The reactions of Me(Ph)SnCl2 and Et(Ph)SnCl2 with 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(thiosemicarbazone) (H2DAPTSC) afforded the complexes [Me(Ph)Sn(HDAPTSC)]Cl · 1.25MeOH (1) and [Et(Ph)Sn(H2DAPTSC)]Cl2 · MeOH · H2O (2), respectively. Single-crystal X-ray crystallography showed that in both complexes the ligand, monodeprotonated in 1 and neutral in 2, is S(1),S(2),N(3),N(4),N(5)-coordinated, and the coordination geometry around the metal can be described as a distorted pentagonal bipyramid with the aryl and alkyl groups in axial positions. 1H and 119Sn NMR studies of solution in DMSO suggest that 2 dissociates completely in this solvent, while 1 evolves to the new complex [Me(Ph)Sn(DAPTSC)], with release of H2DAPTSC and Me(Ph)SnCl2. These conclusions were also supported by conductivity measurements.  相似文献

Three isomers (nongeminal cis-2,4,6 (2); nongeminal trans-2,4,6 (3); geminal 2,2,4 (4)) were isolated from the reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene (trimer) (1) with diethylene glycol monobutyl ether (DEGBE). The substitution reactions of cis-tris isomer (2) with 3-amino-1-propanol were investigated under different solutions conditions to provide amphiphilic phosphazene (5). All of compounds were characterized by using elemental analysis, 31P NMR and mass spectroscopies. Thermosensitive properties of compound 5 were studied. The compound 5 is soluble in both water and organic media. This indicates that compound 5 is an amphiphilic molecule. Concentration-dependent LCST (Lower Critical Solution Temperature) behavior of 5 was measured in water. Compound 5 exhibited a reversible and thermosensitive phase transition in aqueous medium, from soluble to insoluble states. Compound 5 showed LCST at 37 °C (for 7 wt.% concentration) which is near to body temperature.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ti(cp)2(BTMSA)] (1) (cp = η5-C5Me5, BTMSA = bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene) with malonic acids ((HOOC)2CR2, R = H, Me) and N,N-dimethylglycine resulted in the formation of titanium(IV) dicarboxylato complexes [Ti(cp)2{(OOC)2CR2}] (R = H, 2; R = Me, 3) and an α-amino acid titanium(III) complex [Ti(cp)2(OOCCH2NMe2)] (4). The identities of complexes 2-4 were confirmed by microanalysis, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy (2, 3), ESI-MS and CID experiments (2, 3) as well as by ESR and magnetic measurements (μeff = 1.81, 298 K) for 4. Single X-ray diffraction analyses of 2 and 4 exhibited monomolecular complexes in which the titanium atom is distorted tetrahedrally coordinated by two η5-C5Me5 rings and by the chelating bound malonato-κ2O,O′ (2) and N,N-dimethylglycinato-κ2O,O′ ligand (4).  相似文献

Several complexes of TPPMn-L, where TPP is the dianion of tetraphenylporphyrin and L is monoanion of 4-methylphenylcyanamide (4-Mepcyd) (1), 2,4-dimethylphenylcyanamide (2,4-Me2pcyd) (2), 3,5-dimethylphenylcyanamide (3,5-Me2pcyd) (3), 4-methoxyphenylcyanamide (4-MeOpcyd) (4), phenylcyanamide (pcyd) (5), 2-chlorophenylcyanamide (2-Clpcyd) (6), 2,5-dichlorophenylcyanamide (2,5-Cl2pcyd) (7), 2,6-dichlorophenylcyanamide (2,6-Cl2pcyd) (8), 4-bromophenylcyanamide (4-Brpcyd) (9), and 2,3,4,5-tetrachlorophenylcyanamide (2,3,4,5-Cl4pcyd) (10), have been prepared from the reaction of TPPMnCl and thallium salt of related phenylcyanamide. Each of the complexes has been characterized by IR, UV-Vis and 1H NMR spectroscopies.4-Methylphenylcyanamidotetraphenylporphyrin manganese(III) crystallized with one molecule of solvent CHCl3 in the triclinic crystal system and space group with the following unit cell parameters of: a = 11.596(6) Å; b = 11.768(9) Å; c = 17.81(2) Å; and α, β, γ are 88.91(9)°, 88.16(7)°, 67.90(5)°, respectively; V = 2251(3) Å3; Z = 2. A total of 4234 reflections with I > 2σ(I) were used to refine the structure to R = 0.0680 and Rw = 0.2297. The Mn(III) shows slightly distorted square pyramidal coordination with the 4-methylphenylcyanamide in the axial position, coordinated from nitrile nitrogen. The reduction of each of the TPPMn-L complexes was also examined in dichloromethane and spectroelectrochemical behavior of (1) was investigated and compared to TPPMnCl.  相似文献

