【目的】比较加州新小绥螨Neoseiulus californicus和巴氏新小绥螨Neoseiulus barkeri对二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae的捕食能力,为果园二斑叶螨生物防治剂的选择提供依据。【方法】采用捕食功能反应的方法研究加州新小绥螨和巴氏新小绥螨雌成螨对二斑叶螨各螨态的捕食作用。【结果】加州新小绥螨和巴氏新小绥螨雌成螨对二斑叶螨各螨态的捕食功能反应均属于HollingⅡ型,对二斑叶螨各螨态的捕食能力均随着螨态的增大而降低,对卵的捕食能力最强,其次是幼螨、第一若螨、第二若螨、成螨。巴氏新小绥螨对二斑叶螨卵、幼螨的捕食能力强于加州新小绥螨,功能反应参数a/Th值分别高出55.2%和30.1%,而加州新小绥螨对二斑叶螨第一若螨、第二若螨的捕食能力强于巴氏新小绥螨,a/Th值分别高出67.5%和114.5%,两种捕食螨对二斑叶螨雌成螨的捕食能力相当,a/Th值均为4.5。加州新小绥螨和巴氏新小绥螨均对二斑叶螨的卵和幼螨表现出嗜食性,而对若螨和成螨没有嗜食性。两种捕食螨对二斑叶螨的捕食存在种内干扰,加州新小绥螨的干扰系数(0.328)大于巴氏新小绥螨(0.324)。【结论】在室内环境稳定的条件下,加州新小绥螨对二斑叶螨的捕食能力强于巴氏新小绥螨。  相似文献

巴氏新小绥螨Neoseiulus barkeri Hughes释放袋悬挂于板栗树主干后,沿植株枝条由近及远,逐渐扩散,在距挂袋处1 m、2 m、3 m和4 m处的叶片上分别于释放后1 d、1 d、3 d和7 d时达到种群密度高峰,7 d最远扩散距离达到距挂袋处4 m以上。距挂袋处不同距离巴氏新小绥螨的密度相差较大,由近及远,密度逐渐递减,相应的,不同距离处板栗小爪螨Oligonychus ununguis 的密度由近及远逐渐增大,1-3 m处板栗小爪螨的密度明显低于对照株,4 m处的板栗小爪螨密度与对照株相近。  相似文献

【目的】研究巴氏新小绥螨Neoseiulus barkeri对柑桔全爪螨Panonychus citri及刺吸式昆虫为害柑桔叶片释放的挥发物的行为反应,揭示巴氏新小绥螨的嗅觉反应特点。【方法】采用GC-MS顶空进样法对枳橙叶片常见挥发性化合物、针刺枳橙叶片及其柑桔全爪螨雌成螨取食枳橙叶片挥发物进行定性分析,确定每类化合物的相对保留指数,构建枳橙叶片常见及受害挥发性化合物特征谱库。利用嗅觉测定技术分析巴氏新小绥螨对枳橙叶片挥发物的行为反应。【结果】针刺处理和柑桔全爪螨取食影响枳橙叶片挥发物的组成和含量。两种方法处理时枳橙叶片释放的主要物质为α-蒎烯、水芹烯、4-异丙基甲苯。随着处理加重,增量释放的物质为:cis-π-罗勒烯、月桂烯、柠檬烯、异松油烯,减量表达的物质为2-乙基-1-乙醇和十一烷。在10~(-2)、10~(-4)、10~(-6)和10~(-8)g/m L浓度下,正己醛、正壬醛、乙酸辛酯和正庚醛对巴氏新小绥螨有强烈的引诱作用(P>0.05);月桂烯在10~(-2)、10~(-4)和10~(-6)g/m L浓度下对巴氏新小绥螨有强烈的引诱作用(P>0.05);正壬醇和正辛醇随着浓度增加,对巴氏新小绥螨的引诱作用降低;苯甲醛对巴氏新小绥螨的引诱作用较弱。【结论】巴氏新小绥螨对柑桔全爪螨及刺吸式口器昆虫为害柑桔叶片释放出的挥发物各组分具有不同的行为反应,柑桔及其刺吸式害虫生境中的嗅觉线索在巴氏新小绥螨的寄主定位和生境选择中起着重要作用。  相似文献

