Impaired wound healing is a major diabetes-related complication. Keratinocytes play an important role in wound healing. Multiple factors have been proposed that can induce dysfunction in keratinocytes. The focus of present research is at a more specific molecular level. We investigated the role of advanced oxidative protein products (AOPPs) in inducing human immortalized keratinocyte (HaCaT) cell apoptosis and the cellular mechanism underlying the proapoptotic effect of AOPPs. HaCaT cells were treated with increasing concentrations of AOPP–human serum albumin or for increasing time durations. The cell viability was measured using the thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide method, and flow cytometry was used to assess the rate of cell apoptosis. A loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and an increase in intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) were observed through a confocal laser scanning microscope system, and the level of ROS generation was determined using a microplate reader. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase (NOX)4, extracellular signal–regulated kinase (ERK)1/2, p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), and apoptosis-related downstream protein interactions were investigated using the Western blot analysis. We found that AOPPs triggered HaCaT cell apoptosis and MMP loss. After AOPP treatment, intracellular ROS generation increased in a time- and dose-dependent manner. Proapoptotic proteins, such as Bax, caspase 9/caspase 3, and poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP)-1 were activated, whereas anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein was downregulated. AOPPs also increased NOX4, ERK1/2, and p38 MAPK expression. Taken together, these findings suggest that extracellular AOPP accumulation triggered NOX-dependent ROS production, which activated ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK, and induced HaCaT cell apoptosis by activating caspase 3 and PARP-1.  相似文献

Polypeptide from Chlamys farreri (PCF) is a novel marine active product isolated from gonochoric Chinese scallop Chlamys farreri which has recently been found to be an effective antioxidant. In this study, we assessed the effect of PCF on UVB-induced intracellular signalling of apoptosis in HaCaT cells. Pre-treatment with PCF significantly inhibited UVB-induced apoptosis in HaCaT cells. PCF strongly reduced the intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) level followed by inhibiting the release of cytochrome c. The expression of CD95 and Fas-associating protein with death domain (FADD) was eliminated in a dose-dependent manner by PCF pre-treatment in UVB-irradiated HaCaT cells, followed by inhibition of cleavage of procaspase-8, whose activation induced cell apoptosis. Furthermore, pre-treatment with the ROS scavenger N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and the caspase-8 inhibitor z-IETD-fmk was found to effectively prevent UVB-induced apoptosis, suggesting that UVB-induced HaCaT cell apoptosis was partially due to generation of ROS and activation of the caspase-8 pathway. Consequently, the protective effect of PCF against UVB irradiation in HaCaT cells is exerted by suppression of generation of ROS followed by inhibition of cytochrome c release and inactivation of Fas-FADD-caspase-8 pathway, resulting in blockage of UVB-induced apoptosis.  相似文献

Bax Inhibitor-1 (BI-1) is an evolutionally conserved apoptotic suppressor and belongs to the BI-1 family of proteins, which contain BI-1-like transmembrane domains. As their cellular functions and regulatory mechanisms remain incompletely understood, we compared their anti-apoptotic properties. Forced expression of BI-1 resulted in the most effective suppression of stress-induced apoptosis, compared with other family members, together with significant extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)1/2 activation. BI-1-mediated ERK1/2 activation led to the suppression of mitochondria-mediated reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. Involvement of the ERK signaling pathway in BI-1-induced anti-apoptotic effects was confirmed by knockdown studies with ERK- or BI-1-specific siRNA. Moreover, we produced transgenic (TG) mice overexpressing BI-1, and the relationship between ERK1/2 activation and the suppression of ROS production or apoptosis was confirmed in mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) cells derived from these mice. Interestingly, we found that BI-1 TG mice showed splenomegaly and abnormal megakaryopoiesis. Taken together, our results suggest that BI-1-induced ERK1/2 activation plays an important role in the modulation of intracellular ROS generation and apoptotic cell death and may also affect autoimmune response.  相似文献

