Introduction

Our aim was to compare the longitudinal lung function growth of Mexican children and adolescents with the collated spirometric reference proposed for international use and with that of Mexican-Americans from the National Health State Examination Survey III (NHANES) III study.

Materials and Methods

A cohort of Mexican children in third year of primary school was followed with spirometry twice a year through secondary school. Multilevel mixed-effects lineal models separated by gender were fit for the spirometric variables of 2,641 respiratory-healthy Mexican children expressed as Z-scores of tested reference equations. Impact of adjustment by sitting height on differences with Mexican-American children was observed in a subsample of 1,987 children.

Results

At same gender, age, and height, Mexican children had increasingly higher forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) and Forced vital capacity (FVC) than the children from the collated reference study (mean Z-score, 0.68 for FEV1 and 0.51 for FVC) and than Mexican-American children (Z-score, 0.23 for FEV1 and 0.21 for FVC) respectively. Differences with Mexican-Americans were not reduced by adjusting by sitting height.

Conclusions

For reasons that remain unclear, the gender-, age-, and height-adjusted lung function of children from Mexico City is higher than that reported by several international studies.  相似文献

目的:探讨沙丁胺醇、布地奈德不同雾化吸入联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血气指标和肺功能的影响。方法:选取本院2015年1月至2018年10月期间收治的210例AECOPD住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗)、持续雾化组(沙丁胺醇、布地奈德持续雾化治疗+头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠)、先后雾化组(先给予沙丁胺醇雾化、后给予布地奈德雾化治疗+头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠),每组各70例,对比三组的临床疗效、血气指标、肺功能及不良反应。结果:先后雾化组总有效率为91.43%,高于持续雾化组的78.57%及对照组的67.14%(P0.05)。先后雾化组患者治疗5天后氧分压(PaO_2)、氧饱和度(SaO_2)高于持续雾化组及对照组,且持续雾化组高于对照组(P0.05);先后雾化组患者治疗5天后二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)低于持续雾化组及对照组,且持续雾化组低于对照组(P0.05)。先后雾化组患者第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼吸容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV_1/FVC%)、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_1%)高于持续雾化组及对照组,且持续雾化组高于对照组(P0.05)。三组不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:沙丁胺醇、布地奈德先后雾化吸入联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗AECOPD患者疗效确切,可提高患者肺功能,改善血气相关指标。  相似文献

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平与肺功能及炎性因子的相关性,并分析其诊断价值。方法:选取2013年6月-2018年6月中国人民解放军第970医院收治的204例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者作为研究对象,其中COPD稳定期患者132例作为COPD稳定组,AECOPD患者72例作为AECOPD组。另选取同期于中国人民解放军第970医院进行健康体检的50例健康体检者作为健康组。比较三组受试者血清SAA水平、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平及肺功能,采用Pearson相关性分析AECOPD患者血清SAA水平与肺功能及炎性因子的相关性,并分析SAA对AECOPD的诊断价值。结果:AECOPD组患者血清SAA、PCT、CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平较COPD稳定组及健康组升高(P0.05),COPD稳定组患者血清SAA、IL-6、IL-8、PCT、CRP水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);AECOPD组患者第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼吸容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC%)、第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)低于COPD稳定组及健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),COPD稳定组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC%、FEV1%低于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,AECOPD患者血清SAA水平与IL-8、IL-6、CRP、PCT呈正相关,与FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%、FEV1、FVC呈负相关(P0.05)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线结果显示,SAA对AECOPD诊断的敏感度为80.85%,特异度为80.07%,曲线下面积为0.832。结论:AECOPD患者血清SAA水平明显升高,其与患者肺功能及炎症因子存在相关性,具有较高的诊断价值,可用于AECOPD患者病情的评估。  相似文献

