红花桑寄生叶提取物的抗氧化活性及酚类物质分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用DPPH法、TEAC法、FRAP法对红花桑寄生叶不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性进行体外评价,并测定其总酚、总黄酮含量。结果表明,溶剂种类对红花桑寄生叶提取物的得率、总酚、总黄酮及抗氧化活性影响显著。在3种评价方法中,不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性均表现出不同程度的量效依赖关系。3种溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性强弱依次为丙酮提取物 >甲醇提取物 >水提取物,其中80%丙酮提取物(总酚含量最高,达276.83mg/g)抗氧化活性最强,清除DPPH自由基能力EC50值为0.247,FRAP值(FeSO4 mmol/100g)为115.81,浓度为1.0mg/ml时,TEAC值为2.04。  相似文献

成熟和未成熟荔枝(生理落果)皮提取物均有很强的抗氧化活性,抗氧化性随添加量的增加而增强,0.04%提取物的抗氧化效果优于0.02%BHT;磷酸具有抗氧化增效作用;初步推断抗氧化成分中有酚酸、黄酮类物质。  相似文献

目的:探究薏苡叶丙酮提取物的抗氧化活性。方法:通过采用清除超氧阴离子自由基、清除DPPH自由基和Fe3+还原力的不同体外抗氧化模型,评价薏苡叶丙酮提取物的抗氧化活性。结果:不同的体外抗氧化模型显示薏苡叶丙酮提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性。其中当自由基清除率为5%时薏苡叶丙酮提取物的浓度(IC50)均接近0.6 mg/m L,且清除效率和浓度均有一定的正相关性;普鲁士蓝法测定也提示其对Fe3+具有较强的还原能力。结论:薏苡叶丙酮提取液具有较强的抗氧化性,且在一定范围内,其抗氧化能力与浓度呈现良好的量效关系,可为薏苡药品的临床应用和研发新型功能食品提供实验依据。  相似文献

为更好地开发和利用生漆资源,探寻生漆中主要有效成分漆酚的抗氧化性能,为生漆的深加工提供理论依据和参数。分别应用丙酮提取中国和越南生漆,对得到的漆酚粗提物中的漆酚含量进行测定,建立了阳性对照组Vc和二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)基础的DPPH、ABTS及O2-.法,对提取物抗氧化性能进行测试;在此基础上,结合紫外光谱分析了中国和越南生漆中漆酚含量及结构差异性,并初步分析其抗氧化的构效关系。结果显示,各地生漆中漆酚提取物具有强的抗氧化活性:中国毛坝生漆提取物抗氧化活性最强,其次是越南红漆和中国小木漆;紫外光谱分析亦表明毛坝生漆中含有丰富的不饱和键可能与其较强的抗氧化性相关。  相似文献

目的:探究茉莉花叶甲醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性,为充分利用茉莉花资源提供理论依据。方法:通过分光光度法测定茉莉花叶甲醇提取物清除超氧自由基(O-2·)和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由(DPPH·)能力,普鲁士兰法测定其还原Fe3+能力,从而研究茉莉花叶甲醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性。结果:茉莉花叶甲醇提取物具有较强的清除O-2·和DPPH·自由基能力,并能还原Fe3+。结论:茉莉花叶甲醇提取物具有较强抗氧化作用,在一定浓度范围内,其抗氧化性随着浓度的增大而增强。  相似文献

测定了香榧假种皮提取物中的总酚含量,并采用DPPH自由基清除法、β-胡萝卜素漂白法、硫代巴比妥酸法等3种方法评价了香榧假种皮提取物的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:香榧假种皮提取物中总酚含量为(76.67±2.06)mg/g。香榧假种皮提取物具有一定的抗氧化活性,且在一定浓度范围内呈剂量效应关系,但是其抗氧化活性低于BHT和抗坏血酸。DPPH自由基清除法、硫代巴比妥法、β-胡萝卜素漂白法等3种方法测定香榧假种皮提取物体外抗氧化活性的IC50值分别为1.55 mg/m L、2.02 mg/m L、0.58 mg/m L。  相似文献

桑黄Sanghuangporus spp.是一类具有广泛的药理活性的大型真菌,其卓越的抗氧化活性备受关注。本研究比较了桑树桑黄Sanghuangporus sanghuang (桑黄)和瓦尼桑黄S. vaninii (杨黄)发酵产物乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性,并分析它们化学成分的差异。实验以1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)清除率、羟基自由基引起的DNA损伤的保护作用和L929细胞抗衰老实验作为指标比较其抗氧化活性差异。结果表明,桑树桑黄和瓦尼桑黄发酵产物提取物均表现出良好的抗氧化性,而且桑树桑黄发酵物的抗氧化能力显著高于瓦尼桑黄。通过超高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆飞行时间质谱法(UPLC-triple-TOF-MS)从桑黄中共鉴定出11种多酚类物质,瓦尼桑黄发酵产物成分相对简单。  相似文献

