Metal-sulfur complex fragments, to which small molecules like N2, N2H2, N2H4, NH3, or CO can bind, are desirable model compounds concerning enzymatic N2 fixation. This paper reports on the effects of the phosphane co-ligand on formation and reactivity of [Ru(L)(PR3)(`N2Me2S2')] [`N2Me2S2'2−=1,2-ethanediamine-N,N-dimethyl-N,N-bis(2-benzenethiolate)(2−)] complexes with nitrogenase relevant ligands, especially N2, N2H4, NH3, and CO.Treatment of [Ru(NCCH3)4Cl2] with Li2`N2Me2S2', excessive LiOMe, bulky PPh3 or PCy3, respectively, led to the formation of two series of [Ru(L)(PR3)(`N2Me2S2')] complexes [for R=Ph: 1b, 1c (L=NCCH3), 6b (L=N2H4), 7b (L=N2), 8b1-3 (L=CO), 9b (L=NH3); for R=Cy: 1a (L=NCCH3), 6a (L=N2H4), 7a (L=N2), 8a (L=CO), 9a (L=NH3)]. While the use of PPh3 (θ=145°) yielded cis, trans and cis,cis isomers of [Ru(NCCH3)(PPh3)(`N2Me2S2')] (1b, 1c), no isomer formation was observed with the bulkier phosphane PCy3 (θ=170°). Sterically less demanding phosphanes (θ=118-132°) afforded bisphosphane complexes [Ru(PR3)2(`N2Me2S2')] [2d (R=Me), 2e (R=Et), 2f (R=nPr), and 2g (R=nBu)], which were practically inert and could only be converted in two cases and under drastic reaction conditions into the CO complexes [Ru(CO)(PR3)(`N2Me2S2')] [4e (R=Et), 4f (R=nPr)]. The chelating bidentate phosphane dppe (bisdiphenylphosphanoethane) yielded exclusively the mononuclear complex [Ru(dppe)(`N2Me2S2')] (3).  相似文献

A new synthesis of RuII(bpy)(sal)2 (1) (bpy=2,2-bipyridyl, sal=salicylaldehyde) has been developed and the separation and characterization of all three geometric isomers have been completed. The isomers are denoted 1a (phenolic oxygens trans), 1b, (aldehyde oxygens trans), and 1c (aldehyde oxygen trans to phenolic oxygen). All three isomers have been characterized by 1H NMR, high resolution FAB-MS, UV-Vis, and cyclic voltammetry. Additionally, 1a has been characterized by solid-state UV-Vis and a single-crystal X-ray structural study. The solid-state packing of the RuII(bpy)(sal)2 molecules in the structure of 1a displays intermolecular π-π interactions between bpy ligands of adjacent molecules. The bpy interactions form infinite π-stacks with alternating short stacking distances of 3.437 and 3.402 Å.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ru(CO)2Cl2]n with bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (bpma) in refluxing ethanol followed by anion exchange yields two products: cis,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2Cl]PF6 (1a, 71%) and trans,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2Cl]PF6 (1b, 29%). Reaction of 1a with AgBF4 in acetone, followed by acetonitrile and then anion exchange gave cis,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2(CH3CN)](PF6)2 (2a). In the same way, 1b afforded trans,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2(CH3CN)](PF6)2 (2b). Reaction of depolymerized [Ru(CO)2Cl2]n with bpma in ethanol at room temperature afforded cis,cis-[Ru(η2-bpma)(CO)2Cl2] (3). In refluxing ethanol, 3 was converted to cis,fac-[Ru(bpma)(CO)2Cl]Cl (1a-Cl). Heating 3 in chlorobenzene afforded 1b-Cl, exclusively; heating 3 in ethylene glycol gave mainly 1a-Cl. Heating 1a-Cl in ethanol resulted in no isomerization, but heating in chlorobenzene gave a mixture of 3 and 1b-Cl. Anion exchange for PF6 with 1a-Cl and 1b-Cl afforded 1a and 1b, respectively, whereas anion exchange for BPh4 afforded 1a-BPh4. Compounds 1a, 1b, 2a and 3 have been structurally characterized.  相似文献

