科尔沁沙地沙漠化过程中土壤有机碳和全氮含量变化   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
通过地面调查,研究了沙漠化对科尔沁沙地农田和草地土壤有机碳和全氮含量的影响.结果表明,随着沙漠化的发展,科尔沁沙地土壤碳、氮含量明显下降.和非沙漠化农田相比,轻度、中度、重度和严重沙漠化农田土壤有机碳和全氮含量分别下降12.3%和15.3%、22.2%和24.7%、39.5%和44.7%、64.4%和63.5%;和非沙漠化草地相比,轻度、中度、重度和严重沙漠化草地土壤有机碳和全氮含量分别下降了56.3%和48.7%、78.4%和74.4%、88.9%和84.6%、91.6%和84.6%.截至2000年,科尔沁沙漠化总面积已经达到50197.5 km2,由于沙漠化而导致的土壤有机碳和全氮损失总量分别为36.39 Mt和7.89 Mt,其中草地分别占91.12%和86.06%,农田分别占8.88%和13.94%.相关分析结果表明,土壤有机碳和全氮的损失主要源于风蚀所引起的土壤粘粉粒的减少.因此,在科尔沁沙地,防治土壤风蚀对于减少农田和草地土壤碳、氮损失极为重要.  相似文献

为了解大鼠肝再生中8种肝脏细胞的丝氨酸族氨基酸代谢相关基因转录谱, 文章用Percoll密度梯度离心结合免疫磁珠分选分离大鼠的8种再生肝细胞, 用Rat Genome 230 2.0芯片等检测它们中丝氨酸族氨基酸代谢相关基因的表达变化, 用Cluster和Treeview等软件分析上述基因在肝再生中表达模式, 用生物信息学和系统生物学等方法分析上述细胞中丝氨酸族氨基酸代谢活动。结果表明, 在27个发生有意义表达变化的基因中, 肝细胞、胆管上皮细胞、卵圆细胞、肝星形细胞、窦内皮细胞、库普弗细胞、陷窝细胞、树突状细胞的基因数分别为13、16、11、14、13、11、12、14, 相应细胞的上调、下调和上/下调的基因数分别为7、6和0, 2、10和4, 2、8和1, 8、3和3, 6、5和2, 4、6和1, 2、10和0, 6、6和2。总的来看, 肝再生中各细胞的表达下调基因占优势, 但在肝再生启动阶段, 肝星形细胞和窦内皮细胞的表达上调基因占优势。上述丝氨酸族氨基酸代谢相关基因转录谱预示丝氨酸族氨基酸的合成主要在肝再生启动阶段的肝细胞、肝星形细胞、窦内皮细胞和库普弗细胞中增强, 它们的降解主要在肝再生进展阶段的肝细胞、胆管上皮细胞、陷窝细胞和树突状细胞中进行。  相似文献

减氮配施有机物料是实现农作物减肥不减产甚至增产的重要措施之一。为了探究减氮配施有机物料对贵州黄壤区玉米-白菜轮作系统作物产量、光合特性和农产品品质的影响,本研究采用盆栽试验,以玉米和白菜作为供试作物,研究了不施肥(CK)、常规化肥(CF)、减氮(20%)配施生物炭(RF+B)、减氮配施菜籽饼(RF+O)、减氮配施生物炭和菜籽饼(RF+BO)处理,对玉米苗期、拔节期、抽穗期、成熟期和白菜苗期、生长期、收获期植株叶片光合特性、生物性状、产量和品质的影响。结果表明: 与CF处理相比,RF+BO处理显著增加了玉米和白菜产量,增幅分别为9.7%和39.2%,RF+O处理对玉米和白菜产量的影响不显著,RF+B处理玉米增产不明显。RF+BO处理改善了玉米和白菜的生物性状,显著提升了玉米百粒重和白菜的株高、最大叶长、总生物量;延长了玉米和白菜持绿期及高光合持续时间,其中,玉米苗期、拔节期、抽穗期和成熟期叶片SPAD值分别增加42.7%、11.0%、12.8%和30.2%,白菜苗期、生长期和收获期叶片SPAD值分别增加13.5%、9.2%和12.5%;玉米苗期、抽穗期和成熟期的净光合速率(Pn)分别增加11.1%、10.9%和119.8%,白菜生长期和收获期的Pn分别提高12.7%和14.6%;玉米抽穗期和收获期的气孔导度(gs)分别增加58.3%和41.7%,白菜苗期、生长期和收获期的gs分别增加10%、64.7%和19.2%;玉米苗期、拔节期、抽穗期和成熟期的蒸腾速率(Tr)分别增加55.0%、10.6%、14.0%和143.9%,白菜生长期的Tr增加26.1%。同时,玉米和白菜的营养品质明显改善,玉米籽粒还原糖、淀粉和粗蛋白含量分别提高16.2%、3.5%和20.3%,白菜Vc、氨基酸和还原糖含量分别提高26.3%、21.0%和27.8%。这说明本试验条件下,减氮20%配施生物炭和菜籽饼组合对贵州黄壤玉米-白菜轮作系统的作物生长、产量提升、持绿期和高光合持续时间的延长、农产品品质改良均有积极效应,总体上在所有处理中提升效果最佳。减氮下单一配施有机物料对作物产量、光合和品质的整体影响不明显。  相似文献

