目的探讨单纯小梁切除术与复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法将2015年6月~2016年5月我院收治行手术治疗的74例青光眼患者作为研究对象,按手术方案不同分为两组,A组行单纯小梁切除术,B组行复合式小梁切除术,评价比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 B组浅前房发生率为5.40%明显低于A组的24.32%,功能性滤过泡率为91.89%明显高于A组的72.97%,眼压完全控制率为89.19%明显高于A组的64.86%,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效较单纯小梁切除术更为显著。  相似文献

Nitric oxide has attracted considerable interest from plant pathologists due its established role in regulating mammalian anti-microbial defences, particularly via programmed cell death (PCD). Although NO plays a major role in plant PCD elicited in response to certain types of pathogenic challenge, the race-specific hypersensitive response (HR), it is now evident that NO also acts in the regulation of non-specific, papilla-based resistance to penetration by plant cells that survive attack and, possibly, in systemic acquired resistance. Equally, the potential roles of NO signalling/scavenging within the pathogen are being recognized. This review will consider key defensive roles played by NO in living cells during plant-pathogen interactions, as well as in those undergoing PCD.  相似文献

The contents of K, Cl and Na in the mucus containing compartments of rat small intestine epithelium were examined with X-ray microanalysis. Measurements of concentration were made on sections prepared according to techniques based on cryofixation of soft biological tissues. The concentration of potassium and chlorine within the brush border region and in the secretion product of goblet cells is 200 mM and 90 mM, respectively, while sodium concentration was lower than the detection limit of 20 mM of the method used.  相似文献

Mechanisms involved in cold hardiness of cocoons of the lumbricid earthworm Dendrobaena octaedra were elucidated by osmometric and calorimetric studies of water relations in cocoons exposed to subzero temperatures. Fully hydrated cocoons contained ca. 3 g water · g dry weight-1; about 15% of this water (0.5 g·g dry weight-1) was osmotically inactive or bound. The melting point of the cocoon fluids in fully hydrated cocoons was-0.20°C. Exposure to frozen surroundings initially resulted in supercooling of the cocoons dehydrated (as a result of the vapour pressure difference at a given temperature between supercooled water and ice) to an extent where the vapour pressure of water in the body fluids was in equilibrium with the surrounding ice. This resulted in a profound dehydration of the cocoons, even at mild freezing exposures, and a concomitant slight reduction in the amount of osmotically inactive water. At temperatures around-8°C, which cocoons readily survive, almost all (>97%) osmotically active water had been withdrawn from the cocoons. It is suggested that cold injuries in D. octaedra cocoons observed at still lower temperatures may be related to the degree of dehydration, and possibly to the loss of all osmotically active water. The study indicates that ice formation in the tissues is prevented by equilibrating the body fluid melting point with the exposure temperature. This winter survival mechanism does not conform with the freeze tolerance/freeze avoidance classification generally applied to cold-hardy poikilotherms.