The interaction of an excess of the title ligands L with the cis-Pt(phos)2 moieties gives compounds a-bcis-[Pt(L-O)2(phos)2] (a, phos = P(Ph)3; b, phos = 1/2 dppe), in which O- is preferred to S-coordination. Such preference is confirmed by the fact that the same products are obtained by reaction of excess of L with the previously reported a-d complexes [Pt(L-O,S)(phos)2]+, (c, phos = PPh3, d, phos = 1/2 dppe), for which chelate ring opening occurs with rupture of Pt-S rather than Pt-O bonds. Compound a can be obtained also by oxidative addition of HL to [Pt(PPh3)3]. The Pt-O bonds in compounds a-d are stable towards substitution by Me2SO, pyridine and tetramethylthiourea. Substitution of L’s occurs with N,N′-diethyldithiocarbamate, which forms a very stable chelate with Pt(II). Thiourea and N,N′-dimethylthiourea also react, because they give rise to cyclometallated products [Pt(phos)2(NRC(S)NHR)]+ (R = H, CH3), with one ionised thioamido group, as revealed by an X-ray investigation of [Pt(PPh3)2(NHC(S)NH2)]+. The preference of O versus S coordination, as well as the stability of the Pt-O bonds, are discussed in terms of antisymbiosis.  相似文献

Pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylate-bridged dinuclear ruthenium(II) and osmium(II) complexes of 2,2-bipyridine of composition [(bpy)2Ru(pzdc)Ru(bpy)2](ClO4) · H2O (1) and [(bpy)2Os(pzdc)Os(bpy)2](ClO4) · H2O (2) have been obtained in high yield and have been separated to their homochiral (ΛΛ/ΔΔ) rac (1a, 2a) and heterochiral (ΛΔ/ΔΛ) meso (1b, 2b) diastereoisomers. The distinctive structural features of these diastereoisomers have been characterized by 1-D and 2-D 1H NMR spectroscopy. The X-ray crystal structure of rac-[(bpy)2Os(pzdc)Os(bpy)2](ClO4) · H2O (2a) has been determined. The electrochemical and electronic spectral studies have established that there remain difference in properties and hence difference in intermetallic communication between the diastereoisomeric forms in each case.  相似文献

Dimethyl platinum(II) complexes [PtMe2(NN)] {NN = bu2bpy (4,4′-di-tert-butyl-2,2′-bipyridine) (1a), bpy (2,2′-bipyridine) (1b), phen (1,10-phenanthroline) (1c)} reacted with commercial 3-bromo-1-propanol in the presence of 1,3-propylene oxide to afford cis, trans- [PtBrMe2{(CH2)3OH}(NN)] (NN = bu2bpy (2a), bpy (2b), phen (2c)). On the other hand, [PtMe2(NN)] (1a)-(1b) reacted with the trace of HBr in commercial 3-bromo-1-propanol to give [PtBr2(NN)] (NN = bu2bpy (3a), bpy (3b)). The reaction pathways were monitored by 1H NMR at various temperatures. Treatment of 1a-1b with a large excess of 3-bromo-1-propanol at −80 °C gave the corresponding methyl(hydrido)platinum(IV) complexes [PtBr(H)Me2(NN)] (NN = bu2bpy (4a), bpy (4b)) via the oxidative addition of dimethyl platinum(II) complexes with HBr. The complexes [PtBr(H)Me2(NN)] decomposed by reductive elimination of methane above −20 °C for bu2bpy and from −20 to 0 °C for bpy analogue to give methane and platinum(II) complexes [PtBrMe(NN)] (5a)-(5b) and then decomposed at about 0 °C to yield [PtBr2(NN)] and methane. When the reactions were performed at a molar ratio of Pt:RX/1:10, the corresponding complexes [PtBrMe(NN)] (5a)-(5b) were also obtained. The crystal structure of the complex 3b shows that platinum adopts square planar geometry with a twofold axis through the platinum atom. The Pt…Pt distance (5.164 Å) is considerably larger than the interplanar spacing (3.400 Å) and there is no platinum-platinum interaction.  相似文献

