In factorial nutrition treatments, for a second season, with three rates of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and some additional treatments with magnesium, on two bulb sizes of Golden Harvest and Elmus tulip, the effect of nitrogen was again found to be dominant. Nitrogen deficiency decreased bulb yields, leaf area, stem length (with one exception) and flower size; it also retarded flowering: the majority of small nitrogen-deficient bulbs produced only single leaves. Deficiencies of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium had more marked effects than in the first season of treatment and generally reduced bulb yields and leaf area; in some instances stem length and flower size were also reduced. High phosphorus advanced the flowering of Elmus bulbs. The relationships between nutrition and mineral composition of the bulbs showed consistent trends determined by rates and duration of treatments, planting size and variety.  相似文献

Tulip bulbs produced in sand culture with three rates each of nitrogen, phosphorus and postassium in factorial combination were subsequently grown for one season with complete nutrients in order to study the residual effects of the previous treatments. The bulbs included the progeny of large (II cm). and small (7 cm.) Golden Harvest after one season of differential nutritional treatments and of large Golden Harvest (II cm). and Elmus (12 cm.) after tow such seasons. The early stages of growth, became less apparent by early March, but many of the bulbs previously deprived of nitrogen produced only single leaves and no flowers. The favourable effect of nitrogen on the weights of Golden Harvest bulbs was less marked at lifting than at planting time, but remained highly significant. The yield of Elmus bulbs showed particularly marked responses to both nitrogen and phosphorus. Other residual effects included decreased leaf area of bulbs previously deprived of nitrogen and phosphorus, and slightly earlier flowering with increasing levels of nitrogen. Growth in complete nutrient solution decreased the differences in amounts of major nutrients in the bulbs. The percentage of nitrogen in Golden Harvest bulbs, and of phosphorus and potassium in both varieties, nevertheless increased significantly with the levels of these nutrients in the previous seasons.  相似文献

Somatic embryos (SEs) have been produced from bulb and shoot culture leaf explants of Narcissus pseudonarcissus cvs. Golden Harvest and St. Keverne. Initial experiments with cv. Golden Harvest resulted in SEs from leaf lamina, leaf base, bulb scale and scape (flower stem) explants. Embryogenesis was induced on media with a range of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) concentrations. There were significantly more SEs with media containing 5 μM 2,4-D and 0.5 μM or 5 μM BAP than any other growth regulator combination. Scape explants produced more early SEs than the other explant types, and when orientated with their basipetal surface away from the medium, they produced significantly more advanced SEs than those with this surface in contact with the medium. Leaf explants from shoot cultures of cv. Golden Harvest produced SEs on medium with BAP combined with 2,4-D or 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), but 4-amino-3, 5, 6-trichloro-2-pyridinecarboxylic acid (picloram) was ineffective. SEs converted to plantlets efficiently following a 4°C treatment in addition to 4.9 μM indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). These plantlets readily transferred to ex vitro conditions.  相似文献

One-yr-old loblolly pine seedlings of two half-sib families, grown in sand, were fertilized three times per week with nutrient solution containing 20 μg/ml (low) or 80 μg/ml (high) nitrogen. Nitrogen concentration in the nutrient solution was either constant throughout the experiment, or interehanged after the inoculation of stems or shoots with Fusarium subglutinans, 55 days after initiation of fertilization. Growth was suppressed by a weekly excision of shoots branching from the stem apex. Either high nitrogen nutrition or shoot excision generally enhanced canker elongation on stem inoculated plants; the combination of both was extremely conducive for disease development. With intact plants of family 8–68, interchange of pre-inoculation low nitrogen nutrition with high nitrogen after inoculation enhanced canker elongation and rate of wilt. Nitrogen content varied in wood, bark and needles, as well as with time intervals, but was consistently in accordance with nitrogen level in the nutrient solution. In shoot excised plants, nitrogen content was higher than in the respective treatment without shoot excision. The higher nitrogen nutrient accelerated disease development on inoculated shoots, compared to low nitrogen, on both pine families. With respective treatments, stem cankers were larger and rates of shoots exhibiting lesions or wilt were higher on plants of family 8–68 than on 8–61. It is postulated that the disease enhancing effect associated with higher nitrogen content in stem tissues results from an increased nitrogen availability to the pathogen.  相似文献

