As a result of the study of both recent collections and a review of herbarium specimens, the following taxa are reported for the first time from various Italian regions: Hedwigia stellata Hedenäs, Hedwigia ciliata var. leucophaea Bruch & Schimp., Pleurozium schreberi (Willd. ex Brid.) Mitt. and Ptychostomum compactum Hornsch. var. compactum. The last taxon is new for southern Italy, while the report of Pleurozium schreberi confirms the occurrence of this species in southern Italy after more than half a century. Moreover, Crossidium laxefilamentosum Frey & Kürschner represents the second report of this species from Italy.  相似文献

The taxonomic delimitation of Hesperis bicuspidata (Willd.) Poir. and H. stellata F. Dvo?ák is problematic, and we therefore studied morphological, palynological, seed‐coat surface and karyological features of both species to determine their degree of similarity. The morphology was described using 13 characters, each based on ten measurements on different specimens. Hesperis stellata and H. bicuspidata both show large variation in vegetative and reproductive organs; petal length varies between 18 and 26 mm and petal width is 3–7 mm; the corolla is lilac, whitish lilac, violet, dark violet or white in color, and fruits of both species are generally glabrous or have very short bifurcate hairs. Pollen and seed morphology were examined by LM and SEM. Pollen of both species is prolate‐spheroid or subprolate, tricolpate and reticulate. Their exine structures are the same. Hesperis bicuspidata is diploid (2n=14) but different chromosome types were present in the two studied specimens. Hesperis stellata is tetraploid (2n=28) showing the same chromosome types as the samples of H. bicuspidata. Eighteen morphometrical characters of H. bicuspidata, H. stellata, H. pisidica and H. armena were analysed by ANOVA. Notes on ecology and distribution are also presented for H. bicuspidata. Based on the results, H. stellata is reduced to a synonym of H. bicuspidata.  相似文献

A new genus, Baltoraea gen. nov., two new species of this genus, B. insignis sp. nov. and B. simillima sp. nov., and three other new species, Cybocephalus (Cybocephalus) balticus sp. nov., C. (C.) electricus sp. nov. and C. (C.) kerneggeri sp. nov. are described from the Late Eocene Baltic amber. 算盘子属(Glochidion J.R.G.Forst.)是叶下珠科(Phyllanthaceae)叶下珠族(Phyllantheae)中一个分类极为困难的类群。基于广泛野外考察与馆藏标本查阅,对中国该属部分物种进行分类学处理。其中,长柱算盘子[G.khasicum(Müll.Arg.)Hook.f.]与倒卵叶算盘子(G.obovatum SieboldZucc.)在中国的分布予以排除,菲岛算盘子[G.philippicum(Cav.)C.B.Rob.]在中国被发现仅分布于台湾地区;G.bodinieri H.Lév.,G.pseudo-obscurum var.glabrum Pamp.与G.pseudo-obscurum var.lanceolatum Pamp.这三个名称被处理为湖北算盘子(G.wilsonii Hutch.)的新异名;G.vaniotii H.Lév.被排除在算盘子属外,并接受为芸香科臭常春(Orixa japonica Thunb.)的异名。另外,对G.khasicum(Müll.Arg.)Hook.f.,G.obovatum SieboldZucc.,G.philippicum(Cav.)C.B.Rob.,G.pseudo-obscurum var.lanceolatum Pamp.及G.wilsonii Hutch.这五个名称进行了后选模式的指定。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

One new genus and ten new species of antipatharian corals are described from the New Zealand region. Differential diagnoses are given and comparisons are made to related nominal species. Described as new is the genus Acanthosaropathes and the following species: Antipathes coronata, A. dicrocrada, A. polyhedra, Acanthosaropathes uniseriata, Phanopathes ctenocrada, Cupressopathes simplex, Stylopathes stenotes, Stauropathes stellata, Telopathes tasmaniensis, and Heteropathes intricata. This research highlights the diversity of deepsea corals for the region, improves knowledge of the distributional limits of species, which in turn can inform assessments of species prevalence for conservation initiatives and management decisions.  相似文献