A series of new ruthenium(II) carbonyl chloride complexes with pyridine-functionalised N-heterocyclic carbenes [Ru(Py-NHC)(CO)2Cl2], [Py-NHC = 3-methyl-1-(2-pyridyl)imidazol-2-ylidene, 1 (1a and 1b); 3-methyl-1-(2-picoyl)imidazol-2-ylidene, 2 (2a and 2b); 3-methyl-1-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazolin-2-ylidene, 3 (3b); 3-methyl-1-(2-picoyl)benzimidazolin-2-ylidene, 4 (4a and 4b); 1-methyl-4-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazoline-5-ylidene, 5 (5a and 5b)] have been prepared by transmetallation from the corresponding silver carbene complexes and characterized by NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. In these complexes with bidentate Py-NHC ligands, one CO ligand is trans to the Py ligand. In 1a, 2a, 4a, and 5a, the NHC ligand is trans to the other CO ligand, thus leaving the two Cl ligands trans to each other. In 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b, and 5b, the NHC ligands are trans to one Cl ligand, and the two Cl ligands are cis to each other. The structures for 1b, 2b, 3b and 4b have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. These complexes are efficient catalysts in the transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone and their catalytic activities are found to be influenced by electronic effect of the N-heterocyclic carbene ligands.  相似文献

The properties of isothiocyanato(3-thiapentane-1,5-dithiolato)oxorhenium(V) [ReO(SSS)NCS, (1a), (3+1) type], where isothiocyanato occupies the fifth position, have been studied. Two linkage isomers, i.e., ReO(SSS)NCS (1a) and ReO(SSS)SCN (1b), were found to be formed during syntheses. The sufficient quantities of 1a were isolated in the solid state, and characterized by X-ray crystallography and IR spectroscopy. From 1H and 15N NMR measurements, it was found that 1a is in equilibrium with 1b in liquid state. In the solvents with low dielectric constant such as CH2Cl2, only 1a isomer was detected, while in the solvents with high such as CH3CN, both 1a and 1b isomers were observed. We have obtained the equilibrium constant (Kiso) for the linkage isomerization reaction in CD3CN by measuring 15N NMR spectra at various temperatures. The values of Kiso at 25 °C, the standard enthalpy (ΔH°), and the standard entropy (ΔS°) for the isomerization equilibrium were evaluated as 0.409, 14.4 kJ mol−1, and 40.9 J K−1 mol−1, respectively.  相似文献

We report here the synthesis, characterisation, electrochemical, photophysical and protein-binding properties of four luminescent ruthenium(II) polypyridine indole complexes [Ru(bpy)2(L1)](PF6)2 (1), [Ru(bpy)2(L2)](PF6)2 (2), [Ru(L1)3](PF6)2 (1a), and [Ru(L2)3](PF6)2 (2a) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine; L1 = 4-(N-(2-indol-3-ylethyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine; L2 = 4-(N-(6-N-(2-indol-3-ylethyl)hexanamidyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine). Their indole-free counterparts, [Ru(bpy)2(L3)](PF6)2 (3) and [Ru(L3)3](PF6)2 (3a) (L3 = 4-(N-(ethyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine), have also been synthesised for comparison purposes. Cyclic voltammetric studies revealed ruthenium-based oxidation at ca. +1.3 V versus SCE and diimine-based reductions at ca. −1.20 to −2.28 V. The indole moieties of complexes 1, 2, 1a and 2a displayed an irreversible wave at ca. +1.1 V versus SCE. All the ruthenium(II) complexes exhibited intense and long-lived orange-red triplet metal-to-ligand charge-transfer 3MLCT (dπ(Ru) → π*(L1-L3)) luminescence upon visible-light irradiation in fluid solutions at 298 K and in alcohol glass at 77 K. The binding of the indole-containing complexes to bovine serum album (BSA) has been studied by quenching experiments and emission titrations.  相似文献