In European beech (Fagus sylvatica L.) forests, a large proportion of the water and ion input to the soil results from stemflow which creates a soil microsite of high element fluxes proximal to the tree trunk. The soil proximal to the stem is considered to have different rates of nitrogen turnover which might influence the estimation of N-turnover rates at the stand scale. In a previous study we reported high nitrate fluxes with seepage proximal to the stems in a forest dominated by European beech in Steigerwald, Germany. Here, we investigated the soil nitrogen turnover in the top 15 cm soil in proximal (defined as 1 m2 around beech stems) and distal stem areas. Laboratory incubations and in situ sequential coring incubations were used to determine the net rates of ammonification, nitrification, and root uptake of mineral nitrogen. In the laboratory incubations higher rates of net nitrogen mineralization and nitrification were found in the forest floor proximal to the stem as compared to distal stem areas. No stem related differences were observed in case of mineral soil samples. In contrast, the in situ incubations revealed higher rates of nitrification in the mineral soil in proximal stem areas, while net nitrogen mineralization was equal in proximal and distal areas. In the in situ incubations the average ratio of nitrification/ammonification was 0.85 in proximal and 0.34 in distal stem areas. The net nitrogen mineralization was 4.4 g N m-2 90 day-1 in both areas. Mineralized nitrogen was almost completely taken up by tree roots with ammonium as the dominant nitrogen species. The average ratio of nitrate/ammonium uptake was 0.69 in proximal and 0.20 in distal areas. The higher water content of the soil in proximal stem areas is considered to be the major reason for the increased rates of nitrification. Different nitrogen turnover rates in proximal stem areas had no influence on the nitrogen turnover rates in soil at the stand scale. Consequently, the observed high nitrate fluxes with seepage proximal to stems are attributed to the high nitrogen input by stemflow rather than to soil nitrogen turnover. Carotenoids in floral parts of a narcissus, a daffodil and a tulip   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
1. The qualitative and quantitative distribution of carotenoids of the floral parts of three monocotyledons, the narcissus Scarlet Elegance, the daffodil King Alfred and the tulip Golden Harvest, were studied. β-Carotene, lutein or epoxy-β-carotenes were usually the main pigments, depending on the floral part and on the flower. When β-carotene was the major pigment there were only small amounts of, or sometimes no, epoxycarotenes. 2. Anthers, stigmas and styles of the three flowers did not possess any specific carotenoids but in some cases contained appreciable amounts of epoxycarotenoids. The possibility that these take part in reproduction is discussed. 3. The generalization that yellow flowers contained large amounts of xanthophylls and only traces of carotenes, whereas deep-orange flowers seemed to be characterized by the presence of large amounts of one carotene, was not always the correct one. It is suggested that the floral parts are yellow or orange depending on what carotenoids are present, which is the major one and the amount of total carotenoids, and also on the presence of other non-carotenoid pigments. 4. Two new probable isomers of 5,6:5′,6′-diepoxy-β-carotene were isolated and found together in various floral parts of the tulip Golden Harvest.  相似文献

