利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对20个野生百合种或变种的叶表皮进行了系统观察和比较分析,结果表明:(1)20种野生百合气孔器均分布于叶片远轴面,气孔器的长轴与远轴面细胞长轴方向一致,均位于远轴面细胞的端点处。气孔器形状从长椭圆形到近圆形不等;保卫细胞均为肾形,无副卫细胞,保卫细胞表面角质层均具条纹;表皮细胞角质层近于光滑或具条纹,均具蜡质,蜡质纹饰呈膜片状晶体或颗粒状;气孔密度、气孔器大小、近轴面远轴面细胞、垂周壁样式差异较大。(2)聚类分析表明,兰州百合、川百合、卷丹百合、紫斑百合、乳头百合、宝兴百合、山丹百合、大理百合、绿花百合、毛百合和有斑百合聚为类群Ⅰ;淡黄花百合、岷江百合和玫红百合3个野生种聚为类群Ⅱ;青岛百合单独为类群Ⅲ;宜昌百合、紫脊百合、通江百合、百合和野百合聚为类群Ⅳ,聚类结果总体上支持形态学分类的结果。(3)叶表皮形态对于区分野生百合不同种具有重要的分类学价值。  相似文献

为探索秦巴山区野生百合资源在百合育种中的应用方向及途径, 获得具有其独特遗传背景的育种材料,将秦巴山区野生百合的抗病毒及独特观赏特性等优良遗传性状逐渐渗到栽培品种中去。该研究借助切割柱头杂交及胚抢救技术,选取6种秦巴山区野生百合[岷江百合(Lilium gegale)、宜昌百合(L. leucanthum)、山丹(L. pumilum)、野百合(L. brownii)、宝兴百合(L. duchartrei)、川百合(L. davidii)]以及亚洲百合(Asiatic hybrids,AA)品种‘Elite’、东方百合(Oriental hybrids,OO)品种‘Sorbonne’、‘Siberia’和‘Marlon’、OT百合(Oriental × Trumpet hybrids,OT)品种‘Yelloween’、‘Serano’、‘Corel′door’进行了32组共计263朵花的(品)种间杂交,并针对膨大变软的果实剥离可供离体培养的胚及胚囊进行胚抢救。结果表明:(1)不同杂交组合坐果率、胚获得及萌发率呈现出较大差异,综合坐果率为11.4%,对30个膨大的果实中共计38个可供离体培养的胚及胚囊进行胚抢救,有7株最终萌发。(2)以野生百合为父母本的12组杂交组合中,6组获得了膨大果实,得到6株杂交后代。(3)栽培百合做母本,野生百合做父本的20组杂交组合中,共9组获得了膨大果实,除‘Elite’ × 山丹可直接收获种子外,共得到1株杂交后代。(4)以岷江百合及宜昌百合为亲本的远缘杂交TT × AA及回交OT × TT成功获得杂种后代。(5)秦巴山区6种野生百合在远缘杂交中获得育种后代的几率存在较大差异,宜昌百合和岷江百合获得后代几率较高,宝兴百合获得后代几率较低,野百合未获得后代。以上结果表明,岷江百合和宜昌百合为母本的TT × AA杂交和宝兴百合为父本的TT × AA杂交以及岷江百合和宜昌百合为父本的OT回交,为三种百合的育种利用提供了新途径,野百合的育种应用途径需要继续探索。  相似文献

该研究选用7条ISSR标记引物对百合属21种野生百合的亲缘关系进行分析,使用POPGEN1.32和MEGA5.1数据处理软件分析数据。结果表明:7条引物扩增出149条条带,其中136条为多态性条带,多态性条带比率为91.06%,平均有效等位点数为1.7624,平均Nei’ s基因多样度为0.4214,平均Shanon信息指数0.6085。遗传距离变化范围为0.3075~0.8873,紫脊百合和尖被百合的遗传距离最大,均值为0.8873,表明21份材料中二者亲缘关系最远;紫脊百合和宜昌百合遗传距离最小,均值为0.3075,表明二者亲缘关系最近。聚类结果与形态学分类大致吻合,21个供试材料可被分成5个类群,大理百合、宝兴百合、卷丹百合、紫斑百合、乳头百合、川百合、兰州百合、山丹百合、绿花百合和毛百合为第Ⅰ类群;紫脊百合、宜昌百合、岷江百合、通江百合和淡黄花百合为第Ⅱ类群;野百合和百合为第Ⅲ类群;青岛百合为第Ⅳ类群;第Ⅴ类群包括玫红百合、有斑百合和尖被百合。毛百合与卷瓣组百合亲缘关系较近,钟花组百合与卷瓣组百合存在基因交流,说明不能仅仅依靠形态学对野生百合进行分类。聚类分析结果中野百合与百合单独聚为一类,这说明是否具叶柄对野生百合的分类是一个重要的形态学特性。 ISSR分子标记适合用于百合属植物的亲缘关系分析。  相似文献