【目的】为了研究胡瓜新小绥螨Neoseiulus cucumeris(Oudemans)对针叶小爪螨Oligonychus ununguis(Jacobi)的控制能力,为大田防治提供依据。【方法】应用胡瓜新小绥螨和针叶小爪螨的生物学与实验种群生命表的数据进行比较分析。【结果】研究表明:1在(20±1)~(32±1)℃温度条件下,取食针叶小爪螨的胡瓜新小绥螨幼螨、若螨、成螨均能正常生长和繁殖,发育历期随着温度升高而缩短;2在(20±1)、(25±1)、(30±1)、(32±1)℃温度条件下,以针叶小爪螨为食物的胡瓜新小绥螨的产卵量分别为(37.8±5.15)、(52.9±1.92)、(49.5±6.50)、(42.0±6.34)粒,而在同等温度条件下,取食板栗叶片的针叶小爪螨的产卵量分别高出胡瓜新小绥螨的141%、169%、194%和149%;3在(20±1)、(25±1)、(30±1)和(32±1)℃温度条件下,针叶小爪螨的净增殖率(R0)分别为36.5453、66.9788、66.2848、45.4846,比胡瓜新小绥螨高出72.88%、118.36%、92.12%、93.55%,说明针叶小爪螨的生殖潜能与产雌率高于胡瓜新小绥螨,而胡瓜新小绥螨每一世代周期(T)为29.6337、24.2193、20.2165、22.2009d,分别短于针叶小爪螨46.75%、42.03%、39.13%、29.63%;4在(20±1)、(25±1)、(30±1)℃温度条件下,胡瓜新小绥螨的内禀增长率(rm)为0.1030、0.1413、0.1699,分别高于针叶小爪螨的127%、105%、106%,而在(32±1)℃条件下针叶小爪螨的内禀增长率(rm=0.1636)高于胡瓜新小绥螨的115%,说明高温有利于针叶小爪螨的种群增长。【结论】在针叶小爪螨初发生期释放胡瓜新小绥螨能有效地控制其种群增长。  相似文献

柑橘全爪螨Panonychus citri(McGregor)是柑橘上的重要有害生物,控制上目前仍以化学防治为主,捕食螨也在一些果园采用。安全性较高的农药正不断推广应用,一些生物源农药也已大面积使用。不过这些农药对柑橘全爪螨及其它柑橘害虫的田间控制效果如何,是否影响到商品捕食螨和果园自然天敌的种群维持与发展及其对柑橘害虫的持续控制,仍需较多而深入地检测和评估。2011年4—2012年1月,在广东省封开县,选择了3个不同害虫防治措施(以阿维菌素为主,巴氏新小绥螨Neoseiulus barkeri+矿物油乳剂为主,胡瓜新小绥螨N.cucumeris+苦参碱为主)的果园,调查比较了不同害虫防治措施对柑橘全爪螨的防治效果及对柑橘园中天敌类群的影响。试验结果显示,以巴氏新小绥螨+矿物油乳剂为主和以胡瓜新小绥螨+苦参碱为主的果园内自然天敌的丰富度高于以阿维菌素为主的果园,其群落结构也有所不同,它们对柑橘全爪螨和其它柑橘害虫的田间持续控制效果也比以阿维菌素为主的措施更好。  相似文献

