke prevention. Folic acid and vitamin B6 were both valuable for stroke prevention. The efficacy of vitamin B12 remains to be studied.  相似文献

Objective

To assess the status of the vitamin B12 and folate of Chinese women living in northwest China.

Methods

A population-based cross-sectional study was conducted in 2008 among Chinese women aged 10–49 years living in Shaanxi province of northwest China. A stratified multistage random sampling method was adopted to obtain a sample of 1170 women. The women were interviewed for collection of their background information and their plasma vitamin B12 and folate were measured with the immunoassay method. The status of both vitamins was evaluated and the prevalence of deficiency was estimated.

Results

The median value of the women was 214.5 pg/mL for vitamin B12 and 4.6 ng/mL for folate. The urban women had a significantly higher vitamin B12 (254.1 vs. 195.9 pg/mL) but lower folate (4.4 vs. 4.7 ng/mL) than rural women. Total prevalence of deficiency was 45.5% (95% CI: 42.6%∼48.4%) for vitamin B12 and 14.7% (95% CI: 12.6%∼16.8%) for folate. About 36% of women presented vitamin B12 deficiency alone, 5.2% belonged to folate deficiency alone and 9.5% was combined deficiency in both vitamins. More than 25% of the women were in marginal vitamin B12 status (200–299 pg/mL) and 60% in marginal status of folate (3–6 ng/mL). About 75.2% of rural women with folate deficiency were deficient in vitamin B12 and 46% for urban women. Quantile regression model found decreasing coefficient of folate status across 73 different quantiles of vitamin B12, which indicated that the women with folate deficiency had lower vitamin B12 significantly compared with those with no deficiency.

Conclusions

The deficiency of vitamin B12 and folate is still prevalent among the Chinese women in northwest China. Vitamin B12 deficiency could be more serious and the improvement of poor vitamin B12 status should be invoked when practicing the supplementation of folate against the neural tube defects in northwest China.  相似文献

The formation and accumulation of DNA fragments containing no more than 23,000 pairs of bases were observed under exposure of human larynx epidermoid carcinoma cells (Hep-2) to "chemical nuclease", oxycobalamin (vitamin B12b) and ascorbic acid (vitamin C). The obtained DNA damages were repaired more slowly than those induced by gamma-irradiation in the dose adequate to the level of DNA damages. DNA reparation was not revealed after washing the cells from vitamin B12b and ascorbic acid, and in the course of cell incubation with ascorbic acid. Vitamin B12b and ascorbic acid separately did not induce degradation of DNA. DNA damages induced by "chemical nuclease" action precede the cell death observed later.  相似文献

Background

Despite growing attention to nutrition and quality of life in cardiovascular disease survivors, the impact of dietary factors according to disease type or to quality of life domain is poorly understood. We investigated the effects of B vitamin and/or n-3 fatty acid supplementation on health-related quality of life among survivors of stroke, myocardial infarction, or unstable angina.

Methods

We performed ancillary analyses of the SU.FOL.OM3 trial (2003–2009; France). In total, 2,501 men (mean age = 61 y) and women (mean age = 63 y) were randomized in a 2×2 factorial design to: 1) 0.56 mg 5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate, 3 mg vitamin B6, 0.02 mg vitamin B12; 2) 600 mg eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids in a 2∶1 ratio; 3) B vitamins and n-3 fatty acids combined; or 4) placebo. Health-related quality of life was evaluated at follow-up with the Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short Form Health Survey. Data from 2,029 individuals were used in this analysis.

Results

After 3.1±0.4 y, no effects of supplementation with either B vitamins or n-3 fatty acids on quality of life (physical or mental health domains) were found. However, participants receiving B vitamins had slightly more activity limitations due to emotional problems compared with those not receiving B vitamins (mean difference = 3.8; 95% CI: 0.4, 7.1). A significant interaction of treatment by prior disease revealed an inverse association between n-3 fatty acids and vitality among myocardial infarction survivors (mean difference = 2.9; 95% CI: 0.5, 5.2).