Complexes of the type (η4-BuC5H5)Fe(CO)2(P) (P = PPh2Py 3, PPhPy24, PPy35; Py = 2-pyridyl) were satisfactorily prepared. Upon treatment of 3 with M(CO)3(EtCN)3 (M = Mo, 6a; W, 6b), the pyridyl N-atom could be coordinated to the metal M, which then eliminates a CO ligand from the Fe-centre and induced an oxidative addition of the endo-C-H of (η4-BuC5H5). This results in a bridged hydrido heterodimetallic complex [(η5-BuC5H4)Fe(CO)(μ-P,N-PPh2Py)(μ-H)M(CO)4] (M = Mo, 7a, 81%; W, 7b, 76%). The reaction of 4 or 5 with 6a,b did not give the induced oxidative addition, although these complexes contain more than one pyridyl N-atom. The reaction of 4 with M(CO)4(EtCN)2 (M = Mo, 9a; W, 9b) produced heterodimetallic complexes [(η4-BuC5H5)Fe(CO)2(μ-P:N,N′-PPhPy2)M(CO)4] (M = Mo, 10a, 81%; W, 10b, 83%). Treatment of 5 with 6a,b gave [(η4-BuC5H5)Fe(CO)2(μ-P:N,N′,N″-PPy3)M(CO)3] (M = Mo, 12a, 96%; W, 12b, 78%).  相似文献

The complex [PtMe2(bu2bpy)], 1, bu2bpy = 4,4′-di-t-butyl-2,2′-bipyridine reacts with mercury(II) halides HgX2 (X = Cl, Br, O2CCF3, O2CMe) to give the corresponding complexes [PtMe2X(HgX)(bu2bpy)], 2, by trans oxidative addition followed, when X = O2CCF3, O2CMe only, by easy isomerization to the cis isomers 3. The complexes 2 or 3 react with complex 1 to give the corresponding adducts [PtMe2X(bu2bpy)(μ-HgX)PtMe2X(bu2bpy)], 4, which are shown to contain both covalent and donor-acceptor Pt-Hg bonds in the solid state, and which exhibit very easy fluxionality in solution.  相似文献

Reaction at pH = 2.3 of the [Mo2O2S2(OH2)6]2+ aqua cation with the tetravacant ion [β-B-HAs2W8O31]7− leads to the formation of a red solid from which three mixed salts have been obtained as single crystals and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. Three mixed salts K-5a, RbNa-5b, DMACs-5c exhibit a similar molecular arrangement consisting in three {β-HAs2W9O34} subunits mutually linked by three {Mo2O2S2} groups. The triangular arrangement delimits a large open-cavity, lined on the periphery by three outer {As-OH} groups and closed at the bottom by a small hexagonal pocket formed by six terminal oxygen atoms. The central hexagonal cavity is filled either by a potassium, a rubidium or a cesium cation. The outer {As-OH} groups are pointed towards two directions labelled up and down, respectively. In K-6a the three {As-OH} bonds are in up configuration leading to the {up, up, up} isomer. The structure of RbNa-5b is rather consistent with the superposition of the two {up, up, up} and {down, up, up} isomers disordered over the same crystallographic site, while only the {down, up, up} isomer is present in DMACs-5c. In solution, 183W NMR characterization of 6a as sodium salt results in a complicated spectrum consistent with the simultaneous presence of the four isomers, {up, up, up}, {down, up, up}, {down, down, up} and {down, down, down}, respectively. 5a reacts with three equivalents of iodine to give CsNa-6 isolated as single crystals. In 6, four β-{AsW9O33} moieties are located at the corner of a super tetrahedron and are mutually connected by six {Mo2O2S2} linkers. The three outer {As-OH} groups can be selectively removed by iodine, this oxidation reaction consisting in fact in a deprotecting process permitting the extension of the arrangement from triangular to tetrahedral.  相似文献

The formation of uranium complexes of novel ligands belonging to phosphorylated 2-oxo-1,2-azaphospholane series, namely 2-ethoxy-1-diethoxyphosphoryl-2-oxo-1,2λ5-azaphospholane (1a) and both individual R,R- and R,S-diastereomers of the related 2-oxo-2-phenyl-1,2λ5-azaphospholanes 1b,c with different surrounding at the exocyclic phosphorus atom, has been studied. The structures of the complexes of ML composition obtained in the reaction with uranyl nitrate in 1:1 ratio were found to depend on the difference in donor properties of the oxygen atom of endo- and exocyclic phosphoryl groups. The ligand 1a possessing the greater difference, serves as O-monodentate one with metal-oxygen bonding via the endocyclic PO function while both isomers of 1b,c coordinate to uranyl cation in a O,O-bidentate fashion. In solutions the ML complexes reacted with air oxygen to afford (μ2-peroxo)-bridged uranium complexes [{UO2(L)NO3}22-O2)] which structures were confirmed by X-ray crystallography data.  相似文献

