The Neotropics contributes significantly to global biodiversity yet little is known about its mammalian fauna. Given our limited knowledge, concerns are that extinctions at the local level may cause a decline in genetic diversity through the loss of unique alleles. Here we report the geographical population structure of four rodent species from French Guiana: Dasyprocta leporina , Agouti paca , Proechimys cayennensis and P. cuvieri . Two of them ( Dasyprocta and Agouti ) are commonly harvested throughout the country for subsistence and/or game hunting. Cytochrome b and control region sequences revealed the presence of a number of maternal lineages occurring in sympatry throughout French Guiana. We applied two cytochrome b rodent clock calibrations (7.5% and 12% per million years) to our data, and placed the divergence of the maternal lineages to between 160 000 and 260 000 years ago for the more diverse D. leporina and P. cuvieri , and between 66 000 and 46 000 years ago for the more recent A. paca and P. cayennensis . The clades appear to be widespread throughout South America as indicated by specimens sampled in Brazil, Peru, and Venezuela. At the population level, AMOVA revealed little or no geographical structure within French Guiana. Accurate species delimitation is fundamental to biodiversity conservation. The endangered spruce Picea brachytyla (Franch.) E. Pritz. was suggested to be polyphyletic based on a limited number of samples in previous studies. To evaluate polyphyly of P. brachytyla, we sampled 139 individuals from 16 populations across most of its distributional range, plus representatives of two related species, Picea likiangensis (Franch.) E. Pritz. and Picea wilsonii Mast. We sequenced 13 nuclear loci and three chloroplast and two mitochondrial loci for the following species delimitation. Phylogenetic analyses of nuclear loci grouped all individuals of P. brachytyla from Sichuan and Chongqing into one distinct lineage and those from Yunnan and Tibet (southern distribution) nested within the P. likiangensis species complex. Structure analyses confirmed this result. Networks of chloroplast DNA haplotypes similarly showed that P. brachytyla from the southern distribution nested within the P. likiangensis species complex, whereas haplotypes for the northern distribution comprised a separate and well-supported lineage. These results suggest that P. brachytyla from the southern distribution is a part of the P. likiangensis species complex and should be removed from P. brachytyla. Our study highlights the utility of population genetic evidence in delimitating endangered species and understanding the conservation status of such species.  相似文献

Spatial and trophic competitive interactions were analysed for the seldom-studied limpet Patella ferruginea (which is considered as an “extinction risk”). Spatial patterns of distribution of P. ferruginea were studied using quadrats of 1 × 1 m2 at several transects along the coastline, whereas trophic interactions were studied through manipulations of densities of P. ferruginea and Patella caerulea in experimental plots located at the mid-shore. Physical parameters were measured inside each plot to determine the microenvironmental differences between fenced and unfenced plots. Fenced plots of 50 × 50 cm2 were used with six different treatments. Mortality was recorded every 15 days and length was measured monthly during the 3.5 months of the experiment. At the beginning and end of the experiment, lengths and weights of limpets were recorded and chlorophyll concentration was measured by spectrophotometric analysis of rock surface. Both species showed increased mortality and reduced size and weight in treatments with greater densities. High intraspecific competition was detected in P. caerulea compared with P. ferruginea whereas asymmetrical interspecific competition was observed. The results suggest that P. caerulea is the superior competitor, possibly due to differences in radular morphology and mobility between the two species. Microalgal food assessment showed that it is probably a limiting resource, especially for P. caerulea, although this species has a lower biomass than P. ferruginea. The high intraspecific competition observed in P. caerulea could be responsible for the coexistence of both species. The present study may be useful in helping to conserve P. ferruginea, which is presently under serious threat of extinction, because the results show that experimental fences are a viable means of concentrating breeding individuals.  相似文献