Conclusions

There were no beneficial effects of supplementation with relatively low doses of B vitamins or n-3 fatty acids on health-related quality of life in cardiovascular disease survivors. The adverse effects of B vitamins on activity limitations and of n-3 fatty acids on vitality among individuals with prior myocardial infarction merit confirmation.  相似文献

维生素是维持人体生命活动必需的一类有机物质,机体本身一般不能合成或合成量不足,因此需经食物或其他强化产品获取。目前,维生素产品已广泛应用于医药、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂、化妆品等领域,而且全球对维生素的需求也是呈逐年增长态势。维生素的生产方法主要包括化学合成法和生物合成法。化学合成法通常安全隐患大、反应条件严苛、废物污染严重,相比之下,代谢工程生产维生素绿色环保安全、能耗低,因此建立微生物细胞工厂具有重大的科学意义和应用需求。文中回顾了近30年来代谢工程在维生素生产领域的研究进展,详细阐述了水溶性维生素(维生素B1、B2、B3、B5、B6、B7、B9、B12和维生素C的前体)和脂溶性维生素(维生素A、维生素D的前体、维生素E和维生素K)的生物合成研究现状,并对其发酵生产的瓶颈进行了探讨,最后对合成生物技术创建维生素生产菌种进行了展望。  相似文献

To investigate the influence and possible interactions of dietary vitamin E and C supplementation on vitamin content of both vitamins and oxidative stability of different pork tissues 40 Large White barrows from 25 kg to 106 kg were allocated to four different cereal based diets: Basal diet (B), dl-alpha-tocopherylacetate + 200 mg/kg (E), crystalline ascorbic acid + 300 mg/kg (C) or both vitamins (EC). At slaughtering samples of liver, spleen, heart, kidney, backfat outer layer, ham and M. tongissimus dorsi were obtained. Growth performance of the pigs and carcass characteristics were not influenced by feeding treatments. Dietary vitamin E supplementation had a significant effect on the vitamin E and alpha-tocopherol concentration in all investigated tissues. Backfat outer layer, liver, spleen, kidney and heart had higher vitamin E concentrations than ham and M. longissimus dorsi. Dietary vitamin C supplementation tended towards enhanced vitamin E levels except for ham samples. Therefore, some synergistic actions without dietary vitamin E supplementation between the two vitamins could be shown. The vitamin C concentration and TBARS were increased or at least equal in all tissues due to vitamin C supplementation. Dietary alpha-tocopherol supplementation resulted in lower TBARS in backfat outer layer (malondialdehyde 0.35 mg/kg in B vs. 0.28 mg/kg in E), but increased in heart and ham. When both vitamins were supplemented (EC) TBARS were lower in M. longissimus dorsi and backfat outer layer, equal in heart and higher in liver and ham compared to a single vitamin C supplementation. Rancimat induction time of backfat outer layer was 0.3 h higher in C compared to B and 0.17 h higher in EC than in E. Correlations between levels of both vitamins were positive for kidney (r = 0.169), M. longissimus dorsi (r = 0.499) and ham (r = 0.361) and negative for heart (r = -0.350). In liver and spleen no interaction could be found. In backfat outer layer vitamin E was positively correlated with rancimat induction time (r = 0.550) and negatively with TBARS (r = -0.202), but provided no evidence that dietary vitamin E supply led to better oxidative stability.  相似文献

Aim

The association between vitamin intake and gastric cancer (GC) has been widely debated due to the relatively weak evidence. In this study, a meta-analysis of prospective and well designed observational studies were performed to explore this association.

Methods

MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, and Sciencedirect were searched for studies of vitamin consumption and gastric cancer. This produced 47 relevant studies covering 1,221,392 human subjects. Random effects models were used to estimate summary relative risk (RR). Dose-response, subgroup, sensitivity, meta-regression, and publication bias analyses were conducted.

Results

The RR of gastric cancer in the group with the highest vitamin intake was compared to that of the lowest intake group. Total vitamin intake was 0.78 (95% CI, 0.71−0.83). In 9 studies that individuals were given doses at least 4 times above the tolerable upper intake (UL) vitamins, the RR was 1.20 (95% CI, 0.99−1.44). However, in 17 studies that individuals received doses below the UL, the RR was 0.76 (95% CI, 0.68−0.86). Dose-response analysis was conducted on different increments in different types of vitamins (vitamin A: 1.5 mg/day, vitamin C: 100 mg/day, vitamin E: 10 mg/day) intake with a significant reduction in the risk of gastric cancer, respectively, 29% in vitamin A, 26% in vitamin C, and 24% in vitamin E.

Conclusion

This meta-analysis clearly demonstrated that low doses of vitamins can significantly reduce the risk of GC, especially vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E.  相似文献