采用纸片琼脂扩散法测定了宜昌百合、岷江百合及兰州百合鳞茎甲醇提取物对革兰氏阳性细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)和革兰氏阴性细菌(大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌)的抑制活性,并对3种百合鳞茎提取物的含量与抑菌活性进行了剂量-效应关系分析。结果表明:3种百合鳞茎提取物对4种细菌均具有抑制活性,对革兰氏阳性细菌的抑菌活性高于对革兰氏阴性细菌的抑菌活性,且宜昌百合和岷江百合两种野生百合鳞茎提取物的抑菌活性均高于普通食用的兰州百合;3种百合鳞茎提取物的含量与抑菌活性之间存在明显的剂量-效应关系,即随着提取物含量的升高,抑菌活性明显升高。  相似文献

对中国东北地区6种3变种30份野生百合的23个形态性状进行了研究。结果表明,我国东北地区野生百合种质资源的主要数量性状均有明显差异,其中花柱长和叶宽的变异系数较大,分别为59.49%和54.03%。基于形态性状,把30份野生百合聚类并划分为两大类:第1类为茎粗壮、花朵较大的种类,包括卷丹和毛百合;第2类为花朵相对较小的种类,包括有斑百合、大花百合、细叶百合、垂花百合、大花卷丹、东北百合和朝鲜百合。通过主成分分析,前4个主成分代表了形态分化的82.51%,即叶长和宽、外轮花瓣宽、内轮花瓣长和宽、花蕾长、花柱长、花药长8个性状是其形态分化的主要指标。  相似文献

中国拥有丰富的野生百合种质资源,但有关百合属的系统发育与进化关系研究相对较少。该研究基于ITS、cpDNA(trnV-ndhC、petL-psbE)及单拷贝核基因AKT等3个基因片段,选取特有分布于西南地区的百合属6个近缘类群共48份样本及GenBank获得的数据,对百合属Leucolirion组进行了系统发育与种间关系研究。结果表明:(1)ITS结果支持前人的处理,即将Leucolirion组细分为2个亚组,subsect.Leucolirion6a和subsect.Leucolirion6b。建议将湖北百合(L.henryi)和南川百合(L.rosthornii)归入到subsect.Leucolirion 6a,与泸定百合(L.sargentiae)、淡黄花百合(L.sulphureum)、宜昌百合(L.leucanthum)和岷江百合(L.regale)等4个种一起组成Leucolirion组;原本属于Archelirion组的野百合(L.brownii)与subsect.Leucolirion6b聚为一支,故将它与台湾百合(L.longiflorm)、麝香百合(L.formosanum)等组成一个新组,命名为百合组(sect.Lilium)。(2)组间关系上,Leucolirion组与百合组的系统发育关系较远,前者与分布于日本的Archelirion组形成姐妹类群,而后者与Sinomartagon组的亲缘关系更近。(3)基于叶绿体联合基因和单拷贝核基因AKT的6个近缘种的遗传距离显示,湖北百合与南川百合明显区别于Leucolirion组内拥有白色管状花的4个类群。叶绿体联合基因树和单拷贝核基因树结果表明,泸定百合、淡黄花百合、岷江百合和宜昌百合在遗传水平上表现出了极高的相似性,遗传关系十分相近,这可能与百合属植物特殊的繁育系统有关,影响了物种间遗传变异与分化。  相似文献