采用地表滴灌技术,田间设计9个水氮耦合处理,以不灌溉不施肥为对照(CK),9个耦合处理由3个灌溉水平(灌溉土壤水势起始阈值为-75、-50、-25 kPa)和3个施N水平(150、300、450 g·tree-1·a-1)组合,于2012和2013年2个生长季的滴灌水氮耦合措施后,研究耦合措施对欧美108杨林木胸径、树高和蓄积量的年增量及0~60 cm土层全氮含量的影响.结果表明: 水氮耦合措施可显著促进108杨林木生长并有效提高林地生产力,耦合措施第一年,9个耦合处理中高水高肥处理(土壤水势-25 kPa+施N量450 g·tree-1·a-1)使108杨蓄积年增量达到11.54 m3·hm-2·a-1,相比CK的8.01 m3·hm-2·a-1提高了44.1%,耦合措施第二年,中水高肥处理(土壤水势-50 kPa+施N量450 g·tree-1·a-1)使108杨蓄积年增量达到27.85 m3·hm-2·a-1,较CK的20.48 m3·hm-2·a-1提高36.0%.连续的水氮耦合措施显著提高了林地0~20 cm土层全N含量,耦合措施第一和第二年高水高肥处理各土层全N含量分别比CK高出12.3%~59.4%和71.1%~81.1%.108杨胸径和树高增量与土壤全N含量呈显著正相关,施N水平和水氮交互作用对林木生长和土壤全N含量具有显著的影响,而灌溉水平的影响不显著.综合表明,滴灌水氮耦合措施可通过改善林地土壤肥力,尤其是浅土层全氮含量来有效促进林木生长并提高林地生产力.  相似文献

1. At the end of November in subtropical areas of Australia, second-instar larvae of the processionary caterpillar Ochrogaster lunifer (Lepidoptera: Thaumetopoeidae) initiate feeding on the peripheral shoots of acacias (first-instar larvae do not feed). Field surveys at ten localities in south-east Queensland showed that larval survival was highly variable both among and within localities. Within-locality variation in larval growth was low compared with variation among localities. Larval growth and survival rates were higher at coastal and island localities, where November rainfall was high, than at drier inland localities.
2. Potted Acacia concurrens were grown in the greenhouse under high and low watering regimes, with and without nitrogen-rich fertilizer. Plant vigour (height, foliar water content and quantity of flush growth) was significantly greater in high-water treatments than in low-water treatments. Watering also affected foliar nitrogen, with plants in the high-water/no fertilizer treatment having similar nitrogen levels to those in fertilized treatments. Fertilizer increased foliar nitrogen levels of plants in low-water treatments and increased the number of shoots in high-water treatments. Different treatments had no effect on leaf toughness. After the first 3 weeks of feeding, size and survival of larvae were significantly reduced on the small, less vigorous plants in low water treatments. These results do not support the plant stress hypothesis.
3. Early-instar larvae (instar II–IV) developed more quickly and grew larger when reared on flush leaves than when reared on senescent leaves of A. concurrens . As water uptake affects the quantity of flush growth available to early stage larvae as well as foliar quality, rainfall and water availability may have important consequences for the distribution and population dynamics of the moth at local and regional scales.  相似文献

选择前期筛选出的氮高效利用基因型水稻为试验材料,以低效利用基因型为对照,采用土培试验,在低氮(100 mg·kg-1)和正常施氮(200 mg·kg-1)下,研究了高效和低效基因型水稻生育后期不同器官的氮素分配量、转运量和转运效率差异.结果表明: 与低效基因型水稻相比,高效基因型在低氮条件下,仍能保持较高的产量和氮素利用效率,其产量为低效基因型的1.75倍,氮肥利用率高达50.9%,而低效基因型仅为36.4%.与正常施氮相比,低氮更有利于提高氮素在高效基因型穗部的分配量,穗部积累量在扬花期、灌浆期和成熟期分别增加了34.2%、2.5%和0.5%,而低效基因型在灌浆期和成熟期却分别降低了23.5%和15.6%.不同施氮水平下,氮素在高效基因型不同器官的分配比例为扬花期:叶>茎鞘>根>穗,灌浆期:穗>叶>茎鞘>根,成熟期:穗>茎鞘>叶>根,随着生育期的推进,穗部的分配比例明显增加.在低氮和正常施氮下,高效基因型氮素转运量表现为叶>茎鞘>根,而低效基因型表现为茎鞘>叶>根;高效基因型氮素转运效率分别为60.8%、60.3%,分别为低效基因型的1.67、155倍.因此,高效基因型抽穗后叶片较高的转运效率为籽粒的灌浆结实奠定了良好基础.  相似文献