Reaction of CdCl2 with N-alkylaminopyrazole ligands 1-[(2-ethylamino)ethyl]-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (deae), 1-[(2-(tert-butylamino)ethyl)]-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (deat), bis-[(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methyl]ethylamine (bdmae), and bis-[(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)ethyl]ethylamine (ddae) in absolute ethanol yields [CdCl2(NN′)] (NN′ = deae (1), deat (2)), [CdCl2(bdmae)] (3), and [CdCl(ddae)]2[CdCl4] (4). The Cd(II) complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, IR, 1H, 13C{1H} and 113Cd NMR spectroscopies, and X-ray diffraction methods. 1H and 113Cd NMR experiments at variable temperature for 3 and 4 show that dynamic processes are taking place in solution. We report the measurements of 113Cd NMR chemical shift data for complexes 1-4 in solution. X-ray crystal structures for complexes 2 and 3 have been determined. The Cd(II) is coordinated to the deat ligand, in 2, by one nitrogen atom of the pyrazolyl group and one nitrogen atom of the amine. It finishes a tetrahedral geometry with two chlorine atoms. The bdmae ligand is linked to Cd(II), in 3, by two nitrogens atoms of the pyrazolyl groups and one amine nitrogen, along with two chlorine atoms, in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry.  相似文献

Single crystal X-ray diffraction structure determination of tetra-n-butylammonium tricyanomethylisocyanideplatinate(II) (1) show that the complex does not feature stacking of the anions or significant Pt-Pt orbital interactions. The cis-dicyanobismethylisocyanideplatinum(II) (2) and cis-dicyanobisethylisocyanideplatinum(II) (3) complexes do crystallize with the platinum atoms collinear with one another but with a Pt-Pt separation distance on the order of 3.5 Å, which is too great for significant orbital overlap. In each of the complexes studied, the Pt-CNR bond lengths of the isocyanides are shorter than the Pt-CN bond lengths of the cyanide ligands. Additionally, each of these complexes have Pt-CNR bond distances marginally shorter than in the parent complex, [Pt(CNR)4][BF4]2 (5). The shortened Pt-CNR distances in the mixed complexes are consistent with the isocyanide ligand being a stronger π-acid than the cyanide ligand, resulting in a preferred cis configuration of the mixed ligand complexes. In solution, the NMR spectra of these complexes are unusual because they display 195Pt-14N and 1H-14N coupling with high resolution. The NMR parameters of these complexes are compared with those of and (R = CH3 or C2H5).  相似文献

The reactions of 1 equiv. of the ligand 3-(ethoxycarbonylmethyl-pyridin-2-ylmethyl-amino)-propionic acid methyl ester (2) with the Re(V) starting materials [ReOX3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) in refluxing chloroform yielded the Re(V)-oxo dihalide complexes [ReOX2{(C5H4NCH2)N(CH2CO2)(C2H4CO2CH3)}] (X = Cl, 3; X = Br, 4). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and X-ray crystallography. Complex 3 displays distorted octahedral coordination geometry with the tridentate ligand coordinating facially to the Re(V) center. The carboxylate oxygen atom occupies an axial site trans to the ReO bond. The two chlorine atoms consequently adopt a cis configuration.  相似文献

In order to further understand the coordination chemistry of diazamesocyclic systems, a series of mononuclear NiII complexes with 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH) functionalized by additional imidazole or pyridine donor pendants, including [NiL1](ClO4)2 · H2O (1), [NiL1Cl](ClO4) (2), [NiL2Cl](ClO4) · CH3OH (3), [NiL2Cl][NiL2](ClO4)3 (4) and [NiL3](ClO4)2 (5), where L1 = 1,4-bis(N-1-methylimidazol-2-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, L2 = 1,4-bis(pyridyl-2-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, and L3 = 1,4-bis-(imidazol-4-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, have been prepared and characterized. A detailed study on the solid structures and solution spectra of these complexes indicates that tetradentate ligands L1, L2 and L3 would lead to new NiII complexes with different coordination environments in the solid states and solution. The N-methyl substituted imidazole functionalized ligand L1 forms green compound 2 and yellow product 1; while the pyridine functionalized ligand L2 affords red product 4 and green complex 3; the ligand L3 results in only one stable mononuclear NiII product 5. The solution behaviors of these interesting compounds were also investigated by UV-Vis technique.  相似文献

