中国虫囊菌属分类的研究Ⅰ.

本文报道虫囊菌属２个新种,中国新记录种及新记录变种各１个：海南虫囊菌寄生于齿负泥虫,福建虫囊菌寄生于长唇步甲属蠕形虫囊菌寄生于锯缘步甲瘤壳虫囊菌婆罗洲变种寄生于四斑长唇步甲。     

中国的球盖菇科(二)球盖菇属

通过对吉林农业大学菌物研究所标本馆(HMJAU)、中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆(HMAS)、中国科学院昆明植物研究所标本馆隐花植物标本室(HKAS)和广东微生物研究所标本馆(HMIGD)的132份标本的宏观形态和微观结构的观察,共报道中国球盖菇属[Stropharia(Fr.)Qulet]真菌14种(包括变种、变型),其中包括1个拟定新种,即黄囊球盖菇[Stropharia chrysocystidia Meng T.X.et Tolgor];1个新变种,即蚯蚓铜绿球盖菇[Stropharia aeruginosa(Fr.)Qulet var.earthwormia Meng T.X.et Tolgor];2个中国新记录种,即偏孢孔球盖菇[Stropharia dorsiporaEsteve-Rav.&Barrasa]和盐碱球盖菇[Stropharia halophila Pacioni];四川省新记录种1个,即亮白球盖菇[Stropharia albonitens(Fr.)Qulet];吉林省新记录变型1个,即浅黄皱环球盖菇[Stropharia ru-gosoannulataf.luteaHongo];云南和西藏新记录变型1个,即黄褐球盖菇[Stropharia aeruginosa(Fr.)Qulet f.brunneola Hongo]。对已知种进行了形态学描述、显微线条图绘制,编写了分种检索表,对每个种的担孢子进行了扫描电子显微镜观察。     

中国东北石松孢子形态的研究

本文利用扫描电子显微镜对中国东北产的２科３属８种（含变种）石松植物的孢子进行了观察,对每个种的形态特征进行了描述。讨论了各属、种间的差异,为石松植物的系统分类及粉学研究提供资料。     

江苏白粉菌研究Ⅱ:云台山白粉菌简志

报道了江苏省云台山地区的白粉菌目5属19种和变种,其中,散生单囊白粉菌Podosphaera sparsa(U. Braun) U. BraunS.Takam.为国内新记录种,千里光单囊白粉菌Podosphaera senecionis U. Braun为江苏省新记录种。所有引证标本分别保存在中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆(HMAS)和连云港市植保植检站标本室(Y)。     

沂山地衣研究

对采自山东省沂山的370余个地衣标本进行分类整理,共鉴定出12个科26个属59个种(包括2个变种)。其中山东省新记录属5个,新记录种35个。     

中国八宝属(Hylotelephium)花粉形态研究

利用扫描电子显微镜观察了中国八宝属（Hylotelephium)15种1变种植物的花粉结构。试图通过花粉形态的研究为八宝属的植物分类提供参考依据。     

囊裸藻属与陀螺藻属囊壳微细结构及元素组成比较

对采自自然水体中囊裸藻属(Trachelomonas)的8种和陀螺藻属(Strombomonas)的两种藻类的囊壳微细结构和元素组成进行了比较分析,并探讨了这两个属的系统演化关系。结果表明：组成囊壳的矿质元素主要是铁和硅,在陀螺藻和表面粗糙的囊裸藻中,硅的含量较高,铁的含量相对较低;在大多数囊裸藻中,尤其是表面致密、光滑的种类中,铁的含量较高,硅的含量较低,矿质元素的组成与囊壳的颜色无直接关系。建议将陀螺藻属(Strombomonas)撤消,原陀螺藻属的种作为囊裸藻属(Trachelomonas)中的一个种组(Group),它们是裸藻科中最原始的具囊壳的类群。     

13 Viral control of phytoplankton

Since the separation of the Trachelomonas subgroup "Saccatae" into a new genus, Strombomonas Deflandre (1930), there has been some question as to its validity. Deflandre's separation was based on morphological characteristics such as the shape of the lorica, lack of a distinctive collar, possession of a tailpiece, lack of ornamentation, and ability to aggregate particles on the lorica. Recent molecular analyses indicated that the loricate taxa were monophyletic, but few species have been sampled. The LSU rDNA from eleven Strombomonas and thirty-eight Trachelomonas species was sequenced to evaluate the monophyly of the two genera. Bayesian and maximum-likelihood analyses found one monophyletic clade for each genus. The Trachelomonas clade was weakly supported, but had five strongly supported subclades. Morphological characters, such as lorica development and pellicle strip reduction, also supported separation of the genera. Lorica development in Strombomonas occurred from the anterior of the cell to the posterior, forming a shroud over the protoplast whereas in Trachelomonas , a layer of mucilage was excreted over the entire protoplast, followed by creation of the collar at the anterior end. Taxa from both genera underwent exponential strip reduction at the anterior and posterior poles. In Strombomonas , only one reduction was visible in the anterior pole, while in most Trachelomonas species, two reductions were visible. Likewise, Strombomonas species possessed two whorls of strip reduction in their posterior end compared to a single whorl of strip reduction in Trachelomonas species. The combined morphological and molecular data support the retention of Trachelomonas and Strombomonas as separate genera.     