目的:采用微波辅助法提取4种药用植物花中总黄酮类化合物,并研究其抗氧化性。方法:利用邻二氮菲-Fe2+-H2O2体系,研究其提取物清除羟基自由基(.OH)的能力,用普鲁士蓝法对其还原能力进行研究。结果:大蓟刺儿菜花总黄酮含量最高,夏至草花总黄酮含量最低,4种药用植物花提取物均有不同抗氧化能力。结论:药用植物花抗氧化能力与黄酮含量、结构有关。  相似文献

采用分光光度法测定不同产地黄芪、党参醇提取物的抗氧化性,并对它们清除自由基能力进行比较.结果显示,甘肃渭源、陇西、吉林舒兰、山西浑源黄芪醇提取物的DPPH自由基清除率依次为:21.38%、13.53%、35.09%和20.18%,表明不同产地的黄芪的抗氧化活性差异明显;陕西凤县、南郑、山西陵川党参醇提取物的DPPH自由基清除率依次为:17.56%、9.87%和8.03%,表明不同产区的党参抗氧化活性存在一定的差异;黄芪、党参提取物清除DPPH自由基的IC50分别是0.24和0.85 mg·mL-1,即黄芪提取物清除自由基能力大于党参提取物.  相似文献

以水、甲醇、乙醇和乙酸乙酯为溶剂,对罗汉果干果进行提取,分别采用磷钼酸铵体系、邻苯三酚自氧化体系、Fenton反应体系和卵黄脂质过氧化体系测定各种提取物的总抗氧化性能、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基清除性能及其抗脂质过氧化作用。结果表明,四种溶剂提取物均具较强的抗氧化性和活性氧自由基清除性能,其能力的大小顺序为:乙酸乙酯提取物>水提物>甲醇提取物>乙醇提取物。  相似文献

The antioxidant activities of water extract, methanol extract, ethyl acetate, and n-BuOH fractions of methanol extract from Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance were investigated in this study. Various methods, such as the total antioxidant capacity measured by phosphomolybdenum method, scavenging activities towards 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, superoxide anion radical, and hydroxyl radical, were established in in vitro systems. The amounts of total phenolics and total flavonoids in the extracts and fractions were also determined by spectrophotometric methods. The results showed that all the extracts and fractions exhibited antioxidant and radical-scavenging activities at different magnitudes of potency. The decreasing order of antioxidant and radical-scavenging activities among the extracts assayed through all the four methods were found to be ethyl acetate fraction>n-BuOH fraction>methanol extract>water extract. This similar order of the amounts of total phenolics and total flavonoids shows that the extent of antioxidant and radical-scavenging activities is in accordance with the amounts of phenolics and flavonoids present in extracts and fractions. The extracts of L. foenum-graecum Hance might be valuable antioxidant natural sources and seemed to be applicable in both healthy medicine and food industry.  相似文献

采用营养液培养方法研究铅、锌及其交互作用对鱼腥草叶绿素含量及抗氧化酶系统的影响。实验结果显示,随着Pb浓度的增加,鱼腥草叶绿素含量逐渐降低但无显著变化。Zn在一定浓度下能提高鱼腥草叶绿素含量,而在高浓度Zn胁迫下,叶绿素含量急剧下降。鱼腥草叶片中SOD、POD和CAT3种酶活性都是随着Pb浓度的增加先上升后下降。随着Zn浓度的增加,SOD和CAT也是先上升后下降,POD则是逐渐上升。Pb—Zn交互作用增加了鱼腥草叶绿素含量,对SOD和POD活性具有抑制作用,对CAT活性影响不明显。同时研究结果还表明,单一Pb、Zn对鱼腥草叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶系统的影响大于Pb、Zn二者的共同作用,其中高浓度Zn对鱼腥草的伤害作用最大,而当溶液Pb处理浓度达到400mg/L时,鱼腥草仍能正常生长,说明鱼腥草具有较强的耐Pb能力。  相似文献

The present study aimed to assess antioxidant activities of three organs (flower, fruit, and stem) extracts of Tunisian Ferula (F.) communis. Various experimental models were used to characterize the antioxidant activities in vitro as well as on ROS-induced fluorescence using dichlorofluorescein technique from phorbol myristate acetate (PMA)-stimulated human myeloid cell line HL-60. Results showed that the antioxidant activities varied considerably with organs. Thus, flower exhibited higher DPPH-scavenging ability, reducing and chelating power than stem and fruit. Also, antioxidant capacities using ORAC method and a cell-based assay showed that fruit and stem exhibited statistically similar antioxidant activities. Moreover, F. communis contains high amounts of flavonoids with various health benefits attributed to their antioxidant potential. Likewise, to obtain biologically relevant information, the antioxidant activities of the extracts were evaluated on cellular models implicating the antioxidant activities; this test generally showed that F. communis flower extracts have the highest antioxidant capacities correlated to the highest total phenolic content. The identification of phenolic compounds in F. communis extracts using RP-HPLC revealed that resorcinol, ferulic, and syringic acids together with coumarin were the major molecules.  相似文献

