The detection of cancer biomarkers is as important tool for the diagnosis and prognosis of cancer such as brain cancer. Murine double minute 2 (MDM2) has been widely studied as prognostic marker for brain tumor. Here we describe development of a new sensitive label free impedimetric immunosensor for the detection of MDM2 based on cysteamine self assembled monolayers on a clean polycrystalline Au electrode surface. The amine-modified electrodes were further functionalized with antibody using homobifunctional 1,4-phenylene diisothiocyanate (PDITC) linker. The assembly processes of the immunosensor had been monitored with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques using Fe(CN)(6)(3-/4-) solution as redox probe. The impedance changes upon binding of MDM2 protein to the sensor surface was utilized for the detection of MDM2. The increase in relative electron-transfer resistance (ΔR/R(0)%) values was linearly proportional to the concentration of tumor marker MDM2 in the wide dynamic range of 1pg/ml-1μg/ml. The limit of detection was 0.29pg/ml in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) and 1.3pg/ml in mouse brain tissue homogenate, respectively. The immunosensor showed a good performance in comparison with ELISA for the analysis of the MDM2 in the cancerous mouse brain tissue homogenates. Moreover, the immunosensor had a good selectivity against epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein, long-storage stability and reproducibility. It might be become a promising assay for clinical diagnosis and early detection of tumors.  相似文献

A voltammetric sensor for (-)-ephedrine has been prepared by a novel approach based on immobilisation of an imprinted polymer for ephedrine (MIPE) in an electrosynthesised polypyrrole (PPY) film. Composite films were grown potentiostatically at 1.0 V vs. Pt (QRE) on a glassy carbon electrode using an unconventional "upside-down" (UD) geometry for the three-electrode cell. As a consequence, a high MIP loading was obtained, as revealed by SEM. The sensor response was evaluated, after overoxidation of PPY matrix, by cyclic voltammetry after pre-concentration in a buffered solution of analyte in 0.5-3 mM concentration range. An ephedrine peak at approximately 0.9 V increasing with concentration and saturating at high concentrations was evident. PPY-modified electrode showed a response, which was distinctly lower than the MIP response for the same concentration of the template. The effect of potential interferences including compounds usually found in human fluids (ascorbic acid, uric acid, urea, glucose, sorbitol, glycine, dopamine) was examined.  相似文献

