Petrol extracts of unripe fruits of Poncirus trifoliata L. were found to contain 7-geranyloxycoumarin, bergapten, imperatorin, 6-methoxy-7-geranyloxycoumarin and two new coumarins which were shown by chemical and spectroscopic means to be 7-(3′-methyl-2′,3′-epoxybutyloxy)-8-(3″-methyl-2″,3″-epoxybutyl)coumarin and 7-(3′-methyl-2′,3′-epoxybutyloxy)-8-(3″-methyl-2″-oxobutyl)coumarin respectively. 相似文献

Two new coumarins have been isolated from the aerial parts of Amyris balsamifera. On the basis of spectral and chemical data, these have been identified as (R)-(+)-6-(2′-hydroxy-3′-methyl-3′-butenyl)-7-methoxycoumarin and balsamiferone, 7-hydroxy-3,6-bis (3′-methyl-2′-butenyl)-coumarin. 相似文献

Six coumarins have been isolated from the aerial parts of Coleonema album and identified as ulopterol, 7-(3′, 3′-dimethylallyloxy)-coumarin, (R)-(+)-2′,3′-epoxy-suberosin, and the novel coumarins (R)-(+)-7-(2′, 3′-epoxy-3′-methylbutoxy)-coumarin, (R)-(+)-7-(2′,3′-dihydroxy-3′-dihydroxy-3′-methylbutoxy)-coumarin and (R)-(+)-7-methoxy-8-(2′,3′-epoxy-3′-methylbutoxy)-coumarin. 相似文献

Four coumarins, four psoralens and two methoxyflavones were isolated and identified from the peel oil of grapefruit. Five of these compounds are reported as constituents of grapefruit oil for the first time, one of which, 5[(3,7-dimethyl-6-epoxy-2-octenyl) oxy]psoralen is a new natural product. 相似文献

The biogenesis, structural diversity and distribution of simple, furano- and pyranocoumarins in the Rutaceae is reviewed. The potential value of these compounds as taxonomic markers and their possible functions are discussed. The distribution of simple cinnamic acid precursors of coumarins in the family is also reviewed. 相似文献

Four new lignans, (+)-diayangambin; (+)-excelsin; (+)-epiexcelsin and (+)-demethoxyexcelsin, were isolated from leaves of Macropiper excelsum and their structures and configurations have been determined by spectroscopic studies. Diayangambin is only the second naturally occurring diaxially substituted 3,7-dioxabicyclo-[3,3,0]-octane to have been isolated. 相似文献

Ten coumarins and four flavonoids have been isolated from a single collection of Artemesia tridentata ssp. vaseyana (Rydb.) Beetle. The coumarins are 7-methylesculin, esculin, umbelliferone, skimmin, cichoriin, isoscopoletin, scopoletin, scoparon, esculetin and a new natural product, artelin (5,6,7,8-tetramethoxy coumarin). The flavonoids are luteolin, luteolin-7-glucoside, axillarin and eupafolin. 相似文献

A chemical investigation of Musineon divaricatum has resulted in the isolation of 19 coumarins, five of which are novel compounds; 18 are khellactone derivatives. The coumarins were isolated from the crude extracts by a combination of adsorption chromatography, gel permeation and HPLC; the more successful HPLC separations utilized a nitrile bonded phase column. The structures were determined by 1H NMR and mass spectral studies and by comparisons with literature data. The relative configuration for the entire series was secured from 1H NMR data, while the absolute configuration could be assigned with any certainty only in the cases of two of the compounds. 相似文献

The carotenoids of the loquat fruit Eriobotrya japonica Golden Nugget variety, were investigated. They were identified according to their chromatographic, spectrophotometric and chemical properties and compared with standard pigments. For some of the carotenoids, MS were determined. Pulp and peels were investigated separately. The main pattern of the pulp carotenoids was β-carotene (33%), γ-carotene (6%), cryptoxanthin (22%), lutein, violaxanthin and neoxanthin, each about 3–4%. The peel, with a carotenoid content 5 times as high, had a similar pattern, but the ratio between the main pigments differed: β-carotene (50%); γ-carotene (5%); cryptoxanthin (5%); lutein (13%); violaxanthin, neoxanthin, 3–4%. The carotenoids of the loquat (subfamily Maloideae) were very similar to those of the apricot (Prunus armeniaca-subfamily Prunoideae) both of the family of Rosaceae. The intergeneric differences are more pronounced, which is of possible taxonomic significance. The lower concentration of cryptoxanthin and the high concentration of lutein in the peels is noteworthy and of biosynthetic interest. 相似文献

Five triterpenoid saponins isolated from the flowers, the mature fruits and the leaves of Fatsia japonica were identified as 3-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl]-hederagenin (1), 3-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-l-arabinopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid (2), 3-O-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl]-hederagenin (3), 3-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl]-hederagenin (4) and 3-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-α-l-arabinopyranosyl]-hederagenin (5). The saponins 1 and 2 are new, naturally occurring, triterpenoid saponins. The distribution of the five saponins in three parts of the plant was investigated. Saponins 2, 3 and 5 were present in the flowers, saponins 1, 3, 4 and 5 were in the mature fruits and saponins 2, 3, 4 and 5 were in the leaves. 相似文献
