Solanum sect. Petota (tuber-bearing wild and cultivated potatoes) are a group of approximately 190 wild species distributed throughout the Americas from the southwestern United States south to Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Solanum series Conicibaccata are a group of approximately 40 species within sect. Petota, distributed from central Mexico to central Bolivia, composed of diploids (2n = 2x = 24), tetraploids (2n = 4x = 48) and hexaploids (2n = 6x = 64); the polyploids are thought to be polysomic polyploids. This study initially was designed to address species boundaries of the four Mexican and Central American species of series Conicibaccata with AFLP data with the addition of first germplasm collections of one of these four species, Solanum woodsonii, as a follow-up to prior morphological, chloroplast DNA, and RAPD studies; and additional species of series Conicibaccata from South America. AFLP data from 12 primer combinations (1722 polymorphic bands) are unable to distinguish polyploid species long thought to be distinct. The data suggest a complex reticulate history of the tetraploids or the need for a broad downward reevaluation of the number of species in series Conicibaccata, a trend seen in other series of sect. Petota. Separately, through flow cytometry, we report the first ploidy level of S. woodsonii, as tetraploid (2n = 48). 披碱草属3组植物叶片解剖特征及其系统关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用石蜡切片法对披碱草属中小颖组、宽颖组和长颖组主要代表种的叶片横切面形态学特征进行观察。结果显示:(1)披碱草属3个组植物的叶片均为等面叶,由表皮、叶肉和维管束三部分构成,表现为典型的狐茅型,即表皮细胞形状、大小和排列不均,叶肉无栅栏组织和海绵组织之分,具有双层维管束鞘,周围叶肉细胞呈不规则排列,厚壁组织与表皮相接;但3个组植物在上表皮细胞形状、大小、沟的深浅,以及大型导管数目等叶片横切面特征上存在明显差异。(2)根据3个组植物叶片横切面性状的演化趋势,对各组的演化关系和系统位置分析表明,小颖组最原始,宽颖组较进化,长颖组最高级;小颖组可能直接派生了较进化的宽颖组,并在宽颖组的基础上进而产生了最高级的长颖组;小颖组、宽颖组和长颖组的这一系统关系与利用外部形态特征所获得的演化趋势基本一致。  相似文献

Principal component and canonical variate analyses were used to analyse the variation of 34 morphological characters measured in 98 accessions ofTulipa subg.Tulipa, formerly known as sect.Leiostemones. In addition 43 accessions were analysed cytogenetically by means of C-banding methods. Based on the encountered variation and on geographical distribution data 30 species in five sections were recognized, of which the synonymy is stated. Chloroplast DNA restriction site variation was examined amongLepidium taxa usually classified in sects.Lepia, Lepiocardamon andCardamon. By using 15 restriction endonucleases, filter hybridization experiments, and comparative mapping procedures, a total of 119 variable restriction sites was detected. Of these, 56 were phylogenetically informative and were used in a cladistic analysis. The resulting phylogenetic tree agrees with results derived from morphology, isozyme electrophoresis and the analysis of glucosinolates. The data suggest: 1) The recognition of sect.Lepia, and 2) that sect.Lepiocardamon has close relationships to sect.Cardamon and that both should be amalgamated. Low rates of interspecific chloroplast DNA sequence divergence in sect.Lepia correlated well with morphological data and isoelectric focusing analysis of Rubisco, suggesting that taxa of sect.Lepia are closely related and most likely have diversified recently.  相似文献