ObjectiveTo report the distribution of glycated hemoglobin (hemoglobin A1c or A1C) in whole blood collected from a cohort of high school students with use of a capillary method.MethodsStudents were recruited from the Diabetes Risk Factor Screening Study conducted in Santa Barbara, California, high schools. Height and weight were measured on portable equipment. Blood was collected by finger stick and analyzed immediately for A1C on the DCA 2000 + analyzer. Students also completed a brief survey that included specification of race or ethnicity and family history of diabetes.ResultsBetween the years 2001 and 2005, A1C was measured in 2,640 14-to 18-year-old high school students. The mean A1C was 4.91%, SE was 0.01%, and range was from 3.5% to 8.5%, including 2 outliers. Both of these students were found to have previously unrecognized type 2 diabetes mellitus. Male subjects had an A1C that was slightly but significantly higher than that in female subjects (difference = 0.05%; P < .001), subjects with a family history of diabetes in a first-degree relative had higher A1C values than those without such a family history (difference = 0.10%; P = .001), and subjects with a body mass index ≥ 95% had higher A1C values than did those with a lower body mass index (difference = 0.011%; P < .001). Non-Hispanic white students had A1C concentrations that were significantly lower than those of African American or Latino students. Age had little effect on the A1C.ConclusionThe A1C distribution in the total study population in this survey was identical to the distribution reported previously with use of the high-performance liquid chromatographic method. Serum concentration of nitric oxide metabolites (NOx) is associated with cardiovascular disease risk factors in pediatrics. The aim of this study was to determine sex- and age-specific reference ranges for serum NOx concentrations in pediatrics. Serum NOx levels were measured in 401 subjects (189 boys and 212 girls), aged 4–19 years, using the Griess method. Study subjects selected from participants of Tehran lipid and glucose study, an ongoing cohort study aimed at determining of noncommunicable disease risk factors among Tehranian subjects. The International Federation of Clinical Chemistry guidelines and the robust method were used for determining reference values for sample sizes greater or less than 120 respectively. The 95% reference values for serum NOx concentrations were 13.6–69.2, 11.4–66.0, and 12.2–69.4 μmol/L in boys, girls, and total population respectively. The upper limit of serum NOx was 28% lower in otherwise healthy overweight and obese boys while it was 6% higher in overweight and obese girls, for both groups compared to their corresponding normal weight subjects. In conclusion, this study, for the first time, reports reference values for serum NOx levels in healthy children and adolescents.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨围手术期应用不同剂量氨溴索对行单孔腔镜肺叶切除及淋巴结清扫术的肺癌患者的作用。方法:选取本院2017年1月至2018年12月期间收治的124例肺癌患者作为受试者,结合患者意愿按随机数字表法将受试者分为小剂量组(n=41)、中剂量组(n=41)和大剂量组(n=42),术前1d开始给予氨溴索静脉滴注,术后持续7d,比较各组患者临床症状、治疗前后的肺功能、炎症因子、T细胞亚群水平变化及不良反应发生率。结果:大剂量组咳痰容易人数所占比例高于小剂量组,痰液稀薄人数所占比例高于中剂量组及小剂量组(P<0.05)。治疗后大剂量组第一秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)高于中剂量组、小剂量组(P<0.05)。治疗后各组炎症因子水平均高于治疗前,且随着剂量的升高,C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平呈降低的趋势(P<0.05)。随着剂量的升高,治疗后的 CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均呈升高趋势,CD8+呈降低趋势(P<0.05)。各组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:肺癌患者行单孔腔镜肺叶切除及淋巴结清扫术围手术期应用120mg氨溴索,可加快患者术后恢复,保护患者肺功能,抑制炎症反应,改善患者的免疫功能和临床症状。  相似文献

