天麻3种变型开花生物学特性的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在天麻开花时,对略阳红秆、绿秆、乌秆天麻3种变型的花果期,花茎、花被筒及子房的长度,果实、种子及胚的长度、宽度等进行了观察研究,结果发现:天麻的这3种变型在每个方面都有一定的差异,乌秆天麻花茎最高,果实和种子最长,开花、结果日期最晚;红秆天麻花序轴、每株结果数、果实重量和种子直径最大,开花、结果日期最早;绿秆天麻花、果期最短,而胚的长度和直径却最大。  相似文献

对药用植物桃儿七5个不同种群种子产量的研究表明:各种群中每花平均胚珠数、每果实平均种子数及种群平均结实率与种群所在的海拔高度呈正相关;不同种群个体平均胚珠数的变异范围为58.97-87.97,平均种子数变异范围为40.02-80.58,平均结籽率变异范围为61.29%-91.60%;果料内单粒种子平均干重与种群分布海拔呈明显负相关,与果实内种子数呈弱负相关;同一种群在不同年份间平均各上子产量差异不大;种子产量除主要受个体营养状况影响外,还受海拔及其它因素的影响;果实内种子数与果实大小及重量呈正相关,但单粒种子平均重量与果实大小及果实内种子总重量无显著相关。  相似文献

对21个蝴蝶兰自交或杂交组合的种子形态进行观察和无菌培养,结果表明,蝴蝶兰不同组合的种子形态有一定差异,平均种子长、宽及种胚长、宽分别为0.292±0.025 mm、0.073±0.003 mm及0.151±0.009 mm、0.069±0.003 mm。种子萌发率及萌发所需时间因组合而异,平均萌发率为72.4%,原球茎及第一片叶出现所需时间分别为22±3 d、78±6 d,杂交组合启动萌发早、萌发率高。种子启动萌发所需时间、萌发率与果实、种子大小相关不显著,而种子启动萌发所需时间与种胚长、宽呈极显著负线性相关,表明种胚越大,萌发越快。  相似文献

研究了宁夏枸杞不同发育时期果实和种子形态的变化特征及种子内胚的变化.结果表明:宁夏枸杞果实的生长发育曲线为花后8d以前为其第一次快速生长期,花后8~24 d为缓慢生长期,花后24~34 d是第二次快速生长期,属于典型的双“S”型.宁夏枸杞种子的生长曲线既不属于单“S”型,也不属于双“S”型,表现为果实的第一次快速生长期同样也是种子的快速生长期,但种子完成的生长比例快于果实完成的生长比例,此期种子内的胚乳生长快;当果实进入缓慢生长期,种子也表现出缓慢生长的特性,且种子长度和宽度的增加速率均显著低于果实第一次快速生长期种子的生长速率,此期种子主要进行胚的分化;在果实的第二次快速生长期,果实体积和重量迅速增加,而种子的长度和宽度增加很少,此期种子内仅胚进一步增大,从而反映出宁夏枸杞果实的发育与种子发育有一定的相关性.  相似文献

对5个云南金钱槭(Dipteronia dyeriana Henry)天然居群的果实、种子形态进行研究.测量了果实和种子的长度、宽度、重量等12个表型性状指标.数据统计结果显示5个云南金钱槭居群按果实、种子大小进行排序为蒙自(MZ)>屏边(PB)>文山1(WSh1)>文山3(WSh3)>文山2(WSh2).表型性状在居群内和居群间均存在着一定程度的变异,其中居群间变异系数的平均值从0.064(果实整体形态,PL/PB)到0.197(种子重量,SW),相比之下果实整体形态最为稳定.居群间形态总体差异显著性配对t检验结果说明,多数居群间已产生较明显的形态分化.Ward聚类和相关分析结果都表明表型性状与生态因子、海拔高度之间存在着一定程度的相关性,多种生态因子的共同作用是导致果实、种子形态特征产生差异的主要原因.  相似文献

分析了西双版纳热带季节雨林20公顷动态监测样地中145个树种的繁殖体特征。结果表明:雨季散布的种类最多(71.03%),在雾凉季及干热季散布的种类相对较少;果实类型以核果,蒴果,浆果居多,黑色、黄色、褐色果实最为常见;动物散布的种类最多(56.55%),其次为机械散布,独立散布,风力散布;大种子树种(种子最大长度〉10mm)较占优势(53.10%);树种单粒种子重量从2.3×10^-5~22.29g不等,但76.55%的种子的重量集中在0.01~10g之间;干热季散布的种子平均重量显著高于雨季和雾凉季;独立散布的种子重量最大,风力散布的种子重量最小,而机械弹射的种子重量和动物散布的种子重量之间差异不显著;树种的成年个体最大胸径与种子重量之间存在显著正相关。  相似文献