基于体侧色斑、背鳍前部形态、吻长及尾柄长的差异, Ng和Kottelat(2007)将分布于中国的黄颡鱼群体划为两个物种: 北方群体为Pseudobagrus sinensis, 南方群体为P. fulvidraco。本研究通过对70个黄颡鱼标本相关形态特征的测量及对线粒体cyt b基因序列的分析, 探讨了P. sinensis物种的有效性问题。结果表明: 依据体侧色斑和背鳍前部形态的差异, 可将黄颡鱼分为对应于P. sinensisP. fulvidraco的两种形态类型, 但对尾柄长、吻长的测量发现二者没有差异。对70条cyt b基因序列的分析结果为: 两种鱼类有1个共同的单倍型; 两种鱼类的单系性在系统发育分析中都没有得到重现, 而二者聚在一起形成获得100%支持率的单系群; 两种鱼类群体之间存在持续的基因交流(Nm = 4.7); 两种鱼类在单倍型的巢式支系分析(nested clade analysis, NCA)中没有形成各自独立的进化谱系, 所有的单倍型以不超过5步的突变全部被纳入同一个进化网络中。因此我们认为P. sinensis不是有效物种, 而应被视为黄颡鱼的一种形态类型。基于cyt b基因的序列变异, 本研究对黄颡鱼群体的遗传多样性和种群结构作了初步分析。群体的核苷酸不配对分布及Tajima’sD中性检验表明, 约在10.1-14.1万年前, 黄颡鱼在其分布范围内经历过群体扩张, 推测这可能是导致黄颡鱼群体单倍型多样度高(h = 0.857 ± 0.0014)而核苷酸多样度低( π = 0.0023 ± 0.0003)的主要原因。此外, 分析结果显示黄颡鱼群体缺乏明显的地理结构, 推测原因可能是历史上水系的连通促进了不同地理群体之间的基因交流。  相似文献

【目的】分析中国冰清绢蝶Parnassius glacialis遗传多样性和遗传分化情况及其系统发生关系,推测其起源及分歧时间,并探讨其历史生物地理分布格局的成因。【方法】以2008-2016年采集于中国13个地区的冰清绢蝶的325头及绢蝶属其他11个种的11头个体样品,对其线粒体基因组的AT富集区(控制区)序列进行PCR扩增和序列测定,采用MEGA 6.0, Dna SP 5.1和Arlequin 3.5等软件分析其遗传多样性和遗传分化情况;以其他近缘绢蝶种类作为外类群,采用PhyML3.0, MrBayes 3.2和BEAST V1.8.3等软件重建冰清绢蝶的系统发生树,并利用宽松分子钟和校准方法推测中国冰清绢蝶的起源和分歧时间;同时结合现今冰清绢蝶的地理分布特点和第四纪以来的地球环境事件,分析其扩散路径,探讨其历史生物地理分布格局及成因。【结果】冰清绢蝶AT富集区序列长度介于487~495 bp之间,平均为491 bp,其长度的差异主要体现在Poly(T)或Poly(A)的数目差异,A+T平均含量为95.76%。供试冰清绢蝶13个地理居群325头个体中,共检测出基于线粒体基因组AT富集区序列的239个单倍型,单倍型多样性Hd为0.9971;核苷酸多态性指数π值为0.02948, Theta (per site)Eta值为0.06594。系统发生分析和分子定年显示,冰清绢蝶和白绢蝶P.stubbendorfii为近缘姊妹种,二者在距今7.52百万年(Ma)的中新世晚期开始分化。冰清绢蝶的祖先可能起源于我国西南地区(现今横断山脉-喜马拉雅附近的青藏高原东北缘)距今1.53 Ma的更新世时期,先由起源地先期扩散到达小陇山、秦岭一带;后来,由于第四纪的冰期-间冰期轮回事件和扩散路径的不同而分化出2大支系,但两个支系之间存在少量的单倍型相互混杂现象;随后,2大支系继续向低海拔、低纬度地区扩散,即通过伏牛山脉向东北方向扩散到嵩山、泰山、昆嵛山一带,经大别山系向东南方向扩散到琅琊山、紫金山和天目山一带。【结论】中国13个居群的冰清绢蝶没有形成明显的地理分化格局,其遗传变异主要来自居群内部,居群间的遗传分化现象尚不明显;冰清绢蝶起源于更新世时期的较高海拔地区,由于第四纪的冰期-间冰期轮回事件以及扩散路径的不同而形成2大支系并向中国东部和南部低海拔和低纬度地区扩散。  相似文献