An imbalance between oxidative stress and antioxidative capacity may play an important role in the development and progression of bronchial asthma (BA) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). We carried out a study to assess the systemic oxidant–antioxidant status during the exacerbation and the stable period in patients with BA and COPD. A total of 33 patients, 16 with BA and 17 with COPD were included in the study. During the exacerbation and the stable periods, levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px), glutathione reductase (GRd), and catalase (CAT) in erythrocytes and serum melatonin concentrations were investigated. Blood counts, respiratory functions, and blood gases of the patients were also performed. During an exacerbation period of BA, despite the decreases in GSH‐Px, GRd and melatonin levels, MDA and CAT levels, and the white blood cell count, the percentage of eosinophils were significantly higher than in the stable period. Also, it was found that FEV1/L (where FEV1 is the forced expiratory volume in 1 s), FVC/L (where FVC is forced vital capacity), PEF/L/s (where PEF is peak expiratory flow), pO2 (where pO2 is oxygen pressure) levels increased during the stable period in patients with BA. MDA and SOD values were higher in the exacerbation period than in the stable period although GSH‐Px, GRd, melatonin, pH, and pO2 values were lower in the exacerbation period than in the stable period. The blood counts and the respiratory function tests did not change between the exacerbation and the stable period of patients with COPD significantly. In conclusion, we observed that oxidative stress in the exacerbation period of patients with BA and COPD increased whereas the antioxidant enzymes and melatonin values reduced. Children who grow up in developing countries of the world must work to help financially support their families, and they must also attend school. We investigated the impact of work on the sleep of working vs. nonworking high school students. Twenty-seven São Paulo, Brazil, public high school students (eight male and eight female working students plus six nonworking female and five nonworking male students) 14–18 yrs of age who attended school Monday–Friday between 19:00 to 22:30 h participated. A comprehensive questionnaire about work and living conditions, health status, and diseases and their symptoms was also answered. The activity level and rest pattern (sleep at night and napping during the day) were continuously assessed by wrist actigraphy (Ambulatory Monitoring, USA). The main variables were analyzed by a two-factor ANOVA with application of the Tukey HSD test for multiple comparisons, and the length of sleep during weekdays vs. weekends was compared by Student t-test. Working students went to sleep earlier weekends [F(1,23) = 6.1; p = 0.02] and woke up earlier work days than nonworking students [F(1,23) = 17.3; p = 0.001]. The length of nighttime sleep during weekdays was shorter among all the working [F(1,23) = 16.7; p < 0.001] than all the nonworking students. The sleep duration of boys was shorter than of girls during weekends [F(1,23) = 10.8; p < 0.001]. During weekdays, the duration of napping by working and nonworking male students was shorter than nonworking female students. During weekdays, working girls took the shortest naps [F(1,23) = 5.6; p = 0.03]. The most commonly reported sleep complaint during weekdays was difficulty waking up in the morning [F(1,23) = 6.5; p = 0.02]. During weekdays, the self-perceived sleep quality of working students was worse than nonworking students [F(1,23) = 6.2; p = 0.02]. The findings of this study show that work has negative effects on the sleep of adolescents, with the possible build-up of a chronic sleep debt with potential consequent impact on quality of life and school learning.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中血清亲环素A(CyPA)、趋化因子CX3CL1以及其他炎性指标的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年6月本院收治的COPD患者120例作为研究对象,其中68例患者为急性加重期组,52例患者为稳定期组;另选取体检健康者45例作为对照组。收集所有受试者的临床资料,检测其血清中CyPA、CX3CL1、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)以及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平,比较3组患者各参数的差异,并与肺功能进行相关性分析,比较急性加重期患者治疗前后各指标的差异。结果:急性加重期组患者的血清 CyPA、CX3CL1、CRP、IL-6、MMP-9水平均明显高于稳定期组和对照组患者,稳定期组患者的血清 CyPA、CX3CL1、CRP、IL-6、MMP-9水平均明显高于对照组患者(均P<0.05);而急性加重期组患者的第1s用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1s用力呼气量(FEV1)与用力肺活量(FVC)的比值(FEV1%)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)以及最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)明显低于稳定期组和对照组患者,稳定期组患者的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MMEF明显低于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。COPD患者的血清CyPA、CX3CL1、CRP、IL-6、MMP-9水平与FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MMEF呈负相关(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比较,急性加重期组患者在治疗后血清CyPA、CX3CL1、CRP、IL-6、MMP-9水平明显下降,而FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MMEF明显上升(均P<0.05)。结论:COPD患者的血清CyPA、CX3CL1、CRP、IL-6、MMP-9水平可在一定程度上预测患者的严重程度,同时也可以作为急性加重期治疗后效果的评价指标。  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨莫西沙星联合纤维支气管镜药物灌注对耐多药肺结核患者T细胞亚群、肺功能和肝功能的影响。方法:选取2017年2月~2018年12月期间我院收治的90例耐多药肺结核患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45,常规基础治疗)和研究组(n=45,莫西沙星联合纤维支气管镜药物灌注),比较两组患者痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率、T细胞亚群、肺功能和肝功能。结果:研究组治疗6个月后的痰菌转阴率为88.89%(40/45),高于对照组的68.89%(31/45)(P<0.05)。研究组治疗6个月后的病灶吸收率为84.44%(38/45),高于对照组的64.44%(29/45)(P<0.05)。两组治疗6个月后第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)占预计值百分比、总蛋白(TP)、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、CD8+均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:莫西沙星联合纤维支气管镜药物灌注治疗耐多药肺结核,可有效阻止疾病进展,同时在改善患者T细胞亚群、肺功能和肝功能方面效果显著。  相似文献

