The allelopathic potential of four tree species on soil microbial populations and some herbaceous plants (two understory species and one general biotest species) was investigated. Effects of three nonindigenous tree species, Eucalyptus globulus Labill, Pinus radiata D.Don and Acacia melanoxylon R.Br., on microorganisms participating in the cycle of nitrogen were evaluated, comparing them with those produced by the autochthonous Quercus robur L. Influence of the trees on Lactuca sativa L., Dactylis glomerata L. and Trifolium repens L. was also checked in bioassays. Cell numbers of Nitrosomonas sp. were negatively affected by Acacia and Eucalyptus stands, mainly during spring, when flowers are especially abundant on the ground. Proteolytic microorganisms were also negatively affected by Eucalyptus and Pinus stands, whilst Quercus stand did not show any toxicity. Soil bioassays showed clear inhibitory effects on germination and growth of understory plants, particularly soils from Eucalyptus and Acacia stands. The greatest effects had the soil from Acacia stand, which was phytotoxic during the whole period of germination and growth of understory plants. Allelopathic phenomena could be, at least partially, responsible of the low species diversity in the understory of the nonindigenous tree stands.  相似文献

Endophytic fungi were isolated from leaves of Neolitsea sericea, a major lauraceous tree in the laurel forests of southern Kyushu, collected from the understory layer of broadleaf and conifer stands. Cytosphaera sp. and a species of Ascomycetes in leaf blade segments, plus a xylariaceous species and Phomopsis spp. in petiole segments, were isolated at relatively high frequency. In general, isolation frequencies of endophytes were higher in petiole than blade segments. In blade segments, patterns of endophyte isolation were quite different among stands, while relatively similar in petiole segments. Significant effects of sampling sites or canopy vegetation were rarely detected. the understory layer of laurel forests. Neolitsea sericea is an evergreen broadleaf lauraceous tree, widely distributed in areas of eastern Asia. In southern Kyushu, it is one of the most common trees, growing both as canopy and understory species. In this study, endophytes were isolated from the leaves of N. sericea growing in the understory layer of conifer and broadleaf forest stands to survey the endophytes of N. sericea leaves and to examine the effect of the canopy layer on endophytic mycobiota in understory plants.  相似文献

We examined the photosynthetic acclimation of three tropical species of Miconia to canopy openings in a Costa Rican rainforest. The response of photosynthesis to canopy opening was very similar in Miconia affinis, M. gracilis, and M. nervosa, despite differences in growth form (trees and shrubs) and local distributions of plants (understory and gap). Four months after the canopy was opened by a treefall, photosynthetic capacity in all three species had approximately doubled from closed canopy levels. There were no obvious signs of high light damage after treefall but acclimation to the gap environment was not immediate. Two weeks after treefall, Amax, stomatal conductance, apprarent quantum efficiency, and dark respiration rates had not changed significantly from understory values. The production of new leaves appears to be an important component of light acclimation in these species. The only variables to differ significantly among species were stomatal conductance at Amax and the light level at which assimilation was saturated. M. affinis had a higher stomatal conductance which may reduce its water use efficiency in gap environments. Photosynthesis in the more shade-tolerant M. gracilis saturated at lower light levels than in the other two species. Individual plant light environments were assessed after treefall with canopy photography but they explained only a small fraction of plant variation in most measures of photosynthesis and growth. In conclusion, we speculate that species differences in local distribution and in light requirements for reproduction may be more strongly related to species differences in carbon allocation than in carbon assimilation.  相似文献

Conservation strategies of forested landscapes must consider biodiversity of the included site types, i.e. timber-quality forests and associated non-timber-quality stands. The objectives were to characterize forest overstory structure in timber-quality versus associated non-timber-quality stands; and to compare their understory communities. Six forest types were sampled in Nothofagus forests of Tierra del Fuego (Argentina): two timber-quality N. pumilio forests, and four associated non-timber-quality stands (edge, N. antarctica, wetlands and streamside forests). Overstory structure and understory vegetation (species richness, frequencies, cover and biomass) were characterized during spring and summer seasons. Analysis of variance and multivariates were carried out. Overstory structure differed across the site types, with higher tree size, canopy closure and tree volume in timber-quality stands. Fifty-one understory plant species were observed, but understory variables varied with site types, especially wetlands (highest native and exotic richness, cover and biomass, and 25% of exclusive species). Site types were grouped in three: N. antarctica stands, streamside stands and the other N. pumilio forests according to multivariate analysis. Forty three percent of plants were distributed in all site types, and all timber-quality forest understory species were present in some associated non-timber-quality stands. Timber-quality N. pumilio forests have a marginal value for understory conservation compared to associated non-timber-quality stands, because these last include all the plants observed in timber-quality forests and also possess many exclusive species. Therefore, protection of associated non-timber-quality stands during forest management planning could increase understory conservation at landscape level, and these could be better reserves of understory diversity than retentions of timber-quality stands.  相似文献