Adenosine A3 receptor (A3AR) is coupled to G proteins that are involved in a variety of intracellular signaling pathways and physiological functions. 2-Chloro-N 6-(3-iodobenzyl) adenosine-5??-N-methylcarboxamide (Cl-IB-MECA), an agonist of A3AR, has been reported to induce cell death in various cancer cells. However, the effect of CI-IB-MECA on glioma cell growth is not clear. This study was undertaken to examine the effect of CI-IB-MECA on glioma cell viability and to determine its molecular mechanism. CI-IB-MECA inhibited cell proliferation and induced cell death in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Treatment of CI-IB-MECA resulted in an increase in intracellular Ca2+ followed by enhanced reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation. EGTA and N-acetylcysteine (NAC) blocked the cell death induced by CI-IB-MECA, suggesting that Ca2+ and ROS are involved in the Cl-IB-MECA-induced cell death. Western blot analysis showed that CI-IB-MECA induced the down-regulation of extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERK) and Akt, which was prevented by EGTA, NAC, and the A3AR antagonist MRS1191. Transfection of constitutively active forms of MEK, the upstream kinase of ERK, and Akt prevented the cell death. CI-IB-MECA induced caspase-3 activation and the CI-IB-MECA-induced cell death was blocked by the caspase inhibitors DEVD-CHO and z-VAD-FMK. In addition, expression of XIAP and Survivin were decreased in cells treated with Cl-IB-MECA. Collectively, these findings demonstrate that CI-IB-MECA induce a caspase-dependent cell death through suppression of ERK and Akt mediated by an increase in intracellular Ca2+ and ROS generation in human glioma cells. These suggest that A3AR agonists may be a potential therapeutic agent for induction of apoptosis in human glioma cells.  相似文献

Flavonoids are micronutrients that are widely detected in foods of plant origin and have been ascribed pharmacological properties. Several biological functions of flavonoids have been thus far identified, whereas there currently exists a lack of evidence to support the relationship between the structure-activity relationship and apoptosis-inducing activity. In an attempt to determine the importance of the OH group or substitution of the 5- or 7-carbon in the diphenylpropane skeleton of flavonoids, we selected 14 different flavonoids with different structures, particularly with regard to the 5- or 7-carbon, and found that naringenin treatment caused a slight decrease in the cell viability of the human colorectal carcinoma RKO cells. Next, in order to characterize the effects of specific substitutions of the 7-carbon of naringenin on apoptosis-regulatory activities, and in an attempt to develop anti-proliferative flavonoid derivatives that would be more effective against colon cancer, we originally synthesized several modified naringenin derivatives (MNDs) including 7-O-benzyl naringenin (KUF-1) and 7-O-(m-metoxybenzyl) naringenin (KUF-2). Treatment with KUF-1 or KUF-2 resulted in significant apoptosis-inducing effects concomitant with losses in mitochondrial membrane potential, caspase activation, intracellular ROS production, and sustained ERK activation. Our data show that KUF-1 or KUF-2 regulate the apoptosis of RKO cells via intracellular ROS production coupled with the concomitant activation of the ERK signaling pathway, thereby implying that hydroxylation or substitution at C7 is critical for the apoptosis-inducing activity of flavonoids.  相似文献

Induction of massive apoptosis of hair follicle cells by chemotherapy has been implicated in the pathogenesis of chemotherapy-induced alopecia (CIA), but the underlying mechanisms of regulation are not well understood. The present study investigated the apoptotic effect of cisplatin in human hair follicle dermal papilla cells and HaCaT keratinocytes, and determined the identity and role of specific reactive oxygen species (ROS) involved in the process. Treatment of the cells with cisplatin induced ROS generation and a parallel increase in caspase activation and apoptotic cell death. Inhibition of ROS generation by antioxidants inhibited the apoptotic effect of cisplatin, indicating the role of ROS in the process. Studies using specific ROS scavengers further showed that hydroxyl radical, but not hydrogen peroxide or superoxide anion, is the primary oxidative species responsible for the apoptotic effect of cisplatin. Electron spin resonance studies confirmed the formation of hydroxyl radicals induced by cisplatin. The mechanism by which hydroxyl radical mediates the apoptotic effect of cisplatin was shown to involve down-regulation of the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 through ubiquitin-proteasomal degradation. Bcl-2 was also shown to have a negative regulatory role on hydroxyl radical. Together, our results indicate an essential role of hydroxyl radical in cisplatin-induced cell death of hair follicle cells through Bcl-2 regulation. Since CIA is a major side effect of cisplatin and many other chemotherapeutic agents with no known effective treatments, the knowledge gained from this study could be useful in the design of preventive treatment strategies for CIA through localized therapy without compromising the chemotherapy efficacy.  相似文献