Backgrounds/objectives

Evidence on the association between physical activity and lung function in children is sparse. The aim of this study was to evaluate children’s lung function growth in relation to their physical activity level in Chinese children.

Methods

A total of 1713 school children aged 9.89±0.86 years who were asthma-free at baseline were followed-up for 18 months from 2006 to 2008 in Guangzhou, China. Information on physical activity and other socio-economic status were obtained from self-administered questionnaires. Lung function tests were performed with a standard procedure.

Results

At the baseline survey, physically active girls had significantly higher forced vital capacity (FVC) than inactive girls (1.79 l vs. 1.75 l, p<0.05). The growth rates for lung function indices were significantly higher for girls who were physically active at either or both follow-up surveys than those inactive at both surveys during the follow-up period forced expiratory flows at 25% (FEF25) difference per year (dpy) (0.20 l/s vs. 0.15 l/s), forced expiratory flows at 75% (FEF75) dpy (0.57 l/s vs. 0.45 l/s) and forced expiratory flows between 25% and 75% (FEF25-75) dpy (0.36 l/s vs. 0.28 l/s) (all p<0.05).

Conclusions

Physical activity is positively associated with lung function growth among Chinese school-aged girls. Promotion of physical activity among children is of great importance.  相似文献

The quantum yield of P-700 triplet state formation has been found from flash-induced absorption studies in the microsecond time range to be 0.45 and 0.35 at 294 K and 6–20 K, respectively, in CP1-SDS particles which lack the secondary acceptors. From these quantum yield measurements, yields of formation of the P-700 triplet state from the primary biradical (P-700+–A0) were calculated to be around 0.6 at both temperatures, whereas double-laser flash experiments allowed us to derive upper limits for this yield (0.84 at 294 K and 0.79 at 20 K). These values agree with the high values that have been previously calculated from an earlier absorption study (Sétif, P., Hervo, G. and Mathis, P. (1981) Biochim. Biophys. Acta 638, 257–267) but appear significantly higher than the yield calculated from EPR experiments (5–10%) (Gast, P., Swarthoff, T., Ebskamp, F.C.R. and Hoff, A.J. (1983) Biochim. Biophys. Acta 722, 163–175). Possible explanations for this discrepancy are discussed. From absorption studies in the submicrosecond time range as well as from double-laser flash experiments, the lifetime of the biradical (P-700+–A0), from which the P-700 triplet state is formed by recombination, has been measured to increase from 30–50 ns at room temperature up to 120–130 ns between 10 and 110K.  相似文献