对南昌大学前湖校区89种主要植物叶片的N、P浓度及其化学计量比进行了研究,结果表明:乔灌、常绿、针叶、种子、裸子和单子叶植物类群的N浓度分别低于相对应的草本、落叶、阔叶、蕨类、被子和双子叶植物类群,而C3和C4植物差异不显著;乔灌、常绿和裸子植物类群的P浓度含量分别低于相对应的草本、落叶和被子植物类群,而针叶和阔叶、蕨类和种子、单子叶和双子叶、C3和C4植物类群间差异不显著;乔木、阔叶、被子和双子叶植物类群叶片N/P分别高于相对应的灌草、针叶、裸子和单子叶植物类群,而常绿和落叶、蕨类和种子、C3和C4植物类群之间差异不显著.可见,不同类型植物对N和P的吸收利用存在差异,且对不同养分供应采取不同的适应对策.结合研究区土壤养分现状,建议优先选择常绿、针叶、裸子和单子叶植物类群作为城市园林植物.  相似文献

玫瑰(Rosa rugosa Thunb.)原产于我国东部沿海、日本、朝鲜半岛和俄罗斯远东地区,18世纪作为园艺种引入欧洲后逃逸并入侵至北海和波罗的海周边多个国家以及北美沙质海岸,而中国野生种群却在过去30年间持续萎缩,成为珍稀濒危物种。从玫瑰种群生物学角度,通过文献比较和综合,在阐明玫瑰生态学特性和野生分布变化的基础上,全面论述了玫瑰种群在我国的生境退化、种群动态、种子繁殖、遗传多样性、濒危机理、保育方面的成果和悬疑问题;并结合欧洲入侵种群分布范围和敏感生境、对本地群落和物种的影响、种子繁殖、遗传变异、种群扩张和模拟预测、管理和控制方面的研究进展,分析了濒危种群和入侵种群数量动态、群落组成、幼苗更新、遗传变异、管理策略方面的差异及其影响因素;进而提出未来的玫瑰研究可从濒危种群和入侵种群的比较研究、种群和灌丛的动态监测、适合度相关性状的变异及其遗传基础、基于种群生物学的保育或控制4个方面为切入点,集中探索玫瑰种群濒危和入侵动态的规律、遗传基础和主要驱动力,为玫瑰保育和管理提供理论依据,为相似物种的适应和进化机制研究提供例证。  相似文献

夏枯草药材和种植土壤中农药及重金属残留分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用气相色谱及ICP-AES法测定了安徽庐江和江苏洪泽2个种植基地的土壤和夏枯草(Prunella vulgaris L.)果穗及全草中有机氯农药及重金属含量,并根据污染指数和相关标准对土壤及药材的安全性进行了评价.测定结果表明:来源于2个基地的土壤及药材中有机氯农药及重金属含量有明显差异.庐江产果穗和全草中Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、As及BHC含量分别为3.361和3.953、0.172和0.190、8.258和7.722、3.423和2.658、0.284和0.355、0.003和0.004 mg·kg-1,Hg和DDT未检出;洪泽产果穗和全草中Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、Hg及BHC含量分别为2.399和1.558、0.155和0.111、7.682和6.756、4.259和3.801、0.077和0.102、0.003和0.006 mg·kg-1,As未检出,果穗中也未检出DDT.庐江基地土壤中Cd、Cu、Cr、As、Hg、BHC和DDT含量分别为0.001、12.943、47.417、1.008、0.003、0.003和0.002 mg·kg-1,Pb未检出;洪泽基地土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、As、Hg和BHC含量分别为3.443、0.002、18.655、63.385、3.701、0.141和0.004 mg·kg-1,DDT未检出.比较结果表明:夏枯草果穗中重金属残留量均高于全草,但均低于国家限量标准;土壤中有机氯农药及重金属单项污染指数均小于1,且庐江和洪泽基地土壤的综合污染指数分别为0.286和0.399,因此,土壤污染等级属安全级且污染水平为清洁级.  相似文献