Carbamoyl phosphate synthetase from E. coli catalyzes the synthesis of carbamoyl phosphate through a series of four reactions occurring at three active sites connected by a molecular tunnel of 100 A. To understand the mechanism for coordination and synchronization among the active sites, the pre-steady-state time courses for the formation of phosphate, ADP, glutamate, and carbamoyl phosphate were determined. When bicarbonate and ATP were rapidly mixed with CPS, a stoichiometric burst of acid-labile phosphate and ADP was observed with a formation rate constant of 1100 min(-)(1). The burst phase was followed by a linear steady-state phase with a rate constant of 12 min(-)(1). When glutamine or ammonia was added to the initial reaction mixture, the magnitude and the rate of formation of the burst phase for either phosphate or ADP were unchanged, but the rate constant for the linear steady-state phase increased to an average value of 78 min(-)(1). These results demonstrate that the initial phosphorylation of bicarbonate is independent of the binding or hydrolysis of glutamine. The pre-steady-state time course for the hydrolysis of glutamine in the absence of ATP exhibited a burst of glutamate formation with a rate constant of 4 min(-)(1) when the reaction was quenched with base. In the presence of ATP and bicarbonate, the rate constant for the formation of the burst of glutamate was 1100 min(-)(1). The hydrolysis of ATP thus enhanced the hydrolysis of glutamine by a factor of 275, but there was no effect by glutamine on the initial phosphorylation of bicarbonate. The pre-steady-state time course for the formation of carbamoyl phosphate was linear with an overall rate constant of 72 min(-)(1). The absence of an initial burst of carbamoyl phosphate formation eliminates product release as a rate-determining step for CPS. Overall, these results have been interpreted to be consistent with a mechanism whereby the phosphorylation of bicarbonate serves as the initial trigger for the rest of the reaction cascade. The formation of the carboxy phosphate intermediate within the large subunit must induce a conformational change to the active site of the small subunit that enhances the hydrolysis of glutamine. Thus, ammonia is not released into the molecular tunnel until the activated bicarbonate is ready to form carbamate. The rate-limiting step for the steady-state assembly of carbamoyl phosphate is either the formation, migration, or phosphorylation of the carbamate intermediate.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method for the electrocatalytic detection of NADH on a carbon paste electrode modified with a redox-active (NC)(2)C(6)H(3)-NO/(NC)(2)C(6)H(3)-NHOH (NOPH/NHOHPH) electrogenerated in situ from 4-nitrophthalonitrile (4-NPHN) is presented. The electrode modified with 4-NPHN showed an efficient electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of NADH with activation overpotential of 0.12V vs. Ag/AgCl. The formation of an intermediate charge transfer complex is proposed for the charge transfer reaction between NADH and the 4-NPHN-resulting system. The second-order rate constant for electrocatalytic oxidation of NADH, kappa(obs), and the apparent Michaelis-Menten constant K(M), at pH 7.0 were evaluated with rotating disk electrode (RDE) experiments, giving 1.0x10(4)mol(-1)Ls(-1) and 2.7x10(-5)molL(-1), respectively. Employing the Koutecky-Levich approach indicated that the NADH oxidation reaction involves two electrons. The sensor provided a linear response range for NADH from 0.8 up to 8.5mumolL(-1) with sensitivity, detection, quantification limits and time response of 0.50muALmumol(-1), 0.25mumolL(-1), 0.82mumolL(-1) and 0.1s, respectively. The repeatability of the measurements with the same sensor and different sensors, evaluated in terms of relative standard deviation, were 4.1 and 5.0%, respectively, for n=10.  相似文献

Osteoclasts dissolve mineralized bone matrix at bone resorption sites and release large amounts of calcium (Ca(2+)) and phosphate (PO(4)(3-)) ions into the extracellular fluid. However, the exact nature of Ca(2+) and PO(4)(3-) on osteoblasts remains unclear. We proposed that Ca(2+) and PO(4)(3-) ions are required for the expression of sodium-dependent vitamin C transporter (SVCT) 2 and a differentiation marker, osteopontin (OPN), in osteoblasts as a response to the osteoclastic degradation. Results from Northern blotting indicated that a deficiency of Ca(2+) or PO(4)(3-) inhibited both SVCT2 and OPN expression in a time-dependent manner, whereas elevated Ca(2+) (1 to 4 mM) or PO(4)(3-) (1 to 4 mM) dose-dependently induced SVCT2, OPN expression and OPN promoter activity. In addition, the L-type calcium channel blocker, nifedipine (5 to 20 micro M) and the phosphate transporter inhibitor, foscarnet (0.15 to 0.6 mM), dose-dependently abolished Ca(2+)- and PO(4)(3-)-induced SVCT2, OPN expression and OPN promoter activity. Furthermore, the results from L-ascorbic acid uptake assay and Western blotting indicated that the stimulatory effect of Ca(2+) and PO(4)(3-) on functional SVCT2 protein expression. These findings suggested that Ca(2+) and PO(4)(3-) regulate osteoblastic phenotype by entering into cells to stimulate SVCT2 and OPN expression.  相似文献

DNA-binding properties of novel copper(II) complex [Cu(l-Phe)(TATP)(H(2)O)](+), where L-Phe=L-phenylalaninate and TATP=1,4,8,9-tetra-aza-triphenylene are investigated using electronic absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, voltammetry and viscosity measurement. It is found that the presence of calf thymus DNA results in a hypochromism and red shift in the electronic absorption, a quenching effect on fluorescence nature of ethidium bromide-DNA system, an enhanced response on voltammograms of [Co(phen)(3)](3+/2+)-DNA system, and an obvious change in viscosity of DNA. From absorption titration, fluorescence analysis and voltammetric measurement, the binding constant of the complex with DNA is calculated. The latter two methods reveal the stronger binding of [Cu(l-Phe)(TATP)(H(2)O)](+) complex to double strand DNA by the moderate intercalation than [Co(phen)(3)](3+). Such a binding induces the cleavage of plasmid pBR322 DNA in the presence of H(2)O(2).  相似文献