巴氏新小绥螨Neoseiulus barkeri(Hughes)是一种多食性捕食螨,主要捕食叶螨和蓟马等。因其捕食范围广,捕食量相对较大,且易人工繁殖,因此,被广泛应用于农业生物防治中。本文利用温室的释放-回收实验研究了巴氏新小绥螨对截形叶螨Tetranychus truncatus和西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande)的搜寻能力。实验共设3个处理:(1)叶螨为害植株与清洁植株;(2)蓟马虫害植株与清洁植株;(3)蓟马、叶螨混合为害植株与清洁植株。当捕食螨释放于清洁黄瓜植株和虫(螨)害黄瓜植株交替排列的六角结构的中心时,2种害虫(螨)不论是单独危害还是混合危害,巴氏新小绥螨回收比例随着时间的延长逐渐趋于平缓。释放后1 d之内,叶螨、蓟马及混合猎物处理中回收到的捕食螨分别占释放总量的65.25%±1.61%、62.75%±1.31%和81.75%±2.14%,并且虫(螨)害植株上回收到的捕食螨数量明显比清洁植株多,叶螨、蓟马及混合猎物危害植株回收的捕食螨量分别占释放总量的53.5%±5.6%、49.5%±3.6%和74.0%±2.7%。因此,巴氏新小绥螨对这2种猎物及其混合物均有较强的搜寻能力,能够有效定位作物中有猎物的植株。同时对利用一种捕食螨生物防治温室中同时发生的2种害虫(螨)的可能性进行了讨论。  相似文献

在25℃温度条件下,在九里香(Murraya panicuata)嫩枝条上研究柑橘木虱Diaphorina citri Kuwayama混合虫态、卵、低龄若虫、高龄若虫、柑橘木虱分泌物对胡瓜新小绥螨Neoseiulus cucumeirs(Oudemans)雌螨的吸引作用,以探索与评价捕食螨对柑橘木虱各虫态及分泌物的趋向性。研究发现:1.柑橘木虱混合虫态对胡瓜新小绥螨的吸引作用在试验后第2小时经测验达到显著水平(P<0.05),第3小时达极显著水平(P<0.01),表明柑橘木虱混合虫态对胡瓜新小绥螨有很强的吸引作用;2.柑橘木虱卵对胡瓜新小绥螨雌成螨无吸引作用;3.试验开始后第15小时在试验区胡瓜新小绥螨数量分别高于空白区25.00%、18.33%、13.33%、15.00%和23.33%,柑橘木虱低龄若虫对胡瓜新小绥螨有较强烈的吸引作用;4.柑橘木虱高龄若虫对胡瓜新小绥螨吸引作用在第1小时最高,第25小时在试验区胡瓜新小绥螨数量分别高于空白区25.00%、18.33%、13.33%、15.00%和23.33%,柑橘木虱低龄若虫对胡瓜新小绥螨有较强烈的吸引作用;4.柑橘木虱高龄若虫对胡瓜新小绥螨吸引作用在第1小时最高,第23小时最低,第4小时开始回升,第5小时可达到51.67%。可见柑橘木虱高龄若虫对胡瓜新小绥螨有一定的吸引作用;5.柑橘木虱分泌物对胡瓜新小绥螨吸引作用在第1小时最高,试验区胡瓜新小绥螨数量高于空白区33.33%、胡瓜新小绥螨不能取食柑橘木虱分泌物,第2小时胡瓜新小绥螨向外逃跑的比率增加。但胡瓜新小绥螨在试验区数量仍高于试验区,柑橘木虱分泌物对胡瓜新小绥螨也有一定的吸引作用。本试验环境开放,模拟自然状态。在柑橘木虱混合虫态发生的情况下,胡瓜新小绥螨对其具备搜寻能力。  相似文献

2007~2008年开展释放巴氏钝绥螨Amblyseius barkeri(Hughes)防治沙田柚上橘全爪螨Panonychus citri McGregor试验示范。结果表明:巴氏钝绥螨能在江西省吉安市沙田柚果园大量繁殖,每株成年沙田柚树上释放3~4盒巴氏钝绥螨,每盒含巴氏钝绥螨600头以上,可有效控制橘全爪螨的危害,减少施药次数和农药用量,节约防治成本,改善橘园生态环境和果品品质。  相似文献