Phagocytosis of complement-opsonized targets is a primary function of neutrophils at sites of inflammation, and the clearance of neutrophils that have phagocytosed microbes is important for the resolution of inflammation. Our previous work suggests that phagocytosis leads to rapid neutrophil apoptosis that is inhibited by antibody to the beta2 integrin, Mac-1, and requires NADPH oxidase-derived reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated during phagocytosis. Here we report that phagocytosis-induced cell death (PICD) does not occur in Mac-1-deficient murine neutrophils, suggesting that PICD proceeds through a bona fide Mac-1-dependent pathway. A sustained, intracellular oxidative burst is associated with PICD. Furthermore, PICD does not require traditional death receptors, Fas, or tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor. TNF but not Fas synergizes with phagocytosis to enhance significantly PICD by increasing the oxidative burst, and this is Mac-1-dependent. Phagocytosis-induced ROS promote cleavage/activation of caspases 8 and 3, key players in most extrinsic ("death receptor") mediated pathways of apoptosis, and caspases 8 and 3 but not caspase 9/mitochondria, are required for PICD. This suggests that ROS target the extrinsic versus the intrinsic ("stress stimulus") apoptotic pathway. Phagocytosis also triggers a competing MAPK/ERK-dependent survival pathway that provides resistance to PICD likely by down-regulating caspase 8 activation. The anti-apoptotic factor granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) significantly enhances ROS generation associated with phagocytosis. Despite this, it completely suppresses PICD by sustaining ERK activation and inhibiting caspase 8 activation in phagocytosing neutrophils. Together, these studies suggest that Mac-1-mediated phagocytosis promotes apoptosis through a caspase 8/3-dependent pathway that is modulated by NADPH oxidase-generated ROS and MAPK/ERK. Moreover, TNF and GM-CSF, likely encountered by phagocytosing neutrophils at inflammatory sites, exploit pro-(ROS) and anti-apoptotic (ERK) signals triggered by phagocytosis to promote or suppress PICD, respectively, and thus modulate the fate of phagocytosing neutrophils.  相似文献

Endosulfan is an organochlorine insecticide described as a potential carcinogen in humans. This insecticide was recently reported to alter the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling pathways and is suspected to affect cell growth and differentiation in human keratinocytes. This study was designed to assess the mitogenic, apoptogenic, and genotoxic effects of endosulfan on the HaCaT cell line. We first found that 25 microM endosulfan led to persistent extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)1/2 phosphorylation with an accumulation of the phosphorylated form in the nucleus, probably caused by MAP kinase phosphatase (MKP) inhibition. As previously described under sustained ERK1/2 activation, cell growth was decreased: delayed confluency and 35% decrease of BrdU incorporation was demonstrated in endosulfan-treated keratinocytes. In addition, endosulfan has been shown to generate transient reactive oxygen species (ROS), and blocking this oxidative stress by N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) strongly prevented both persistent nuclear ERK1/2 phosphorylation and cell growth decrease. Additional experiments demonstrated that unchanged endosulfan rather than its metabolites has mutagenic effects (Ames positive without S9) and increased DNA strand breaks (Comet assay) in HaCaT cells, via a ROS-dependent mechanism. Therefore, to assess the putative pro-apoptotic response of damaged cells, caspases 3/7 activity and poly(ADP-ribose)-polymerase (PARP) cleavage were measured. The results clearly indicated that endosulfan inhibited both spontaneous and staurosporine-induced apoptosis. Taken together, these findings strongly support that endosulfan induces ROS generation leading to sustained ERK1/2 phosphorylation and decrease in cell growth. Moreover, endosulfan was found to inhibit apoptosis and this could contribute to mutant cell survival and therefore have possible carcinogenic effects.  相似文献