The kinetics of the decomposition of H(2)O(2) catalyzed by Cu(II) has been studied by the initial-rate method in aqueous phosphate media at near physiological pH. The activity of the catalyst is increased by [Fe(CN)(6)](3-) and decreased by VO(3)(-), CrO(4)(2-) and Zn(II). Three reaction pathways are involved in the Cu(II)-H(2)O(2) reaction, the kinetic orders of the catalyst being 1 (rate constant k1), 2 (rate constant k2) and 3 (rate constant k3). The three pathways present fractional apparent orders (>1) in H(2)O(2) and base catalysis. The apparent activation energies associated to rate constants k1, k2 and k3 are 102+/-4, 65+/-8 and 61+/-5 kJ mol(-1). Free-radical chain mechanisms are proposed for the three pathways.  相似文献

Despite the increasing number of applications of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) in analytical chemistry, the construction of a biomimetic voltammetric sensor remains still challenging. This work investigates the development of a voltammetric sensor for vanillylmandelic acid (VMA) based on acrylic MIP-modified electrodes. Thin layers of MIPs for VMA have been prepared by spin coating the surface of a glassy carbon electrode with the monomers mixture (template, methacrylic acid, a cross-linking agent and solvent), followed by in situ photopolymerisation. After extraction of the template molecule, the peak current recorded with the imprinted sensor after rebinding was linear with VMA concentration in the range 19-350 microg ml(-1), whereas the response of the control electrode is independent of incubation concentration, and was about one-tenth of the value recorded with the imprinted sensor at the maximum concentration tested. Under the conditions used, the sensor is able to differentiate between VMA and other closely structural-related compounds, such as 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylethylene glycol (not detected), or 3,4- and 2,5-dihydroxyphenilacetic acids, which are adsorbed on the bare electrode surface but not at the polymer layer. Homovanillic acid was detected with the imprinted sensors after incubation, indicating that the presence of both methoxy and carboxylic groups in the same position as in VMA is necessary for effective binding in the imprinted sites. Nevertheless, both species can be differentiated by the oxidation potential. It can be concluded that MIP-based voltammetric electrodes are very promising analytical tool for the development of highly selective analytical sensors.  相似文献

A highly sensitive molecular-imprinted polymer sensor (MIP sensor) for ultratrace oxytetracycline (OTC) determination was prepared based on the competition reaction between template molecule OTC and glucose oxidase (GOD)-labeled OTC (GOD-OTC). Sensitivity improved dramatically due to the detection of a huge amount of enzyme catalytic production, which was inversely proportional to template molecule concentration. The MIP sensor was characterized by alternating current impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry, and its voltammetric behavior was also verified. Experimental conditions including isolation, incubation, and competition were optimized. OTC can be determined at concentrations between 0 and 4.0×10(-7) mol/L with a detection limit of 3.30×10(-10) mol/L by the differential pulse voltammetry technique. The MIP sensor showed high sensitivity, selectivity, reproducibility, and good recovery in sample determination.  相似文献