本文探讨了益智(Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel)超临界CO2提取物及其渣的水提物、正丙醇提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化作用,测定了总酚含量、黄酮含量、抗氧化力、还原能力、DPPH清除率.结果表明,益智超临界CO2提取物和正丙醇提取物的总酚含量最高,均为5.53%,乙酸乙酯提取物的总酚含量为4.04%,水提物总酚含量最低,为O.89%.抗氧化力与酚含量相关(R2=0.703).四种提取物中黄酮含量顺序为:乙酸乙酯提取物(6.29%)>丙醇提取物(5.81%)>水提取物(4.85%)>超临界CO2提取物(4.70%).在还原能力、清除DPPH自由基和羟自由基方面,乙酸乙酯提取物表现出了很强的抗氧化能力,呈现剂量依赖关系.  相似文献

用Folin-Ciocalteu法、DPPH法和Fenton法分别对脱脂及未脱脂枸杞子的水和50%、80%、95%乙醇提取液的抗氧化活性进行测定。结果显示:3种方法所得结果具有一致的规律,相同提取条件下,未脱脂枸杞子的抗氧化活性大于脱脂枸杞子;随着乙醇浓度增大,枸杞子提取液的抗氧化活性逐渐减小,即水>50%乙醇>80%乙醇>95%乙醇枸杞子提取液。表明枸杞子中水溶性提取物的抗氧化活性高于脂溶性提取物;不同提取液抗氧化能力的差异说明枸杞子的抗氧化能力是枸杞子中水溶性和脂溶性多种成分协同作用的结果。  相似文献

The antioxidant activity of the crude n-hexane, dichloromethane, and methanol extracts from 25 species belonging to the Asteraceae, Euphorbiaceae, Rubiaceae, and Solanaceae families collected at natural reserves from the Eje Cafetero Ecorregión Colombia, were evaluated by using the spectrophotometric 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical-scavenging method. The strongest antioxidant activities were showed by the methanol and dichloromethane extracts from the Euphorbiaceae, Alchornea coelophylla (IC50 41.14 mg/l) and Acalypha platyphilla (IC50 111.99 mg/l), respectively. These two species had stronger DPPH radical scavenging activities than hydroquinone (IC50 151.19 mg/l), the positive control. The potential use of Colombian flora for their antioxidant activities is discussed.  相似文献

The antioxidant properties of aqueous extracts from the dinophycean flagellates Gymnodinium impudicum and Alexandrium affine and the raphidophycean flagellate Chattonella ovata were examined. An electron spin resonance (ESR)-spin trapping method coupled with steady state kinetic analysis showed that all of the extracts directly scavenge superoxide, and that the superoxide scavenging potential of any of the extracts was comparable to that of L-ascorbic acid. As for hydroxyl radical scavenging, the Fenton reaction and the method of ultraviolet radiation to hydrogen peroxide were used as hydroxyl radical generation systems. All of extracts reduced the level of hydroxyl radicals in both of the systems, indicating that the extracts also directly scavenge hydroxyl radicals. Since the levels of phenolic compounds did not correlate with the antioxidant activities of the extracts, substances other than phenolic compounds also appeared to be attributable to the activities. It is of our interest that the scavenging activities of extract from G. impudicum against superoxide and hydroxyl radicals were increased by heat exposure at 100 degrees C and 200 degrees C respectively. Although the reason for the increased activities of the aqueous extract from G. impudicum is not clear, the heat-resistance of the extract from G. impudicum might make it a desirable antioxidant.  相似文献

In this study our objective was to evaluate the antioxidant and antimicrobial activity of methanolic extracts of leaves and roots of Gentiana kurroo. The antioxidant activities of the extracts were examined using different biochemical assays namely diphenylpicrylhydrazyl (DPPH), nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) and ferric reducing power (FRAP). In all the assays, root extract exhibited stronger antioxidant activity than that of leaves. The antibacterial activity of the extracts was also evaluated and MIC values were calculated by broth dilution method. Although, the extracts prevented the growth of both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria, the MIC values of methanolic extract of the leaves were higher than those of the root extract. The antibacterial and antioxidant activity of the extracts was found to be positively associated with the total phenolic and flavonoid content of the extracts.  相似文献