八种水生植物对重金属富集能力的比较研究   总被引:37,自引:1,他引:37  
通过野外采样和系统分析方法,研究了芜湖市四褐山工业区附近水域中Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn和Mn5种重金属的含量及其在8种水生植物体内的积累特性。结果表明,工业区水体污染严重,重金属含量严重超标,分别为标准值的9、10.1、400、3和438倍;8种水生植物的重金属积累量均较大,其中以水鳖根、茎叶的Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn含量最高,分别为水体中重金属浓度的9.12和2.59倍、33.41和5倍、0.8和0.3倍、26.9和9.1倍,明显高于其它7种水生植物;8种水生植物不同器官对Cu、Pb、Zn的富集系数均>1,富集能力较强。其中,香蒲对Pb、Cd的吸收能力表现为茎叶>根。结果表明,在Cu、Pb和Zn等重金属复合污染水域的植物治理中,浮萍、香蒲、水鳖、中华慈姑、芦苇、空心莲子草等植物有着较大的发展潜力和应用前景。  相似文献

以静水生物测试法研究了四氯乙烯和重金属镉对草鱼的单一与联合毒性,同时采用Marking相加指数法对二者的联合毒性进行了评价.单一毒性试验表明:四氯乙烯对草鱼24、48、72和96 h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为49.12、41.68、36.37和34.30 mg·L-1;镉对草鱼24、48、72和96h的LC50分别为45.58、34.81、28.63和24.05mg·L-1;二者对草鱼均有毒性,而且为高毒,镉的毒性大于四氯乙烯.联合毒性试验表明:二者毒性比为1∶1,暴露时间为24、48、72和96 h时四氯乙烯和镉的LC50分别为24.63、12.54、9.88和7.08 mg·L-1以及17.11、8.71、6.87和4.92 mg·L-1,相加指数AI(additive index)分别为0.14、0.81、0.95和1.43,联合作用结果为协同效应,并且随着时间的增加,协同作用增强;二者浓度比为1∶1, 暴露时间为24、48 、72和96 h时四氯乙烯和镉的LC50分别为17.00、11.18、10.61和9.19 mg·L-1,AI分别为0.39、0.70、0.51和0.54,联合作用为协同作用.  相似文献

通过野外调查,研究了沙漠化对科尔沁沙质草地生态系统碳、氮储量的影响.结果表明:沙漠化对草地碳、氮含量和储量具有显著影响,随着草地沙漠化的进程,草地碳、氮含量和储量明显下降.与非沙漠化草地相比,轻度、中度、重度和严重沙漠化草地0~100cm深土壤有机碳和全氮含量分别下降了56.06%和48.72%、78.43%和74.36%、88.95%和84.62%、91.64%和84.62%,植物组分中的碳、氮含量分别下降了8.61%和6.43%、0.05%和25.71%、2.58%和27.14%、8.61%和27.86%;轻度、中度、重度和严重沙漠化草地地上植物组分中的碳、氮储量分别下降了25.08%和27.62%、30.90%和46.55%、73.84%和80.62%、90.89%和87.31%,0~100cm深地下植物组分中碳和全氮储量分别下降了50.95%和43.38%、75.19%和71.04%、86.76%和81.48%、91.17%和83.17%.2000年科尔沁沙地沙漠化草地总面积为30152.7km2,因沙漠化损失的碳、氮总储量高达107.53和9.97Mt.草地碳、氮含量的下降主要源于风蚀过程中土壤细颗粒的损失.土壤的粗化和贫瘠化最终导致了植物和凋落物中碳、氮储量的明显下降.  相似文献

