Syntheses, based on silver trifluoromethanesulfonate-promoted Koenigs-Knorr type condensations, are described of the d-glucotrioses, β-d-Glcp-(1→3)-β-d-Glcp-(1→4)-d-Glcp and β-d-Glcp-(1→4)-β-d-Glcp-(1→3)-d-Glcp, and the d-Glucotetraoses, β-d-Glcp-(1→3)-β-d-Glcp-(1→4)-β-d-Glcp-(1→4)-d-Glcp, β-d-Glcp-(1→4)-β-d-Glcp-(1→3)-β-d-Glcp-(1→4)-d-Glcp, and β-d-Glcp-(1→4)-β-d-Glcp-(1→4)-β-d-Glcp-(1→3)-d-Glcp, corresponding to the tri- and tetra-saccharide units in the linear chains of (1→4)- and (1→3)-linked β-d-glucopyranosyl residues of lichenan, and of oat and barley β-d-glucans.  相似文献

Partial hydrolysis of a larch arabino(4-O-methylglucurono)xylan afforded two series of oligouronides composed of 4-O-methyl- d-glucuronic acid and d-xylose residues. The first series included aldouronic acids up to the aldopentaouronic acid. Methylation analysis indicated that the aldopentao- and aldotetrao-uronic acids were mixtures of isomers. One aldotetraouronic acid was isolated and identified as O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-O-(4-O-Me-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-d-Xyl. The two isomeric aldotriouronic acids were separated from each other. The acids of the second series, which were composed of two uronic acids and 2-4 d-xylose residues, were identified as follows: O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-O-(4-O-Me-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-O(4-O-Me-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-d-Xyl, O-(4-O-Me-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-O-(4-O-Me-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-O-β-d -Xylp-(1 → 4)-D-Xyl, O-(4-O-Me-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-O-(4-O-Mec-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-D-Xyl, and O-(4-O-Me-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-O-β-d-Xylp-(1 → 4)-O-(4-O-Me-α-d-GlcAp)-(1 → 2)-D-Xyl. The first three compounds were new acidic oligosaccharides. The 4-O-methyl-d-glucuronic acid in the second series was present in a larger proportion than in the first series, indicating that a large proportion of the uronic acid side-chains were located on two contiguous D-xylose residues in the backbone of the softwood xylan.  相似文献

The metabolites of the bird's nest fungus Nidula niveo-tomentosa have been examined. Niduloic acid (3-hydroxy-5-(p-hydroxyphenol) pentanoic acid) is a new natural product. 4-(p-Hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone, 4-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanol, trans-4-p-hydroxyphenylbut-3-en-2-one, 4-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-butanol, 4-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone, zingerone 3-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2-propanediol are also metabolites of this fungus. An interesting reductive cyclization of zingerone, effected by iodotrimethylsilane, is reported.  相似文献

The asparagine-linked sugar chains of human milk galactosyltansferase were quantitatively released as oligosaccharides from the polypeptide backbone by hydrazinolysis. They were converted into radioactive oligosaccharides by sodium borotritiate reduction after N-acetylation, and fractionated by paper electrophoresis and by Bio-Gel P-4 column chromatography after sialidase treatment. Structural studies of each oligosaccharides by sequential exoglycosidase digestion and methylation analysis indicated that the galactosyltransferase contains bi, tri-, and probably tetra-antennary, complex-type oligosaccharides having α-d-Manp-(1→3)-[α-d-Manp-(1→6)]-β-d-Manp-(1→4)-β-d-GlcpNAc-(1→4)-α-d-[Fucp-(1→6)]-d- GlcNAc as their common core. Variation is produced by the different locations and numbers of the five different outer chains: β-d-Galp-(1→4)-d-GlcNAc, α-l-Fucp-(1→3)-[β-d-Galp-(1→4)]-d-GlcNAc, α-NeuAc-(2→6)-β-d-Galp-(1→4)-d-GlcNAc, α-l-Fucp-(1→3)-[β-d-Galp-(1→4)]-β-d-GlcpNAc-(1→3)-β-d-Galp-(1→4)-[α-l-Fucp-(1→3)]-d- GlcNAc, and α-NeuAc-(2→6)-β-d-Galp-(1→4)-β-d-GlcpNAc-(1→3)-β-d-Galp-(1→4)-[α-l-Fucp-(1→3)-β-d-GlcNAc.  相似文献

Five new glycosides were isolated from the Chinese crude drug ‘Tong-guang-san’: the stems of Marsdenia tenacissima (Roth.) Wight et Arn. (Asclepiadaceae). The structures of tenacissosides A-E were deduced on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence as tenacigenin B-I 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-β-D- allopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranoside, tenacigenin B-II 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy- β-Dallopyranosyl-(1 →4)-β-D-oleandropyranoside, tenacigenin B-III 3-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl-(1→4)-3-O-methyl-6- deoxy-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-oleandropyranoside, tenacigenin B-IV 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →4)-3-O- methyl-6-deoxy-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-oleandropyranoside and tenacigenin B-V 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-allopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-oleandropyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

