黑虎掌 (Sarcodonaspratum (Berk .)S .Ito) ,又名香茸 ,是一种美味食用菌。近年来发现该属S .scabro sus (Fr.)P .Karst.中含有对神经生长因子 (NGF)的合成具有诱导作用的生物活性二萜 (Oht等 ,1998)。作为“高等真菌生物活性代谢产物研究”的一部分 ,我们对采自云南武定的样品进行了化学分析。从黑虎掌的新鲜子实体中分得 15个化合物。它们分别为cerebrosideB (1) (12 0mg) ,阿洛酮糖腺苷(2 ) (12mg) ,三磷酸尿苷 (3) (7mg) ,尿嘧啶 (4 ) (12mg) ,腺嘌呤 (5 ) (8m…  相似文献

Ergosterimide (1), a natural Diels-Alder adduct of ergosteroid and maleimide, was characterized from the culture extract of Aspergillus niger EN-13, an endophytic fungus isolated from the marine brown alga Colpomenia sinuosa. In addition, four known steroids including (22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3beta-ol (2), (22E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (3), (22E,24R)-5alpha,8alpha-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3beta-ol (4), and (22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3beta,5alpha,6beta-triol (5) were also isolated and identified. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive analysis of 1D and 2D NMR and IR spectra and MS data. The plausible biosynthetic pathway of 1 was also discussed. To the best of our knowledge, 1 is the first natural Diels-Alder adduct of steroid and maleimide reported so far.  相似文献

Two new saikosaponins have been identified in the butanolic fraction of the ethanol extract of the roots of Bupleurum spinosum: 3beta,16alpha,23,28-tetrahydroxyoleana-11,13(18)-dien- 30-oic acid 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-beta-D-fucopyranoside, and 3beta,16alpha,23,28,30-pentahydroxyoleana-11,13(18)-diene 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-beta-D-fucopyranoside. 3Beta,16beta,23-trihydroxy-13,28-epoxyolean-11-ene 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-beta-D-fucopyranoside was also isolated, and this structure agreed with the one proposed for bupleuroside I, but their spectroscopic data have not been described until now. From the same fraction of the roots of Bupleurum gibraltaricum, the known compound buddlejasaponin IV has been isolated as the predominant component (90%). Structures were elucidated using spectroscopic analysis, specially 2D-NMR experiments.  相似文献

从海莲内生真菌Pestalotiopsis clavispora发酵液乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到9个化合物。根据波谱数据,化合物1-9结构分别鉴定为:3β,22β,24-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯,乌苏酸,3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯乙烯,邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯,3,4-二羟基苯乙醇,对羟基苯乙醇,3β-羟基-5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯,麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮,胸苷。9个化合物均为首次从该内生真菌中分离得到。  相似文献

Three saponins, named minutoside A (1), minutoside B (2), minutoside C (3), and two known sapogenins, alliogenin and neoagigenin, were isolated from the bulbs of Allium minutiflorum Regel. Elucidation of their structure was carried out by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including 2D NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The structures of the new compounds were identified as (25R)-furost-2alpha,3beta,6beta,22alpha,26-pentaol 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl] 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), (25S)-spirostan-2alpha,3beta,6beta-triol 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside (2), and (25R)-furost-2alpha,3beta,5alpha,6beta,22alpha,26-esaol 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl] 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3). The isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity. All the novel saponins showed a significant antifungal activity depending on their concentration and with the following rank: minutoside B>minutoside C>minutoside A. No appreciable antibacterial activity was recorded. The possible role of these saponins in plant-microbe interactions is discussed.  相似文献

From the fruiting bodies of Ascomycetes Tuber indicum, a new steroidal glucoside with polyhydroxy ergosterol nucleus, tuberoside (2), has been isolated along with additional four known ergosterol derivatives, (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-dien-3beta, 5alpha, 6beta-triol (1), 5alpha, 8alpha-epidioxy-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-6, 22-dien-3beta-ol (3), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-5, 22-dien-3beta-ol (4), and (22E, 24R)-ergosta-4, 6, 8(14), 22-tetraen-3-one (5). The structure of new compound was established as 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-dien-5alpha, 6beta-diol (2) on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic means ((1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, HMQC, HMBC, MS, and IR). This is the first example of isolation of a polyhydroxylated ergosterol glucoside from higher fungi in nature.  相似文献

Antitumor sterols from the mycelia of Cordyceps sinensis.   总被引:41,自引:0,他引:41  
Activity guided fractionations led to the isolation of two antitumor compounds 5 alpha,8 alpha-epidioxy-24(R)-methylcholesta-6,22-dien-3 beta-D-glucopyranoside and 5,6-epoxy-24(R)-methylcholesta-7,22-dien-3 beta-ol from the methanol extract of Cordyceps sinensis. Two previously known compounds, ergosteryl-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside and 22-dihydroergosteryl-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside were also isolated. The structures of hitherto unknown sterols were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques with the former synthesized in order to confirm the identity of the sugar moiety by chemical correlation. The glycosylated form of ergosterol peroxide was found to be a greater inhibitor to the proliferation of K562, Jurkat, WM-1341, HL-60 and RPMI-8226 tumor cell lines by 10 to 40% at 10 micrograms/ml than its previously identified aglycone, 5 alpha,8 alpha-epidioxy-24(R)-methylcholesta-6,22-dien-3 beta-ol.  相似文献