Chronic UVA irradiation has been reported to induce photoaging and photocarcinogenesis. UVA is a potent inducer of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which can induce various biological processes, including apoptosis. Polypeptide from Chlamys farreri (PCF) is a novel marine active material isolated from the gonochoric Chinese scallop C. farreri. In our previous studies, PCF was found to be an effective antioxidant inhibiting UVA-induced ROS production and a potential inhibitory agent for UVA-induced apoptosis in the human keratinocyte cell line HaCaT. The intracellular mechanisms of how PCF protects HaCaT cells from UVA-induced apoptosis are not understood. Thus, we here investigate the effect of PCF on UVA-induced intracellular signaling of apoptosis. Pretreatment with the ROS scavenger N-acetylcysteine (NAC), the p38 MAPK inhibitor SB203580 or the caspase-3 inhibitor Ac-DEVD-CHO was found to effectively prevent UVA-induced apoptosis, indicating that ROS, p38 MAPK and caspase-3 play important roles in apoptosis. H2O2-induced apoptosis was attenuated by PCF, suggesting that PCF plays its anti-apoptotic role through its antioxidant activity. In addition, PCF treatment inhibited UVA-induced p38 MAPK activation and caspase-3 activation, as assayed by Western blot analysis and flow cytometry, respectively. Our results suggest that PCF attenuates UVA-induced apoptosis through a reduction of ROS generation and diminished p38 MAPK and caspase-3 activation.  相似文献

Fibroblast-like synovial cells play a crucial role in the pathophysiology of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), as these cells are involved in inflammation and joint destruction. Apigenin, a dietary plant-flavonoid, is known to have many functions in animal cells including anti-proliferative and anticancer activities, but its role in human rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast-like synoviocytes (RA-FLSs) has not been reported. In this study, we investigated the roles of apigenin in RA-FLSs. The survival rate decreased, and apoptotic cell death was induced by apigenin treatment in RA-FLSs. Apigenin treatment resulted in activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) ERK1/2, and pretreatment with an ERK inhibitor PD98059 dramatically reduced apigenin-induced apoptosis. We found that apigenin-mediated production of a large amount of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) caused activation of ERK1/2 and apoptosis; treatment with the antioxidant Tiron strongly inhibited the apigenin-induced generation of ROS, phosphorylation of ERK1/2, and apoptotic cell death. Apigenin-induced apoptotic cell death was mediated through activation of the effectors caspase-3 and caspase-7, and was blocked by pretreatment with Z-VAD-FMK (a pan-caspase inhibitor). These results showed that apigenin-induced ROS and oxidative stress-activated ERK1/2 caused apoptotic cell death in apigenin-treated RA-FLSs.  相似文献

Calcium ions (Ca(2+)) are involved in a number of physiological cellular functions including apoptosis. An elevation in intracellular levels of Ca(2+) in A23187-treated HL-60 cells was associated with the generation of both intracellular and extracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) and induction of apoptotic cell death. A23187-induced apoptosis was prevented by cyclosporin A, a potent inhibitor of mitochondrial permeability transition (MPT). The generation of extracellular ROS was suppressed by the NADPH oxidase inhibitor diphenylene iodonium, and by superoxide dismutase, but these agents had no effect on A23187-induced apoptosis. In contrast, the blocking of intracellular ROS by a cell-permeant antioxidant diminished completely the induction of MPT and apoptosis. In isolated mitochondria, the addition of Ca(2+) induced a typical MPT concomitant with the generation of ROS, which leads to augmentation of intracellular ROS levels. These results indicate that intracellular not extracellular ROS generated by A23187 is associated with the opening of MPT pores that leads to apoptotic cell death.  相似文献