Parameters of photosynthesis vs. irradiance curves varied markedly between tissues from microsites along the < 10-cm axes of the tropical intertidal red algae Ahnfeltiopsis concinna (J. Ag.) Silva et DeCew and Laurencia mcdermidiae (J. Ag.) Abbott. Differences in photosynthetic performance between tissues from canopy and understory microsites indicates that L. mcdermidiae exhibited an expected sun-to-shade acclimation but over the space of < 10 cm. Respiration, Ic, Ik, and Pmax values were significantly lower in tissues from the understory relative to tissues from the canopy of L. mcdermidiae, while photosystem I (PS I) sizes (PSU I) were significantly higher in tissues from understory microsites. Quantum efficiency was unchanged. Ahnfeltiopsis concinna, in contrast, exhibited higher α in tissues from understory rather than canopy microsites. The values of Pmax for tissues from the canopy of A. concinna were not higher than the understory, while PSU O2(PS II size) of tissues from canopy microsites were unusually higher than those of understory microsites. These characteristics suggest a high degree of irradiance stress in tissues from the canopy of A. concinna, the highest tidal alga in Hawaiian coastal zones. Acclimation to high photosynthetically active radiation and ultraviolet irradiance levels especially in tropical regions appears to be an essential mechanism(s) for stress resistance and persistence of intertidal algae. Algal turfs acclimate at microscales in part fostered by their dense stands that create sharp irradiance gradients as well as adjust physiologically to canopy irradiance levels as mechanisms for optimal photosynthetic performance and stress tolerance.

The distribution of Acacia dealbata Link (Fabaceae) in its non-native range is associated with disturbed areas. However, the possibility that it can penetrate the native forest during the invasion process cannot be ruled out. This statement is supported by the fact that this species has been experimentally established successfully under the canopy of native forest. Nonetheless, it is unknown whether A. dealbata can express shade tolerance traits to help increase its invasive potential. We investigated the shade tolerance of A. dealbata under the canopy of two native forests and one non-native for three consecutive years, as well as its early growth and photosynthetic performance at low light intensities (9, 30, and 70 μmol m−2sec−1) under controlled conditions. We found many A. dealbata plants surviving and growing under the canopy of native and non-native forests. The number of plants of this invasive species remained almost constant under the canopy of native forests during the years of study. However, the largest number of A. dealbata plants was found under the canopy of non-native forest. In every case, the distribution pattern varied with a highest density of plants in forest edges decreasing progressively toward the inside. Germination and early growth of A. dealbata were slow but successful at three low light intensities tested under controlled conditions. For all tested light regimes, we observed that in this species, most of the energy was dissipated by photochemical processes, in accordance with the high photosynthetic rates that this plant showed, despite the really low light intensities under which it was grown. Our study reveals that A. dealbata expressed shade tolerance traits under the canopy of native and non-native forests. This behavior is supported by the efficient photosynthetic performance that A. dealbata showed at low light intensities. Therefore, these results suggest that Mediterranean forest ecosystems of South America can become progressively invaded by A. dealbata and provide a basis for estimating the possible impacts that this invasive species can cause in these ecosystems in a timescale.  相似文献

