苏云金芽胞杆菌YBT1520杀虫晶体蛋白基因的属性   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
通过Southern杂交发现高毒力苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)TBT-1520菌株含有两个杀虫晶体蛋白基因片段,其5’=末端所在HindⅢ片段分别为6.8kb和4.6kb,它们对应的基因分别命名为cry218和cry4.6。经PCR鉴定,该菌含有cry1Aa、cry1Ab和cry1Ac基因,以及cry2基因,其中cry218属于cry1Ac。分析了cry1Ac基因  相似文献

SYNOPSIS. The sporulated oocysts of 12 species of Eimeria occurring in the ox Bos taurus in the United States are described and differentiated. They are E. alabamensis, E. auburnensis, E. bovis, E. brasiliensis, E. bukidnonensis, E. canadensis, E. cylindrica, E. ellipsoidalis, E. illinoisensis n. sp., E. subspherica, E. wyomingensis and E. zuernii. Two other species, not yet found in North America, which are recognized as valid are E. pellita and E. thianethi. The sporulated oocysts of E. illinoisensis n. sp. are ellipsoidal or slightly ovoid, 24–29 by 19–22 μ with a mean of 26.3 by 20.7 μ; their sporocysts are 13–16 by 6–7 μ with a mean of 15.3 by 6.5 μ. This species was found in 3 cattle from one farm in Illinois.  相似文献

本文利用作者建立的密度梯度超速离心分离VLDL的新方法和分析等电聚焦电泳,测定了95例中国人Apo-E基因多态性和其表型分布以及血脂水平。所得表型分布趋势与国外报告一致:E_3/E_3频率最高,E_3/E_2和E_3/E_4次之,E_4/E_4,E_4/E_2和E_2/E_2最低。同对发现中国人群的E_3/E_3表型百分分布明显高于西方人群,但未发现有E_2/E_2表型。我国人群Apo-E表型分布的这种特征可能与中国人群冠心病的患病率较西方人群为低有关。血清脂质测定和分析表明,具有不同表型人群的血脂水平无显著的统计学差异。  相似文献

Rojas and E. solomonii A. Rojas. Three species are combined, this are: Elaphoglossum beitelii (Mickel) A. Rojas, E. curvans (Kunze) A. Rojas and E. eutecnum (Mickel) A. Rojas. The present taxonomic revision recognizes 16 species of Exalloniscus. Seven species, namely E. maschwitzi, E, caudatvs, E. malaccensis, E. bicoloratus from West Malaysia, E. bomeanus from East Malaysia, E. beroni from northern Thailand and E. vietnamensis from Vietnam, are described as new. Lectotypes off. coecus (Dollfus, 1898) and E. albus (Dollfus, 1898) are designated. Diagnostic characters of all the species are illustrated. 通过形态学观测和叶片解剖特征分析,比较了无芒披碱草、短芒披碱草及老芒麦3个近缘种的主要性状差异,以探讨无芒披碱草的系统分类归属.结果表明,在外部形态上无芒披碱草与短芒披碱草差异甚小,难以进行区分,但与老芒麦差异明显,是典型的种间关系;在叶片解剖上,无芒披碱草的绝大多数特征与短芒披碱草的一致或类同,可与老芒麦的却存在明显间断.故研究认为:无芒披碱草与短芒披碱草是同一个种,无芒披碱草应作为短芒披碱草的异名.  相似文献

The Chinese Elaeocarpus Linn. is revised. Here reported are those taxa with different treatment in “Fl. Reip. Pop. Sin. “, Tomus 49 (1), including one new species and one new variety: Elaeocarpus limitaneioides Y. Tang and E. glabripetalus var. grandifructus Y. Tang, Four species and two varieties are reduced: E. boreali-yunnanensis H. T. Chang is reduced to E. lacunosus Wall. ex Kurz; E. floribundioides H. T. Chang to E. austro-yunnanensis Hu; E. fengjieensis P. C. Tuan to E. duclouxii Gagnep .; E. kwangsiensis H .T. Chang to E. glabripetalus var. alatus(Knuth) H. T. Chang; E. glabripetalus var. teres H. T. Chang to E. glabripetalus var. glabripetalus ; E. prunifolioides var. rectinervis H. T. Chang to E. prunifolioides Hu. It is found that three species, E. rugosus Roxb., E. sikkimensis Mast. and E. decandrus Merr., were wrongly determined as E. apiculatus Mast., E. fleuryi Gagnep. and E. chinensis Hook. f., respectively. In the paper also reported are some provincial new records. The infrageneric systems are discussed briefly and the Masters’ system isfollowed with some modifications.  相似文献

The lichen genus Erioderma is shown to be particularly species-rich in Ecuador, especially in the upper cloud forest (3000–3400m). Altogether seventeen species are recorded of which the following are new: E. barbellatum, E. cyathophorum, E. divisum, E. gloriosum, E. papyraceum, E. pycnidiferum, E. sinuatum , most of which also occur in the neighbouring countries. Two further taxa from these are described as new: E. latilobatum from Bolivia and E. peruvianum from Peru and Bolivia.  相似文献