A novel series of 2-cyclopropyl-4-thiophenyl quinoline-based mevalonolactones were synthesized from the substituted anilines by several reactions. Among them, (4R,6S)-6-[(E)-2-(2-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4-(4-fluoro-thiophenyl)-quinoline-3-yl)-ethenyl]-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-2H-pyran-2-one (1d), (4R,6S)-6-[(E)-2-(2-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4-(3-methoxy-thiophenyl)-quinoline-3-yl)-ethenyl]-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-2H-pyran-2-one (1f) and (4R,6S)-6-[(E)-2-(2-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4,7-di(3-methoxy-thiophenyl)-quinoline-3-yl)-ethenyl]-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-2H-pyran-2-one (1q) showed potent HMG-CoA reductase inhibitory activity comparable with pitavastatin.  相似文献

We have synthesized 35 N-phenyl-N′-(4-pyridyl)urea derivatives and tested their cytokinin activity in the tobacco callus bioassay. Among them, N-phenyl-N′- (2-chloro-4-pyridyl)urea is highly active, the optimum concentration of which is lower than 4 × 10?9 M (0.001 ppm), 3 compounds, i.e. N-(2-methylphenyl)-N′-(2-chloro-4-pyridyl)urea, N-(3-methylphenyl)-N′-(2-chloro-4-pyridyl)urea and N-(3-chlorophenyl)-N′-(2-chloro-4-pyridyl) urea are as active as N6-benzyladenine (concentration for optimum yield: 4.4 × 10?8 M or 0.01 ppm), and N-phenyl-N′-(2-methyl-4-pyridyl)urea and N-(2-chlorophenyl)-N′-(2-chloro-4-pyridyl)urea are as active as N-phenyl-N′-(4-pyridyl)urea (concentration for optimum yield: 4.7 × 10?7 M or 0.1 ppm), while the activity of the other 29 compounds are not so remarkable and 11 of them are almost or completely inactive.  相似文献

A group of 1-(4-methane(amino)sulfonylphenyl)-5-(4-substituted-aminomethylphenyl)-3-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazoles (12af) was synthesized and evaluated as anti-inflammatory agents. While all the compounds (20 mg/kg) showed significant anti-inflammatory activity after 3 h of inflammation induction (69–89%) as compared to celecoxib (80%), 1-(4-methanesulfonylphenyl)-5-(4-methylaminomethylphenyl)-3-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazole (12a) was found to be the most effective one (89%). The synthesis of model hybrid nitric oxide donor N-diazen-1-ium-1,2-diolate derivatives of 1-(4-methanesulfonylphenyl)-5-(4-substituted-aminomethylphenyl)-3-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazoles (10af) requires further investigation since the reaction of N-(4-(1-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)benzyl)ethanamine (12b) or 1-(4-(1-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)benzyl)piperazine (12c) with nitric oxide furnished N-nitroso derivatives (13 and 14), respectively, rather than the desired N-diazen-1-ium-1,2-diolate derivatives (10b and 10c).  相似文献

Two new saponins, agavasaponin E and agavasaponin H have been isolated from the methanolic extract of Agave americana leaves and their structures elucidated. Agavasaponin E is 3-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→2glc1)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3glc 1)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-d-galactopyranosyl]-(25R)-5α-spirostan-12-on-3β-ol, whereas agavasaponin H is 3-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→2 glc 1)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3 glc 1)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-galactopyranosyl]-26-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl]-(25R)-5α-furostan-12-on-3β,22α,26-triol.  相似文献

The trunk wood of an Amazonian Aniba (Lauraceae) species contains, besides dillapiol and the benzodioxane-type neolignan eusiderin, four bicyclo(3.2.1)octanoid neolignans. Novel 1-phenyl-4-((4-(1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole derivatives were synthesized by click chemistry reaction and screened for antimicrobial activity against grampositive and gram-negative bacterial and fungal species. All the compounds were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectral data. The results of antibacterial study indicated that 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-((4-(1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole, 1-(4-(4-((4-(1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)phenyl)ethanone, 1-(2,6-dichloro-4-nitrophenyl)-4-((4-(1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole, and 1-(2-methoxy-4-nitrophenyl)-4-((4-(1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole showed appreciable antibacterial activity while 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-((4-(1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy) methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole, 1-(2,6-dichloro-4-nitrophenyl)-4-((4-(1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole, and 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-((4-(1,4,5-triphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole emerged as the most potential antifungal agents.  相似文献