The importance that frond crowding represents for the survival of fronds of the clonal intertidal alga Mazzaella cornucopiae (Postels et Ruprecht) Hommersand (Rhodophyta, Gigartinaceae) was investigated in Barkley Sound, British Columbia, Canada. Frond density is high for this species, up to 20 fronds·cm?2 in the most crowded stands. Frond crowding imposes a cost in the form of reduced net photosynthetic rates when fronds are fully hydrated as a result of reduced irradiance compared with experimental (not found naturally) low-density stands. However, the interaction between desiccation and irradiance alters this relationship between net photosynthetic rates and frond density. During a typical daytime low tide in spring, irradiance is 10–30 μmol·m?2·s?1 below the canopy of fronds, and frond desiccation (relative to total water content) can reach 43% at the end of the low tide. In contrast to natural stands, fronds from experimentally thinned stands are subjected to irradiances up to 2000 μmol·m?2·s?1 because of the spatial separation among fronds and can desiccate up to 81% at the end of the same low tide. Laboratory experiments showed that negative net photosynthetic rates occur between 40% and 80% desiccation at an irradiance of 515 μmol·m?2·s?1, and the literature suggests that strong bleaching could occur as a result. At 20 μmol·m?2·s?1 of irradiance and desiccation levels up to 40%, simulating understory conditions of natural stands, net photosynthetic rates are never negative. Experimental thinning of stands of M. cornucopiae done during spring effectively resulted in a stronger extent of frond bleaching compared with natural stands. Therefore, the cost of reduced net photosynthetic rates at high frond densities when fronds are fully hydrated is counterbalanced by the protective effects of frond crowding against extensive bleaching, essential for survival at the intertidal zone. Future research will have to demonstrate the possible relationship between the frequency and duration of negative net photosynthetic rates and the extent of frond bleaching.  相似文献

The effects of the understory shrub Ledum palustre on soil N cycling were studied in a hardwood forest of Interior Alaska. This species releases high concentrations of phenolic compounds from green leaves and decomposing litter by rainfall. Organic and mineral soils sampled underneath L. palustre and at nearby non-Ledum sites were amended with L. palustre litter leachates and incubated at controlled conditions. We aimed to know (i) whether L. palustre presence and litter leachate addition changed net N cycling rates in organic and mineral soils, and (ii) what N cycling processes, including gross N mineralization, N immobilization and gross N nitrification, were affected in association with L. palustre. Our results indicate that N transformation rates in the surface organic horizon were not affected by L. palustre presence or leachate addition. However, mineral soils underneath L. palustre as well as soils amended with leachates had significantly higher C/N ratios and microbial respiration rates, and lower net N mineralization and N-to-C mineralization compared to no Ledum and no leachates soils. No nitrification was detected. Plant presence and leachate addition also tended to increase both gross N mineralization and immobilization. These results suggest that soluble C compounds present in L. palustre increased N immobilization in mineral soils when soil biota used them as a C source. Increases in gross N mineralization may have been caused by an enhanced microbial biomass due to C addition. Since both plant presence and leachate addition decreased soil C/N ratio and had similar effects on N transformation rates, our results suggest that litter leachates could be partially responsible for plant presence effects. The lower N availability under L. palustre canopy could exert negative interactions on the establishment and growth of other plant species.  相似文献

Population structure (size, age, spatial patterns) and radial growth patterns are used to analyze regeneration patterns of Abies faxoniana, Betula albosinensis, Betula utilis, Larix potaninii, Picea purpurea, and Sabina saltuaria and reconstruct disturbance history in 8 subalpine forest stands in Wang Lang Natural Reserve, Sichuan, China. In old-growth stands tree regeneration occurs in tree-fall gaps whereby A. faxoniana, Betula sp., P. purpurea, and S. saltuaria persist at stand scales by gap-phase regeneration. Clump sizes of young populations are similar to canopy gap sizes but clumps sizes vary among species. Young Betula patches are larger than those of A. faxoniana suggesting that gap-partitioning by size contributes to species coexistence in mixed stands. Picea purpurea and S. saltuaria are longer lived than A. faxoniana which may compensate for lower recruitment and prevent their replacement by A. faxoniana. Tree regeneration and community structure are also influenced by the understory bamboo Fargesia denudata. Seedlings, saplings, and shrub density all decline with an increase in bamboo cover. Species that regenerate in old-growth forest also regenerate after flooding as do species that establish only on bare substrates (i.e. Larix potaninii, Prunus sp.). Structural and compositional patterns in Wang Lang forests are a reflection of disturbance history, canopy species life history attributes such as dispersal ability, shade tolerance, growth rates, and longevity, and competition of trees and shrubs with understory bamboos.  相似文献

