Glutathione (GSH) concentration increases in bovine oocytes during in vitro maturation (IVM). The constitutive amino acids involved in GSH synthesis are glycine (Gly), glutamate (Glu) and cysteine (Cys). The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of the availability of glucose, Cys, Gly and Glu on GSH synthesis during IVM. The effect of the amino acid serine (Ser) on intracellular reduced/oxidized glutathione (GSH/GSSG) content in both oocytes and cumulus cells was also studied. Cumulus-oocyte complexes (COC) of cattle obtained from ovaries collected from an abattoir were matured in synthetic oviduct fluid (SOF) medium containing 8 mg/ml bovine serum albumin-fatty acid-free (BSA-FAF), 10 microg/ml LH, 1 microg/ml porcine FSH (pFSH) and 1 microg/ml 17 beta-estradiol (17beta-E2). GSH/GSSG content was measured using a double-beam spectrophotometer. The COC were cultured in SOF supplemented with 1.5mM or 5.6mM glucose (Exp. 1); with or without Cys+Glu+Gly (Exp. 2); with the omission of one constitutive GSH amino acid (Exp. 3); with 0.6mM Cys or Cys+Ser (Exp. 4). The developmental capacity of oocytes matured in IVM medium supplemented with Cys and the cell number per blastocyst were determined (Exp. 5). The results reported here indicate (1) no differences in the intracellular GSH/GSSG content at any glucose concentrations. Also, cumulus cell number per COC did not differ either before or after IVM (Exp. 1). (2) Glutathione content in oocytes matured in SOF alone were significantly different from oocytes incubated with SOF supplemented with Cys+Glu+Gly (Exp. 2). (3) Addition of Cys to maturation medium, either with or without Gly and Glu supplementation resulted in an increase of GSH/GSSG content. However, when Cys was omitted from the IVM medium intracellular GSH in oocytes or cumulus cells was less but not significantly altered compared to SOF alone (Exp. 3). (4) Glutathione content in both oocytes and cumulus cells was significantly reduced by incubation with 5mM Ser (Exp.4). (5) There was a significant increase in cleavage and blastocyst rates when Cys was added to maturation medium. In contrast, the cleavage, morula and blastocyst rates were significantly different when 5mM Ser was added to maturation media. There was also a significant difference in mean cell number per blastocyst, obtained from oocytes matured with 5mM Ser (Exp. 5). This study provides evidence that optimal embryo development in vitro is partially dependent on the presence of precursor amino acids for intracellular GSH production. Moreover, the availability of Cys might be a critical factor for GSH synthesis during IVM in cattle oocytes. Greater Ser concentration in IVM medium altered "normal" intracellular GSH in both oocytes and cumulus cells with negative consequences for subsequent developmental capacity.  相似文献

In most mammalian ovaries, the cumulus cell-oocyte complex (COC) expands at the time of ovulation by depositing an extensive extracellular matrix between the cumulus cells. This phenomenon can be reproduced in vitro by culturing COCs with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and serum. Biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid (HA) and proteoglycans by mouse COCs in vitro was studied using [3H]glucosamine and [35S]sulfate as metabolic precursors. Radiolabeled complex carbohydrates were analyzed by ion exchange chromatography, specific enzyme digestion followed by high performance liquid chromatography, and gel filtration. The specific activities of [3H]hexosamines in the labeled molecules were determined by measuring the incorporation of 3H and 35S into chondroitin 4-sulfate disaccharides. When COCs were stimulated with FSH, HA biosynthesis increased 20-30-fold between 3-12 h later when expansion occurs, reaching a maximum rate of approximately 780 pmol (as glucosamine)/COC/h compared with the unstimulated rate of approximately 26 pmol/COC/h. The final concentration of HA in the expanded COC was calculated to be approximately 250 micrograms/ml. The effects of dibutyryl cyclic AMP (Bt2cAMP) on COC expansion and HA synthesis were similar to those of FSH, suggesting that the effects of FSH are mediated by cAMP. However, FSH significantly decreased the specific activity of the incorporated hexosamines while Bt2cAMP did not. Serum is necessary for the accumulation of HA in the COC matrix. HA synthesis in FSH-stimulated COCs was as high or higher in the absence of serum, but most was recovered in the medium and not in the COC matrix. The molecular size of the HA was greater than 2 million dalton in either case, suggesting that the serum did not alter physical properties of HA. Stimulation of proteoglycan biosynthesis by either FSH or Bt2cAMP was less pronounced (three to four times control) than for HA and was sustained throughout an 18-h culture period. A reduction of 80% in the deposition of newly synthesized PGs in the COC matrix by 0.5 mM beta-xyloside treatment did not affect the expansion of the cumulus.  相似文献