In our continuing efforts to explore the effects of substituent groups of ligands in the formation of supramolecular coordination structures, seven new CuII complexes formulated as [Cu2(L1)4(DMF)2] (1), {[Cu2(L1)4(Hmta)](H2O)0.75} (2), [Cu2(L2)4(2,2′-bipy)2] (3), [Cu2(L3)4(H2O)2] (4), [Cu2(L3)4(Hmta)] (5), [Cu2(L3)4(Dabco)] (6) and [Cu2(L3)4(Pz)] (7) with three monocarboxylate ligands bearing different substituent groups HL1-HL3 (HL1 = phenanthrene-9-carboxylic acid, HL2 = 2-phenylquinoline-4-carboxylic acid, HL3 = adamantane-1-carboxylic acid, Hmta = hexamethylenetetramine, 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Dabco = 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2] octane and Pz = pyrazine), have been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction. In 1, 2 and 4-7, each CuII ion is octahedrally coordinated, and carboxylate acid acts as a syn-syn bridging bidentate ligand. While each CuII ion in 3 is penta-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. 1 and 4 both show a dinuclear paddle-wheel block, while 2, 5, 6 and 7 all exhibit an alternated 1D chain structure between dinuclear paddle-wheel units of the tetracarboxylate type Cu2-(RCO2)4 and the bridging auxiliary ligands Hmta, Dabco and Pz. Furthermore, 3 has a carboxylic unidentate and μ1,1-oxo bridging dinuclear structure with the chelating auxiliary ligand 2,2′-bipy. Moreover, complexes 1-6 were characterized by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy.  相似文献

Formation of three Cd(II)-ethylenediamine (en) complexes ([Cd(en)n]2+, n = 1-3) in aqueous solution and in DMSO solvent has been established by means of 113Cd NMR spectroscopy. It is clearly shown that Cd(II)-en complexes form primarily in basic solutions. A correlation between the 113Cd NMR chemical shifts and the ethylenediamine (en) coordination number has been observed and discussed. Two single crystals with the composition [Cd2(en)5](ClO4)4 (1) and [Cd(en)3](ClO4)2 (2) were prepared from aqueous solution, and their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Cd(II) ions are coordinated by six atoms in both compounds, 1 and 2: via five N-donor atoms and one O-donor atom forming a bimetallic complex 1, and via six N-donor atoms forming a distorted octahedral monometallic complex 2. Raman spectra of complexes 1 and 2 also provide additional evidence that the cis-form of the bridging en is present in complex 1.  相似文献