Ionizing radiation can induce DNA damage and cell death by generating reactive oxygen species (ROS). The objective of this study was to investigate the radioprotective effect of paeoniflorin (PF, a main bioactive component in the traditional Chinese herb peony) on irradiated thymocytes and discover the possible mechanisms of protection. We found 60Co gamma-ray irradiation increased cell death and DNA fragmentation in a dose-dependent manner while increasing intracellular ROS. Pretreatment of thymocytes with PF (50-200 microg/ml) reversed this tendency and attenuated irradiation-induced ROS generation. Hydroxyl-scavenging action of PF in vitro was detected through electron spin resonance assay. Several anti-apoptotic characteristics of PF, including the ability to diminish cytosolic Ca2+ concentration, inhibit caspase-3 activation, and upregulate Bcl-2 and downregulate Bax in 4Gy-irradiated thymocytes were determined. Extracellular regulated kinase (ERK), c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase (JNK), and p38 kinase were activated by 4Gy irradiation, whereas its activations were partly blocked by pretreatment of cells with PF. The presence of ERK inhibitor PD98059, JNK inhibitor SP600125 and p38 inhibitor SB203580 decreased cell death in 4Gy-irradiated thymocytes. These results suggest PF protects thymocytes against irradiation-induced cell damage by scavenging ROS and attenuating the activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinases.  相似文献

Sphingosylphosphorylcholine (SPC) produces reactive oxygen species (ROS) in MS1 pancreatic islet endothelial cells. In the present study, we explored the physiological significance of the SPC-induced ROS generation in endothelial cells. SPC induced cell death of MS1 cells at higher than 10 microM concentration through a caspase-3-dependent pathway. SPC treatment induced sustained activation of an extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), in contrast to transient activation of ERK in response to platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-BB, which stimulated proliferation of MS1 cells. Both the SPC-induced cell death and ERK activation were abolished by pretreatment of the cells with the MEK inhibitor U0126 or by overexpression of a dominant negative mutant of MEK1 (DN-MEK1). Pretreatment of the cells with N-acetylcysteine, an antioxidant, completely prevented the SPC-induced ROS generation, apoptosis, and ERK activation, whereas the ROS generation was not abrogated by treatment with U0126. Consistent with these results, SPC induced cell death of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) through ROS-mediated activation of ERK. These results suggest that the SPC-induced generation of ROS plays a crucial role in the cell death of endothelial cells through ERK-dependent pathway.  相似文献

The mechanism(s) involved in regulation of store operated calcium entry in Darier's disease (DD) is not known. We investigated the distribution and function of transient receptor potential canonical (TRPC) in epidermal skin cells. DD patients demonstrated up-regulation of TRPC1, but not TRPC3, in the squamous layers. Ca2+ influx was significantly higher in keratinocytes obtained from DD patients and showed enhanced proliferation compared with normal keratinocytes. Similar up-regulation of TRPC1 was also detected in epidermal layers of SERCA2+/- mice. HaCaT cells expressed TRPC1 in the plasma membrane. Expression of sarco(endo)plasmic reticulum Ca2+ ATPase (SERCA)2 small interfering RNA (siRNA) in HaCaT cells increased TRPC1 levels and thapsigargin-stimulated Ca2+ influx, which was blocked by store-operated calcium entry inhibitors. Thapsigargin-stimulated intracellular Ca2+ release was decreased in DD cells. DD keratinocytes exhibited increased cell survival upon thapsigargin treatment. Alternatively, overexpression of TRPC1 or SERCA2-siRNA in HaCaT cells demonstrated resistance to thapsigargin-induced apoptosis. These effects were dependent on external Ca2+ and activation of nuclear factor-kappaB. Isotretinoin reduced Ca2+ entry in HaCaT cells and decreased survival of HaCaT and DD keratinocytes. These findings put forward a novel consequence of compromised SERCA2 function in DD wherein up-regulation of TRPC1 augments cell proliferation and restrict apoptosis. We suggest that the anti-apoptotic effect of TRPC1 could potentially contribute to abnormal keratosis in DD.  相似文献

