分布于日本和中国的鹅观草及其杂种的形态学和细胞学研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
本文对分布于日本的Agropyron tsukushiense (Honda) Ohwi var. transiense (Hack.) Ohwi (2n=6x=42)和分布于中国的Roegneria kamoji Ohwi (2n=6x=42)及其杂种F_1(2n=6x=42)进行了形态学及细胞学的研究,并同时探讨了亲本种的亲缘关系。总体来看,亲本材料之间在形态上虽有差异但并不十分显著。杂种F_1的形态特征介于其父、母本之间。在减数分裂过程中,亲本种和杂种F_1的染色体配对行为均十分正常。但在检查了大量的成熟花粉和穗状花序之后,发现杂种F_1有部份不育现象。上述研究结果表明A. tsukushiense var. transiens的三个染色体组与R. kamoji的三个染色体组同源。结合形态学和育性等方面的研究资料,作者认为上述两个材料仍应属于同一分类等级。但必须指出,由于长期的地理隔离,他们之间产生了一定的形态变异和生殖障碍。按照国际植物命名法规(ICBN)上述两个材料应组合为:Roegneria tsukushiensis (Honda) B. R. Lu, Yen et J. L. Yang及其变种var. transiens (Hack.) B. R. Lu, Yen et J. L. Yang comb. nov.  相似文献

黑药仲彬草Kengyilia melanthera(Keng)J.L. Yang,Yen et Baum和青海仲彬草K.kokonorica (Keng)J.L.Yang,Yen et Baum是分布于我国西部的两种多年生六倍体植物。将其分别与鹅观草 Roegneria kamoji Ohwi(2n=42,StStHHYY)、糙毛仲彬草K.hirsuta(Keng)J.L. Yang,Yen et Baum (2n=42,PPStStYY)进行了杂交;对亲本及杂种Fl代花粉母细胞减数分裂中期I染色体配对行为进行 了观察。杂种F1减数分裂染色体配对平均构型分别为:R.kamoji×K.melanthera,18.201+11.74 Ⅱ 十0.09Ⅲ十0.01V;K.hirsuta×K.melanthera,1.06Ⅰ十20.47Ⅱ;R.kamoji×K.kokonori- ca,19.36Ⅰ十11.26Ⅱ十0.04Ⅲ;K.hirsuta×K.kokonorica,2.46Ⅰ十19.44Ⅱ 十0.14Ⅲ十0.06 Ⅳ。根据以上结果,并结合形态特征,将黑药仲彬草和青海仲彬草从鹅观草属拟冰草组Roegneria sect.Paragropyron Keng中组合到仲彬草属Kengyilia Yen et Yang更为恰当,而不应划分到披碱草属E-lymus L.或偃麦草属Elytrigia Desv.中。  相似文献

A total of 391 lichens were written up in Smith's English Botany , of which 57 were new. All were illustrated by James Sowerby. The copyright dates are given, which should be accepted as those of publication. They range from 1793 until 1814, and paper watermarks show that reprintings occurred until c . 1818. The locations of the type specimens are given, many of which are part of the BM Botany Library, mounted together with Sowerby's original English Botany drawings, and therefore often overlooked. Their current taxonomic position is evaluated. Only 11 of the 57 new lichens have been placed in synonymy, which indicates that Smith was an excellent lichen taxonomist. Caloplaca borreri J.R.Laundon is a new name for Lepraria ochracea Turner & Borrer ex Sm., whilst Herteliana gagei (Sm.) J.R.Laundon is a new combination with priority over H. taylorii P.James, and Trapelia glebulosa (Sm.) J.R.Laundon replaces T. involuta (Taylor) Hertel. Species requiring author corrections are Caloplaca cerina (Hedw.) Th.Fr., Enterographa elaborata (Leight.) Coppins & P.James, Lecidella pulveracea (Flörke ex Th.Fr.) P.Syd., and Parmelia borreri Turner. Lichen daedaleus Sm. pre-dates Lecidea sorediata Ach. by 4 years, but has been proposed for rejection in order to retain the established name Pyxine sorediata (Ach.) Mont. The divaricatic acid-producing populations of Lepraria in North America north of Mexico are revised with traditional morphological characters, chemistry, ecology, biogeography, and ITS1, 5.8S, and ITS2 sequence data. Three taxa are accepted: L. cryophila, L. hodkinsoniana sp. nov. and L. pacifica sp. nov. Both Lepraria crassissima and L. incana are excluded from the study area. Noncryptic, semicryptic and fully cryptic species concepts in Lepraria are discussed with emphasis on the practical integration of molecular characters into taxonomic frameworks based on non-molecular characters.  相似文献

Six new species of Lepraria are described from North America: L. barbatica, L. cryophila, L. disjuncta, L. moroziana, L. terricola, and L. xanthonica. Lepraria torii is discussed and its range extended to include boreal eastern North America. Lepraria aurescens is reported as new to North America from Florida. Lichenized fungi of the genus Lepraria lack ascomata and conidiomata, and symbionts codisperse by soredia. Here, it is determined whether algal symbionts associated with Lepraria are monophyletic, and whether fungal and algal phylogenies are congruent, both of which are indicative of a long-term, continuous association between symbionts. The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and part of the actin type I locus were sequenced from algae associated with Lepraria, and the fungal ITS and mitochondrial small subunit (mtSSU) were sequenced from fungal symbionts. Phylogenetic analyses tested for monophyly of algal symbionts and congruence between algal and fungal phylogenies. Algae associated with Lepraria were not monophyletic, and identical algae associated with different Lepraria individuals and species. Algal and fungal phylogenies were not congruent, suggesting a lack of strict codiversification. This study suggests that associations between symbionts are not strictly maintained over evolutionary time. The ability to switch partners may provide benefits similar to genetic recombination, which may have helped this lineage persist.  相似文献

Caloplaca maritimaB. de Lesd. is a marine to maritime species occurring in western Europe. It was first described as a variety ofC. citrina(Hoffm.) Th. Fr., but in 1953 was transferred to specific level. Since thenC. maritimahas been more or less forgotten and/or misunderstood, mainly due to confusion withC. ruderum(Malbr.) J. R. Laundon,C. interfulgens(Nyl.) J. Steiner, andC. marina(Wedd.) Zahlbr. The present paper reports on the existence ofC. maritimaand clarifies its status in relation toC. marinaand to other related species. Lepraria eburneais shown to comprise three morphologically indistinguishable chemotypes, containing either protocetraric acid, psoromic acid, or neither substance, in addition to alectorialic acid.