The distorted square-planar complexes [Pd(PNHP)Cl]Cl (1) (PNHP = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]amine), [M(P3)Cl]Cl [P3 = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]phenylphosphine; M = Pd (2), Pt (3)] and [Pt(NP3)Cl]Cl (5) (NP3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]amine), coexisting in the later case with a square-pyramidal arrangement, react with one equivalent of CuCl to give the mononuclear heteroionic systems [M(L)Cl](CuCl2) [L = PNHP, M = Pd (1a); L = P3, M = Pd (2a), Pt (3a); L = NP3, M = Pt (5a)]. The crystal structure of 3a confirms that Pt(II) retains the distorted square-planar geometry of 3 in the cation with P3 acting as tridentate chelating ligand, the central P atom being trans to one chloride. The counter anion is a nearly linear dichlorocuprate(I) ion. However, the five-coordinate complexes [Pd(NP3)Cl]Cl (4), [M(PP3)Cl]Cl (M = Pd (6), Pt (7); PP3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl] phosphine) containing three fused five-membered chelate rings undergo a ring-opening by interaction with one (4, 6, 7) and two (6, 7) equivalents of CuCl with formation of neutral MCu(L)Cl3 [L = NP3, M = Pd (4a); L = PP3, M = Pd (6a), Pt (7a)] and ionic [MCu(PP3)Cl2](CuCl2) [M = Pd (6b), Pt (7b)] compounds, respectively. The heteronuclear systems were shown by 31P NMR to have structures where the phosphines are acting as tridentate chelating ligands to M(II) and monodentate bridging to Cu(I). Further additions of CuCl to the neutral species 6a and 7a in a 1:1 ratio resulted in the achievement of the ionic complexes 6b and 7b with ions as counter anions. It was demonstrated that the formation of heterobimetallic or just mononuclear mixed salt complexes was clearly influenced by the polyphosphine arrangement with the tripodal ligands giving the former compounds. However, complexes [M(NP3)Cl]Cl constitute one exception and the type of reaction undergone versus CuCl is a function of the d8 metal centre.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structures of two high valent molybdenum complexes containing trisbenzenethiolatophosphine ligands, [Mo2(PS3)2(PS3H)] (1) and [Mo(PS3″)2] (2), where PS3 = [P(C6H4-2-S)3]3−, PS3H = [P(C6H4-2-S)2(C6H4-2-SH)]2−, and PS3″ = [P(C6H3-3-Me3Si-2-S)3]3−, are described. Compound 1 is a dimeric Mo(IV) species containing three PS3 ligands with an uncoordinated thiol group. An intramolecular hydrogen bonding S-H?S was found in the structure. Two molybdenum ions are bridged by three thiolates. The geometry can be described as two pentagonal bipyramids sharing a triangle face formed by three bridging S atoms. Compound 2 is a Mo(VI) species binding with two tetradentate PS3″ ligands. The eight-coordinate molybdenum center adopts a dodecahedral geometry.  相似文献

Two new mixed ligand silver(I) complexes of formulae {[Ag(tpp)3(asp)](dmf)} (1) (aspH = o-acetylsalicylic acid and tpp = triphenylphosphine) and [Ag(tpp)2(o-Hbza)] (2) (o-HbzaH = o-hydroxy-benzoic acid) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, spectroscopic techniques and X-ray crystallography at ambient conditions. Three phosphorus and one carboxylic oxygen atoms from a de-protonated aspirin ligand in complex 1 and two phosphorus and two carboxylic oxygen atoms from a chelating o-Hbza anion in complex 2 form a tetrahedral geometry around Ag(I) ions in both complexes.Complexes 1 and 2 and the silver(I) nitrate, tpp, aspNa and o-HbzaH were tested for their in vitro cytotoxic activity against leiomyosarcoma cells (LMS), human breast adenocarcinoma cells (MCF-7) and normal human fetal lung fibroblasts (MRC-5) cells with Thiazolyl Blue Tetrazolium Bromide (MTT) assay. For both cell lines 1 and 2 were found to be more active than cisplatin. Additionally, 1 and 2 exhibit lower activity on cell growth proliferation of MRC-5 cells. The type of LMS cell death caused by 1 and 2 were evaluated in vitro by use of flow cytometry assay. The results show that at concentrations of 1.5 and 1.9 μΜ of complex 1, 44.1% and 69.4%, respectively of LMS cells undergo programmed cell death (apoptosis). When LMS cells were treated with 1.6 and 2.3 μM of 2, LMS cells death was by 29.6% and 81.3%, respectively apoptotic. Finally, the influence of the complexes 1 and 2, upon the catalytic peroxidation of linoleic acid to hydroperoxylinoleic acid by the enzyme lipoxygenase (LOX) was kinetically and theoretically studied. The binding of 1 and 2 towards LOX was also investigated by Saturation Transfer Difference (STD) 1H NMR experiments.  相似文献

The first FeIII complexes 1-6 with cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitors of the type [Fe(Ln)Cl3nH2O (n = 0 for 1, 1 for 2, 2 for 3-6; L1-L6 = C2- and phenyl-substituted CDK inhibitors derived from 6-benzylamino-9-isopropylpurine), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 57Fe Mössbauer, 1H and 13C NMR, and ES+ mass spectroscopies, conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The study revealed that the compounds are mononuclear, tetrahedral high-spin (S = 5/2) FeIII complexes with an admixture of an S = 3/2 spin state originating probably from five-coordinated FeIII ions either connecting with a bidentate coordination mode of the CDK inhibitor ligand or relating to the possibility that one crystal water molecule enters the coordination sphere of the central atom in a portion of molecules of the appropriate complex. Nearly spin-only value of the effective magnetic moment (5.82 μeff/μB) was determined for compound 1 due to absence of crystal water molecule(s) in the structure of the complex. Based on NMR data and DFT calculations, we assume that the appropriate organic ligand is coordinated to the FeIII ion through the N7 atom of a purine moiety. The cytotoxicity of the complexes was tested in vitro against selected human cancer cell lines (G-361, HOS, K-562 and MCF-7) along with the ability to inhibit the CDK2/cyclinE kinase. The best cytotoxicity (IC50: 4-23 μM) and inhibition activity (IC50: 0.02-0.09 μM) results have been achieved in the case of complexes 2-4, and complexes 3, 4 and 6, respectively. In addition, the X-ray structure of 2-chloro-6-benzylamino-9-isopropylpurine, i.e. a precursor for the preparation of L1, L4 and L5, is also described.  相似文献