2005年9月至2006年4月,对无量山一群黑长臂猿进行观察,研究黑长臂猿在植物种子传播中的作用.观察记录黑长臂猿一天的排便次数并收集粪便.通过直接观察和收集长臂猿粪便确定长臂猿取食的果实种类.以森林中采集的果实种子为对照标本,对粪便中的种子进行鉴定,并记录各种种子的数量,测量其长度、宽度和重量.结果表明观察期间黑长臂猿共取食31种果实,其中有1种在被取食时尚未成熟,另有2种果实的种子在取食后遭到破坏,还有1种植物的种子不能被长臂猿吞食而得不到传播,黑长臂猿可为27种植物传播种子.黑长臂猿个体平均每天排便2次,粪便的平均湿重为22.7 g,每份粪便平均含有1种植物的种子;在不包含小种子(直径<3 mm)的情况下,平均每份粪便中含有12粒种子.总的来说,黑长臂猿是有效的种子传播者.  相似文献

利用扫描电镜观察了中国现存5种水韭属Isētes植物孢子的表面纹饰,并统计分析了孢子的大小(n=30).结果显示:高寒水韭上hypsophila大孢子表面光滑无突起纹饰,平均极面直径358 μm,小孢子具脑回状纹饰,平均长度22μm;云贵水韭Lyunguiensis大孢子表面具脊条-网络状纹饰,纹饰突起较低,近极面较稀疏且不连成完全的网络,平均极面直径390 μm,小孢子具疣状小颗粒至近于光滑的表面纹饰,平均长度22μm;台湾水韭L taiwanensis大孢子表面具瘤状突起,平均极面直径312μm,小孢子表面具刺棘状突起,平均长度24μm;中华水韭I sinensis大孢子表面具脊条状突起,平均极面直径409 μm,小孢子表面具刺棘状突起,平均长度28 μm;东方水韭I orientalis大孢子表面具脊条-网络状纹饰,纹饰突起较高,近极面的网络较完整,平均极面直径420 μm,小孢子表面具矮刺状-瘤状突起,平均长度34 μm.比较类群间的孢子形态特征与染色体数目表明:5个类群的孢子表面纹饰区别明显,同时,孢子的大小可反映类群的倍性,孢子较小的高寒水韭、云贵水韭和台湾水韭是二倍体(2n=22),孢子较大的中华水韭(2n=44)和东方水韭(2n=66)为多倍体.孢子的形态特征在中国水韭属植物物种的鉴定与分类中具有重要意义.  相似文献

珍稀濒危植物珙桐不同采收期的种子特性研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
首次比较研究了国家一级保护濒危植物珙桐不同采收时期的种子特性。结果显示:不同采收期每50粒珙桐果实的出种量最高为101粒,最低为53粒,平均80.78粒,变异系数19.43%;果实出种量不随采收时间的推迟而增长,这表明在相似生境条件下珙桐植株间的有性生殖是非同步的。各采收期珙桐果实的出籽率都非常低,最高仅为1.63%,由于种子包装格局与果皮包装格局资源损耗的相对独立性,提示果实表型特征与种子发育程度不存在相关性。测定分析不同采收期珙桐种子电导率,11月5日所采集的种子在9份样品中种子质量最高。而种子形态数据与百粒重却显示11月5日所采集的种子在这两方面最小,长19.85cm、宽4.94cm、厚2.95cm,百粒重18.82g,这表明珙桐种子形态大小不能反映种子质量的高低。用0.5%TTC溶液测定珙桐种子活力,实验结果显示不同采收期珙桐种子活力均达90%以上。  相似文献

对普通金花茶Camellia nitidissima、显脉金花茶C.euphlebia的果实、种子进行研究。结果表明:(1)两种金花茶果实均重分别为32.50 g和25.79 g,果实整体形态值(FT/FD)分别为0.73和0.61,果实均为扁圆形,种子均重分别为2.87 g和2.62 g,种子整体形态值(SL/SD)分别为0.76和0.75,种子亦偏扁;(2)每颗金花茶果实的种子数一般为2~8粒,最多为11粒;(3)经统计分析,两种金花茶的每果种子数与种子均重、种子发芽率呈负相关关系,种子均重和种子发芽率呈正相关关系。  相似文献