Indocalamus longiauritus (a dwarf bamboo) dominates forest understory and functions as an ecological filter to hinder the regeneration of canopy tree species in many temperate forests. However, the physiological mechanism underlying the function of ecological filters is not clear. In this study, we measured leaf-level carbon capture ability and use efficiency of the dwarf bamboo and the co-existing Fagus lucida (beech) and Castanopsis lamontii (chinkapin) seedlings in forest understory and small gaps in a beech–chinkapin mixed forest in the summer of 2005. The results indicated that I. longiauritus exhibited greater carbon capture ability, as indexed by light-saturated photosynthetic rate (P max), maximal carboxylation rate, maximal electron transport rate and carboxylation efficiency, than the co-occurring F. lucida and C. lamontii seedlings in both forest understory and small gaps. Higher carbon capture ability in I. longiauritus was related to its greater partition of absorbed light energy to photochemistry. I. longiauritus had higher photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency than F. lucida and C. lamontii seedlings in both light environments. However, water use efficiency (WUE) in I. longiauritus was higher than F. lucida but lower than C. lamontii. This intermediate WUE in I. longiauritus was related to its intermediate light-saturated stomatal conductance. In addition, I. longiauritus reduced metabolic cost by increasing the ratio of P max to respiration rate, leading to increased net carbon balance. On the other hand, F. lucida and C. lamontii seedlings had greater plasticity of carbon capture ability and leaf structural traits, which might facilitate colonization of gaps and realization of natural regeneration in these species.  相似文献

The CO2 exchange of pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) shoots was continuously monitored over several years. The spatial and temporal variability of gas exchange was thoroughly investigated for three forest types. The net uptake of CO2 by current-season shoots in a bilberry pine stand equaled 5.4 g CO2 per g dry wt for the growing season. The net CO2 assimilation by one-year-old shoots over a growing season constituted 9.9 and 2.4 g CO2/(g dry wt year) in the upper and lower crown parts, respectively. The nighttime respiration of the current-season shoots released 0.7 g CO2/(g dry wt year), and the respiration of one-year-old shoots in the upper and lower parts of the canopy released 0.45 and 0.36 g CO2/(g dry wt year), respectively. Recalculation of three-year data per entire crown yielded an annual average carbon assimilation of 1.54 g C/(g dry wt year). Water relations markedly affected CO2 fixation. Nevertheless, the daily average values of photosynthesis in the summer were similar for pine stands with bilberry, heather, and dwarf shrub–polytric as understory dominants. It is shown that the realization of changes in photosynthetic function is related in time to growth processes.  相似文献

Expansion of shrubs into grasslands is often accompanied by a reduction in understory light and an associated reduction of shade-intolerant species. However, effects of specific canopy architectural characteristics on the light environment under shrub thickets are unknown. Our objective was to determine what characteristics of canopy architecture most influence understory light in monospecific shrub thickets. We quantified understory light and canopy architecture for five shrub species in the eastern United States that have a history of expansion, and we used multiple regression to determine which canopy characteristics best predicted light attenuation and relative contribution of sunflecks. Measurements included leaf angle, leaf azimuth, branch bifurcation ratio, leaf area index (LAI), canopy depth (the vertical distance from the bottommost leaf to the top of the canopy), and leaf area density (LAD) as well as understory photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD). The best predictor of light attenuation and the occurrence of sunflecks for all species was canopy depth. Multiple leaf and plant-level traits were correlated with canopy depth but not with LAI or LAD. The invasive shrub Elaeagnus umbellata had the lowest understory light levels of the species examined although LAI values for Morella cerifera and Rhododendron maximum were higher. Branch bifurcation ratios for E. umbellata were significantly higher than for other species and this likely contributed to the differences in light attenuation and suppression of sunflecks. The potential of shrubs to intercept light is primarily dependent on vertical distribution of leaves in the canopy which is itself correlated with fine-scale, species-specific variations in leaf display.  相似文献