A renewable three-dimensional chemically modified carbon ceramic electrode (CCE) containing nickel powder and K4[Mo(CN)8] was constructed by sol-gel technique. The electrochemical properties and stability of modified electrode was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry in pH range 4-10. The redox couple of [Mo(CN)8] (4-/3-) was shown both as a solute in electrolyte solution and as a component of a carbon based conducting composite electrode. The apparent electron transfer rate constant (ks) and transfer coefficient (alpha) were determined by cyclic voltammetry and they were about 17.1 and 0.57 s(-1), respectively. The catalytic activity of the modified CCE toward insulin oxidation was investigated at pH range of 3-8 by cyclic votammetry. The modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward insulin electroxidation at physiological pH value. The modified electrode was used for insulin detection chronoamperometrically at pH 7. Under optimized condition in amperometry method, the concentration calibration range, detection limit and sensitivity were 0.5-500 nM, 0.45 nM and 6140 nA/microM, respectively. Flow injection amperometric determination of insulin at pH 7.4, at this modified electrode yielded a calibration curve with the following characteristics, linear dynamic range 100-500 pM; sensitivity 8.1 nA/nM and detection limit 40 pM (based on S/N = 3). The inherent stability at wide pH range, high sensitivity, low detection limit, low cost and ease of preparation are of advantageous of this insulin sensor. This sensor indicates great promise for monitory insulin in chromatographic effluents.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method for electrochemical detection of DNA was designed. This DNA sensor was based on a "sandwich" detection strategy, which involved a long capture probe DNA immobilized on glassy carbon electrodes that flanked both the reference DNA and target DNA. Electrochemical signals were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) using aquadichloro(benzimidazole)-copper(II), Cu(bzim)(H(2)O)Cl(2), as an electroactive indicator. An improving amount of Cu(bzim)(H(2)O)Cl(2) was interacted with the hybrid DNA via the incorporation of a long-probe DNA and a reference DNA in this sensor. As a result of this effect, this sensor design significantly enhanced the sensitivity. With 48-mer probe DNA and 27-mer reference DNA, the proposed method could be used for detection of 21-mer ssDNA ranging from 1.32 x 10(-7) to 2.52 x 10(-6) M with a detection limit of 2.94 x 10(-8) M. Electrochemical DNA biosensors were also developed using the same long-probe sequence as the target sequence with the novel hybridization indicator, Cu(bzim) (H(2)O)Cl(2). The detection limits for the complementary 21-mer target and 27-mer target were 9.52 x 10(-8) M and 5.81 x 10(-8) M, respectively. The results showed that the sensor with long-probe DNA and reference DNA is far more sensitive than that with nonswitch assay.  相似文献

The direct electrochemistry of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) immobilized in silica sol-gel film on gold electrode was investigated, and an obvious cathodic peak at about -200 mV (versus SCE) was found for the first time. The LDH-modified electrode showed a surface controlled irreversible electrode process involving a one electron transfer reaction with the charge-transfer coefficient (alpha) of 0.79 and the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (K(s)) of 3.2 s(-1). The activated voltammetric response and decreased charge-transfer resistance of Ru(NH(3))(6)(2+/3+) on the LDH-modified electrode provided further evidence. The surface morphologies of silica sol-gel and the LDH embedded in silica sol-gel film were characterized by SEM. A potential application of the LDH-modified electrode as a biosensor for determination of lactic acid was also investigated. The calibration range of lactic acid was from 2.0 x 10(-6) to 3.0 x 10(-5) mol L(-1) and the detection limit was 8.0 x 10(-7) mol L(-1) at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. Finally, the effect of environmental pollutant resorcinol on the direct electrochemical behavior of LDH was studied. The experimental results of voltammetry indicated that the conformation of LDH molecule was altered by the interaction between LDH and resorcinol. The modified electrode can be applied as a biomarker to study the pollution effect in the environment.  相似文献

A novel label-free electrochemical aptasensor based on graphene-polyaniline (GR-PANI) nanocomposites film for dopamine (DA) determination was reported. The resulting GR-PANI layer exhibited good current response for DA determination. The good electron transfer activity might be attributed to the effect of GR and PANI. The highly conductive and biocompatible nanostructure of GR-PANI nanocomposites was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). To quantify the amount of DA, the peaks of square-wave voltammetry (SWV) were monitored using the redox couple of an [Fe(CN)(6)](4-/3-) probe. The electrochemical aptasensor showed a linear response to DA in the range 0.007-90 nmol/L and a limit of detection of 0.00198 nmol/L (S/N=3). The electrochemical aptasensor was successfully tested on human serum samples.  相似文献