Size-dependent structural patterns in the conductive bronchial tree of four species of myomorph rodents of different body weight were determined by lung casts. The lungs of the harvest mouse, Micromys minutus, body weight 5–7 g, the house mouse, Mus musculus, body weight 35–45 g, the brown rat, Rattus norvegicus, body weight 200–400 g, and the African giant pouched rat, Cricetomys gambianus, body weight 1,200–1,800 g, were inflated to 20 cm H2O, frozen, freeze-dried, hardened, and filled with silicone rubber. The casts were pruned, and branching pattern, diameter, and volume of the conductive bronchial tree were determined using a binocular magnifier. All four species have four lobes on the right lung and an undivided left lung, and the central bronchial tree on either side shows an identical monopodial branching pattern. Although the ramification of the central conductive bronchi is not size-dependent, the diameter and volume are. The diameter of the left main bronchus equals 1.24% of body length in Micromys and 0.6% in Cricetomys, and the conductive bronchial tree makes up 13% of the total lung volume in Micromys and 6% in Cricetomys. Relatively wider airways and a decline in airway resistance with declining body mass in small mammals compared to large ones result in a high ventilatory dead space, which is compensated for by a higher breathing frequency. © 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

This study was conducted to examine the effects of varying N rates and cropping systems (mixedversus pure stand) on the suitability of oats (Avena sativa L.) for estimating N2 fixed in sequentially harvested vetch (Vicia sativa L.) over two growing seasons (1984–85 and 1985–86). The N rates were, 20 and 100 kg N ha–1 in 1984–85 and 15 and 60 kg N ha–1 in 1985–86. In the 1984–85 season, vetch at maturity derived 76 and 63% N from fixation at the high and low N rates respectively. The corresponding values for the second season were 66 and 42%. Except in the 1985–86 season when some significantly higher values of % N2 fixed were estimated by using the reference crop grown at the higher (A-value approach) than at the lower N rate (isotope-dilution approach), both approaches resulted in similar measurements of N2 fixed. In the 1984–85 season, similar values of N2 fixed were obtained using either the pure or mixed stand oats reference crops. Although in the 1985–86 season, the mixed reference crop occasionally estimated lower % N2 fixed than pure oats, total N2 fixed estimates were always similar (P<0.05). Thus, in general, N fertilization and cropping system of the reference crop did not significantly influence estimates of N2 fixation.  相似文献

Non smoking, male professional firemen-divers (n = 20) underwent two pulmonary function tests (PFT) separated by 8–9 years. Measured data were compared to European Coal Steel Community recommended reference values to permit cross-sectional and then longitudinal studies. Higher vital capacity (VC) and forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1; bothP<0.001), and lower residual volume (P<0.01) were observed in both PFT. Longitudinal analysis showed a smaller VC reduction than FEV1 reduction, leading to a FEV1/VC percentage decrease with time. Maximal mid expiratory flow (MMEF) and MMEF/VC changes during this 9-year period showed an unusually pronounced decrease, suggesting possible chronic effects of diving on small airways. Thus, it is suggested from our observations that a hyperbaric stimulus compensates in part for the effects of aging on VC and that obstructive disease could occur in subjects with long diving experience.  相似文献

Carpophilus hemipterus is an important cosmopolitan pest species that causes high economic losses in fruits before and after harvest. In this study, 0–2 d old eggs, 12 d old mature larvae and 1 week old adults of C. hemipterus were exposed to a modified atmosphere with low oxygen and high carbon dioxide content (2.1% O2 + 90% CO2 + 7.9% N2) for 48–120 h at 20 °C and 75 ± 5% relative humidity. Time-mortality responses were subjected to probit analysis, and the difference between lethal exposure times (LTs) for the different life stages were compared using a lethal dose ratio test. LT95 values were recorded as 221.83 h, 82.79 h and 65.31 h for egg, larval and adult stages, respectively. The statistical difference between LT95 values was significant and egg stage was found to be more tolerant than the other two life stages. In addition, the larvae were found to be more tolerant than adults. According to the results of this study, a long time was needed to control the eggs of C. hemipterus.  相似文献

Aims and Objectives

To assess the prevalence of cardiovascular disease risk among urban public school students through a collaborative school district and university partnership.

Methods

Children and adolescents in grades K-12 from 24 urban public schools participated in measurements of height, weight, and other health metrics during the 2009–2010 school year. Body mass index (BMI) percentiles and z-scores were computed for 4673 students. President’s Challenge 1-mile endurance run was completed by 1075 students ages 9–19 years. Maximal oxygen consumption (⩒O2max) was predicted using an age-, sex-, and BMI-specific formula to determine health-related fitness. Resting blood pressure (BP) was assessed in 1467 students. Regression analyses were used to compare BMI z-scores, fitness, and age- and sex-specific BP percentiles across grade levels. Chi-square tests were used to explore the effect of sex and grade-level on health-related outcomes.