两栖蓼是一种水陆两栖植物,植株在不同生态环境下外部形态差异较大,同时两栖蓼的系统位置存在争议,被归入春蓼组(sect.Persicaria)或提升为两栖蓼组(sect.Amphibium)。该文选取两栖蓼及春蓼组植物12种,以及刺蓼组、头状蓼组、神血宁组、拳参组、萹蓄组和外类群掌叶大黄共23种植物进行研究。植物总DNA的提取采用改进的CTAB法,所测序列以及从Genbank数据库下载的序列,以掌叶大黄为外类群,采用最大简约法和贝叶斯法对核糖体ITS序列和叶绿体trn L-F序列进行了系统发育分析。ITS序列对位排列的长度为735 bp,包括489个可变位点,272个位点是信息位点。简约法得到9个简约树,步长为1 084,CI指数为0.680,RI指数为0.614。trn L-F序列对位排列的长度为1 121 bp,包括427个可变位点,239个位点是信息位点。简约法寻找到9个简约树,步长为551(CI=0.911,RI=0.910)。贝叶斯法和简约法得到的树基本一致。分子序列分析结果显示,trn L-F序列树类似于ITS序列树。ITS序列构建的发育树上,两栖蓼与刺蓼组植物、春蓼组其他植物形成3个并列的分支;在trn L-F序列树上,两栖蓼则与其他春蓼组植物形成两个并列的分支。由此可见,两栖蓼与春蓼组其他植物的亲缘关系较远,成一独立的分支。两个分子证据支持将两栖蓼提升为两栖蓼组的处理意见。此外,两栖蓼的花粉具散沟,与典型的春蓼组的具散孔花粉不一致。再加上两栖蓼水陆两栖的特性,因此支持把两栖蓼提升为两栖蓼组的观点。两栖蓼组的界定为多年生草本,水陆两栖,根状茎横生,生于水中茎漂浮,叶长圆形或椭圆形,生于陆地茎直立,叶披针形或长圆状披针形,托叶鞘为筒状、薄膜质,总状花序穗状,瘦果近圆形,花粉具散沟。  相似文献

Morphological and RAPD markers were used to assess the relationships among nodulating and non-nodulating species of AfricanAcacia. Non-nodulating species of AfricanAcacia are only found within subg.Aculeiferum sect.Monacanthea. African species of sect.Monacanthea examined were found to form a group distinct from the other African species examined on a morphological and molecular basis. All lack the ability to nodulate, suggesting that non-nodulation may be used as a taxonomic tool. The species of sect.Aculeiferum were separated by RAPD and morphological analysis into two groups depending on whether they were armed with prickles in pairs and/or prickles in threes, or solitary. A third group of species was identified within sect.Acacia: further subdivision of this group was achieved into subsectt.Pluriseriae andUniseriae. The position ofA. albida relative to other AfricanAcacia species was found to be distinct but not totally independent of the genus. The partitioning and distribution of the genetic variability within the genus is further elucidated by the RAPD analysis of populations ofAcacia species. A population analysis ofA. polyacantha demonstrated geographical and site-specific variation.  相似文献

Leaf monoterpenes from 166 provenances representing 71 species of the genusArtemisia were identified by gas-liquid (using 3 columns with different polarity) and thin layer co-chromatography with authentic samples. Cineol and thujane and camphane derivatives together with small quantities of pinanes, monocyclic and acyclic monoterpenes apparently characterize sect.Artemisia and sect.Abrotanum (pro parte), and probably also the North American sect.Tridentatae. The subg.Dracunculus and the ser.Laciniatae andLatifoliae of sect.Abrotanum are clearly distinguished by only small amounts of pinanes, monocyclic and acyclic monoterpenes together with a nearly complete reduction of all major components, i.e. cineol and thujane and camphane derivatives. Different trends towards -thujone or myrcene accumulation appear to be of some systematic relevance within the ser.Frigidae of sect.Absinthium.

Phylogenetic relationships of the genera Russula and Lactarius were investigated using sequence data from the nuclear-encoded large subunit ribosomal DNA (LSU rDNA). Ninety-five sequences belonging to the genera Russula and Lactarius, including 31 sequences from the databases, were used in this study. Analysis of the LSU rDNA region indicated that Russulaceae was divided into six groups (group A–F) in the neighbor-joining (NJ) tree. Lactarius consisted of one large clade (group A). Therefore, this genus was found to be monophyletic. However, the monophyly of genus Russula remained unclear. The genus Russula consisted of five groups in the NJ tree. Group B includes sects. Plorantes and Archaeinae (Heim), and group C includes sects. Delicoarchaeae and Russula in the NJ tree. Neither of the two groups formed a single clade in the most parsimonius (MP) tree. Group D includes many taxa having colored spore prints and amyloid in suprahilar plage of spores in sect. Russula and sect. Rigidae. Group E consists of only sect. Compactae and is further divided into three subclades, represented by R. densifolia, R. nigricans, and R. subnigricans, respectively. Group F contains sects. Rigidae, Ingratae, and Pelliculariae. Sect. Compactae and sect. Plorantes should not be as closely related as previously supposed. Russula earlei may be placed in sect. Archaeinae Heim. Russula flavida (subsect. Amoeninae) is placed in sect. Russula with R. aurea with a high bootstrap value (99%). The nuclear LSU rDNA region is a useful tool in recognization of species of Russulaceae and may provide information concerning phylogenetic relationships between the genera Russula and Lactarius.  相似文献