Inter alpha inhibitor (IαI) is an abundant serum protein consisting of three polypeptides: two heavy chains (HC1 and HC2) and bikunin, a broad-specificity Kunitz-type proteinase inhibitor. The complex is covalently held together by chondroitin sulfate but during inflammation IαI may interact with TNF-stimulated gene 6 protein (TSG-6), which supports transesterification of heavy chains to hyaluronan. Recently, IαI was shown to inhibit mouse complement in vivo and to protect from complement-mediated lung injury but the mechanism of such activity was not elucidated. Using human serum depleted from IαI, we found that IαI is not an essential human complement inhibitor as was reported for mice and that such serum has unaltered hemolytic activity. However, purified human IαI inhibited classical, lectin and alternative complement pathways in vitro when added in excess to human serum. The inhibitory activity was dependent on heavy chains but not bikunin and detected at the level of initiating molecules (MBL, properdin) in the lectin/alternative pathways or C4b in the classical pathway. Furthermore, IαI affected formation and assembly of the C1 complex and prevented assembly of the classical pathway C3-convertase. Presence and putative interactions with TSG-6 did not affect the ability of IαI to inhibit complement thus implicating IαI as a potentially important complement inhibitor once enriched onto hyaluronan moieties in the course of local inflammatory processes. In support of this, we found a correlation between IαI/HC-containing proteins and hemolytic activity of synovial fluid from patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine if thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) could induce cumulus expansion in mouse oocytes in-vitro. The effect of TSH was compared with the effects of LH and FSH. Oocytes were incubated in minimum essential medium (MEM) with and without hormones for 16 h at 37 degrees C under a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO(2) and 95% air. Then LH, FSH or TSH was added into the culture medium at a concentration of 0.25, 0.5, or 1.0 mug/ml, respectively. Cumulus expansion was scored in a subjective manner (O = no expansion; + = slight; ++ = moderate; +++ = maximum expansion) 16 h after addition of the hormones. The percentage of oocytes in the 4 categories of expansion was noted; LH failed (P>0.05) to induce cumulus expansion while TSH and FSH induced cumulus expansion (P<0.05) at all of the doses tested. For FSH, the 0.5 mug/ml dose showed the best response (26% = 0; 18% = +; 10% = ++; 46% = +++). For TSH, the 1.0 mug/ml dose showed the best response (38% = 0; 18% = +; 13% = ++; 31% = +++).  相似文献

Substantially less development to the blastocyst stage occurs in vitro than in vivo and this may be due to deficiencies in oocyte competence. Although a large proportion of bovine oocytes undergo spontaneous nuclear maturation, less is known about requirements for proper cytoplasmic maturation. Commonly, supraphysiological concentrations of FSH and LH are added to maturation media to improve cumulus expansion, fertilization and embryonic development. Therefore, various concentrations of porcine FSH (pFSH) and recombinant human FSH (rhFSH) were investigated for their effect on bovine cumulus expansion in vitro. Expression of FSHr, LHr and Cx43 mRNAs was determined in cumulus-oocyte complexes to determine whether they would be useful markers of oocyte competence. In serum-free media, only 1000 ng/ml pFSH induced marked cumulus expansion, but the effect of 100 ng/ml pFSH was amplified in the presence of 10% serum. In contrast, cumulus expansion occurred with 1 ng/ml rhFSH in the absence of serum. FSHr mRNA was highest at 0–6 h of maturation, then abundance decreased. Similarly, Cx43 mRNA expression was highest from 0–6 h but decreased by 24 h of maturation. However, the relative abundance of LHr mRNA did not change from 6–24 h of maturation. Decreased levels of FSHr, LHr and Cx43 mRNAs were detected in COCs of poorer quality. In conclusion, expansion of bovine cumulus occurred at low doses of rhFSH in serum-free media. In summary, FSHr, LHr and Cx43 mRNA abundance reflects COC quality and FSHr and Cx43 mRNA expression changes during in vitro maturation; these genes may be useful markers of oocyte developmental competence.  相似文献

