目的:市售SYD-4228生理学学生实验系统没有配置心电图导联电缆及导联选择装置,不能进行观察心电图的实验,为此研制本心电导联转换仪。方法:设计并制作兼容网络与导联输入电缆,组装成新型的转换仪。结果:本转换仪配合SYD系统在高血钾实验中使用,满足了SYD系统进行心电图实验的需要。结论:本转换仪既适用于SYD系统,也适用于各型心电图机,可以同步对比观察不同导联的心电图。  相似文献

目的:研制一种微机控制的大鼠多功能行为训练检测系统-梯度电压自动驱动大鼠及微机适时显示,记录和分析实验结果。方法:采用仿windows界面,以TurboC2.0编制,利用TC直接对硬件端口操作,完成信号的采集,处理和对实验仪器的控制。结果:本系统实现了:①梯度电压自动驱动;②声,光,电不同条件刺激;③多路径自动设置;④所没数据建立数据库以SAS软件处理其结果。结论:本系统自动化程度高,操作简便,数据处理科学、准确,尤其是还可用于听觉、视觉等特殊鼠记忆模型的建立。  相似文献

目的:建立一种自动控制颈动脉窦区灌流压的新方法。方法:采用AT89C2051单片计算机构成谦价实用的灌流控制器,钭它与LDB-M型电子蠕动泵、实验动物的颈动脉窦区构成自动灌流系统。结果及结论:该系统能对大鼠颈动脉窦区进行均匀斜坡升压,阶梯升压-降压灌流,并已用于压力感受器反射效应研究中,此系统能保证灌流曲线的准确性和可重复性。进一步提高了实验的技术水平。  相似文献

目的:通过实验研究牦牛骨胶对小鼠应激及免疫功能的影响。方法:采用昆明小鼠为实验对象,观察小鼠负重游泳、耐缺氧、高温和低温存活时间,以及正常小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬能力和溶血素抗体水平。结果:灌胃牦牛骨胶能明显增强小鼠耐缺氧、耐寒、抗疲劳的能力,也能增强小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能、明显升高免疫受抑小鼠的HC50,具有显著的抗应激和增强免疫功能的作用。  相似文献

目的:研究乳酸菌载体-宿主系统。方法:采用涂片染色和形态特征观察,用鉴别生化实验如过氧化氢酶实验,碳水化合物发酵产酸实验,精氨酸水解实验及抗生素抗性实验等对含有pMG36e质粒的乳酸菌MG1363,乳球菌IL1403和乳杆菌ATCC4356进行研究鉴定。结果:乳酸乳球菌乳脂亚种MG1363,乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种IL1403含有质粒pMG36e的MG1363致及嗜酸乳杆菌ATCC4356其表型特征分别与伯杰氏手册中相应细菌特征一致,质粒pMG36e含有红霉素抗性基因,结论:此乳酸菌宿主一载体系统可用载体来源的红霉素抗性进行筛选,用于外源基因在乳酸菌中克隆和表达的研究。  相似文献

目的:构建酵母双杂交系统“诱饵”质粒载体pGBKT7-TACE,并检测其是否具有自身激活及毒性作用。方法:从小鼠肝组织提取总RNA,用RT-PCR的方法获得TACE,克隆于pGBKT7载体上,酶切鉴定及序列分析,并检测pGBKT7-TACE在MATH-MAKER GAL4 Two-Hybrid System 3中的自激活和毒性作用。结果:本实验成功构建了“诱饵”质粒载体pGBKT7-TACE,并证明其在酵母双杂交系统中无自激活及毒性作用。结论:构建的诱饵质粒pGBKT7-TACE可应用在酵母双杂交系统中,为筛选小鼠cDNA文库中与TACE相互作用的蛋白奠定实验基础。  相似文献

目的:通过研究GX1-rmhTNFα对动物重要生命功能的影响,观察其主要药效学以外的药理作用,为临床研究和安全用药提供信息。方法:分别取大鼠、小鼠肌肉注射,测试GX1-rmhTNFα对动物中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统的影响。结果:GX1-rmhTNFα三个剂量组对动物中枢神经系统,呼吸系统,心血管系统无明显影响,与生理盐水对照组比较P〉0.05。结论:在本实验中,GX1-rmhTNFα对小鼠的中枢神经系统无明显影响,对大鼠呼吸系统,心血管系统无显著性影响,提示其不良反应小。  相似文献

目的:应用酵母双杂交技术,筛选与Gankyrin有相互作用的蛋白质。方法:应用酵母双杂交系统,以Gankyrin基因全长为诱饵,在人乳腺cDNA文库中筛选能与Gankyrin相互作用的蛋白质,并运用营养缺陷型培养基和X-α-Gal等实验提供的信息,筛除假阳性克隆。结果:以Gankyrin为诱饵筛选出了5个阳性克隆,对其中一个蛋白质RhoGDI2与Gankyrin进行了免疫共沉淀与GSTpull-down实验验证,证实了它们的相互作用。结论:Gankyrin能与RhoGDI2发生相互作用,在此基础上,可以开展Gankyrin调控肿瘤发生机制的研究。  相似文献

