Fourteen daucane esters together with a known propiophenone 3,4-methylenedioxy-5-hydroxy-propiophenone, were isolated from Ferula communis subsp. communis. Except for the 6-(p-anisic acid) ester of jaeschkeanadiol all these esters are new. Structures were elucidated using spectral properties of the esters and their partial hydrolysis products. X-ray diffraction analysis of one of the compounds confirmed its structure including the stereochemical assignments made on the basis of spectral data.  相似文献

In a chemosystematic investigation of the fruits of Daucus carota L. we have isolated eleven compounds including four guaiane type sesquiterpenes (14), one eudesmane type sesquiterpene (5) and six other constituents (611). Among them, the five compounds 15 all are new for Daucus carota L. and all have been reported in Torilis japonica. The results show that Daucus carota L. is chemically similar with Torilis japonica providing chemical evidence for both species used as the same traditional Chinese medicine “nanheshi”.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenes, amotin and amoenin, of the picrotoxane group were isolated from Dendrobium amoenum. The constitution of amoenin was evident from spectral investigations and by its conversion into α-dihydro-picrotoxinin on oxidation with oxygen in the presence of platinum. The constitution of amotin was shown by its spectral properties and the conversion of aduncin into amotin by hydrogenolysis of its epoxide ring. That the configuration at C-4 in aduncin and amotin is R was supported by circular dichroism measurements on some derivatives of picrotoxinin and aduncin.  相似文献

Leaf pocket resins of 11 species of the tropical arborescent genus Hymenaea are virtually identical qualitatively, but of widely varying quantitative proportions. Within this large range of variability, several strong positive quantitative correlations between resin constituents were found, especially between caryophyllene and β-humulene and between γ-muurolene and δ-cadinene. These data lead to clarification of sesquiterpene biosynthetic routes in Hymenaea. In addition, quantitative relationships found among caryophyllene, α- and β-selinene, γ-muurolene and δ-cadinene are explained only with difficulty by long accepted biosynthetic pathways, and the intermediacy of germacrenes is suggested.  相似文献