Effects of gonadotropins on bovine oocytes matured in TCM-199   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
The effects of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) during in vitro maturation of bovine oocytes in TCM-199 without serum were evaluated. Bovine oocytes with compact cumulus cells were collected from slaughterhouse-derived ovaries and cultured in Hepes-buffered TCM-199 supplemented with 5 mg/mL BSA, 1 microg/mL estradiol-17beta, FSH (0, 0.015, 0.05, 0.15, 1.5 or 15 ng/mL; Experiment 1), LH (0, 0.14, 1, 7 or 49 microg/mL; Experiment 2) and combinations of 1 or 10 ng/mL FSH and 1 or 10 microg/mL LH (Experiment 3) at 39 degrees C in 5% CO2 in air. After 22 h of maturation, cumulus expansion was estimated by scoring from 0 (no expansion) to 4 (full expansion of cumulus mass). In vitro fertilization was done with Percoll (45/90%) separated bull sperm at 1 x 10(6) sperm/mL in fert-TALP with 5 U/mL heparin. At 18 to 20 h post-insemination, presumptive zygotes were transferred to a chemically defined medium (CDM-1) supplemented with 0.5% BSA and nonessential amino acids for 72 h and then moved to CDM-2, additionally supplemented with essential amino acids. Zygotes were cultured at 39 degrees C in 5% CO2, 5% O2 and 90% N2 for 8 days. During Experiments 1 and 2, cumulus expansion increased in proportion to concentrations of FSH and LH. Cleavage rates and development to blastocysts were not significantly different among FSH and LH treatments. In Experiment 3, cumulus expansion of bovine oocytes was maximal when 1 ng/mL FSH and 1 microg/mL LH were added to IVM medium, but cumulus expansion again was not related to developmental ability, although cleavage rates were improved slightly (P<0.05) by the combination of LH and FSH. Blastocyst quality, estimated by the size of inner cell mass, was not different between combinations of FSH and LH, and the numbers of nuclei were not different. Although expansion of cumulus cells surrounding bovine oocytes was altered in response to FSH and/or LH in semi-defined medium, cumulus expansion was not related to rates of cleavage or subsequent embryonic development in vitro. The effects of LH on cumulus expansion can be explained by as little as 1 part per 10, 000 contamination with FSH.  相似文献

The present study was undertaken to examine effects of various combinations of epidermal growth factor (EGF), transforming growth factor-b?1 (TGF-b?1), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), androstenedione (A4), and estradiol-17b? (E2) on meiotic maturation and cumulus expansion in the pig using an in vitro model system. Oocyte-cumulus cell complexes (OCC) were cultured in the media containing the abovementioned agents for 24 hr and were observed for germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), indicative of initiation of meiotic maturation, and for expansion of their cumulus cells. Treatment with EGF significantly increased (P < 0.05) incidence of GVBD, with maximal stimulation occurring at 1 ng/ml (55% vs. 12% in the control). Concentrations of EGF as low as 100 pg/ml significantly stimulated GVBD over control (37% vs. 12%). Addition of EGF (1 ng/ml) and FSH (1.5 μg/ml) together and LH (2 μg/ml) and FSH (1.5 μg/ml) together resulted in significantly higher (P < 0.01) GVBD levels than were observed in response to EGF, FSH, or LH alone. Addition of E2 (1 μg/ml) had no effect by itself but significantly decreased the incidence of GVBD in the presence of FSH and of LH + FSH. Addition of A4 (1 μg/ml) significantly reduced the percentage of oocytes undergoing GVBD when added alone or with FSH. Although both EGF and LH stimulated cumulus expansion, FSH was more effective in stimulating cumulus expansion than EGF or LH. TGF-b?1 had no effect on GVBD or cumulus expansion. These studies indicate that these hormones may have differing roles in oocyte maturation and that their interactions may be part of an intricate system regulating the maturation of oocytes during follicular development in vivo. © 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