The increased generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) induces inflammation in different cell types. However, it is unclear whether ROS play an essential role in the production of thymus and activation‐regulated chemokine (TARC/CCL17) and macrophage‐derived chemokine (MDC/CCL22) in keratinocytes. Here, we investigated the function of ROS in the production of these two Th2 chemokines in interferon‐gamma (IFN‐γ)‐treated HaCaT keratinocytes. We found that IFN‐γ‐induced production of both chemokines in parallel with the increased generation of intracellular ROS. A ROS scavenger, N‐acetyl cysteine (NAC), significantly inhibited the IFN‐γ‐induced production of chemokines as well as the activation of I kappa‐B (IκB)–nuclear factor‐kappa B (NF‐κB). Inhibitors of Janus family kinases (JAKs), p38 mitogen‐activated kinase (MAPK), and NF‐κB suppressed IFN‐γ‐induced production of TARC and MDC. NF‐κB activation was inhibited by both inhibitors of JAKs and p38 MAPK. Importantly, IFN‐γ‐stimulated phosphorylation of p38 MAPK was significantly suppressed by JAKs inhibitors, but not significantly affected by NAC or L ‐buthionine sulfoximine (L‐BSO). However, IFN‐γ‐stimulated activation of IκB and NF‐κB was suppressed by NAC but enhanced by BSO. Furthermore, inhibition of p38 MAPK and JAKs did not affect ROS generation in IFN‐γ‐stimulated HaCaT cells. These results indicate that intracellular ROS and JAKs/p38 MAPK both contribute independently to IFN‐γ‐stimulated production of TARC and MDC in HaCaT keratinocytes, by increasing NF‐κB activation. J. The present study was undertaken to determine the molecular mechanism by which kaempferol induces cell death in human glioma cells. Kaempferol resulted in loss of cell viability and inhibition of proliferation in a dose- and time-dependent manner, which were largely attributed to cell death. Kaempferol caused an increase in reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and the kaempferol-induced cell death was prevented by antioxidants, suggesting that ROS generation is involved in kaempferol-induced cell death. Kaempferol caused depolarization of mitochondrial membrane potential. Western blot analysis showed that kaempferol treatment caused a rapid reduction in phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) and Akt. The ERK inhibitor U0126 and the Akt inhibitor LY984002 increased the kaempferol-induced cell death and overexpression of MEK, the upstream kinase of ERK, and Akt prevented the cell death. The expression of anti-apoptotic proteins XIAP and survivin was down-regulated by kaempferol and its effect was prevented by overexpression of MEK and Akt. Kaempferol induced activation of caspase-3 and kaempferol-induced cell death was prevented by caspase inhibitors. Taken together, these findings suggest that kaempferol results in human glioma cell death through caspase-dependent mechanisms involving down-regulation of XIAP and survivin regulating by ERK and Akt.  相似文献

The extracellular tissue penetrating protozoan parasite Entamoeba histolytica has been known to induce host cell apoptosis. However, the intracellular signaling mechanism used by the parasite to trigger apoptosis is poorly understood. In this study, we investigated the roles of reactive oxygen species (ROS), and of MAPKs in the Entamoeba-induced apoptosis of human neutrophils. The neutrophils incubated with live trophozoites of E. histolytica revealed a marked increase of receptor shedding of CD16 as well as phosphatidylserine (PS) externalization on the cell surface. The Entamoeba-induced apoptosis was effectively blocked by pretreatment of cells with diphenyleneiodonium chloride (DPI), a flavoprotein inhibitor of NADPH oxidase. A large amount of intracellular ROS was detected after exposure to viable trophozoites, and the treatment with DPI strongly inhibited the Entamoeba-induced ROS generation. However, a mitochondrial inhibitor rotenone did not attenuate the Entamoeba-induced ROS generation and apoptosis. Although E. histolytica strongly induced activation of ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK in neutrophils, the activation of ERK1/2 was closely associated with ROS-mediated apoptosis. Pretreatment of neutrophils with MEK1 inhibitor PD98059, but not p38 MAPK inhibitor SB202190, prevented Entamoeba-induced apoptosis. Moreover, DPI almost completely inhibited Entamoeba-induced phosphorylation of ERK1/2, but not phosphorylation of p38 MAPK. These results strongly suggest that NADPH oxidase-derived ROS-mediated activation of ERK1/2 is required for the Entamoeba-induced neutrophil apoptosis.  相似文献