New tyrosinase inhibitory cycloartane triterpenoids have been discovered from the methanol extract of the whole plant of Amberboa ramosa (Roxb.) Jafri, which is a member from the Compositae family. Utilizing the conventional spectroscopic techniques, including 1D and 2D NMR analysis, and also by comparing the experimental with literature data, the isolated compounds proved to be cycloartane type triterpenoids. These cycloartanes are: (22R)-cycloart-20, 25-dien-2alpha3beta22alpha triol (1), (22R)-cycloart-23-ene-3beta, 22alpha, 25-triol (2), cycloartenol (3), cycloart-23-ene-3beta, 25-diol (4), cycloart-20-ene-3beta, 25-diol (5), cycloart-25-ene-3beta, (22R) 22-diol (6), 3beta, 21, 22, 23-tetrahydroxy-cycloart-24 (31), 25 (26)-diene (7), and (23R)-5alpha-cycloart-24-ene-3beta, 21, 23-triol (8). Out of these eight compounds, compound 3 did not show any activity against the enzyme tyrosinase. Among them compound 7 was found to be the most potent (1.32 microM) when compared with the standard tyrosinase inhibitors kojic acid (16.67 microM) and L-mimosine (3.68 microM). Finally in this paper, we have discussed the structure-activity relationships of these molecules.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of n-hexane and methanol extracts of fruiting bodies of the wood-rotting fungi Fomitopsis pinicola. Ganoderma lipsiense, Fomes fomentarius and Gloeophyllum odoratum led to the isolation and identification of several triterpene derivatives and some aromatic compounds derived from lignin. These are the new natural products, namely, pinicolic acid E (16alpha-hydroxy-3-oxolanosta-8,24-dien-21-oic acid) and pinicolol C (3-oxolanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-15alpha,21-diol) from the crust of F. pinicola, ganoderenic acid D [(E)-7beta-hydroxy-3,11,15,23-tetraoxolanosta-8,20(22)-di en-26-oic acid] and ganoderic acid N (7beta,20-dihydroxy-3,11,15,23-tetraoxolanost-8-en-26-oic acid) from G. lipsiense and ergosterol peroxide (5alpha,8alpha-epi-dioxyergost-6-en-3beta-ol) as well as ergost-7-en-3-one from F. fomentarius. From G. odoratum, dehydroeburicoic acid [24-methylene-3-oxolanosta-7,9(11)-dien-21-oic acid], the dimethylacetal of 4,4,14alpha-trimethyl-24-oxo-5alpha-chol-8-en-21-oic acid and some aromatic compounds, of which 1-(4'-methoxyphenyl)-1,2-ethandiol is a new natural product, were isolated. Furthermore, a complete set of 13C NMR data of the steryl esters 3beta-linoleyloxyergosta-7,24(28)-diene, 3beta-linoleyloxyergosta-7,24-diene and 3beta-linoleyloxyergost-7-ene, which could be identified as a mixture in all investigated fungi, could be recorded. It was proved by HPLC and TLC investigations, that the crust on top of the fruiting bodies of F. pinicola consists of lanostane derivatives.  相似文献

Two new cycloartane-type glycosides, named aquilegiosides A and B, were isolated from the dried aerial parts of Aquilegia flabellata Sieb.et Zucc.var flabellata (Ranunculaceae). Their chemical structures have been characterized as 22S-3beta,16alpha,29-trihydroxy-cycloart-24-en-26,22-olid e 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1--->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1--->2)-alpha- L-arabinopyranoside and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1--->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside, by chemical and spectroscopic evidence.  相似文献

Phytochemical examination of solvent extracts of the wood-rotting fungi Daedalea quercina and Daedaleopsis confragosa var. tricolor led to the isolation of five new triterpene derivatives and some known fungal constituents. All structures were identified by one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. From Daedalea quercina, the new natural products 16-O-acetylpolyporenic acid C, 16alpha-acetoxy-24-methylene-3-oxolanost-8-en-21-oic acid, (+)-24-methylene-3,23-dioxolanost-8-en-26-oic acid, (+)-3beta,12beta-dihydroxy-24-methyl-23-oxolanost-8-en-26-oi c acid and 12beta,23-epoxy-3alpha,23-dihydroxy-24-methyllanost-8- en-26-oic acid could be isolated. From Daedaleopsis confragosa var. tricolor, the compounds 3alpha-carboxyacetoxyquercinic acid, 3alpha-carboxyacetoxy-24-methylene-23-oxolanost-8-en-2 6-oic acid and 5alpha,8alpha-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3beta-ol were identified. These are the first described triterpene derivatives isolated from this fungus.  相似文献