中国扁裸藻属新记录

本文报道采自哈尔滨的扁裸藻属我国新记录3种2变种,它们是Phacus balatonicus var.boglariensis Hortob.,Ph.elegans Pochm.,Ph.glaber(Defl.)Pochm.,Ph.suecicus var.invermis Nyg.,Ph.war-szewiczii Drez.     

西藏大团囊菌属及其生态分布

首次报道西藏分布的大团囊菌3个种与1个变种：Elaphoopcesgranulatusvar．granulatus,E.granulatusvar．asperulusE.tuberculatus和E.muricatus,讨论了种间和种内的一些特征分化或变异。其中,E．tuberculatus被确认为新种。这些种类均生于林下土中,与冷杉（Abies）、云杉（Picea）、栎属（Quercus）树种共生形成外生苗根,其垂直分布海拔高度可达3600m,然而西藏分布较广的松林下目前尚未发现该属种类的存在。大团囊菌种类在生态适应性上存在很宽的分布幅度,一般认为该类菌物是属于全球广布的热带、亚热带、温带直至亚高山寒温带均有分布的、典型的地下生生态类群。研究的标本全部保存于西藏高原生态研究所标本室（HXZE）。     

中国产瘤蕨属植物的孢子形态研究及其分类学意义

本文对5种中国产瘤蕨属植物的孢子形态的进行了光镜和扫描电镜的观察,其中2种的扫描电镜观察是首次报道,对形态特征和分类学意义进行了讨论,阔鳞瘤蕨与瘤蕨孢子表面纹饰的明显区别为新种阔鳞瘤蕨的成立提供了有力证据。     

东海南部陆缘(莆、泉段)全新世沉积硅藻

对东海南部陆缘莆田、泉州地区两口钻井岩芯系统的沉积硅藻研究,共发现33属117种（或变种）硅藻化石,根据剖面硅藻组合特征的变化,结合计算机的对应分析结果划分了硅藻带,建立该区全新世的7个硅藻组合序列,恢复当时古环境演变的7个阶段,填补该区沉积硅藻系统研究的空白,丰富了海陆过渡沉积硅藻的研究。     

中国具囊壳裸藻类的新种类

本文报道了在我国首次发现的１３个具囊壳裸藻类的新种类,在它们之中隶属于囊裸藻属的有５个新变种;属于陀螺藻属的有８个新变种。     

CHLAINOMONAS KOLII(HARDY ET CURL) COMB. NOV. (CHLOROPHYTA,VOLVOCALES), A REVISION OF THE SNOW ALGA,TRACHELOMONAS KOLII HARDY ET CURL (EUGLENOPHYTA,EUGLENALES)1,2

The snow alga Trachelomonas kolii is transferred from the Euglenophyta (Euglenales) to the Chlorophyta (Volvocales) as Chlainomonas kolii comb. nov. As a result of critical examination of both living and type material, this species was found to have 4 flagella per vegetative cell, true starch, and 1 axial plastid per cell with several peripheral lobes. Vegetative cells of Trachelomonas kolii were described originally as having 1 flagellum, lacking true starch but having paramylum, and as having several parietal plastids per cell. The reticulate markings on the outer envelope of vegetative cells were found to be different from those in the original illustrations. Vegetative cells and resting spores of Chlainomonas kolii and Chlainomonas rubra are compared. The similarities of resting spores of Chlainomonas kolii and Chlamydomonas nivalis are discussed. These are the first records of Chlainomonas kolii from snow in Washington State.     

鄂西地区发现的我国裸藻门新记录

1981年5—6月,作者在鄂西一带,对各种生态环境中的藻类进行了一次采集。随后,又对采得的浮游藻类中的裸藻门植物进行鉴定和研究,发现了不少在我国尚未报道过的种类。有些还是较为罕见的种类。它们分别隶属于裸藻属(Euglena)的有8种(包括变种,下同),扁裸藻属(Phacus)的有5种,囊裸藻属(Trachelomonas)的有1种,陀螺藻属(Strombomonas)的有2种,柄裸藻属(Colacium)的有1种,变