In this work we report on the synthesis, crystal structure, and physicochemical characterization of the novel dinuclear [FeIIICdII(L)(μ-OAc)2]ClO4·0.5H2O (1) complex containing the unsymmetrical ligand H2L = 2-bis[{(2-pyridyl-methyl)-aminomethyl}-6-{(2-hydroxy-benzyl)-(2-pyridyl-methyl)}-aminomethyl]-4-methylphenol. Also, with this ligand, the tetranuclear [Fe2IIIHg2II(L)2(OH)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH (2) and [FeIIIHgII(L)(μ-CO3)FeIIIHgII(L)](ClO4)2·H2O (3) complexes were synthesized and fully characterized. It is demonstrated that the precursor [FeIII2HgII2(L)2(OH)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH (2) can be converted to (3) by the fixation of atmospheric CO2 since the crystal structure of the tetranuclear organometallic complex [FeIIIHgII(L)(μ-CO3)FeIIIHgII(L)](ClO4)2·H2O (3) with an unprecedented {FeIII(μ-Ophenoxo)2(μ-CO3)FeIII} core was obtained through X-ray crystallography. In the reaction 2 → 3 a nucleophilic attack of a FeIII-bound hydroxo group on the CO2 molecule is proposed. In addition, it is also demonstrated that complex (3) can regenerate complex (2) in aqueous/MeOH/NaOH solution. Magnetochemical studies reveal that the FeIII centers in 3 are antiferromagnetically coupled (J = − 7.2 cm− 1) and that the FeIII-OR-FeIII angle has no noticeable influence in the exchange coupling. Phosphatase-like activity studies in the hydrolysis of the model substrate bis(2,4-dinitrophenyl) phosphate (2,4-bdnpp) by 1 and 2 show Michaelis-Menten behavior with 1 being ~ 2.5 times more active than 2. In combination with kH/kD isotope effects, the kinetic studies suggest a mechanism in which a terminal FeIII-bound hydroxide is the hydrolysis-initiating nucleophilic catalyst for 1 and 2. Based on the crystal structures of 1 and 3, it is assumed that the relatively long FeIII…HgII distance could be responsible for the lower catalytic effectiveness of 2.  相似文献

Two oxime-functionalized diazamesocyclic derivates, namely, N,N′-bis(acetophenoneoxime)-1,4-diazacycloheptane (H2L1) and N,N′-bis(acetophenonoxime)-1,5-diazacyclooctane (H2L2), have been prepared and characterized. Both ligands (obtained in the hydrochloride form) can form stable metal complexes with CuII and NiII salts, the crystal structures of which were determined by X-ray diffraction technique. The reactions of H2L1 with Cu(ClO4)2 and Ni(ClO4)2 afford a penta-coordinated mononuclear complex [Cu(H2L1)Cl] · ClO4 (1) and a four-coordinated monomeric [Ni(HL1)] · ClO4 (2), in which the ligand is monodeprotonated. The ligand H2L2 also forms a quite similar mononuclear [Ni(HL2)] · ClO4 complex with Ni(ClO4)2, according to our previous work. However, reactions of different CuII salts [Cu(ClO4)2, CuCl2 and Cu(NO3)2 for 3, and CuSO4 for 4] with H2L2 in the presence of NaClO4 yield two unusual mono-μ-Cl dinuclear CuII complexes [Cu2(HL2)2Cl] · (ClO4) (3), and [Cu2(H2L2)(HL2)Cl] · (ClO4)2 · (H2O)(4). These results indicate that the resultant CuII complexes (1, 3 and 4) are sensitive to the backbones of diazamesocycles and even auxiliary anions.  相似文献