Cumulus cells and mural granulosa cells (MGC) are phenotypically different and there is now evidence suggesting that the oocyte plays an active role in determining the fate of follicular somatic cells. This study investigates the role of oocyte-secreted factor(s) in the regulation of the growth and differentiation of cumulus and MGC. Bovine cumulus-oocyte complexes (COC) and MGC were cultured with various hormones for 18 h followed by a further 6-h pulse of [(3)H]thymidine as an indicator of follicular cell DNA synthesis. The COC incorporated 11 to 14 times more [(3)H]thymidine than MGC in either the absence or presence of 50 ng/ml insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-I. Purified porcine FSH (450 ng/ml) added together with IGF-I marginally increased (3)H incorporation in MGC relative to IGF-I alone but dramatically decreased incorporation in COC sixfold. Conversely, mean progesterone production in the presence of IGF-I + FSH was 13-fold higher from MGC than from COC, confirming a distinctive phenotype of cumulus cells. However, this phenotype was found to be dependent on the presence of the oocyte, as microsurgical removal of the oocyte (oocytectomy) resulted in an 11-fold decrease in [(3)H]thymidine incorporation in cumulus cells treated with IGF-I, elimination of the inhibitory effect of FSH on IGF-I-stimulated DNA synthesis, and led to a 2-fold increase in progesterone production in medium with IGF-I and FSH. All of these markers were completely restored to COC levels when oocytectomized complexes were cocultured with denuded oocytes (DO) at a concentration of 0.5 oocytes/microl, demonstrating that oocytes secrete a soluble factor(s) that promotes growth and attenuates cumulus cell progesterone secretion. In the presence of IGF-I, [(3)H]thymidine incorporation in MGC increased ninefold above control levels with the addition of DO. The addition of FSH to IGF-I-increased (3)H counts in MGC, however, led to a decrease in counts in MGC + DO as is also observed in COC. Furthermore, progesterone production was halved when DO were added to MGC cultures, most notably in the presence of IGF-I and/or FSH. These results provide further evidence that MGC and cumulus cells have distinctive phenotypes and that the oocyte is responsible for some of the characteristic features of cumulus cells. Bovine oocytes secrete a soluble factor(s) that simultaneously promotes growth and attenuates steroidogenesis in follicular somatic cells.  相似文献

Recently, we reported HC-HA, a covalent complex formed between heavy chains (HCs) of inter-α-inhibitor (IαI) and hyaluronan (HA) by the catalytic action of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-stimulated gene-6 (TSG-6), is responsible for human amniotic membrane (AM) anti-inflammatory, anti-scarring, and anti-angiogenic actions. At the present time, the only well characterized source of IαI is serum being produced by the liver. This study showed that AM epithelial and stromal cells and stromal matrix all stained positively for HA, HC 1, 2, and 3, bikunin, and TSG-6. TSG-6 mRNA and protein were constitutively expressed by cultured AM epithelial and stromal cells without being up-regulated by TNF. In serum-free conditions, these cells expressed IαI, leading to the formation of HC-HA complex that contained both HC1 and HC2. In contrast, only HC1 was found in the HC-HA complex purified from AM. Local production of IαI, the HC-TSG-6 intermediate complex, and HC-HA were abolished when cells were treated with siRNA to HC1, HC2, bikunin (all of which impair the biosynthesis of IαI), or TSG-6 but not to HC3. Collectively, these results indicate that AM is another tissue in addition to the liver to constitutively produce IαI and that the HC-HA complex made by this tissue is different from that found at inflammatory sites (e.g. in asthma and arthritis) and in the matrix of the cumulus oocyte complex.  相似文献