Results

Based on BMI, 19.8% were categorized as overweight and 24.4% were obese. Included in the obese category were 454 students (9.7% of sample) classified with severe obesity. Using FITNESSGRAM criteria, 50.2% of students did not achieve the Healthy Fitness Zone (HFZ); the proportion of students in the Needs Improvement categories increased from elementary to middle school to high school. Male students demonstrated higher fitness than female students, with 61.4% of boys and only 35.4% of girls meeting HFZ standards. Elevated BP was observed among 24% of 1467 students assessed. Systolic and diastolic BP z-scores revealed low correlation with BMI z-scores.

Conclusions

A community-university collaboration identified obesity, severe obesity, overweight, and low aerobic fitness to be common risk factors among urban public school students.  相似文献

目的:比较不同液体复苏在腹部多发伤导致的失血性休克救治中的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年12月我院救治的因高处坠落、交通事故等意外事件导致腹部多发伤且失血性休克的患者83例,根据入院时间分为2组,对照组(于2017年7月至2018年7月入院治疗)和研究组(于2018年8月至2019年12月入院治疗)。在治疗过程中,对照组采用常规充分液体复苏;研究组采用限制性液体复苏。观察和比较两组患者临床治疗效果、血液酸度及其他相关指标。结果:复苏后,两组动脉血氧分压(Partial arterial oxygen pressure, PaO2)均较复苏前显著下降(P<0.05),对照组PaO2较研究组更明显,在复苏后90 min、120 min,对照组PaO2明显低于研究组(P<0.05)。两组复苏后动脉血二氧化碳分压(Partial pressure of blood carbon dioxide, Pa CO2)均呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势,对照组Pa CO2均显著高于研究组(P<0.05)。从复苏前到复苏后,两组p H值均呈现先降后升的变化趋势,同时在复苏后90 min、120 min研究组p H值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与复苏前相比,两组复苏后PT值均显著上升(P<0.05),研究组复苏后90 min、120 min PT值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),复苏后谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase, ALT)、谷草转氨酶(Aspartate aminotransferase, AST)及肌酐水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组共有9例(22.50%)患者出现并发症或死亡,研究组共有5例(11.62%)患者出现并发症,无死亡;不良预后发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹部多发伤失血性休克患者而言,采用早期限制性液体复苏可有效恢复患者血容量,对血液携氧能力、肝肾功能影响较小,安全性高,有利于患者预后恢复。  相似文献

BackgroundThe six-second spirometry has been proposed as an alternative to diagnose airflow limitation, although its prognostic value in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) remains unknown. The purpose of this study was to determine the prognostic value of the postbronchodilator forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1)/forced expiratory volume in 6 seconds (FEV6) ratio and FEV6 in COPD patients.ConclusionsIn a general COPD outpatient population, airflow obstruction assessed by the FEV1/FEV6 is an independent risk factor for both death and hospitalization.  相似文献

Summary Nodal cuttings of Eucalyptus camaldulensis L. plantlets were cultured photoautotrophically (sugar-free nutrient medium and with enriched CO2 and high photosynthetic photon flux) in a scaled-up vessel (volume 4.0 liters) under forced ventilation (SV-treatment). After 28 d of culture, physiological aspects of the plantlets were compared with plantlets grown photomixotrophically (20 g l−1 sucrose in the medium) in a Magenta vessel (volume 0.4 liters) under natural ventilation (control). In the SV-treatment net photosynthetic rates were enhanced, normal stomatal closing and opening were observed, and the epicuticular leaf-wax content was significantly higher than the control. The anatomical study showed well-organized palisade and spongy mesophyll layers of SV leaves. The SV-treatment also allowed in vitro acclimatization, and after transplanting ex vitro, the transpiration rate and the percent water loss was lower than those of the control and thus the SV plantlets acclimatized easily ex vitro.  相似文献