Sequences of the chloroplast trnT-trnF region were analyzed for species of the genus Potamogeton distributed in China to reconstruct phylogenetic relationships. The phylogenetic analyses showed that the genus Potamogeton could be divided into two clades. Eighteen species formed a monophyletic clade while the remaining four formed a second, distinguishable one, supporting the conventional treatment that the genus Potamogeton contains the submerged linear-leaved group and the submerged broad-leaved group. The first clade, which represented the subgenus Potamogeton, could be further divided into two subclades. The second clade, which represented the subgenus Coleogeton, displayed a close phylogenetic relationship with the subgenus Potamogeton and occupied a unique position within the genus Potamogeton. This finding suggested that the treatment of the subgenus Coleogeton, which was once regarded as the genus Stuckenia Börner, may need to be reconsidered. Furthermore, identification of maternal donors of some hybrids was successfully applied based on sequence of maternally inherited chloroplast genome. The female parents of three putative hybrids, P. × malainoides, P. × anguillanus, and P. × orientalis, were proved to be accordant with previous morphological conclusions.  相似文献

外来入侵福寿螺对我国农业生产和水生生态系统平衡等造成严重危害。2010年, 种类鉴定研究首次揭示我国外来入侵福寿螺包括Pomacea canaliculataP. maculata两个种, 而浙江省仅见P. canaliculata一种报道。P. canaliculataP. maculata种间形态近似, 且受环境、食物源等因素影响, 同种内外壳形态特征多样, 因而基于形态特征进行种类的准确鉴定极为困难。本研究在采集浙江省7个区县的福寿螺样本的基础上, 利用DNA条形码技术扩增了101个不同个体的COI序列, 并从BOLD数据库下载了“P. canaliculata种团”的5个近缘种的55条COI序列用于分析, 其中包括P. lineata, P. dolioidesP. paludosa所有已发表序列, 以及P. canaliculataP. maculata的南美洲样品的序列等。序列相似度比对、DNA条形码间隙和系统发育树等分析表明, COI序列可以实现近缘福寿螺的有效鉴别。待测的浙江省福寿螺样品中, 杭州江干区检测到P. canaliculataP. maculata两种, 而舟山普陀区、绍兴上虞区和新昌县、温州瓯海区及杭州西湖区仅检测到P. canaliculata, 表明P. canaliculata在浙江省具有更广的分布范围。P. canaliculataP. maculata分别形成4种和2种单倍型, 各区县样点分别包含1-3种单倍型, 浙江省各发生地呈现较低的遗传多样性。依据系统发育关系推测, 浙江省分布的P. canaliculataP. maculata分别可能来源于阿根廷和巴西。  相似文献

为了解中街山列岛海洋保护区内虾类种群特征和生存状况,根据2018年1、4、7和10月该海域拖网调查数据,基于相对重要性指数、Shannon指数、Pianka公式以及Pearson相关系数,对该海域虾类优势种的时空生态位进行分析。结果表明: 该海域共采集鉴定虾类16种,隶属于10科13属,其中葛氏长臂虾、中华管鞭虾、鲜明鼓虾、哈氏仿对虾、日本鼓虾为优势种,隶属于4科4属。优势种时间生态位宽度变化幅度较大,而空间生态位宽度变化幅度较小,时间生态位宽度与适温性呈显著相关。小型虾类日本鼓虾的时空生态位宽度值最高。哈氏仿对虾和中华管鞭虾的时间生态位重叠值最大,二者时间同步性高,季节性竞争剧烈。所有优势种均存在显著的空间生态位重叠,说明优势种虾类空间同域性高,区域性竞争整体较强。哈氏仿对虾与葛氏长臂虾的时空生态位重叠值最大,表明二者在该海域对水环境和生物环境的选择以及产卵和洄游习性等相似度高,可能存在激烈的种间竞争。本研究旨在为海洋生物时空生态位的应用研究提供参考。  相似文献