有些种子植物如莎草科、十字花科、灯心草科、藜科、石竹科等20余科,以往曾被认为不能或不易形成丛枝菌根(郭秀珍等,1989;刘润进等,2000).随着对菌根的深入研究,曾被认为是不易与菌根菌组合的湿地生植物、寄生性植物、或一年生植物都被发现是可以形成内生菌根的(Trappe等,1992).此外,Allen等(1989)研究证实,Salsola kali,Atriplex roseum等生长于沙漠、海滨的藜科植物,进行接种处理后,也能形成丛枝菌根.我们在西双版纳调查热带雨林植物的丛枝菌根状况时,偶然发现刺苋(Amaranthus spinosus Linn.)的根系受到了丛枝菌根真菌的侵染,因此,对苋科植物作了扩大采样调查.本文主要报道从热带采集的5属6种苋科植物的根受丛枝菌根真菌感染形成丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)和这些植物根际士壤中的丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)的状况.  相似文献

Six new natural compounds were isolated from two Far Eastern starfish species, Henricia aspera and H. tumida, collected in the Sea of Okhotsk. Two new glycosylated steroid polyols were obtained from H. aspera: asperoside A and asperoside B, which were shown to be (20R,24R,25S)-3-O-(2,3-di-O-methyl-beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-24-methyl-5alpha-cholest-4-ene-3beta,6beta,8,15a,16beta,26-hexaol and (20R,24R,25S,22E)-3-O-(2,4-di-O-methyl-beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-24-methyl-5alpha-cholest-22-ene-3beta,4beta,6beta,8,15alpha,26-hexaol, respectively. Two other glycosylated polyols, tumidoside A, with the structure elucidated as (20R,22E)-3-O-(2,4-di-O-methyl-beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-26,27-di-nor-24-methyl-5alpha-cholest-22-ene-3beta,4beta,6beta,8,15alpha,25-hexaol, and tumidoside B, whose structure was elucidated as (20R,24S)-3-O-(2,3-di-O-methyl-beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-5alpha-cholestan-3beta,4beta,6beta,8,15alpha,24-hexaol, were isolated from the two starfish species. (20R,24S)-Salpha-Cholestan-3beta,6beta,15alpha,24-tetraol and (20R,24S)-5alpha-cholestan-3beta,6beta,8,15alpha,24-pentaol were identified only in H. tumida. The known monoglycosides henricioside H1 and laeviuscolosides H and G were also identified in both species.  相似文献

本文对三种毒菌的化学成分进行了研究。从光盖伞(Psilocybe spp)分离鉴定了4个化合物,经波谱分析鉴定为:(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-十八烷酸酯(1)、β-胡萝卜苷(2)、(22E,24R)-5α,6α-环氧麦角甾-8,22-二烯-3β,7α-二醇(3)、色氨酸(4);从假褐云斑鹅膏(Amanita pseudoporphyria)分离鉴定了4个化合物:(22E,24R)-3β-羟基-5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯(5)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(6)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(2S,3R,4E,8E,2′R)-2-N-(2′-羟基棕榈酰)-9-甲基-4,8-脱氢鞘氨醇(7)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(2S,3R,4E,8E,2′R)-2-N-(2′-羟基十八烷酰)-9-甲基-4,8-脱氢鞘氨醇(8);大青褶伞(Chlorophyllum molybdites)发酵菌丝体分离鉴定了4个化合物:5、6、(22E,24R)-5α,6α-环氧麦角甾-8(14),22-二烯-3β,7α-二醇(9)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(10)。除化合物9外其它化合物均为首次从以上相应毒菌中分离得到。  相似文献

Six new ergosterols, including 3beta-hydroxyl-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-5,8,22-trien-7,15-dione (1), 3beta-hydroxyl-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-5,8,14,22-tetraen-7-one (2), 3beta,15beta-dihydroxyl-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-5,8(14),22-trien-7-one (3), 3beta,15alpha-dihydroxyl-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-5,8(14),22-trien-7-one (4), 3beta-hydroxyl-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-5,8(14),22-trien-7,15-dione (5), and 5alpha,8alpha-epidioxy-23,24(R)-dimethylcholesta-6,9(11),22-trien-3beta-ol (6), have been isolated from the marine-derived fungus Rhizopus sp., along with four known ones (7-10). The structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data. All compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities on P388, A549, HL-60, and BEL-7420 cell lines by the MTT and SRB methods.  相似文献

从条纹拟盘多毛孢Pestalotopsis virgatula发酵液中分离得到8个化合物,其结构分别被鉴定为:2-(1-甲氧基-1-H-吲哚-3-基)乙醇 (1),2-(1-甲氧基-1-H-吲哚-3-基)乙酸 (2),3β-羟基-5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯 (3),麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮 (4),对羟基苯乙醇 (5),邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯 (6),(E)-3-(4-羟基-3-甲氧苯基)败脂酸 (7) 和丁二酸 (8),化合物1–8均为首次从该菌种中分离得到。利用MTT法测试了化合物1 和2对5种人体肿瘤细胞的细胞毒活性,结果显示化合物1和2对5株肿瘤细胞株均具有一定选择性抑制活性。  相似文献
