记录狭摇蚊属2新种:海南狭摇蚊Stenochironomus hainanus sp.nov.,尖狭摇蚊S.mucronatus sp.nov.和1中国新纪录种:印拉狭摇蚊S.inalemeus Sasa。模式标本保存于南开大学生命科学学院。海南狭摇蚊,新种Stenochironomus hainanus sp.nov.(图1 ~3)本种与花翅狭摇蚊S.nublipennis相似。两者的主要区别在于S.hainanus sp.nov.的翅透明,无色斑;S.nublipennis翅具色斑。正模♂,中国海南省昌江县坝王岭自然保护区, 1988-05-10 ,灯诱,王新华采。副模2 ♂♂,同正模。词源:hainanus,地名,为标本采集地名。尖狭摇蚊,新种Stenochironomus mucronatus sp.nov.(图4 ~7)本种与麦氏狭摇蚊S.macateei相似。两者的主要区别在于S.mucronatus sp.nov.腹部背板Ⅰ~Ⅴ浅黄色,腹部背板Ⅵ~Ⅷ浅棕色,生殖节深棕色,肛尖尖状,呈三角形;S.macateei周身浅黄色,肛尖呈棒状。正模♂,中国福建省龙岩市上杭县步云村,1993-05-06 ,灯诱,王新华采。词源:源于拉丁语,mucronatus, "尖状",意指肛尖的形状。印拉狭摇蚊Stenochironomus inalemeus Sasa,2001中国新纪录(图8 ~12)观察标本: 1 ♂,中国福建省永泰县青云山风景区,2002-09-19 ,灯诱,王新浦采; 3 ♂♂,中国广东省封开县黑石顶国家自然保护区,1988-04-20 ,灯诱,王新华采; 2 ♂♂,中国四川省甘孜县雅江,1996-06-14 ,灯诱,王新华采; 1 ♂,中国四川省雅安市周公河, 1996-05-18 ,灯诱,王新华采;1 ♂,中国陕西省周至县, 1994-08-10 ,灯诱,卜文俊采;1 ♂,中国陕西省凤县,1994-08-01 ,灯诱,卜文俊采; 1 ♂,中国陕西省留坝县, 1994-07-29 ,卜文俊灯诱。分布:中国(福建、广东、四川、陕西) ;日本。  相似文献

对中国摇蚊属的双叶摇蚊亚属作了系统学记述。描述了2个新种:宽铗双叶摇蚊Chironomus(Camptochironomus)latusus sp.nov.和六毛双叶摇蚊Chironomus(Camptochironomus) senisetosus sp.nov.,重新描述了苍白双叶摇蚊Chironomus(Camptochironomus) pallidivittatus和伸展双叶摇蚊Chironomus(Camptochironomus) tentans。并编制了中国本亚属4种雄成虫分种检索表。宽铗双叶摇蚊,新种Chironomus(Camptochironomus) latusus sp.nov.(图1~2)雄虫生殖节构造与苍白双叶摇蚊相似,但本种肛尖两侧叶强烈骨化,抱器端节明显宽大。AR值明显小于后者(表2)。正模♂,内蒙古乌梁素海,1982-04-25,王新华灯诱。六毛双叶摇蚊,新种Chironomus(Camptochironomus) senisetosus sp.nov.(图5~6)雄虫生殖节构造与伸展双叶摇蚊相似,但可借以下特征区别于后者(表4):上附器发达,6根长刚毛有序地围绕并着生在上附器基部,肛节侧片毛缺失,腋瓣缘明显少于后者。正模♂,贵州省罗甸县,2004-08-11,于昕网捕。  相似文献

The karyotype of Stenochironomus gibbus F. (2n = 8) is described for the first time. Chromosomes: I(AB) > or = II(CD) > or = II(EF) > IV(G). Larvae of this species undermine submerged wood. Low degree of polyteny and poor development of active regions is characteristic of this species polytene chromosome structure, which is probably due to diminished function of salivary glands of the larvae that do not build web shelters.  相似文献

This is the first study to infer the phylogenetic structure of minges of the subfamily Chironominae from the amino acid sequence of cytochrome oxidase I (COI). The subdivision of Chironominae into two tribes, Chironomini and Tanytarsini, has been confirmed. The segregation of the genera Pseudochironomus and Riethia into a separate tribe has not been confirmed. Stenochironomus gibbus forms a branch considerably deviating from the subfamily Chironominae. The genus Micropsectra is formed by a large polyphyletic cluster that also includes the genera Virgotanytharsus, Reotanytharsus, Kenopsectra, and Parapsectra. Tanytarsus is the basal genus of the tribe Tanytarsini. The times of divergence of the main taxa of Chironominae have been estimated. The calculated time of divergence of the genus Chironomus disproves the assumption that it is phylogenetically old.  相似文献