生存在不同基底颜色环境下的爬行动物种群通常表现出丰富的体色地理变异, 其体色变化的潜在机制具有多样性。变色沙蜥(Phrynocephalus versicolor)和草原沙蜥(P. frontalis)具有较近的遗传关系, 曾被认为与荒漠沙蜥(P. przewalskii)组成同一系统发育种组。本文应用光纤光谱仪(AvaSpec-2048), 通过记录沙蜥背部体表12个部位的皮肤光反射率, 定量比较在黑化环境下的深色变色沙蜥与非黑化环境下的浅色草原沙蜥自然体色变异, 研究其种群体色变异是否具有时间可逆性, 并探讨基底颜色对沙蜥体色的影响机制。研究结果表明, 黑化生境下的变色沙蜥体色显著深于非黑化枯黄色生境下的草原沙蜥。此外, 对黑化与非黑化样本开展的生境互换移植围栏实验, 即把枯黄色生境中非黑化的草原沙蜥移植于黑色的基底环境中饲养, 把黑化生境中黑化的变色沙蜥移植于枯黄色生境中饲养。结果表明, 饲养1周后黑化群体背部6个检测部位的光反射率显著变大, 其他部位均无显著变化; 而非黑化群体只有左后肢和背部右上方2个部位的皮肤光反射率发生显著变化, 其他部位反射率无显著变化。结果表明, 变色沙蜥体色变异能力比草原沙蜥强, 体色表型可能已经在两个近缘沙蜥物种中稳定遗传, 基底生境颜色的短期变化在统计学上能引起肉眼难以识别的轻微的体色变异, 个体发育相关的一些遗传因素可能对体色变异起控制 作用。  相似文献

Three different concentrations (1, 10 and 50 μg/ml) of lyophilized hydroalcoholic crude extract of Pfaffia glomerata roots were assayed in vitro against strains of Trypanosoma cruzi (Y) and Leishmania braziliensis. It was observed that P. glomerata hydroalcoholic extract was relatively active within the tested concentrations for L. (V.) braziliensis, but inactive against T. cruzi. Despite the fact that both protozoans belong to the Trypanosomatidae family, we suggest that the difference observed for activity should be related to the biological differences between the two parasite species.  相似文献

The population dynamics of Pseudo-nitzschia species from the Quoddy Region of the Bay of Fundy was examined in a field-based study. Five stations were sampled over a period of 11 weeks during the course of one discrete bloom episode in 2003 with seven species of Pseudo-nitzschia found and enumerated: P. americana, P. delicatissima, P. pseudodelicatissima, P. fraudulenta, P. pungens, P. seriata and P. subpacifica. We related species abundance to physical and chemical properties of seawater (transparency, fluorescence, silicate, phosphate, nitrite + nitrate, ammonia, nitrite, oxygen, sigma-t, tidal level, tidal state and total depth of water column) using canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) to identify factors explaining the greatest amount of variance in their temporal and spatial distribution patterns. Our results indicate that abundance of species and groups of species correlated well with certain specific chemical and physical properties of seawater. P. pseudodelicatissima and P. delicatissima abundance was positively correlated with nitrates and P. americana with depth of the water column. P. pungens was more abundant in samples with higher concentrations of phosphates and lower concentrations of nitrates. P. seriata abundance was negatively associated with total fluorescence. P. subpacifica and P. fraudulenta abundances were not statistically related to any of the variables examined. Our data therefore provides direction for testable, hypothesis driven experiments that could provide predictive insights into the occurrence of certain harmful algal bloom (HAB) species should specific environmental variables be further affected along the gradients extracted in this study.  相似文献

长柄山蚂蝗属Podocarpium(Benth.)Yang et Huang属蝶形花科,间断分布于东亚和中北美洲,广布种分布到非洲和大洋洲。北美有4种,亚洲约有14种.我国约有该属植物11种,以西南和长江以南地区分布种类最多。国外已有人做过本属一半以上的种的染色体记数和核型。本文对本属的三个种.长柄山蚂蝗P.podocarpum(DC.)Yang et Huang,大苞长柄山蚂蝗P.williamsii(Pamp.)Yang et Huang和云南长柄山吗蝗P.du-clouxii(Pamp.)Yang et Huang进行了染色体的记数和核型描述,其中后两个种的工作属于首次。此外,本文还首次报道了山蚂蝗属两个种:Des-modium caudatum(Thunb.)DC.和D.yunnanense Franch.的染色体数目。  相似文献

The effects of mannan oligosaccharides preparation (MO), as elicitor, and ferulic acid inducer for enhancement in laccases production in liquid cultures of three strains of basidiomycetes, Pycnoporus sanguineus, Coriolopsis polyzona and Pleurotus ostreatus was studied using a full factorial 32 experimental design. MO, either individually or combined with ferulic acid, enhanced laccases levels in the three different strains of the white-rot fungi. The enhancement of laccases production was species specific with the highest increase in liquid cultures of P. sanguineus (88-fold) followed by P. ostreatus (3-fold) and C. polyzona (2-fold). Separate additions of 75 mg/l of MO to the cultures of P. sanguineus and P. ostreatus caused the increase while a combined addition of 150 mg/l of MO and 1 mM ferulic acid resulted in the optimal production of laccases in the cultures of C. polyzona.  相似文献