Schiff bases L1-L5 {N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L1), 3-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylmethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L2), 3-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L3), 4-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylmethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L4), 4-methyl-N-[1-pyridine-2-ylethylidene]pyridine-2-amine (L5)} were synthesized and on reaction with Co(NO3)2·6H2O, complexes having the molecular formulae [Co(L1O)2]NO3 (1), [Co(L2O)2]NO3·xH2O (2a, x = 2; 2b, x = 3), [Co(L3O)2]NO3 (3), [Co(L4O)2]NO3·4H2O (4), [Co(L5O)2]NO3 (5) were isolated from the respective imines. The salt [Co(L2O)2]PF6 (2c) was obtained by treating 2 with KPF6. Complexes 1-5 were formed as a result of addition of a water molecule across the imine function and the resultant alcohol binds in its deprotonated form. The alcoholate ion remained bound in a facial tridentate fashion to the low-spin cobalt(III). X-ray crystal structure determination confirmed the presence of trans-trans-trans-NANPO (A = aminopyridyl and P = pyridyl) disposition in 2a and cis-cis-trans-NANPO in 2b, 2c and 4. Water dimers in 2a, 2b, 4 and water-nitrate ion network in 2a were other notable features.  相似文献

The platina-β-diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(μ-Cl)2] (1) was found to react with chelating N,N-ligands 2(RNCR)C5H4N (R/R=Ph/OH, H/Ph, Me/Ph) to form acyl(hydrido)platinum(IV) complexes [Pt(COMe)2Cl(H){2-(RNCR)C5H4N}] (R/R=Ph/OH 2a; H/Ph 2b; Me/Ph (2c)). Reactions of complex 1 with chelating S,S- and N,S-donors (RS-CH2-CH2-SR, 2-(RSCH2)C5H4N, R=Et, Ph, t-Bu) afforded acyl(chloro)platinum(II) complexes [Pt(COMe)Cl(RSCH2CH2SR)] (R=Et, 3a; Ph, 3b; t-Bu, 3c) and [Pt(COMe)Cl{2-(RSCH2)C5H4N}] (R=Et, 4a; Ph, 4b; t-Bu, 4c), respectively. All complexes were fully characterized by microanalysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopy. Furthermore, molecular structures of complexes 3b and 4b were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealing close to square-planar configuration. In complex 4b the acetyl ligand is trans to pyridine N atom (configuration index SP-4-2). The reactions are discussed in terms of consecutive oxidative addition and reductive elimination reactions.  相似文献

Reaction of the potassium salts of N-thiophosphorylated thioureas of common formula RNHC(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)2 [R = pyridin-2-yl (HLa), pyridin-3-yl (HLb), 6-amino-pyridin-2-yl (HLc)] with Cu(PPh3)3I in aqueous EtOH/CH2Cl2 leads to mononuclear [Cu(PPh3)2La,b-S,S′] (1, 2) and [Cu(PPh3)Lc-S,S′] (3) complexes. Using copper(I) iodide instead of Cu(PPh3)3I, polynuclear complexes [Cun(L-S,S′)n] (4-6) were obtained. The structures of these compounds were investigated by IR, 1H, 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy, ES-MS and elemental analyses. The crystal structures of Cu(PPh3)2Lb (2) and Cu(PPh3)Lc (3) were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Cyclometalated RuII derivatives of 2-phenylpyridine (Hphpy) [Ru(phpy)(bpy)2]Cl (1a) and [Ru(phpy)(phen)2]Cl (1b) (bpy is 2,2′-bipyridine, phen is 1,10-phenanthroline) behave as noncompetitive inhibitors of glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger in the enzyme-catalyzed oxidation of d-glucose by O2 into the corresponding lactone at pH 5.0 and 25 °C. The enzymatic activity has been measured by monitoring the O2 consumption. The inhibition constants K i are 0.036 and 0.017 M for 1a and 1b, respectively, indicating that 1b inhibits the enzymatic activity more efficiently than 1a. The well-known coordination compound [Ru(bpy)3]Cl2 (2) behaves, in contrast, as a competitive inhibitor, with K i = 0.018 M under the same conditions. The monophasic consumption of O2 in the case of 1a, 1b, and 2 is replaced by a distinct two-phase kinetics in the presence of the cyclometalated RuIII compound [Ru(phpy)(bpy)2]Cl2 (3), which was obtained from 1a in the presence of a large excess of H2O2 and the iron TAML activator. Interestingly, the rates of the first and the second phases are influenced by 3 in a different way. The rate of the first phase is noticeably higher in the presence of RuIII, although the dependence is nonmonotonic and maximal acceleration is observed at the lowest loadings of 3. The rate of the second phase decreases monotonically on increasing the concentration of the ruthenium complex in solution. The nonmonotonic action of 3 was confirmed by using the doubly cyclometalated RuIII derivative [Ru(phpy)2(bpy)]Cl. The diverse rate variations induced by 3 accounted for acceleration by RuIII of the O2 reduction by the reduced form of glucose oxidase during the first phase, which ceases after the enzymatic reduction of RuIII to the RuII species, the latter behaving similarly to 1a as the inhibitor of the enzyme.  相似文献