对浙江宁海3个香榧单株种实种长、种径、种长径比(种形系数)、单种重、鲜出核率、核长、核径、核长径比(核形指数)、单核重9个性状指标进行了测定和统计分析,为香榧优株选育提供理论依据。结果表明:单种重平均值最大的是宁榧1号(9.17 g),单种重极大值出现在宁榧1号(13.6 g);单核重平均值最大的为宁榧1号(2.93 g)。平均鲜出核率最大的是宁榧3号,达到40.86%,鲜出核率极大值出现在宁榧2号(51.06%)。株间种长、种径、种长径比、核长、核长径比、单种重、单核重、鲜出核率指标均存在显著差异,而核径差异性不显著。种实性状变异幅度最大的指标为单核重(变异系数CV为22.68%),单种重(变异系数CV为21.18%)次之,最小的为种长径比(变异系数CV为4.49%)。种长、种径、核长、核径均与单种重和单核重有显著相关性,鲜出核率与种长、种径、单种重、呈极显著负相关,与种长径比呈极显著正相关。  相似文献

Summary Seed set and fruit development in cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) were studied in relation to female flower receptivity from day — 2 before anthesis to day + 2 after anthesis. The female cucumber flower is protogynous. The pistil was receptive 2 days before anthesis. The iso-electric focusing (IEF) patterns of the stigma/style proteins, were identical from day -5 to day +2. In pollinated flowers in vivo germination and pollen-tube growth in the ovary were affected by pistil age from day -2 to day +2. In addition, differences in sectorial filling in full seeds were observed within the fruits. A negative correlation was observed between the frequency of fertilized ovules in the pedoncular part of the fruit and ovary length at the time of pollination. In the whole fruit, significant differences in the number of full seeds and fruit size at maturity were found, and these were observed to be correlated with the various stages of female flower maturation at pollination. The day -2 and day +2 stages yielded the smallest fruits with few full seeds compared to the day -1, day 0 and day +1 stages, which had the biggest fruits and a large number of full seeds. A strong positive correlation was found between total seed number (including full and empty seeds), fruit length and weight at maturity. All these results suggest that both seed set in the different parts of the fruit and fruit development are controlled by ovular receptivity rather than by stigma/style receptivity.  相似文献

表型变异是植物遗传变异与环境异质性相互作用的结果, 是植物适应和进化的具体表现。为揭示极小种群植物梓叶槭(Acer catalpifolium)的种实表型在其适应环境过程中的变异特征, 明确梓叶槭优质种源地, 为该物种的保护提供基础数据, 本研究以天然分布的5个小种群的11个种实性状为研究对象, 采用巢式方差、变异系数、表型分化系数等多种指标, 探讨了其种群间和种群内的表型变异。结果表明: 梓叶槭种实表型性状在种群间和种群内均存在着显著的差异, 种群内的变异(63.11%)大于种群间的变异(23.61%), 种群间平均分化系数为27.23%, 分化程度在槭树科植物中相对较大。种子厚度的平均变异系数最高(40.64%), 其次是果柄长。翅果千粒重的平均变异系数最小(1.57%), 是最稳定的种实性状。都江堰种群的表型多样性最丰富, 平武种群的则最低; 气象因子对梓叶槭种实表型性状的影响不显著。就种实表型性状而言, 虽然雷波种群的翅果最大, 平武种群的种子最大, 同时两者均具有最大的种子厚度和质量均一度。故平武和雷波种群均可作为梓叶槭优质种质资源的候选地。  相似文献