Previous studies have shown that Pseudomonas fluorescens and its lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exert dose-related cytotoxic effects on neurons and glial cells. In the present work, we investigated the time course effect of P. fluorescens MF37 and its LPS on cultured rat cerebellar granule neurons. The kinetics of binding of P. fluorescens to cerebellar granule neurons is rapid and reaches a mean of 3 bacteria/cell after 5 h. As demonstrated by measurement of the concentration of nitrite in the culture medium, P. fluorescens induces a rapid stimulation (3 h) of the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity of the cells. In contrast, LPS extracted from P. fluorescens requires a long lag phase (24 h) before observation of an activation of NOS. Measurement of the membrane resting potential of granule neurons showed that within 3 h of incubation there was no difference of effect between the action of P. fluorescens and that of its endotoxin. Two complementary approaches allowed to demonstrate that P. fluorescens MF37 presents a rapid invasive behaviour suggesting a mobilisation of calcium in its early steps of action. The present study reveals that P. fluorescens induces the sequential activation of a constitutive calcium-dependent NOS and that of an inducible NOS activated by LPS. Our results also suggest that in P. fluorescens cytotoxicity and invasion are not mutually exclusive events.  相似文献

The traditional explanation of the distribution of the Mormoopidae is that this family originated in southern Central America or northern South America, later expanding its range north to Mexico and the West Indies, and differentiating into eight species. An alternative fossil-based hypothesis argues that the family originated in the northern Neotropics, reached the Caribbean early in its history, and dispersed to South America after the completion of the Isthmus of Panama. The present study analyses new and previously published sequence data from the mitochondrial 12S, tRNAval, 16S, and cytochrome b , and the nuclear Rag 2, to evaluate species boundaries and infer relationships among extant taxa. Fixed differences in cytochrome b often coincide with published morphological characters and show that the family contains at least 13 species. Two additional, morphologically indistinct, lineages are restricted to Suriname and French Guiana. Phylogeny-based inferences of ancestral area are equivocal on the geographical origin of mormoopids, in part because several internal nodes are not resolved with the available data. Divergences between Middle American and Antillean populations are greater than those between Mexico/Central America and South America. This suggests that mormoopids diversified in northern Neotropics before entering South America. A northern neotropical origin for mormoopids is congruent with both the Tertiary fossil record and recent phylogenetic hypotheses for the sister family to the Mormoopidae, the Phyllostomidae.  © 2006 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society , 2006, 88 , 101–118.  相似文献

A 903 bp section of the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene was sequenced from 73 specimens of Podarcis melisellensis collected at 52 localities distributed over the major part of the species’ range. In addition, parts of the 12S (about 470 bp) and 16S rRNA (about 500 bp) genes were analysed for 11 representative samples leading to a congruent phylogeny. Our study includes representatives of all 20 subspecies recognized today. The phylogenetic analysis of the sequence data revealed three main clades: mainland with nearby islands, Vis archipelago, and Lastovo archipelago. The degree of mitochondrial DNA divergence among these clades suggests a separation of the respective population groups during the earliest Pleistocene. The phylogenetic pattern observed within the species is in sharp contrast to the actual taxonomic division into subspecies. A correlation between genetic diversity of P. melisellensis populations and paleogeography of the regions they inhabit is discussed.  相似文献