以西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande)(Thysanoptera,Thripidae)一龄若虫为猎物组建巴氏新小绥螨Neoseiulus barkeri(Hughes)(Acari:Phytoseiidae)实验种群生命表,获得净生殖力Ro=27.37,世代平均历期T=22.17天,内禀增长率rm=0.15,周限增长率λ=1.16,种群倍增所需时间t=4.64天等参数。将获得参数值与西花蓟马的相关参数值进行比较,巴氏新小绥螨瞬间增长率大于西花蓟马的瞬间增长率(0.14),雌成螨日取食7~12头西花蓟马一龄若虫,表明巴氏新小绥螨可以作为控制西花蓟马种群数量的有效天敌。  相似文献

Stratiolaelaos scimitus Berlese (Acari: Laelapidae) is an important soil-dwelling predatory mite used to control thrips and it is necessary to explore its potential predation capacity. In the present study, the functional response for S. scimitus on the pupae of Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande was examined. In addition, the effects of released S. scimitus for the control of Thrips tabaci Lindeman and F. occidentalis on greenhouse cucumber were evaluated, and compared with that of the common predator Neoseiulus barkeri Hughes (Acari: Phytoseiidae). The results showed that S. scimitus exhibited a Holling type II functional response on thrips pupae. The greenhouse study indicated that the release of N. barkeri and S. scimitus separately at the density of 250 mites/m2 suppressed the population growth of thrips. In comparison with control plots, N. barkeri and S. scimitus reduced the population of T. tabaci by 76% and 64% in six weeks, respectively. Releases of N. barkeri and S. scimitus led to a reduction in F. occidentalis by 41% and 43%, respectively. Significantly lower densities of both thrips species per leaf were recorded in treatments of individual releases of N. barkeri or S. scimitus than that in the control plots. The findings highlight the potential for utilising N. barkeri and S. scimitus as biological control agents of T. tabaci and F. occidentalis, respectively.  相似文献

The oviposition repellency of the alcohol extracts from 50 species of non-preferable plants and azadirachtin against citrus red mite ( Panonychus cirri ) was determined using laboratory bioassays. In choice tests, the extracts from 42 of the 50 plant species and 1% azadirachtin (2000×) significantly reduced oviposition 1d after treatment.The repellency effect of the extracts from the 42 plant species was better than that of azadirachtin. Mikania micrantha extract had the best result, with an Interference Index of Population Control (IIPC) of 0.087 1 d after treatment, and significantly reduced oviposition for 9 d, while the extracts from Sesbania cannabina, Allium tuberosum , Paederia scandens , Duranta erecta and Dicranopteris pedata also had good effects, with an oviposition repellency of over 70 % 1 d after treatment, and significantly reduced oviposition for 4 - 6 d. The effect became weaker as time went on. None of the extracts showed significant oviposition attraction.  相似文献

Proteins and saccharides are the two most important nutrients of artificial insect diets. In this study, additional protein or saccharide sources were added to the diet, and their impact on the population increase of both the prey Tyrophagus putrescentiae Schrank (Acari: Acaridae) and the predator Neoseiulus barkeri Hughes (Acari: Phytoseiidae) was investigated. T. putrescentiae population increased by 319, 317 and 180 times within six weeks, when yeast powder, glucose or sugar was added to the basic wheat bran diet (diet mass: additive mass 10:3), respectively. However, T. putrescentiae population increased by only 70 times when reared on the basic diet. All three types of nutrients resulted in increased soluble saccharide level of mixed stages T. putrescentiae. Significant increase of soluble protein level was observed when yeast powder was added. When fed on T. putrescentiae reared on yeast powder, glucose or sugar added diets, the developmental duration of N. barkeri was shortened by 23, 23 and 33%, and the daily fecundity increased by 40, 20 and 27%, respectively. The proportion of N. barkeri female offspring was 64% when fed with T. putrescentiae reared on wheat bran, increased to 70% when yeast powder was added, and decreased to 59% and 58% when glucose and sugar was added, respectively. The commercial packaging requirement of N. barkeri is 80 mites per g. It generally takes 40 days from N. barkeri inoculation to reach this requirement, but this period was dramatically shortened to 20, 25 and 24 days when yeast powder, sugar and glucose were added to the diet of T. putrescentiae, respectively.  相似文献