Temperate forests are characterised by variable light quality (i.e. spectral composition of light) at or near the forest floor. These understory environments have a high concentration of green light, as red and blue light are preferentially absorbed by upper canopy leaves. Understory species may be well-adapted for using green light to drive photosynthesis. Angiosperms have been shown to use green light for photosynthesis, but this ability has not been demonstrated in shade-dwelling bryophytes. In this study, net photosynthetic rate (PN) of three temperate understory species of moss (Dichodontium pellucidum (Hedw.) Schimp., Leucobryum albidum (Brid. ex P.Beauv) Lindb. and Amblystegium serpens (Hedw.) Schimp.) was measured under green, red?+?blue, and red?+?blue?+?green light to assess green light use efficiency. All three species were capable of photosynthesising beyond their respiratory demands using solely green light, with higher green light use efficiency measured in plants collected from areas with greater canopy cover, suggesting growth in a green light concentrated environment increases green light use efficiency. Each species was also collected from sites differing in their degree of canopy cover and grown under three light treatments (high light, low light, and green light). Photosynthetic efficiency (chlorophyll fluorescence), tissue nitrogen and carbon isotope concentrations were assessed after a short growth period. Growth conditions had little effect on leaf chemistry and monochromatic green light did not significantly degrade photosynthetic efficiency. This study provides the first evidence to date of positive net ‘green light photosynthesis’ in mosses.  相似文献

The role of allelopathy in biochemical ecology: Experience from Taiwan   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Allelopathic compounds, including fatty acids, phenolics, flavonoids, terpenoids, and alkaloids, have been found in various plants and soils of different habitats in Taiwan since 1972. For example, in a monoculture of rice plants, phytotoxins were produced during the decomposition of rice residues in soil, suppressed the growth of rice seedlings, and reduced the numbers of tillers and panicles, leading to yield reduction. The allelopathic metabolites are also affected by environmental factors, such as oxygen, temperature, soil moisture, microbial activity, and levels of fertilizers in soil, and allelopathy was pronounced in areas where environmental stresses were severe. Substantial amounts of phytotoxic mimosine and phenolics were released into soil by plant parts of Leucaenaleucocephala, and these suppressed the growth of many understory species except that of L.leucocephala itself. A unique pattern of absence of understory plants was ubiquitous beneathPhyllostachys edulis, due primarily to an allelopathic effect. In a forest pasture intercropping, an aggressive kikuyu grass was planted in a deforested land where Chinese fir grew previously, to help in understanding the mechanism of biological interactions between plants. Aqueous soil leachate and extracts of the grass significantly, retarded the growth of local weeds but not that of the Chinese fir. Allelopathy thus plays an appreciable role in natural vegetation and plantations in Taiwan.  相似文献

Abstract

Allelopathy is a biological process in which plants synthesize allelochemicals that affect the physiological properties, development and survival of other plants. Experiments were conducted to investigate the allelopathic effect of Rhazya stricta leaf extracts on the germination, early seedling growth and metabolism of Salsola villosa. Aqueous extracts (10, 30 and 50 g/ L) decreased germination and growth by reducing the synthesis of chlorophyll pigments. Leachate treatments induced the antioxidant system by upregulating antioxidant enzyme activities. Additionally, the activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase and indole acetic acid oxidase were stimulated by exposure to leachate. R. stricta leachates reduced the content of polyunsaturated membrane fatty acids with a concomitant increase in the saturated ones. Unsaturated fatty acids were reduced with the increased concentration of leachate. Phospholipids were also reduced due to leachate, thereby affecting membrane functioning considerably. Aqueous extracts from the leaves of R. stricta restrict the growth and metabolism of S. villosa by hampering membrane functioning and photosynthetic capacity.  相似文献

Shifts in canopy structure associated with nonnative plant invasions may interact with species-specific patterns of canopy resource allocation to reinforce the invasion process. We documented differences in canopy light availability and canopy resource allocation in adjacent monospecific and mixed stands of Phragmites australis and Typha spp. in a Great Lakes coastal wetland presently undergoing Phragmites invasion to better understand how light availability influences leaf nitrogen content (Nmass) and photosynthetic capacity (Amax) in these species. Due to their horizontally oriented leaves, light attenuates more rapidly in monospecific stands of Phragmites than in monospecific stands of Typha, where leaves are more vertically-oriented. Whereas Typha canopies followed our prediction that patterns of Nmass and Amax should closely parallel patterns of canopy light availability, Nmass and Amax were consistent throughout Phragmites’ canopies. Moreover, we observed overall greater Nmass and lower photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency in leaves of Phragmites than in leaves of Typha. Improved understanding of the link between Nmass and Amax in these canopies should improve our understanding of carbon and nitrogen cycling consequences of Phragmites invasion in wetland ecosystems.  相似文献

