目的观察微生态制剂金双歧(双歧杆菌、乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌三联活茵片)对腹痛儿童幽门螺杆菌根除治疗的影响。方法将54例幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)阳性的腹痛儿童随机分成A组(奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林三联疗法)和B组(金双歧联用三联疗法),疗程均为2周,治疗结束4周后复查13C-尿素呼气试验,统计患儿治疗期间的不良反应。结果 A、B两组根除根除率分别为74.3%和88.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组胃肠道不良反应明显少于A组(P<0.01)。结论微生态制剂不能显著增加腹痛儿童幽门螺杆菌根除率,但降低三联根除疗法的胃肠道不良反应。  相似文献

48例消化性溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌的耐药性调查   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori ,Hp)临床分离株进行药物敏感性试验及耐药性分析 ,为探求幽门螺杆菌感染的根除疗法提供依据。运用微需氧培养方法 ,从胃镜活检标本中分离幽门螺杆菌 ,利用琼脂稀释法测定幽门螺杆菌对抗生素的敏感性试验 ,将 2 1株Hp临床分离株进行 7种抗菌药物的敏感性及耐药性调查。从 4 8例消化性溃疡患者胃镜活检标本中分离出 2 1株幽门螺杆菌。 2 1株幽门螺杆菌对阿莫西林MIC范围 0 .5~ 8mg/L ,无耐药菌株 ;克拉霉素、替硝唑的MIC范围分别为 0 .12 5~ 0 .5mg/L和 4~ 8mg/L ,耐药率均为 4 .76 % ;四环素、利福平的MIC范围分别为 0 .5~ 1mg/L和 1~ 6 4mg/L ,耐药率分别为 4 .76 % ,9.5 2 % ;甲硝唑的MIC为 16~ 12 8mg/L ,红霉素的MIC为 0 .5~ 12 8mg/L ,耐药率较高 ,分别为 2 3.89%和5 7.15 %。此次分离的Hp对阿莫西林、克拉霉素、替硝唑有较高的敏感性 ;而对甲硝唑及红霉素耐药率高 ,应避免应用 ;阿莫西林、克拉霉素可作为本地区治疗Hp感染的主要药物 ;四环素、利福平可用于一线治疗失败后二线治疗 ;替硝唑可替代甲硝唑用于Hp的根除治疗。  相似文献

幽门螺杆菌作为慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡和胃癌的病原体,大多在儿童期获得,并在成人期持续存在。早期诊断及治疗可有效减少幽门螺杆菌感染相关疾病及不良后果的发生,但儿童幽门螺杆菌感染根除率仍较低,其与幽门螺杆菌药物依从性差及抗生素耐药有关。而欧洲国家儿童幽门螺杆菌感染降低,但儿童早期哮喘、炎症性肠病、胃肠道感染及Barrett食管等疾病的发生率增高。了解胃肠道微生物组与幽门螺杆菌感染的相互作用可能为儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的诊疗及预防提供新的办法。本文就幽门螺杆菌与胃肠道菌群关系研究进展作一综述。  相似文献

目的:观察以雷贝拉唑、左氧氟沙星为基础的三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌根除失败的补救疗法的临床疗效.方法:幽门螺杆菌根除失败的患者50例,予雷贝拉唑20mg,阿莫西林1.0,一天两次;左氧氟沙星0.5,一天一次;口服一周.停药1个月后行13C呼气试验检测来判断幽门螺杆菌根除率.结果:49例完成了整个研究过程,意向处理分析(ITT)根除率为82.00%,完成治疗分析(PP)根除率为83.67%,总的副作用发生率为12.00%,症状缓解率95.92%.结论:以雷贝拉唑、左氧氟沙星为基础的短程三联疗法对根治失败的幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者是一种安全、有效的治疗方案.  相似文献

幽门螺杆菌是一种革兰染色阴性,螺旋形,运动活泼,微需氧的的细菌。幽门螺杆菌感染是慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡的重要病因,与胃癌和胃MALT淋巴瘤的发病也相关。乳酸菌,属于益生菌之列,为对人类有益的细菌,其抗幽门螺杆菌感染的效果已经在大量实验中得到确证。目前,临床上将其作为抗生素疗法的佐剂有一定的疗效。但是要在世界范围内完全根除幽门螺杆菌感染,唯一可行的方案就是免疫接种。  相似文献

幽门螺杆菌是一种具有高感染率的慢性致病菌,它的感染能够引起消化性溃疡和胃癌等多种疾病。目前,传统的三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌的根除率不断下降,且副作用越来越多,而益生菌联合三联疗法的治疗方法已被许多临床试验证明能够解决传统三联疗法不能解决的问题。本研究探讨了益生菌在治疗幽门螺杆菌感染中的作用以及存在的问题,并对此治疗方法的发展做了简要的总结。  相似文献