This report characterizes the effects of excess hyaluronan (HA) upon the expansion of the cumulus oocyte complex (COC) within intact follicles and upon ovulation and oocyte viability in mice. Covalent linkage between heavy chains of the inter-alpha-inhibitor (IalphaI) family of serum glycoproteins and HA is necessary for optimal cumulus extracellular matrix (cECM) stabilization and cumulus expansion. Intravenous administration of HA oligosaccharides inhibited the binding of IalphaI to endogenous HA, disrupting the process of expansion and resulting in a reduction in the size of the cumulus mass. Western blot and immunocytochemical analyses of COCs from HA-treated animals demonstrated a reduction of IalphaI heavy chains within the cECM. Additionally, HA-treated immature animals ovulated 56.3% fewer COCs compared to control animals. The developmental potential of COCs in HA-treated animals was also tested. Extended periods of oviductal storage of COCs ovulated by HA-injected adult mice resulted in a reduction of normal embryos and a significant increase in the proportion of fragmented oocytes/embryos. These observations support the view that covalent binding of IalphaI heavy chains to HA is required for optimal cumulus expansion, extrusion of the COCs from the follicle at ovulation, and maintenance of oocyte viability within the oviduct.  相似文献

During co-incubation of human inter-alpha-inhibitor (IalphaI) and human tumor necrosis factor-stimulated gene 6 protein (TSG-6) SDS-stable interactions are formed between the two proteins. We have analyzed the products of this reaction and characterized the mechanism of complex formation. Following the incubation seven new bands not previously identified were apparent in SDS-PAGE. Three of these bands did not contain TSG-6, including heavy chain (HC)1.bikunin, HC2.bikunin, and free bikunin. In addition high molecular weight complexes composed of the same components as I alpha I, including HC1, HC2, and bikunin, were formed. The formation of these complexes was prevented by the addition of hyaluronan. The cross-links stabilizing these complexes displaying properties similar to the protein-glycosaminoglycan-protein (PGP) cross-link. The TSG-6-containing SDS-stable complexes were composed of HC1.TSG-6 or HC2.TSG-6 exclusively. Both glycosylated and non-glycosylated TSG-6 participated in the complex formation. The HC.TSG-6 cross-links were different from the PGP cross-link and were determined to be ester bonds between the alpha-carbonyl of the C-terminal Asp of the heavy chain and most likely a hydroxyl group containing the TSG-6 residue. The mechanism involved cleaving the PGP cross-link of I alpha I during a transesterification reaction. A TSG-6 hydroxyl group reacts with the ester bond between the alpha-carbonyl of the C-terminal Asp residues of HC1 or HC2 and carbon-6 of an internal N-acetylgalactosamine of the chondroitin-4-sulfate chain. An intermediate is formed resulting in a partitioning of the reaction between HC(1 or 2).TSG-6 complexes and transfer of HC(1 or 2) to the chondroitin via competing pathways.  相似文献

Mouse oocytes secrete a factor that enables cumulus cells to undergo expansion in response to FSH (1 microg/ml), whereas expansion of the porcine cumulus oophorus has been shown to be independent of the oocyte. The aim of this study was to assess FSH-induced synthesis of hyaluronic acid (HA) by porcine cumulus cells before and after oocytectomy. In addition, we studied the effect of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) on the ability of cumulus cells to synthesize and retain HA in response to FSH in serum-free medium. Porcine oocyte-cumulus complexes and complexes from which the oocytes had been removed by oocytectomy were cultured for 24 h in the presence of 2.5 microCi of D-[6-(3)H]glucosamine hydrochloride, fetal calf serum (FCS, 5%), and FSH. After 24 h, incorporation of [(3)H]glucosamine into HA was measured either in complexes alone (retained HA) or in medium plus complexes (total HA). Specificity of incorporation of radioactivity into HA was confirmed by the sensitivity to highly specific Streptomyces hyaluronidase. Our results suggest that 1) the synthesis of HA by pig cumulus cells in vitro is stimulated by FSH and that oocytectomy does not change this synthesis; 2) oocytes do not influence retention of HA within the complex; 3) FSH-induced synthesis of HA by cumulus cells is decreased in medium with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)-supplemented (total and retained HA) compared to FCS-supplemented medium; 4) IGF-I enabled cumulus cells to synthesize HA in response to FSH in PVP-supplemented medium in a manner similar to that observed when serum is present in the medium.  相似文献

The inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor (ITI) family is a group of plasma proteins built up from heavy (HC1, HC2, HC3) and light (bikunin) chains synthesized in the liver. In this study we determined the distribution of ITI constitutive chains in normal and cancerous lung tissues using polyclonal antibodies. In normal lung tissue, H2, H3, and bikunin chains were found in polymorphonuclear cells, whereas H1 and bikunin proteins were found in mast cells. Bikunin was further observed in bronchoepithelial mucous cells. In lung carcinoma, similar findings were obtained on infiltrating polymorphonuclear and mast cells surrounding the tumor islets. Highly differentiated cancerous cells displayed strong intracytoplasmic staining with H1 and bikunin antiserum in both adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Moreover, weak but frequent H2 expression was observed in adenocarcinoma cells, whereas no H3-related protein could be detected in cancer cells. Local lung ITI expression was confirmed by RT-PCR. Although the respective role of inflammatory and tumor cells in ITI chain synthesis cannot be presently clarified, these results show that heavy chains as well as bikunin are involved in malignant transformation of lung tissue.(J Histochem Cytochem 47:1625-1632, 1999)  相似文献

Gonadotropins, steroids and growth factors stimulate or inhibit cumulus expansion, nuclear maturation, or both, of most mammalian oocytes in vitro. The objective was to evaluate the effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and various hormone combinations on in vitro granulosa/cumulus (G-C) expansion and nuclear maturation of domestic dog oocytes derived from advanced preantral and early antral follicles. Follicles were collected after enzymatic digestion of ovarian tissue and cultured for 66 h in F-12/DME with 20% fetal bovine serum, 2mM glutamine and 1% antibiotic-antimycotic (Control). Treatments comprised the following groups; each was cultured both with and without EGF (5 ng/mL): Control, FSH (0.5 microg/mL), LH (5 microg/mL), estradiol-17beta (E2, 1 microg/mL), FSH+LH, and FSH+LH+E2. Granulosa/cumulus expansion was scored on a scale of 0 (no expansion) to +3 (maximum expansion). The interaction between EGF and hormone treatment affected (P=0.011) maximum G-C expansion. With the exception of the E2 group, EGF increased (P<0.05) the proportion of oocytes exhibiting +3 expansion. The synergism of E2 with FSH+LH enhanced maximum G-C expansion; compared to all other treatments, the greatest expansion was observed in the FSH+LH+E2+EGF group (83.5+/-3.5%). When cultured in EGF alone, oocytes failed to reach metaphase I-II (MI-MII) stages. The interaction between EGF and hormone treatment tended (P=0.089) to increase the proportion of oocytes resuming or completing nuclear maturation (GVBD-MII). In addition, supplementing culture media with hormones increased (P=0.010) the GVBD-MII rate. Therefore, EGF in combination with FSH and LH enhanced G-C expansion of cultured canine oocytes, with no significant effect on the proportion of oocytes derived from advanced preantral and early antral follicles that reached MI-MII.  相似文献

Pentraxin 3 (PTX3) and heavy chains (HCs) of inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor (IalphaI) are essential for hyaluronan (HA) organization within the extracellular matrix of the cumulus oophorus, which is critical for in vivo oocyte fertilization and female fertility. In this study, we examined the possibility that these molecules interact and cooperate in this function. We show that HCs and PTX3 colocalize in the cumulus matrix and coimmunoprecipitate from cumulus matrix extracts. Coimmunoprecipitation experiments and solid-phase binding assays performed with purified human IalphaI and recombinant PTX3 demonstrate that their interaction is direct and not mediated by other matrix components. PTX3 does not bind to IalphaI subcomponent bikunin and, accordingly, bikunin does not compete for the binding of PTX3 to IalphaI, indicating that PTX3 interacts with IalphaI subcomponent HC only. Recombinant PTX3-specific N-terminal region, but not the PTX3-pentraxin C-terminal domain, showed the same ability as full-length protein to bind to HCs and to enable HA organization and matrix formation by Ptx3(-/-) cumulus cell oocyte complexes cultured in vitro. Furthermore, a monoclonal antibody raised against PTX3 N terminus, which inhibits PTX3/IalphaI interaction, also prevents recombinant full-length PTX3 from restoring a normal phenotype to in vitro-cultured Ptx3(-/-) cumuli. These results indicate that PTX3 directly interacts with HCs of IalphaI and that such interaction is essential for organizing HA in the viscoelastic matrix of cumulus oophorus, highlighting a direct functional link between the two molecules.  相似文献