目的:采用常用的电子表格处理系统Microsoft Excel解决药学实验过程中遇到的数据分析问题。方法:应用工作表函数中内置的统计函数,以线性回归为例说明源数据的输入与结果返回的具体操作过程;对数据分析工具中的"描述统计"工具、t检验与方差分析,结合具体实例对药学实践中遇到的药学统计实际问题进行综合探讨。结果:用Excel表中内置的统计函数工具进行线性回归分析,方法简单、结果可靠;Excel表中的数据分析工具适用于日常药学实验数据分析过程中遇到的描述统计分析、t检验与方差分析。Excel与其它数据处理软件相比具有操作快捷、使用方便、计算精确、易于学习与掌握等优点。结论:Excel友好的界面,清晰的统计分析结果,使医药工作者在使用Excel的数据分析软件时会感到非常的方便快捷,灵活实用,值得在药学实践中应用推广。  相似文献

目的:探讨三级质控体系在预防压疮中的作用,有效控制压疮发生。方法:通过成立压疮护理三级质控体系即基层压疮护理小组、医院压疮管理小组及护理部压疮质控小组,改进压疮管理流程,强化护理人员专项技能,有效实施基础护理,从根本上预防压疮发生。结果:难免压疮发生率明显下降,患者对护理服务满意度提高。结论:三级质控体系能有效控制压疮发生,促进原发疾病痊愈,减轻患者经济负担,提高医院社会效益。  相似文献

目的:检测儿童的情绪能力,从而检验儿童情绪能力发展是否正常以及协助训练孤独症儿童的情绪能力。方法:设计了一套便携式的儿童情绪感知系统,检测儿童的情绪能力。本系统由心率信号采集模块,PC机端的软件以及情绪能力数据分析组成。结果:研制的儿童情绪能力感知系统具有便携、可穿戴等优点,能够准确地检测儿童情绪能力。结论:儿童情绪能力感知系统能够检测使用者的情绪能力,也能够在儿童情绪能力干预训练中记录孤独症儿童的情绪变化,为干预训练提供帮助。  相似文献

SUMMARY: OBIYagns (yet another gene network simulator) is a biochemical system simulator that comprises a multiple-user Web-based graphical interface, an ordinary differential equation solver and a parameter estimators distributed over an open bioinformatics grid (OBIGrid). This grid-based biochemical simulation system can achieve high performance and provide a secure simulation environment for estimating kinetic parameters in an acceptable time period. OBIYagns can be applied to larger system biology-oriented simulation projects. 常规方法和透明骨法制备昆明裂腹鱼的骨骼标本,记录观测结果并拍照,对其骨骼系统进行描述。其特征为脊椎数目在46~47之间,肋骨在18~19之间,咽骨上有三排咽齿,齿式呈2:3:5式。骨骼系统的形状和变化可以为裂腹鱼亚属的分类及演化提供分类方面的基础资料。  相似文献

SUMMARY: A computational tool for mitochondrial systems biology has been developed as a simulation model of E-Cell2, a publicly available simulation system. The general model consists of 58 enzymatic reactions and 117 metabolites, representing the respiratory chain, the TCA cycle, the fatty acid beta-oxidation and the inner-membrane transport system. It is based on previously published enzyme kinetics studies in the literature; we have successfully integrated and packaged them into a single large model. The model can be easily extended and modified so that mitochondrial biologists/physiologists can integrate their own models and evaluate them in the context of the whole organelle metabolism. AVAILABILITY: The mitochondrial model is bundled up with E-Cell2 simulation system, which can be downloaded from http://www.e-cell.org. MOTIVATION: Numerous database management systems have been developed for processing various taxonomic data bases on biological classification or phylogenetic information. In this paper, we present an integrated system to deal with interacting classifications and phylogenies concerning particular taxonomic groups. RESULTS: An information-theoretic view (taxon view) has been applied to capture taxonomic concepts as taxonomic data entities. A data model which is suitable for supporting semantically interacting dynamic views of hierarchic classifications and a query method for interacting classifications have been developed. The concept of taxonomic view and the data model can also be expanded to carry phylogenetic information in phylogenetic trees. We have designed a prototype taxonomic database system called HICLAS (HIerarchical CLAssification System) based on the concept of taxon view, and the data models and query methods have been designed and implemented. This system can be effectively used in the taxonomic revisionary process, especially when databases are being constructed by specialists in particular groups, and the system can be used to compare classifications and phylogenetic trees. BACKGROUND: Bistability in genetic networks allows cells to remember past events and to make discrete decisions in response to graded signals. Bistable behavior can result from positive feedback, but feedback loops can have other roles in signal transduction as well. RESULTS: We introduced positive feedback into the budding-yeast pheromone response to convert it into a bistable system. In the presence of feedback, transient induction with high pheromone levels caused persistent pathway activation, whereas at lower levels a fraction of cells became persistently active but the rest inactivated completely. We also generated mutations that quantitatively tuned the basal and induced expression levels of the feedback promoter and showed that they qualitatively changed the behavior of the system. Finally, we developed a simple stochastic model of our positive-feedback system and showed the agreement between our simulations and experimental results. CONCLUSIONS: The positive-feedback loop can display several different behaviors, including bistability, and can switch between them as a result of simple mutations.  相似文献

Problem: A series of long‐term field experiments is described, with particular reference to monitoring and quality control. This paper addresses problems in data‐management of particular importance for long‐term studies, including data manipulation, archiving, quality assessment, and flexible retrieval for analysis Method: The problems were addressed using a purpose‐built database system, using commercial software and running under Microsoft Windows. Conclusion: The database system brings many advantages compared to available software, including significantly improved quality checking and access. The query system allows for easy access to data sets thus improving the efficiency of analysis. Quality assessments of the initial dataset demonstrated that the database system can also provide general insight into types and magnitudes of error in data‐sets. Finally, the system can be generalised to include data from a number of different projects, thus simplifying data manipulation for meta‐analysis.  相似文献