A microscale biosensor for acetate, propionate, isobutyrate, and lactate is described. The sensor is based on the bacterial respiration of low-molecular-weight, negatively charged species with a concomitant reduction of NO(-)(3) to N(2)O. A culture of denitrifying bacteria deficient in N(2)O reductase was immobilized in front of the tip of an electrochemical N(2)O microsensor. The bacteria were separated from the outside environment by an ion-permeable membrane and supplied with nutrients (except for electron donors) from a medium reservoir behind the N(2)O sensor. The signal of the sensor, which corresponded to the rate of N(2)O production, was proportional to the supply of the electron donor to the bacterial mass. The selectivity for volatile fatty acids compared to other organic compounds was increased by selectively enhancing the transport of negatively charged compounds into the sensor by electrophoretic migration (electrophoretic sensitivity control). The sensor was susceptible to interference from O(2), N(2)O, NO(2)(-), H(2)S, and NO(-)(3). Interference from NO(-)(3) was low and could be quantified and accounted for. The detection limit was equivalent to about 1 microM acetate, and the 90% response time was 30 to 90 s. The response of the sensor was not affected by changes in pH between 5.5 and 9 and was also unaffected by changes in salinity in the range of 2 to 32 per thousand. The functioning of the sensor over a temperature span of 7 to 30 degrees C was investigated. The concentration range for a linear response was increased five times by increasing the temperature from 7 to 19.5 degrees C. The life span of the biosensor varied between 1 and 3 weeks after manufacturing.  相似文献

The amperometric detection of neurotransmitters metabolite of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) was achieved at a tyrosinase-chitosan composite film-modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The optimal conditions for the preparation of the biosensor were established. This bio-composite film was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transformed infrared (FT-IR) spectra, suggesting that chitosan covalently connected to chitosan chains. Electrochemical characterization of the bio-hybrid membrane-covered electrodes were also performed in 0.05 M phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.52) containing neurotransmitters or their derivatives by using cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), square wave voltammetry (SWV) and amperometry. This simply-prepared protein-polysaccharide hybrid film provides a microenvironment friendly for enzyme loading. The sensor was operated at -0.15 V with a short response time. The current linearly increased with the increasing concentration of DOPAC over the concentration of 6 nM-0.2 mM. The lower detection limit for DOPAC is 3 nM (S/N=3). The sensitivity of the sensor is 40 microA mM(-1). A physiological level of neurotransmitters and their derivatives including dopamine, l-dopa, adrenaline, noradrenaline and homovanillic acid as well as ascorbic acid, uric acid and acetaminophen do not affect the determination of DOPAC.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor surface with enhanced sensitivity for the detection of hydrogen peroxide has been developed based on the layer-by-layer assembly of mercapto propionic acid (MPA), cystine-based polymethylene-bridged cyclic bisureas (CBU)/gold nanoparticle (AuNP) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on gold electrode. Possibility of a large number of hydrogen bonds, allowed by the chemical and sterical structure of the CBU ensures the proper immobilization of the enzyme in favorable orientation and retention of enzymatic activity. Efficient electron tunneling property of AuNP together with its electrocatalytic activity leads to higher sensitivity in the detection of H(2)O(2). In cyclic voltammetry measurements a cathodic current due to direct electron transfer of HRP is observed which, indicates excellent electrocatalytic activity of the sensor surface. The biosensor surface modified with gold nanoparticle and CBU showed a lower detection limit of 50 nM for hydrogen peroxide. Chronoamperometry is performed at -0.3 V and Michaelis-Menten constant K(M)(app) value is estimated to be 4.5 μM. The newly developed sensor surface showed very high stability, reproducibility and high sensitivity.  相似文献

A novel ion-channel sensor based on a membrane bound receptor and a single gramicidin channel is described, in which the binding of an analyte to the membrane bound receptor modulates the single-channel activity of gramicidin. The sensor is composed of a planar bilayer lipid membrane (BLM) containing biotin-labeled phosphatidylethanolamine as receptor for avidin and gramicidin as signal transducer. When the receptor catches an analyte (avidin or ferritin-labeled avidin (FA)) at the membrane surface, the bilayer structure is locally distorted and the gramicidin monomer/dimer kinetics is modulated in a manner that the fraction of channel opening with a short lifetime ( < or = 100 ms) to the total opening events increases. The fraction was found to increase with the concentration of avidin from 1.0 x 10(-9) to 1.0 x 10(-6) M and of FA from 1.0 x 10(-9) to 1.0 x 10(-8) M. With dinitrophenyl-labeled PE embedded as receptor in the BLM for monoclonal anti-dinitrophenyl antibody (anti-DNP), the fraction of channel openings ( < or = 100 ms) increased with the concentration of anti-DNP from 2.0 x 10(-9) to 2.0 x 10(-7) g/ml. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) and anti-BSA antibody caused no changes in the channel opening. The possible mechanism of analyte-induced modulation of single-channel activity of gramicidin is also discussed.  相似文献