通过对长江中游地区野生百合资源进行调查,发现长江中游地区有野生百合资源14个种和3个变种即野百合(Lilium brownii F. E. Brown ex Miellez var. brownii)、百合(L. brownii F. E. Brown ex Miellez var. viridulum Baker)、宜昌百合(L. leucanthum (Baker) Baker)、渥丹(L. concolor Salisb. var. concolor)、有斑百合(L. concolor Sali sb. var. pulchellum (Fisch.)Regel)、滇百合(L. baberianum Coll.et Hemsl)、大理百合(L.taliense Franch.)、药百合(L.speciosum Thunb. var. gloriosoides Baker)、湖北百合(L.henryi Baker)、南川百合(L. rosthornii Diels)、宝兴百合(L. duchartrei Franch.)、山丹(L. pumilum DC.)、川百合(L. davidii Duchartre)、条叶百合(L. callosum Sieb. et Zucc.)、乳头百合(L. papilliferum Franch.)、绿花百合(L. fargesii Franch.)和卷丹(L. tigrinum Ker Gawler)。对野生百合在长江中游地区分布现状、观赏特性及开发利用价值进行了分析,为百合新品种培育奠定基础。同时对长江中游地区野生百合资源的保护和合理开发利用提出建议。  相似文献

本文以云南西北部怒江峡谷的豹子花属及其近缘的百合属、大百合属和贝母属的12个分类群为 材料,分析比较了这几个属的核形态特征。 12个分类群的体细胞静止期染色体形态相似,均属于复杂染色中心微粒型;有丝分裂前期染色体形态也相似,都属于中间型;染色体数目均为2n=24;染色体着丝点端化值在79.9-82.2%之间;核型不对称程度一致;故这4个属的关系密切。对本地区的12个分类群来说,核型变异主要在于次缢痕位置的差别。豹子花属和百合属在它们的一对m或sm染色体近着丝点处具有次缢痕,并且豹子花属和高海拔处的百合属植物(如L.souliei)在其st或t染色体的短臂上缺乏次缢痕,表明豹子花属同百合属特别是同高海拔处的百合属植物关系密切。  相似文献

为了探讨百合营养品质综合评价中的主要影响因子,选育赏药食兼用的新品种百合,本文比较研究测定了12个百合种/品种鳞茎的营养成分、活性物质和氨基酸组成,通过主成分分析法综合评价百合营养品质特征。结果表明,12个百合种/品种鳞茎以多酚和生物碱两个活性物质指标含量变异系数大,膳食纤维、氨基酸等指标含量差异相对较小。品质指标转化数据经主成分分析,被提取的前4个主成分累积方差贡献率达90. 229%,影响百合综合营养品质评价的次序依次为:功能因子、营养因子和碳水化合物因子。经综合评价,岷江百合、宜昌百合和‘塞拉达’营养品质评分最高,传统食用百合龙牙百合和兰州百合(平陆)营养品质也较好。该研究基于营养成分、活性物质和氨基酸组成3个方面对12个百合种/品种鳞茎进行了系统评价,为筛选新型赏药食兼用百合、充实和完善百合营养品质评价体系提供参考依据。  相似文献

The extent of natural variation among wild type Arabidopsis thaliana L. Heynh for response to environmental stimuli that affect flowering is poorly documented. The effects of photoperiod and vernalization on the number of rosette leaves at the time of anthesis was measured for 32 Arabidopsis ecotypes. All ecotypes were vernalized 24 days at 4 C under continuous illumination. Vernalized and nonvernalized plants were transplanted into 8- (short-day) and 20-hour (long-day) photoperiods in controlled environment growth chambers. Two ecotypes failed to flower after 110 days. Mean leaf number was less for all ecotypes under long day compared to short day. Sixteen ecotypes responded to vernalization; eight had reduced leaf number regardless of photoperiod, and eight had reduced leaf number only under short day. Two ecotypes required vernalization to flower in this study. For three ecotypes, vernalization and short day resulted in a reduction in leaf number whereas vernalization and long day resulted in increased leaf number. Documentation of the effects and interactions of photoperiod and vernalization across many ecotypes provides a broader range of described natural variation for genetic and physiologic study.  相似文献