Seed water content is high during early development of tomato seeds (10–30 d after pollination (DAP)), declines at 35 DAP, then increases slightly during fruit ripening (following 50 DAP). The seed does not undergo maturation drying. Protein content during seed development peaks at 35 DAP in the embryo, while in the endosperm it exhibits a triphasic accumulation pattern. Peaks in endosperm protein deposition correspond to changes in endosperm morphology (i.e. formation of the hard endosperm) and are largely the consequence of increases in storage proteins. Storage-protein deposition commences at 20 DAP in the embryo and endosperm; both tissues accumulate identical proteins. Embryo maturation is complete by 40 DAP, when maximum embryo protein content, size and seed dry weight are attained. Seeds are tolerant of premature drying (fast and slow drying) from 40 DAP.Thirty-and 35-DAP seeds when removed from the fruit tissue and imbibed on water, complete germination by 120 h after isolation. Only seeds which have developed to 35 DAP produce viable seedlings. The inability of isolated 30-DAP seed to form viable seedlings appears to be related to a lack of stored nutrients, since the germinability of excised embryos (20 DAP and onwards) placed on Murashige and Skoog (1962, Physiol. Plant. 15, 473–497) medium is high. The switch from a developmental to germinative mode in the excised 30- and 35-DAP imbibed seeds is reflected in the pattern of in-vivo protein synthesis. Developmental and germinative proteins are present in the embryo and endosperm of the 30- and 35-DAP seeds 12 h after their isolation from the fruit. The mature seed (60 DAP) exhibits germinative protein synthesis from the earliest time of imbibition. 对中甸刺玫Rosa praelucens种子结构及其透水性,赤霉素处理对胚的影响,果壳、种皮、胚乳的粗提物活性进行研究。结果表明:(1) 中甸刺玫外种皮是由多层排列紧密的厚壁细胞组成,内种皮为坚硬致密的栅栏组织;(2) 种皮对种子的吸胀阻碍较大, 未处理的种子吸水率较低,吸水13 d后增加量为18.82%;(3) 果实结籽率为0.69%,多数果实中没有饱满的种子;(4) 赤霉素100 mg·kg-1预处理种子可加快胚的萌发速率;(5) 胚乳、种皮、果壳中存在内源抑制物。中甸刺玫种子的休眠是由其形态和生理特点引起的综合休眠。  相似文献

A detailed examination of the ordinary 1980 fruit crop of an ordinary large adult guanacaste tree (Enterolobium cyclocarpum) in Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica (1980) shows that for fruits with about 6-16 seeds (range, 1-18 seeds per fruit) there is about ***1 g dry weight fruit tissue per seed (seeds averaging about 820 m each). Fruits that have about 1-5 seeds on average have 1.5-3 times as much dry fruit tissue per seed as do the seed-rich fruits, and also contain seeds that weigh about 8% more on average than the seeds in the seed-rich fruits. The average seed weight per fruit was found to decrease slightly if all sizes of fruits are considered, but to remain essentially constant over the range of 7-16-seeded fruits. This category contained 78% of the fruits. These findings suggest that different parts of the seed crop may end up in different dispersers and dispersers with different preferences for fruit seediness and tolerances for seed size may remove different portions of the seed crop.  相似文献

We examined the patterns of variation in wing-loading and its related characteristics in Cardiocrinum cordatum to clarify the factors that determine the variation in seed dispersal ability in this species. The square root of wing-loading of a seed of a plant was not significantly correlated with basal stem diameter of a plant, indicating that large plants did not necessarily produce seeds with high dispersal ability. This result was inconsistent with the hypothesis that large plants produce seeds with high dispersal ability to avoid high mortality of seeds and seedlings in the vicinity of the parents. On the other hand, the square root of wing-loading of a seed of a fruit was negatively dependent on seed number of a fruit. Thus, many-seeded fruits produced seeds with high dispersal ability. This was because the projected surface area per seed was large in large fruits and large fruits contained large numbers of seeds. The cost per seed of producing fruit structures was small for many-seeded fruits. Thus, high dispersal ability of seeds in many-seeded fruits may be a result of an effective resource allocation pattern in which a high proportion of resources are allocated to those many-seeded fruits, enabling seeds to develop large wings and thus reducing the structural cost of fruits per seed.  相似文献

选择青藏高原东南林线地区优势植物薄毛海绵杜鹃为对象,研究薄毛海绵杜鹃结实特性和萌发特性随海拔(4183—4673 m)、坡度、坡向等环境梯度的变化规律。对比了不同环境条件下薄毛海绵杜鹃果实的长、宽、重量、单果种子数、种子千粒重等结实特性;并测试了不同环境所产种子的萌发对温度和光照的响应。结果表明:(1)在高海拔低温胁迫环境下,薄毛海绵杜鹃的生殖投入加大,果实大且质量重,种子数量多但质量轻;(2)坡向是影响单果种子数量的主要环境因子,阴坡单果种子数显著大于阳坡,生活在阴坡的薄毛海绵杜鹃的繁衍能力更强;(3)较高和较低土壤湿度都会影响薄毛海绵杜鹃的种子质量,中等土壤湿度(28.3%—32.5%)薄毛海绵杜鹃种子萌发能力最强;(4)薄毛海绵杜鹃的种子是需光性种子,在黑暗条件下几乎不萌发;(5)在光照条件下,温度对种子萌发率和萌发速率有显著影响,高温(25/5℃)有助于提高萌发率并促使萌发进程显著提前。研究揭示了不同海拔薄毛海绵杜鹃结实和萌发特性与环境之间的关系,为薄毛海绵杜鹃的种质资源保护和气候变化背景下藏东南林线动态预测提供了基础资料。  相似文献