Reduction of RuQ3 (1a, Q = 8-quinolinolato) with Zn/Hg in the presence of various π-acceptor ligands in ethanol affords RuQ2L2 (L2 = (dimethylsulfoxide)2 (2); (4-picoline)2 (3); N,N′-dimethyl-1,4-diazabuta-1,3-diene, dab (4); cyclooctadiene, COD (5); norborna-2,5-diene, nbd (6)). Compound 6 is isolated as an equimolar mixture of cis, trans (6a) and trans, cis (6b) isomers, which can be separated by column chromatography. DFT calculations have been performed on 6a and 6b. Oxidation of 3 and 6b affords the corresponding ruthenium(III) species 7 and 8, respectively. The structures of 2, 3, 4 and 6 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Two isomeric dibenzo-O2S2 macrocycles L1 and L2 have been synthesised and their coordination chemistry towards palladium(II) has been investigated. Two-step approaches via reactions of 1:1-type complexes, [cis-Cl2LPd] (1a: L = L1, 1b: L = L2), with different O2S2 macrocycle systems (L1 and L2) have led to the isolation of the following bis(O2S2 macrocycle) palladium(II) complexes in the solid state: [Pd(L1)2](ClO4)2 (2a) and a mixture of [Pd(L1)2](ClO4)2 (2a) + [Pd(L2)2](ClO4)2 (2b).  相似文献

The synthesis of the unsaturated 4,6-dideoxy-3-fluoro-2-keto-β-d-glucopyranosyl nucleosides of 5-fluorouracil (6a), N6-benzoyl adenine (6b), uracil (6c), thymine (6d) and N4-benzoyl cytosine (6e), is described. Monoiodination of compounds 1a,b, followed by acetylation, catalytic hydrogenation and finally regioselective 2′-O-deacylation afforded the partially acetylated dideoxynucleoside analogues of 5-fluorouracil (5a) and N6-benzoyl adenine (5b), respectively. Direct oxidation of the free hydroxyl group at the 2′-position of 5a,b, with simultaneous elimination reaction of the β-acetoxyl group, afforded the desired unsaturated 4,6-dideoxy-3-fluoro-2-keto-β-d-glucopyranosyl derivatives 6a,b. Compounds 1c-e were used as starting materials for the synthesis of the dideoxy unsaturated carbonyl nucleosides of uracil (6c), thymine (6d) and N4-benzoyl cytosine (6e). Similarly a protection-selective deprotection sequence followed by oxidation of the free hydroxyl group at the 2′-position of the dideoxy benzoylated analogues 9c-e with simultaneous elimination reaction of the β-benzoyl group, gave the desired nucleosides 6c-e. None of the compounds was inhibitory to a broad spectrum of DNA and RNA viruses at subtoxic concentrations. The 5-fluorouracil derivative 6a was more cytostatic (50% inhibitory concentration ranging between 0.2 and 12 μM) than the other compounds.  相似文献