通过田间调查、室内盆栽苗接螨、离体叶片饲养等方法,考察了14个柑桔品种上桔全爪螨种群动态,组建了其实验种群生命表,结果表明:该螨在各柑桔品种上的种群密度有明显差异,平均密度以北碚447、台湾晚白柚和垫江白柚上较高,柑新生系最低。雌成螨寿命在台湾晚白柚上最长,垫江白柚次之,柑新生系最短;产卵量以取食台湾晚白柚时最多,垫江白柚、五步红心柚次之,以柑新生系最少;在垫江白柚上的内禀增长率(rm)最大,沙田柚、台湾晚白柚次之,金弹最小。根据桔全爪螨实验种群的参数判断,金弹和柑新生系属抗螨品种,台湾晚白柚、垫江白柚和北碚447是感螨品种。从品种归类上来看,柚类品种和甜橙中的北碚447感螨程度较高,金柑属的金弹和宽皮柑桔类的柑新生系感螨程度较低。甜橙类与宽皮柑桔类比较,前者感螨程度较高,后者相对较低,但宽皮柑桔类的早津感螨程度相对较高。  相似文献

The red spider mite, Tetranychus marianae McGregor (Acari: Tetranychidae), a pest of several vegetable crops and perennials, is widespread in the Pacific Islands, like the Mariana Islands, where it was first reported. Recently, T. marianae has become a serious pest, particularly affecting eggplant. Efforts were therefore made to develop an integrated approach to control of T. marianae. First, indoor experiments on eggplant, Solanum melongena L. (Solanaceae), determined the optimal combination of petroleum spray oil (PSO; Volck® oil spray) with release of Neoseiulus californicus (McGregor) (Acari: Phytoseiidae) for the management of T. marianae. Additionally, studies evaluated the viability of the predatory mites on Guam. The combination of N. californicus with PSOs produced significant control of T. marianae and did not affect the survival of N. californicus. Although dicofol and carbaryl reduced populations of T. marianae, they caused high mortality of N. californicus. Integrating PSO with N. californicus yielded better control of T. marianae than did N. californicus alone. The release of N. californicus at 200 individuals per plant reduced populations of T. marianae more than did other release rates. In addition, N. californicus was able to survive and become established after being released on Guam.  相似文献

In spring a population of the citrus red mite (Panonychus citri),a non-diapausing species, migrated to a Japanese pear orchard, mainly from nearby Japanese holly trees, but in autumn most of the mites starved to death while the rest returned to the holly trees. In the Japanese holly trees, the population of mites reached their maximum density in late May1993 and in mid-June 1994 on overwintered leaves and moved to newly opened leaves in mid-June 1993 and late June 1994. The mites tended to disperse abruptly in early June or mid-June and again towards the end of June. The mites inhabiting the holly trees appeared to migrate to the Japanese pear trees in June but their densities on pear leaves remained low until mid-August. In the pear orchard, the mites initially tended to increase on pear leaves near the holly trees and then gradually spread to other leaves farther away from the holly trees. Their highest density in the pear orchard occurred in mid-October. When pear leaves were inoculated with two or five female adults at different times from May to September, the leaves inoculated before mid-August showed no increase in the number of mites. A possible cause for the suppression of the population increase on pear leaves from June to mid-August is discussed. 在室内模拟田间药剂的选择压力,用齐墩螨素和甲氰菊酯对桔全爪螨Panonychus citri 逐代处理,以选育其抗药性种群。选育至12代,对齐墩螨素抗性增长到7.30倍,对甲氰菊酯抗性增长到17.11倍。增效剂和离体酶活性的测定结果表明,抗性种群的乙酰胆碱酯酶和多功能氧化酶的活性都提高了;推测羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶、多功能氧化酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶比活力的增加是桔全爪螨对甲氰菊酯产生抗性的主要原因。  相似文献