黄粉虫、蝇蛆和大麦虫是市场上最常见的饲用昆虫.本试验采用或借鉴饲料营养成分测定的国家标准方法,测定了3种昆虫的常规营养成分、矿物元素、氨基酸和中长链脂肪酸的含量.结果表明,黄粉虫、蝇蛆和大麦虫的粗蛋白含量(%)依次为50.20、45.62和45.08,粗脂肪含量(%)依次为28.96、30.10和41.71,总能含量(KJ/g)依次为26.16、25.95和28.66;蝇蛆中钙、磷、铁和锰的含量(mg/100 g)最高,依次为500.0、885.7、1.17和3.06,黄粉虫中铜和锌的含量(mg/100 g)最高,分别为1.49和10.51;黄粉虫中支链氨基酸、直链氨基酸、必需氨基酸和总氨基酸的含量(%)均最高,依次为8.51、5.71、16.76和39.88,蝇蛆中苯丙氨酸、谷氨酸和赖氨酸的含量(%)较高,依次为2.71、6.29和3.19;黄粉虫中C14∶0和顺C18∶2的相对含量较高,分别为6.15%和33.17%,蝇蛆中C16∶0和C16∶1的相对含量较高,分别为39.62%和4.08%,大麦虫中C18∶0和顺C18∶1的相对含量较高,依次为23.33%和43.54%.上述结果表明,三种昆虫均具有较高的营养价值,可用于养殖业中蛋白质饲料原料的开发.  相似文献

A synopsis of 20 species of Diptera Cyclorrhapha from 10 families occurring in bird nests is presented. Some species were found for the first time in bird nests. The roles of each fly species in the bird nest consortia, the mode of larval life, associations with nestlings or nest substrate are discussed. Some beta-toxins from the South American scorpion Tityus serrulatus (e.g. Ts VII) are highly toxic both for mouse and fly larva. Radioiodinated Ts VII and the insect toxin from the North African scorpion Androctonus australis Hector (AaH IT) bind to the same site on a house fly head synaptosomal fraction. These results reinforce the hypothesis about the existence of a correlated series of scorpion toxins as previously defined by amino acid compositions and sequences, and immunological and circular dichroism studies, in suggesting that Ts VII constitutes a link which may fill the pharmacological gap existing between beta-toxins and insect toxins such as AaH IT.  相似文献

Population genetics is a powerful tool for invasion biology and pest management, and useful for a range of questions from tracing invasion pathways to informing management decisions with inference of population demographics. Genomics greatly increases the resolution of population-scale analyses, yet outside of model species with extensive genomic resources, few studies have used population genomics in invasion biology. We use genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) to investigate population genomic structure with samples from across the range of melon fly, Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillett, 1849), a highly polyphagous pest of commercial produce. We then make use of a chromosome-scale genome assembly and gene set to compare signatures of selection across the melon fly’s genome, both across our sampling as a whole and in the context of two independent, established introductions. Using multiple approaches, we find support for six genetic clusters across melon fly’s distribution. Some of these agree with previously identified genetic clusters using microsatellites, but consensus of clusters in mainland and oceanic southeast Asia is confounded by variable sampling between studies. We find few adaptive signatures across the genome, and virtually no unique signatures when comparing the two independent introductions, which suggests that similar management strategies are appropriate across melon fly’s range. This is the first use of genome-wide data to characterize population structure in tephritid fruit fly pests, and our SNP dataset provides a foundation for objective and cost-effective genotyping of previously collected melon fly specimens. Future research needs to focus on truly comprehensive sampling across melon fly’s range to overcome the historic variability of range-wide estimates of population structure for this pest.  相似文献

Nesting birds use several behavioural or physiological defence mechanisms against parasites. On Corsica, female blue tits Cyanistes caeruleus incorporate fresh fragments of a limited number of aromatic plants in the nest cup, from the end of nest construction until fledging. Some of these plants negatively affect bacterial growth and host location by blood-sucking mosquitoes in laboratory conditions. In natural populations, Corsican blue tit chicks are exposed to the highest levels of blood-sucking ectoparasitic blow flies Protocalliphora spp. reported in Europe. These ectoparasites can have severe negative effects on chick development and survival probabilities, especially when food constraints are elevated. Here we investigated in several natural Corsican blue tit populations the hypothesis that aromatic plants brought to the nest have anti-blow fly effects during the chick-rearing stage. We predicted that: 1) the amount of aromatic plants should be negatively related to blow fly infestation intensity across nests, 2) experimental addition of aromatic plants in nests should reduce blow fly infestation intensity, and 3) nestlings should be in better physical condition in nests where aromatic plants were experimentally added. No significant relation was found between amount of aromatic plants in nests and blow fly infestation intensity. Experimental addition of aromatic plants did not reduce blow fly infestation intensity and did not affect the chick phenotypic parameters we measured. We conclude that aromatic plants in blue tit nests are not used as a defence against ectoparasitic Protocalliphora blow flies in our study population.  相似文献