Copper (Cu) nanoclusters were electrochemically deposited on the film of a Nafion-solubilized multiwall carbon nanotube (CNTs)-modified glassy carbon electrode (CNTs-GCE), which fabricated a Cu-CNTs composite sensor (Cu-CNTs-GCE) to detect glucose with nonenzyme. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used for the characterization of the distribution of the Cu nanoclusters on the CNTs matrix. The composite of the Cu-CNTs was investigated by the electrochemical characterization of cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The preliminary study shows that the nonenzymatic sensor has synergistic electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of glucose in alkaline media. A well applicable sensor was constructed to use for the analysis of the glucose in real blood serum samples due to the large number of electrons taking part in the oxidation process, the high apparent kinetic rate constant, and the stable operation of the electrode. The linear range for the detection of the glucose is 7.0 x 10(-7) to 3.5 x 10(-3) M with a high sensitivity of 17.76 microA mM(-1), a low detection limit of 2.1 x 10(-7) M, and a fast response time of within 5s. Experiment results also showed that the sensor has good reproducibility and long-term stability and is interference free.  相似文献

Screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) have been investigated as possible sensors to identify gamma-irradiation induced oxidative damage in double stranded (ds) DNA. Studies were undertaken to explore the possibility of using both cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry to identify changes due to oxidative damage. Initially, guanine, adenine and 8-oxoguanosine were examined and it was found possible to differentiate them from their voltammetric responses. The voltammetric response of 8-oxoguanosine was found to be linear over the concentration range 1-400 microM, with a slope of 0.0296 microA microM(-1) (R2 value of 0.9984), in the presence of 2mM concentrations of guanine and adenine. Investigations were made into harnessing these findings to identify oxidative damage in gamma-irradiated dsDNA. The presence of oxidative damage in these samples was readily identifiable, and the magnitude of the voltammetric response was found to be dose dependant (R2=0.9919). A simple sample preparation step involving only the dissolution of double stranded DNA sample in the optimised electrolyte (0.1M acetate buffer pH 4.5) was required. This report appears to be first describing the use of a SPCE to detect DNA damage which can be related to the dose of gamma-radiation used.  相似文献

A dimeric Cu(II) complex [Cu(μ(2)-hep)(hep-H)](2)·2ClO(4) (1) containing bidentate (hep-H=2-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyridine) ligand was synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Each Cu-ion in 1 is in a distorted square pyramidal geometry. Further 1 along with silver nanoparticles (SNPs) have been used as modifier in the construction of a biomimetic sensor (1-SNP-GCPE) for determining certain catecholamines viz., dopamine (DA), levodopa (l-Dopa), epinephrine (EP) and norepinephrine (NE) using cyclic voltammetry, chronocoulometry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and adsorptive stripping square wave voltammetry (AdSSWV). Finally, the catalytic properties of the sensor were characterized by chronoamperometry. Employing AdSSWV, the calibration curves showed linear response ranging between 10(-6) and 10(-9)M for all the four analytes with detection limits (S/N=3) of 8.52×10(-10)M, 2.41×10(-9)M, 3.96×10(-10)M and 3.54×10(-10)M for DA, l-Dopa, EP and NE respectively. The lifetime of the biomimetic sensor was 3 months at room temperature. The prepared modified electrode shows several advantages such as simple preparation method, high sensitivity, high stability, ease of preparation and regeneration of the electrode surface by simple polishing along with excellent reproducibility. The method has been applied for the selective and precise analysis of DA, l-Dopa, EP and NE in pharmaceutical formulations, urine and blood serum samples.  相似文献