Synthesis and single crystal X-ray structures of H2L1 and VO(L1)(HL) [H2L1 = N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-ditertiarybutyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylendiamine) or simply aminebis(phenol) and H2L = salicylic acid) are reported here. The complex [VO(L1)(HL)] is in distorted octahedral geometry under O4N2 donor environment where the basal core is defined by O(1), O(3), O(2) and N(5) atoms and two axial coordinates are occupied by O(4), an alkoxo-group and N(1), an imino-nitrogen atom. The electron spray mass spectrometric study on [VO(L1)(HL)] in MeCN clearly points out the existence of single species in solution. Again, the 51V NMR of the bulk polycrystalline sample reveals that the complex [VO(L1)(HL)] mainly exists in three out of four possible isomers. The formation of [VO(L1)(HL)] from both [VO(L1)(OMe)] and [VO(L1)(OEt)] was followed kinetically by reacting with salicylic acid in MeCN. The presence of isosbestic point indicates a clean conversion of the reactants to product.  相似文献

Hexa-coordinated chelate complex cis-[Ru(CO)2I2(P∩S)] (1a) {P∩S = η2-(P,S)-coordinated} and penta-coordinated non-chelate complexes cis-[Ru(CO)2I2(P∼S)] (1b-d) {P∼S = η1-(P)-coordinated} are produced by the reaction of polymeric [Ru(CO)2I2]n with equimolar quantity of the ligands Ph2P(CH2)nP(S)Ph2 {n = 1(a), 2(b), 3(c), 4(d)} in dichloromethane at room temperature. The bidentate nature of the ligand a in the complex 1a leads to the formation of five-membered chelate ring which confers extra stability to the complex. On the other hand, 1:2 (Ru:L) molar ratio reaction affords the hexa-coordinated non-chelate complexes cis,cis,trans-[Ru(CO)2I2(P∼S)2] (2a-d) irrespective of the ligands. All the complexes show two equally intense terminal ν(CO) bands in the range 2028-2103 cm−1. The ν(PS) band of complex 1a occurs 23 cm−1 lower region compared to the corresponding free ligand suggesting chelation via metal-sulfur bond formation. X-ray crystallography reveals that the Ru(II) atom occupies the center of a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The complexes have also been characterized by elemental analysis, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Addition of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone (3,6-DBBQ) to SnCl2 in THF leads to the oxidation of Sn(II) to Sn(IV) with formation of catecholate complex (3,6-DBCat)SnCl2 · 2THF (1), where 3,6-DBCat is 3,6-di-tert-butyl-catecholate dianion. The reaction of 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-di-iso-propylphenyl)-o-iminobenzoquinone (IBQ-Pri) also proceeds on the oxidative-addition mechanism yielding bis-iminosemiquinonato species (ISQ-Pri)2SnCl2(2), where ISQ-Pri is anion-radical 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-di-iso-propylphenyl)-o-iminobenzosemiquinolate. The complexes have been characterized by IR, X-band EPR, 1H NMR (for 1) spectroscopy and magnetochemistry (for 2). X-ray analysis data show the distorted octahedral environment of tin(IV) for both complexes. Complex 1 is diamagnetic (ground state S = 0), while 2 has triplet ground state (S = 1, biradical). Catecholate complex 1 is able to be a spin trap for different organic radicals.  相似文献

Palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes with N-alkylpyridylpyrazole-derived ligands, 2-(1-ethyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L1) and 2-(1-octyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L2), cis-[MCl2(L)] (M = Pd(II), Pt(II)), have been synthesised. Treatment of [PdCl2(L)] (L = L1, L2) with excess of ligand (L1, L2), pyridine (py) or triphenylphosphine (PPh3) in the presence of AgBF4 and NaBPh4 produced the following complexes: [Pd(L)2](BPh4)2, [Pd(L)(py)2](BPh4)2 and [Pd(L)(PPh3)2](BPh4)2. All complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity, IR and NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structures of cis-[PdCl2(L2)] (2) and cis-[PtCl2(L1)] (3) were determined by a single crystal X-ray diffraction method. In both complexes, the metal atom is coordinated by one pyrazole nitrogen, one pyridine nitrogen and two chlorine atoms in a distorted square-planar geometry. In complex 3, π-π stacking between pairs of molecules is observed.  相似文献