 探讨茎瘤对长喙田菁(Sesbania rostrata)在铅锌矿尾矿、客土和纯土环境中结瘤、固氮和积累重金属的影响。结果表明:保留茎瘤使长喙田菁全株植物氮含量和单株植物氮积累量分别比去除茎瘤处理提高了12.4%~34.0%和43.3%~131.4%,且环境愈恶劣,这种作用愈为显著。同时,保留茎瘤处理显著抑制了长喙田菁根瘤的生长,同样表现出环境愈恶劣,抑制作用愈显著的趋势。因此,在尾矿环境胁迫下,长喙田菁更趋向于选择茎瘤作为固氮途径。由此可见,茎瘤对生长在铅锌尾矿环境中的长喙田菁获得氮素及支持其生长有着特别  相似文献

Summary The growth of foxtail millet and clover in soils of varying degrees of salinity (0.5 to 13 mmhos/cm), treated with nitrogen and phosphorus, was studied. Salinity levels were achieved by addition of sodium chloride. Nitrogen (10 to 60 ppm N) and phosphorus (6.4 to 44.8 ppm P) were added as NH4NO3 and H3PO4, respectively. The growth of millet decreased sharply with increase in soil salinity, when N-P treatments were not applied. The development of this plant altered under saline conditions, however, when nitrogen and phosphorus were added; various N-P combinations affected plant growth in saline soil differently. Phosphorus, when applied at relatively high rates, significantly improved plant growth. Increased rates of nitrogen in the N-P treatments generally had no significant effect on growth; it was reduced when the N/P ration was highest. Clover ceased to grow when the salinity of the soil exceeded 7 mmhos/cm and no N-P was added. Phosphorus enhanced the growth of clover, and at high rates of its application in the N-P combinations, clover grew even at the highest salinity level tested (13 mmhos/cm). Nitrogen increase had no marked effect on plant development. Comparing enhancement of growth at high salinity levels, clover was somewhat less affected by the N-P treatment than millet. The top/root ratio of clover generally increased with increase of phosphorus in the N-P combinations. 氮磷肥配施对苦荞根系生理生态及产量的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以苦荞品种‘迪庆’为材料,在盆栽试验条件下,研究了氮(纯氮用量分别为0g/kg、0.1g/kg、0.2g/kg)、磷(P2O5用量分别为0.1g/kg和0.2g/kg)配施对苦荞根系生长、生理指标及其产量的影响,旨在为黄土高原苦荞高产优质栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)在相同施磷量条件下,苦荞幼苗的株高、茎粗、茎叶干重、主根长、根表面积、根系体积、根系直径、根系干重以及壮苗指数等均随施氮量的增加而呈先升后降的趋势,但根冠比随施氮量的增加而呈先降后升的趋势;叶片叶绿素含量以及根系活力、酸性磷酸酶(Apase)活性、可溶性蛋白含量和植株氮积累量随施氮量的增加呈抛物线变化趋势,根系硝酸还原酶(NR)活性和植株氮含量随施氮量的增加而增加;而根系可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和游离脯氨酸含量等指标均随施氮量的增加而呈先降后升的趋势,0.1g/kg施氮处理各指标均显著低于其他处理;成熟期单株粒重、百粒重随施氮量的增加呈先升后降的趋势,0.1g/kg施氮处理各指标均显著高于其他处理。(2)在相同施氮量条件下,随着施磷量的增加,苦荞根系酸性磷酸酶(Apase)活性、SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白以及游离脯氨酸含量等指标均降低,其余各指标则呈增加趋势。(3)无论施磷量条件如何,0.1g/kg的施氮处理下苦荞产量最高,与其他施氮处理相比,在低磷和高磷处理下的增产幅度分别为7.04%~37.40%和14.73%~68.26%;在施氮量一定的情况下,高磷处理比低磷处理增产15.96%~42.00%。(4)在该试验条件下,适当的氮磷肥配施表现出了明显的正加和效应,但过量施肥也有可能导致增产幅度下降,中氮高磷(施纯N量0.1g/kg,施P2O5量0.2g/kg)配施效果最优。  相似文献