Abstract: A taxonomic revision of 15 taxa of Diploschistes from India and Nepal is presented. Two species, D. awasthii and D. nepalensis, are described as new. The misapplication of the name Pternopetalum molle (Franch.) Hand.‐Mazz. has resulted in considerable taxonomic confusion in the genus, involving 11 names belonging to seven taxa (according to a recent treatment). A supplementary taxonomic revision of P. botrychioides (Dunn) Hand.‐Mazz., P. molle and P. vulgare (Dunn) Hand.‐Mazz. is presented, after a detailed examination of the morphological variation. Four new synonyms, P. longicaule var. humile R.H.Shan & F.T.Pu, P. molle var. dissectum R.H.Shan & F.T.Pu, P. radiatum (W.W.Smith) P.K.Mukherjee and P. trifoliatum R.H.Shan & F.T.Pu, are proposed. Pternopetalum delicatulum (H.Wolff) Hand.‐Mazz. should be reduced to P. botrychioides rather than P. radiatum. The previous taxonomic treatments of P. cuneifolium (H. Wolff) Hand.‐Mazz., P. cartilagineum C.Y.Wu ex R.H.Shan & F.T.Pu and P. molle var. crenulatum R.H.Shan & F.T.Pu are reinstated. 对2017年11月至2022年1月报道于西藏自治区的15个兰科植物新种、77个兰科植物新记录种统计表明,绝大部分(85.9%)发现于墨脱县。该研究于2021年进一步对墨脱县野生兰科植物资源进行调查,经查阅标本和文献比对鉴定,共发现采自墨脱县的兰科植物西藏新记录属1个——叉柱兰属(Cheirostylis Blume),西藏兰科新记录种10个——巡胡石豆兰(Bulbophyllum sinhoense Aver.)、葡萄天麻(Gastrodia putaoensis X.H.Jin)、中华叉柱兰(C.chinensis Rolfe)、弯瓣大苞兰[Bulbophyllum sasakii(Hayata)J.J.Verm.,Schuit.&de Vogel]、独龙石斛(Dendrobium praecinctum Rchb.f.)、直立山珊瑚[Cyrtosia falconeri(Hook.f.)Aver.]、红唇鸢尾兰(Oberonia rufilabris Lindl.)、白肋菱兰[Rhomboda tokioi(Fukuy.)Ormerod]、带唇兰(Tainia dunnii Rolfe)和绿叶线柱兰(Zeuxine agyokuana Fukuy.),其中巡胡石豆兰和葡萄天麻为2个中国新记录种。结合最新文献及野外植株形态,对以上物种分别进行了描述,提供花期照片和解剖图,并总结了新记录种与相似种之间的差异,以方便鉴别。凭证标本均存放于华东师范大学植物标本馆(HSNU)。  相似文献

Cryptic diversity not only introduces confusion to taxonomic studies, but it also poses major challenges to conservation and environmental legislation. One such troubling group are the Mountain Dragons in the genus Diploderma in Southwest China. Previous studies have suggested that the genus contains considerable cryptic diversity, particularly in the D. flaviceps complex. Owing to taxonomic confusion, micro‐endemic lineages are still neglected by the Chinese wildlife protection laws, despite their urgent conservation needs. Combining multivariate morphological and multi‐locus phylogenetic data, we provide the first integrative systematic revision of the genus Diploderma. Specifically, we confirm that the six examined populations of D. cf. flaviceps from the upper Jinsha and Yalong River Valleys in Sichuan and Yunnan Provinces represent six cryptic, undescribed lineages, and we describe each of them as a new species. With the updated taxonomy and distribution information, we discuss the taxonomy of the D. flaviceps complex in Southwest China, provide an updated diagnostic key along with distributional ranges for all species of the genus, and discuss some of the suspicious records of other congeners in China. Lastly, we evaluate the IUCN status of each of the six new species and highlight the major challenges for Diploderma conservation in China due to delayed environmental legislation and misleading conservation assessments.  相似文献