Iva s.str. (comprising ten species) was examined by cpDNA restriction site variation to determine phyletic relationships within the group. The results were compared with relationships proposed from other data. A total of 86 restriction site mutations was detected, 47 of which proved phylogenetically informative. A single most parsimonious tree was obtained using both Wagner and Dollo parsimony. The tree revealed three main lineages that are congruent with the three chromosome lineages (base numbers of x = 16, 17, 18). The monophyly of the x = 16 and 18 groups was supported strongly by molecular data, while the monophyly of x = 17 lineage was only supported moderately. Relationships among the three lineages indicate that the sect.Iva is paraphyletic because sect.Linearbractea is nested within it. Both morphological data and the secondary chemical data are in agreement with the proposed cpDNA phylogeny. Because of this agreement, sect.Iva is revised such that,I. axillaris was excluded and positioned within the newly proposed sect.Rhizoma. Patterns and rates of cpDNA evolution were also examined. The results indicated an uneven evolution in the chloroplast genome with different rates of cpDNA evolution in at least a few species ofIva. However, the evolutionary clock hypothesis can not be rejected within most of the lineages inIva.  相似文献

A phylogenetic analysis of 25 species, representing eight genera of theRubieae tribe (Rubiaceae), has been made using the DNA sequence of the chloroplastatp B-rbc L intergene region. Six tropical genera from other tribes ofRubiaceae have been used as outgroups. Whatever the method of analysis (distance, parsimony or maximum likelihood), five groups are clearly separated and described as informal clades. Their relative relationships are not clearly resolved by the parsimony analysis, resulting in eight equally parsimonious trees, 327 steps long, with a consistency index (CI) of 0.749 (excluding uninformative sites). TheRubieae tribe appears monophyletic from the data available. Some new and partly unexpected phylogenetic relationships are suggested. The genusRubia forms a separate clade and appears to be the relatively advanced sister group of the remaining taxa. TheSherardia clade also includes the generaCrucianella andPhuopsis. Galium sect.Aparinoides appears closely attached to theAsperula sect.Glabella clade. The remaining taxa ofGalium are paraphyletic:Galium sect.Platygalium (in theCruciata clade) is linked to the advanced generaCruciata andValantia; the more apomorphic groups ofGalium form theGalium sect.Galium clade, including the perennial sectionsGalium, Leiogalium, andLeptogalium as well as the annual (and possibly polyphyletic) sect.Kolgyda.  相似文献

Fruits ofDipsacaceae are single-seeded, have bristle-shaped calyx segments and are tightly enclosed by four fused bracts forming an epicalyx. Comparative morphological and anatomical studies reveal a great diversity of epicalyx and calyx, often relevant to fruit dispersal. The present contribution deals with theScabiosa group of genera, the core of theScabioseae tribe. Most of its taxa develop a diaphragma from a meristem on the inside of the epicalyx. This diaphragma, together with the lower part of the epicalyx encloses the fruit proper, whereas the upper parts form a so-called epi-diaphragma (ed) and a ± hyaline corona. Differences of the epicalyx with respect to the size and position of the ed, elaboration of the corona, origin of pits (=foveoles) and other morphological and anatomical specializations can be demonstrated. Together with palynological and karyological data these new facts support an improved concept of relationships and systematics for the taxa studied:Scabiosa sect.Scabiosa and sect.Cyrtostemma are closely related and should be united to form the genusScabiosa s. str.;Pycnocomon can be maintained as an independent genus, sister toScabiosa sect.Trochocephalus which then has to be treated as a genus,Lomelosia. In contrast, the following genera have to be included inLomelosia:Tremastelma asLomelosia sect.Callistemma, andScabiosiopsis as part ofLomelosia sect.Lomelosia. Pseudoscabiosa deviates in so many features that it has to be excluded from the redefinedScabioseae s. str.  相似文献