肠杆菌科细菌、霍乱弧菌、难辨梭菌、幽门螺杆菌和原虫等病原体感染是引起腹泻的主要原因.布拉酵母作为一种益生菌,通过抗微生物、免疫调节、肠道屏障、增加肠道营养等方面维持肠道微生态平衡.该酵母用于治疗肠杆菌科细菌、霍乱弧菌等病原菌感染引起的急性腹泻,能显著降低腹泻频率,缩短腹泻时间;而作为辅助药物联合抗生素治疗难辨梭菌、幽门螺杆菌和原虫等顽固性病原微生物感染,具有提高根除率、减少副作用、降低复发率的作用.本研究综述了布拉酵母对若干腹泻病原体的防治机制和临床应用研究进展.  相似文献

幽门螺杆菌是一种呈螺旋状或S形、微需氧的革兰阴性杆菌,专一性定居于人胃,是人类慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌和胃MALT淋巴瘤的主要病因。幽门螺杆菌在人群中的感染率非常高,达40%~90%,通常在儿童期感染,而且一经感染,若不根除治疗,将终生携带,携带者是幽门螺杆菌的传染源。幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断有侵入性方法如细菌培养、快速脲酶试验等,亦有非侵入性方法如脲呼吸试验、抗体检测等。幽门螺杆菌感染引起胃-十二指肠疾病的机制涉及细菌本身毒力因子、细菌黏附与定植、宿主炎症/免疫反应、氧化应激、细胞的增殖与凋亡等,情况复杂。迄今,幽门螺杆菌的确切致病机制未有定论。幽门螺杆菌相关疾病的治疗普遍采用根除细菌的抗菌疗法。预防幽门螺杆菌感染以及治疗幽门螺杆菌相关疾病的疫苗正在研究中。  相似文献

幽门螺杆菌是一种常见的胃肠道细菌,与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤和胃癌的发生密切相关。既然WHO已经将幽门螺杆菌归类为I类致癌物,那么根除幽门螺杆菌就显得尤为重要。然而,由于抗生素耐药、抗生素在胃低pH环境中活性降低以及在胃内停留时间不足,幽门螺杆菌的根除率正在逐年降低。本文通过回顾幽门螺杆菌的多重耐药情况,总结了有效的非抗生素抑制或者清除幽门螺杆菌的方法和策略,如益生菌、抗菌肽、纳米技术及中药等,并探讨相关的杀菌抑菌机制,为提高幽门螺杆菌的根除率及减少胃癌发生风险提供了新的理论依据和治疗策略。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. We also discuss the development and practicality of various cell culture and animal model systems to study KSHV replication and pathogenesis.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献

采用原位分子杂交方法检测HCV RNA及HBV X基因;采用免疫组织化学方法研究HCV核心抗原,非结构区C33c抗原及HBxAg在肝细胞肝癌中的定位及分布.结果表明(1)HCV RNA、HBV X基因在肝细胞肝癌组织检出率分别为40%(55/136)和82%(112/136).HCV RNA定位于癌细胞的胞浆内,阳性细胞呈散在、灶状及弥漫分布三种形式;HBV X基因在肝癌细胞中的分布呈胞浆型、核型及核浆型,阳性细胞也呈上述三种分布形式;(2)HCV C33c抗原、核心抗原在肝细胞肝癌中的阳性率为81%(133/164)及86%(141/164).C33c抗原定位于癌细胞及肝细胞的胞浆内;核心抗原既定位于癌细胞核中,又可定位于胞浆中.C33c抗原阳性细胞以灶状分布为主;而核心抗原阳性细  相似文献

For a plant selection model with frequency-independent viabilities, fertilities and selfing rates, it is shown that apart from global fixation, for certain parameter combinations a protected polymorphism and facultative fixation (either allele may become fixed according to initial frequencies) may both occur. Facultative fixation requires different selling rates for the dominant and recessive type. Protection of the polymorphism requires resource allocation for male and female function. In this connection the problem of purely genetically caused population extinction is discussed.
For general frequency dependence and regular segregation, the chances for establishment of a completely recessive gene are compared to those of a completely dominant gene. It is proven that the process of establishment of the recessive gene, despite a fitness advantage, may be considerably endangered by drift effects if random mating prevails. The recessive gene may reach the same effectivity in establishment as a dominant gene, only if the recessive homozygote mates exclusively with its own type during the period of establishment.  相似文献