A field experiment was used to assess the effectiveness of different barriers in protecting garden‐scale carrot production from carrot fly (Psila rosae (Fabricius)) damage. Some of the vertical barriers tested were found to provide a useful method of protecting early season carrots from carrot fly in terms of the percentage of carrots free from damage but, under cumulative pest pressure of several generations of carrot fly, such barriers were found to provide insufficient protection. Gardeners should therefore completely cover their carrot crop to attain an acceptable level of control, and this was found to be especially important for carrots harvested later in the season. There were positive effects of some barrier types on yield which may be due, at least in part, to the protection given by the barriers to carrot seedlings.  相似文献

Summary The investigation was carried out in order to ascertain whyAtriplex hastata, previously recorded as a nitrophilous plant, can colonise fly ash which has a low nitrogen content.Sinapis arvensis, a weed which does not grow on fly ash, was selected as a control plant. Solution-culture experiments showed that the two species differed in their responses to high and low levels of nitrogen, the growth rate ofS. arvensis being much more severely affected by low levels of 0 to 50 ppm.A. hastata was found to make very efficient use of its nitrogen supply. Both species grew better with nitrate than with ammonium nitrogen. InA. hastata, uptake of nitrogen was not influenced by pH when only nitrate was present. Where both nitrate and ammonium were available, nitrate was absorbed preferentially at low pH and ammonium at high pH. Some properties of fly ash which render it a suitable medium for growth ofA. hastata are discussed.  相似文献

In the fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster, both spermatogenesis and oogenesis rely on germ-line stem cells (GSCs). Intensive research has revealed many of the molecules and pathways that underlie GSC maintenance and differentiation in males and females. In this review, we discuss new studies that, some differences notwithstanding, highlight the similarities in the structural and molecular strategies used by the two sexes in GSC maintenance and differentiation. These include the tight control that somatic support cells exert on every aspect of GSC function and the similar molecular mechanisms for physical attachment, cell-cell signaling and gap-junction communication. Some common principles underlying GSC biology in the fly may be applied to stem cells in other organisms.  相似文献

Some characteristics of tsetse fly population dynamics were investigated using a matrix model. To take into account the peculiarities of the tsetse fly life cycle, the classic Leslie model was modified. Our model integrated the physiological age group of Glossina females, the pupal and adult survival rate and the pupal life span. The limit of the growth rate was studied and the results were satisfactory when compared with data of tsetse fly mass rearing. The effect of adult and pupal survival rates on the growth rate was examined and confirmed the importance of adult survival. The sensitivity analysis showed that the growth rate was particularly sensitive to change in the survival rate of young nulliparous females. This matrix model, directly accessible to the experimenter, enhanced our understanding of tsetse population dynamics.  相似文献

Some ladybeetles are specialist predators of aphids, coccids or other prey, although they often eat a variety of species from their focal prey taxon. In addition, the diet is often supplemented with alternative prey. How larvae of the aphidophagous Coccinella septempunctata L. utilize a non‐aphid alternative prey (fruit‐fly larvae Drosophila melonogaster Meigen) is compared with adequate (i.e. high‐quality) aphid prey provided alone (monotypic diet) or in mixed diets. The alternative prey are presented either nutrient‐enriched (i.e. raised on dog food supplemented medium) or not (raised on pure medium). Ladybird performance (survival, growth and development) is poor on the pure fly larvae diets, and also reduced when given mixed diets compared with the pure aphid diet. Nutrient enrichment of the fly larvae has no positive effects. The physiological background for the differences in food value, as indicated by performance in life‐history parameters, is a strong pre‐ingestive effect (i.e. reduced consumption of fly larvae compared with aphids) and a post‐ingestive effect (i.e. reduced utilization of assimilated larval fly tissue), whereas the assimilation efficiency of the consumed fly larvae is as high as that of aphids. The results show a physiological trade‐off resulting from prey specialization that reduces the possibility of utilizing alternative prey when the availability of aphids is scarce. Connected with this is a high robustness against variation in prey nutrient diversity and composition; the ladybird shows little positive response to dietary mixing (i.e. neither mixing of adequate aphids, nor of aphids and alternative prey) or to nutrient enrichment of prey. This contrasts with the results from generalist predators (spiders), where similar treatments lead to strong effects on life‐history parameters.  相似文献