通过ITS序列对21种中国外来苋属植物进行系统进化关系研究。通过ITS序列种间、种内遗传距离分析,发现苋属种间变异为0~0.055 1,种内变异为0~0.009 2。使用TAXON DNA软件分析ITS序列种间、种内变异的分布图看出规律,结果表明苋属ITS序列的种间变异适中,种间变异明显大于种内变异。采用最大似然法(ML)构建的系统树将中国苋属分为5或6个进化支(根据自展支持率取值不同)。异株苋亚属长芒苋和苋亚属刺苋聚类在一起,西部苋和糙果苋单独成为一个进化支。苋亚属中苋组苋亚组反枝苋和绿穗苋亚组鲍氏苋有着更近的亲缘关系,苋组苋亚组尾穗苋和绿穗苋亚组绿穗苋、繁穗苋等亲缘关系更近。白苋亚属分为2或3个类群,根据自展支持率取值不同,合被苋可以和白苋、北美苋并为一支,也可以单独成为一支。综上所述,该文认为苋属经典分类体系中3亚属或2~3组的分类地位不成立,建议中国苋属采取5组2亚组或6组2亚组的分类体系。5组2亚组分别由长芒苋组、糙果苋组、苋组(苋亚组和绿穗苋亚组)、白苋组和凹头苋组组成。其中,合被苋也可从白苋组分出,单独构成1组,形成6组2亚组的分类体系。表明该序列对苋属大部分种类分类效果较好,对西部苋和糙果苋复合群,绿穗苋复合群以及白苋亚属的分类价值不高。  相似文献

(1)根据该文中赤车属与楼梯草属各种形态学的区别,认为赤车属较为原始,在楼梯草属之前自冷水花属衍生而出。(2)将赤车属划分为5组;将C.B.Robinson描述的Elatostemoides属降为组级群,作为赤车属中接近原始群全缘赤车组sect.Pileoides的一个组处理,此外还描述了一个与sect.Elatostemoides近缘的1新组,羽脉赤车组sect.Leiolaena,并根据叶、叶的脉序、雌花序、雌花被片和瘦果等器官的演化趋势给出显示赤车属属下诸群间亲缘关系的系统发育树。(3)对中国赤车属的属下分类群进行了修订,共承认32种1亚种7变种,给出检索表、描述及多幅插图,并将它们划分为4组、2亚组和9系,其中除sect.Leiolaena之外,还新描述了2亚组、5系、2种和3变种;在2003年被归并为同物异名的长柄赤车、曲毛赤车、波缘赤车、小赤车和富宁赤车的种级地位得到恢复。此外,还写出了中国赤车属的分类学简史和地理分布。  相似文献

在野外调查的基础上,结合查阅标本和文献比对,对秦岭地区芍药属(Paeonia)植物及其地理分布进行修订。结果表明,秦岭地区分布有芍药属8个野生种及1个栽培种,可分为牡丹组(Section Mouton DC.)和芍药组(Sect. Paeonia)。地理分布格局研究表明:芍药组内4个种:草芍药(P. obovata)、美丽芍药(P. mairei)、芍药(P. lactiflora)、川赤芍(P. anomala subsp. veitchii)和牡丹组中的牡丹(P. suffruticosa Andrews)、紫斑牡丹(P. rockii)为秦岭广布种,卵叶牡丹(P. qiui)和杨山牡丹(P. ostii)为秦岭中东部分布种,矮牡丹(P.jishanensis)为秦岭东部分布种。根据修订,给出了秦岭地区芍药属植物分种检索表。  相似文献

为了解梨蒴珠藓(Bartramia pomiformis)孢子萌发和原丝体发育特征,在显微镜下观察室内人工培养的梨蒴珠藓单倍配子体发育过程。结果表明,梨蒴珠藓孢子吸水膨胀5 d后,开始破壁萌发,原丝体系统以丝状绿丝体为主,轴丝体在绿丝体上分化产生。培养22 d后,配子体在轴丝体细胞上分化产生。参照Nishida的标准,梨蒴珠藓孢子萌发类型为真藓型(Bryum-type)。这为梨蒴珠藓的人工扩繁提供了发育学基础资料。  相似文献