Three glycopeptides, obtained in quantity from ovalbumin by exhaustive digestion with Pronase and purified by ion-exchange chromatography and gel filtration, had mannose-2-acetamido-2-deoxyglucose-aspartic acid ratios of 5:4:1, 6:2:1, and 5:2:1. The structures of the glycopeptides have been investigated by sequential digestion with purified exo-glycosidases, Smith degradation, and selective acetolysis, and by methylation analysis of the glycopeptides and their degradation products. The resulting data indicated the structures to be α-d-Manp-(1→6)-[α-d- Manp-(1→3)]-α-d-Manp-(1→6)-[β-d-GlcNAcp-(1→4)]-[β-d-GlcNAcp-(1→2)-α-d- Manp-(1→3)]-β-d-Manp-(1→4)-β-d-GlcNAcp-(1→4)-β-d-GlcNAcp→Asn, α-d- Manp-(1→6)-[α-d-Manp-(1→3)]-α-d-Manp-(1→6)-[α-d-Manp-(1→2)-α-d-Manp- (1→3)]-β-d-Manp-(1→4)-β-d-GlcNAcp-(1→4)-β-d-GlcNAcp→Asn, and α-d-Manp- (1→6)-[α-d-Manp-(1→3)]-α-d-Manp-(1→6)-[α-d-Manp-(1→3)]-β-d-Manp-(1→4)- β-d-GlcNAcp-(1→4)-β-d-GlcNAcp→Asn. The glycopeptides had a common-core structure consisting of five mannose and two hexosamine residues, but the two larger glycopeptides were not homologous.  相似文献

Two new saponins beshornin and beshornoside have been isolated from the methanolic extract of Beshorneria yuccoides leaves and their structures elucidated. Beshornin is 3-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 2)-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -+ 4)-P-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d- galactopyranosyl-(25R)-5α-spirostan-3β-ol, whereas beshornoside is 3-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 4)- β-d)-glycopyranosyl-(1 → 2)]-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 4)-β-d-galactopyranosyl 26-O-[β-d]-glucopyranosyl-(25R)-5α-furostan-3β,22α,26-triol.  相似文献

Six more lignans have been isolated from the hot petrol extract of Piper cubeba fruits. Of these, three compounds which have been isolated from a natural source for the first time were characterized as (2R,3R)-2-(5″-methoxy-3″,4″-methylenedi [(−)-cubebinone], (2R,3R)-2-(3″,4″-methylenedioxybenzyl)-3-(3′,4′,5′-trimethoxybenzyl)butyrolactone [(−)-isoyatein] and (2R,3R)-2-(3″,4″,5″-trimethoxybenzyl)-3-(3′,4′-dimethoxybenzyl)butyrolactone [(−)-di-O-methyl thujaplicatin methyl ether, i.e. (−)-thujaplicatin trimethyl ether]. The other three compounds were identified as (−)-yatein, (−)-cubebininolide and (2R,3R)-2-(3″,4″-methylenedioxybenzyl)-3-(3′,4′-dimethoxybenzyl) butyrolactone.  相似文献

A series of novel 3-amino-N-(4-aryl-1,1-dioxothian-4-yl)butanamides were investigated as dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-4) inhibitors. Introduction of a 4-phenylthiazol-2-yl group showed highly potent DPP-4 inhibitory activity. Among various derivatives, (3R)-3-amino-N-(4-(4-phenylthiazol-2-yl)-tetrahydro-2H-thiopyran-4-yl)-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanamide 1,1-dioxide (30) reduced blood glucose excursion in an oral glucose tolerance test by oral administration.  相似文献

Sixteen oleanane-type glycosides were extracted from three Weigela hybrids and cultivars: W. x Styriaca, W. florida “Minor black” and W. florida “Brigela”, and four of them were previously undescribed ones: 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyloleanolic acid, 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyloleanolic acid, 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyloleanolic acid, and 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyloleanolic acid. Their full structural elucidation required extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments, as well as mass spectrometry analysis. Six compounds among the known ones were in sufficient amount to be tested for their antifungal activity against Candida albicans, and their antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.  相似文献

N-(3′,4′-Dihydroxy-trans-cinnamoyl)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-L-alanine [(?)-clovamide], the major phenolic metabolite (0.1%) in the bark of Dalbergia melanoxylon, is associated with minor proportions of its cis-isomer, and similar pairs of geometrical isomers of their deoxy analogues N-(4′-hydroxycinnamoyl)-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-L-alanine and N-(4′-hydroxycinnamoyl)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-L-alanine. (?)-Trans-clovamide is synthesized by direct condensation of the acid chloride of caffeic acid with L-DOPA. Diagnostic CD spectra of these compounds and 13C spectra of (?)-trans- and (?)-cis-clovamides are recorded.  相似文献