Aims The two coexisting Leymus chinensis ecotypes exhibit remarkable divergences in adaptive strategies under drought and salinity in semi-humid meadows and semi-arid steppes. In order to detect the major genetic and environmental factors dominating the intraspecific phenotype variations and ecotype formation, the questions regarding the two distinct phenotypic forms (ecotypes) in L. chinensis were addressed: (i) did environments drive the L. chinensis ecotype formation? (ii) was there a molecular basis for the morphological divergence between the two ecotypes? (iii) which driving force dominated the intraspecies divergence, divergent natural selection, genetic drift or stabilizing selection?Methods We applied a series experiments on demographical, morphological and physiological traits of two Leymus chinensis ecotypes with gray green (GG) and yellow green (YG) leaf color in nine wild sites along a longitudinal gradient from 114° to 124°E in northeast China. The environmental data including mean annual precipitation, mean annual temperature, elevation and soil properties were collected. We compared the differences of morphological, physiological and genetic differentiations between the two ecotypes.Important findings The GG type exhibited stronger fitness than YG type from the population densities, morphological traits (e.g. shoot height, leaf area, leaf and seed weights et al.), leaf mass per area (LMA) and physiological traits [relative water content (RWC), proline, soluble sugar contents]. Most of above phenotypes (e.g. total shoot densities, spike length et al.) were significantly correlated with mean annual precipitation, mean annual temperature and soil water content (SWC), rarely a correlated with soil pH and soil nutrient. Transplanted populations showed convergence trend by their leaf chlorophyll contents and osmotic adjustments (proline and soluble sugar contents) in the greenhouse, but still exhibited their divergences between two ecotypes in the outdoor transplantation, suggesting that whether L. chinensis ecotype differentiated could be largely affected by the environmental conditions. Furthermore, by the comparison result of quantitative genetic variation (Q ST) values from phenotypes with theoretical neutral genetic differentiation (F ST), differentiation in phenotypic traits greatly surpassed neutral predictions, implying that directional natural selection played a crucial role in L. chinensis ecotype differentiation. In addition, microsatellite analysis from Neighbor-joining tree and Bayesian assignment generated into two groups according to ecotypes, indicating molecular genetic differentiation also propelled the two ecotypes divergence. We conclude that L. chinensis population variations were driven by combing divergent natural selection (precipitation, temperature and SWCs) along the large-scale gradient and significantly intrinsic genetic differentiation.  相似文献

对300份野生红麻和337份栽培红麻的形态学鉴定发现,红麻的茎、叶、花、果等植物学性状的类型多样,差异明显,遗传多样性十分丰富。野生红麻和栽培红麻一样,染色体数为2n=36,同属红麻种(Hibiscus cannabinus L.);核型有2n=36=32M+2SM+2M(SAT)、2n=36=34M+2M(SAT)和2n=36=32M+2ST+2M(SAT)等;综合形态学研究结果,将野生红麻分为普通、多毛、螺旋花和扁圆果4种类型,其中普通型又可分为3个亚类,普通型与栽培红麻亲缘关系最近,并发现红麻存在亚种。栽培红麻可分为9个变种17个类型,其中4个为新发现变种,7个为新发现类型。  相似文献

This work presents a statistical and numerical analysis of the patterns of morphological variation of the cultivated variants of henequén (Agave fourcroydes Lem.) presently found in the Mexican state of Yucatan and of the wild populations of A. angustifolia Haw., its putative progenitor. This is the first step in the study of the intrageneric genetic diversity and evolutionary relationships. The study indicated that: (1) There exists a significant discontinuation in morphological variation corresponding to the cultivated variants of traditionally recognized henequén: Sac Ki, Yaax Ki, and Kitam Ki, and to three possible ecotypes of A. angustifolia Haw.: Coastal Dunes, Tropical Deciduous Forest, and Tropical Subdeciduous Forest. (2) Sac Ki and Yaax Ki differ from wild populations in four syndromes of domestication: gigantism, greater fibrosity, less thorniness, and less reproductive capacity. The lower coefficient of variation of their characteristics compared with the wild populations suggests less genetic diversity. This fact, and the disappearance of four out of the seven variants existing early in this century, indicate a dramatic genetic erosion of this crop. (3) Kitam Ki is the cultivated variant more similar to wild ones. Differences with them suggest recent introduction and an artificial selection process with different direction and intensity than the other cultivated variants. (4) A tendency from more to less is observed for characteristics indicating degree of domestication: Sac Ki, Yaax Ki, and Kitam Ki. (5) The differences among the possible wild ecotypes may be associated with the soil conditions and precipitation.  相似文献