The nucleotide sequences of the mtDNA cytochrome oxidase I (COI) gene fragment 535 bp long (pos. 100 to 634) in 14 midge species (Diptera, Chironomidae): Dicrotendipes nervosus, Endochironomus albipennis, E. tendens, Glyptotendipes barbipes, G. glaucus, G. gripekoveni, G. imbecillis, G. mancunianus, Polypedilum sordens, Stenochironomus gibbus, Synendotendipes kaluginae, Xenochironomus xenolabus, Xenochironomus sp., Cricotopus glacialis, and those of the mtDNA COII gene fragment 561 bp long (pos. 22 to 583) in 3 midge species: Chironomus plumosus, Chironomus balatonicus, and Baeotendipes noctivaga were determined. The time of gene COI divergence in the phytophilous midges of various taxa was estimated. The wood-mining species Stenochironomus gibbus belongs to the most ancient midges which diverged together with the ancestor form of two subfamilies, Chironominae and Orthocladiinae, about 104 Mya. Phytophily evolved in the midge larvae at different times in different taxa: among Chironominae, about 47.2 Mya in P. sordens, not earlier than 20 Mya in Glyptotendipes, Kiefferulus, and Dicrotendipes, and not earlier than 13 Mya in Endochironomus albipennis; among Orthocladiinae, 19 Mya in Cricotopus. The divergence of the genera containing phytophilous and fouling species, both in Chironominae (Dicrotendipes, Glyptotendipes, Kiefferulus) and Orthocladiinae (Orthocladius and Cricotopus), occurred approximately 20 Mya, and coincided with the beginning of formation of the recent-type limnofaunas 23 Mya.  相似文献

Stenochironomus falcifer sp. n. is described and figured based on the characters of a male adult. The species was collected in Malaise traps in the Serra Furada State Park (PAESF), in Santa Catarina State, southern Brazil. It can be separated from all other species of Stenochironomus Kieffer, 1919 Kieffer, J.J. (1919), ‘Chironomiden der Nördlichen Polarregion’, Entomologische Mitteilungen, 8, 4048. [Google Scholar] by its unique thorax pigmentation, with two dark patches on the lateral vittae, brownish postnotum and dark stripes on the scutum, and also by the combination of a narrow, parallel-sided anal point, inferior volsella with a stout apical seta, rounded posterior margin of the tergite IX and green metallic eyes.

Considerable variations exist in the content of glucose, fructose, sucrose, starch and protein and in the activities of enzymes involved in carbohydrate metabolism between different parts of the banana plant (Musa paradisiaca). Sucrose synthetase is present in the highest concentration in rootstock and fruit pulp, and sucrose phosphate synthetase in the pseudostem. The highest ratio of the activity of sucrose phosphate synthetase to sucrose synthetase is found in leaves. Acid invertase is present in leaves, leaf-sheath and fruit pulp and is not demonstrable in rootstock and pseudostem. Neutral invertase activity is high in pseudostem and leaf-sheath. Starch phosphorylase is largely concentrated in fruit pulp and rootstock. The maximum activity of ATP:d-phosphoglucose (ADPG) pyrophosphorylase is found in rootstock. β-Amylase is not demonstrable in rootstock and is largely concentrated in leaf-sheath. Hexokinase is most active in rootstock and the lowest in leaves. Acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activity is highest in fruit pulp and pseudostem. Glucosephosphate isomerase is most active in the rootstock and lowest in the leaves.  相似文献

本文通过新疆种植黑加仑和天然黑加仑的脂肪油、八种微量元素、十七种氨基酸以及维生素C的含量进行测定比较,得出:天然黑加仑脂肪油含量为17.9%,种植黑加仑脂肪油含量为12.9%,其中,天然黑加仑脂肪油中,r-亚麻酸的含量为19.02%,而种植黑加仑中,其含量为10.20%,天然黑加仑中K,Na,Ca,Cu,Zn的含量比种植黑加仑含量高,但同时Fe,Mn,Mg元素的含量却比种植黑加仑含量低。种植黑加仑的维生素C含量为99.6mg/g,天然黑加仑的含量为108mg/g,天然黑加仑的氨基酸的总量为1.63%,种植黑加仑为1.55%。  相似文献