该文通过pH值漂移实验比较了太湖常见的两种沉水植物菹草(Potamogeton crispus)和马来眼子菜(P. malaianus)对无机碳利用效率的差异,并测定两者无机碳吸收关键酶——碳酸酐酶的活性,探讨了两者无机碳吸收效率差异的原因。根据太湖自然水体的无机碳条件设定了3种不同碱度条件,测定起点pH值和无机碳条件。不同碱度下pH值漂移变化和总无机碳/碱度比值的结果表明,两个种均能利用${HCO_{3}}^{-}$,适应低无机碳条件。两者对${HCO_{3}}^{-}$的吸收速率决定于其浓度大小,该离子浓度越大,光合速率越高。但是对${HCO_{3}}^{-}$的吸收速率存在差异:马来眼子菜在各碱度下终点pH值显著高于菹草,整体光合速率较高。CO2-光合速率响应曲线表明,在高pH值(CO2受到限制)时,马来眼子菜对CO2亲和力较大。尽管菹草在pH值较低(6.5~7.0)时有相对较高的光合速率,但是基于太湖自然水体夏季高pH值(>8.5)条件,马来眼子菜具有更大的生长优势,成为优势种群。两者无机碳吸收速率的差异是造成它们生活史差异和时间生态位的一重要原因。同时,马来眼子菜碳酸酐酶活性明显高于菹草,表明在相同无机碳条件下,前者催化${HCO_{3}}^{-}$与CO2之间的转化效率更高,这可能是造成两者无机碳吸收速率差异的原因。  相似文献

Aim In the loess hilly region, drought stress frequently occurs during the late spring and early summer as a result of insufficient water supply and asynchronous changes between temperature and precipitation. Our objective was to quantify the characteristics of water-consumption through transpirations and their responses to precipitation in the dominant plantations in this region. Methods Thermal dissipation probe (TDP) was used to measure the sap flow density (Fd) of Robinia pseudoacacia and Platycladus orientalis from April through October in 2009 in Ansai National Ecological Experimental Station. Environmental variables, including meteorological factors and soil water content, were simultaneously measured. Important findings The diurnal variation of Fd exhibited a single-peak curve during the growing season of R. pseudoacacia and P. orientalis. The maximum Fd was three times greater in R. pseudoacacia (0.12068 m3·m-2·h-1) than that in P. orientalis (0.03737 m3·m-2·h-1). Except in the rapid-growth season (July to August), the Fd of these two species during the post-precipitation period were significantly higher than that during the pre-precipitation period. The Fd of P. orientalis and R. pseudoacacia was well fitted with transpiration (VT), an integrated index calculated from both vapor pressure deficit (VPD) and solar radiation (Rs), using an exponential saturation function. Generally, Fd increased in response to rising VT, while these values tended to be stable when VT reached about 50 kPa (W·m-2)1/2. Furthermore, R. pseudoacacia showed more sensitive to precipitation (p < 0.001) than P. orientalis, according to different hydraulic conductance model coefficients (fitting parameter b) between pre- and post-precipitation periods. Therefore, R. pseudoacacia could be considered as a precipitation-sensitive species, while P. orientalisasa precipitation-insensitive species. Through analyzing the different responses of plantation species to precipitation in the loess hilly region, this study provides a scientific basis for the local plantation management from the aspect of tree water use during ecological restoration.  相似文献

水分供应不足及水热不同步常导致黄土丘陵地区在春末和夏初出现季节性干旱。为阐明该地区主要造林树种的蒸腾耗水特征及其对降水的响应, 使用热扩散式树干茎流计(TDP)于2009年4-10月对黄土丘陵区安塞国家生态试验站刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)和侧柏(Platycladus orientalis)的树干液流密度(Fd)进行连续观测, 并同步测定了气象、土壤水分等环境因子。结果表明: 刺槐和侧柏在生长季内不同生长时期的Fd均表现为单峰型日变化特征, 刺槐最高液流峰值为0.12068 m3·m-2·h-1, 是侧柏最高液流值(0.03737 m3·m-2·h-1)的3.23倍。除生长旺盛季(7-8月)外, 刺槐和侧柏降水后的Fd明显高于降水前。同时反映水汽压差(VPD)和太阳辐射(Rs)的蒸腾变量(VT)能够很好地模拟Fd, 且两者呈显著的指数正相关关系, 随VT的增加Fd逐渐增大, VT增加到50 kPa (W·m-2)1/2左右时, Fd的变化趋于稳定; 通过对降水前后两个树种水力导度(拟合参数b值)分析, 相对于侧柏, 刺槐更易受降水的影响(p < 0.001)。因此, 可认为刺槐是降水敏感型植物, 而侧柏是降水不敏感型植物。该研究通过分析黄土丘陵区人工林树种对降水的差异性响应, 从树木水分利用方面能够为当地生态恢复过程中人工林的管理提供科学依据。  相似文献