Summary In some parts of southern California, Pholistoma auritum dominates understory vegetation beneath isolated Quercus agrifolia trees occurring in annual grasslands. Pure stands of P. auritum are maintained in successive years although adjacent to grasses with easily dispersed propagules. Lack of establishment by the grasses in areas covered with previous season's P. auritum litter suggested a germination inhibition mechanism. Laboratory and field tests indicated allelopathic inhibition of grass seedlings by the herb litter. Dominance by an understory species is evaluated in reference to community organization and stability.  相似文献

Photosynthetic responses to temperature in tropical lotic macroalgae   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A comparative analysis of the photosynthetic responses to temperature (10–30°C) was carried out under short‐term laboratory conditions by chlorophyll fluorescence and oxygen (02) evolution. Ten lotic macroalgal species from southeastern Brazil (20°11–20°48′S, 49°18–49°41′W) were tested, including Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Rhodophyta and Xanthophyta. Temperature had significant effects on electron transport rate (ETR) only for three species (Terpsinoe musica, Bacillariophyta; Cladophora glomerata, Chlorophyta; and C. coeruleus, Rhodophyta), with highest values at 25–30°C, whereas the remaining species had no significant responses. It also had similar effects on non‐photochemical quenching and ETR. Differences in net photosynthesisldark respiration ratios at distinct temperatures were found, with an increasing trend of respiration with higher temperatures. This implies in a decreasing balance between net primary production and temperature, representing more critical conditions toward higher temperatures for most species. In contrast, high net photosynthesis and photosynthesisldark respiration ratios at high and wide ranges of temperature were found in three species of green algae, suggesting that these algae can be important primary producers in lotic ecosystems, particularly in tropical regions. Optimal photosynthetic rates were observed under similar environmental temperatures for five species (two rhodophytes, two chlorophytes and one diatom) considering both techniques, suggesting acclimation to their respective ambient temperatures. C. coeruleus was the only species with peaks of ETR and 02 evolution under similar field‐measured temperatures. All species kept values of ETR and net photosynthesis close to the optimum under a broad range of temperatures. Increased non‐photochemical quenching, as a measure of thermal dissipation of excess energy, toward higher temperatures was observed in some species, as well as positive correlation of non‐photochemical quenching with ETR, and were interpreted as two mechanisms of adaptation of the photosynthetic apparatus to temperature changes. Different optimal temperatures were found for individual species by each technique, generally under lower temperatures by 02 evolution, indicating dependence on distinct factors: increases in temperature generally induced higher ETR due to increased enzymatic activity, whereas increments of enzymatic activity were compensated by increased respiration and photorespiration leading to decreases in net photosynthesis.  相似文献

Elevated CO2 enhances carbon uptake of a plant stand, but the magnitude of the increase varies among growth stages. We studied the relative contribution of structural and physiological factors to the CO2 effect on the carbon balance during stand development. Stands of an annual herb Chenopodium album were established in open-top chambers at ambient and elevated CO2 concentrations (370 and 700 μmol mol−1). Plant biomass growth, canopy structural traits (leaf area, leaf nitrogen distribution, and light gradient in the canopy), and physiological characteristics (leaf photosynthesis and respiration of organs) were studied through the growing season. CO2 exchange of the stand was estimated with a canopy photosynthesis model. Rates of light-saturated photosynthesis and dark respiration of leaves as related with nitrogen content per unit leaf area and time-dependent reduction in specific respiration rates of stems and roots were incorporated into the model. Daily canopy carbon balance, calculated as an integration of leaf photosynthesis minus stem and root respiration, well explained biomass growth determined by harvests (r 2 = 0.98). The increase of canopy photosynthesis with elevated CO2 was 80% at an early stage and decreased to 55% at flowering. Sensitivity analyses suggested that an alteration in leaf photosynthetic traits enhanced canopy photosynthesis by 40–60% throughout the experiment period, whereas altered canopy structure contributed to the increase at the early stage only. Thus, both physiological and structural factors are involved in the increase of carbon balance and growth rate of C. album stands at elevated CO2. However, their contributions were not constant, but changed with stand development.  相似文献