Sandy clay loam soil was contaminated with 5000 mg kg−1 diesel, and amended with nitrogen (15.98 atom% 15N) at 0, 250, 500, and 1000 mg kg−1 to determine gross rates of nitrogen transformations during diesel biodegradation at varying soil water potentials. The observed water potential values were −0.20, −0.47, −0.85, and −1.50 MPa in the 0, 250, 500, and 1000 mg kg−1 nitrogen treatments respectively. Highest microbial respiration occurred in the lowest nitrogen treatment suggesting an inhibitory osmotic effect from higher rates of nitrogen application. Microbial respiration rates of 185, 169, 131, and 116 mg O2 kg−1 soil day−1 were observed in the 250, 500, control and 1000 mg kg−1 nitrogen treatments, respectively. Gross nitrification was inversely related to water potential with rates of 0.2, 0.04, and 0.004 mg N kg−1 soil day−1 in the 250, 500, and 1000 mg kg−1 nitrogen treatments, respectively. Reduction in water potential did not inhibit gross nitrogen immobilization or mineralization, with respective immobilization rates of 2.2, 1.8, and 1.8 mg N kg−1 soil day−1, and mineralization rates of 0.5, 0.3, and 0.3 mg N kg−1 soil day−1 in the 1000, 500, and 250 mg kg−1 nitrogen treatments, respectively. Based on nitrogen transformation rates, the duration of fertilizer contribution to the inorganic nitrogen pool was estimated at 0.9, 1.9, and 3.2 years in the 250, 500, and 1000 mg kg−1 nitrogen treatments, respectively. The estimation was conservative as ammonium fixation, gross nitrogen immobilization, and nitrification were considered losses of fertilizer with only gross mineralization of organic nitrogen contributing to the most active portion of the nitrogen pool.  相似文献

Summary Relationships between leaf nitrogen content and within canopy light exposure were studied in mature nectarine peach trees (Prunus persica cv. Fantasia) that had received 0, 112, 196, 280 or 364 kg of fertilizer nitrogen per hectare per year for the previous 3 years. The relationships between light saturated leaf CO2 assimilation rates and leaf nitrogen concentration were also determined on trees in the highest and lowest nitrogen fertilization treatments. The slope of the linear relationship between leaf N content per unit leaf area and light exposure was similar for all nitrogen treatments but the y-intercept of the relationship increased with increasing N status. The slope of the relationship between leaf N content per unit leaf area and light saturated CO2 assimilation rates was greater for the high N trees than the low N trees, but maximum measured leaf CO2 assimilation rates were similar for both the high and low N treatments. A diagrammatic model of the partitioning of leaf photosynthetic capacity with respect to leaf light exposure for high and low nitrogen trees suggests that the major influence of increased N availability is an increase in the photosynthetic capacity of partially shaded leaves but not of the maximum capacity of highly exposed leaves.  相似文献

Mamestra configurata (Walker) (Lep., Noctuidae) larvae were fed excisedBrassica juncea (commercial brown mustard) orB. rapa cv. Tobin (Canola) foliage of three plant growth stages-rosette (stage 2), stem elongation (stage 3) and flowering (stage 4). Relative consumption rates (RCRi) were not significantly different between the plant species. Within theB. juncea treatments, there were no significant growth stage differences in RCRi. However, withinB. rapa, RCRi increased with advancing plant growth stage. Larvae fedB. juncea foliage had significantly reduced relative growth rates (RGRi) compared to larvae fedB. rapa foliage. Within theB. juncea treatments, RGRi decreased with advancing plant growth stage. There were no significant growth stage differences in RGRi in theB. rapa treatments. RGRi was inversely proportional to the levels of isothiocyanate-releasing glucosinolates in theB. juncea treatments. RCRi was inversely proportional to the levels of indolyl glucosinolates in theB. rapa treatments. Levels of total phenols and catechols inB. juncea did not show any trend which could be related to growth stage effects in the insect nutritional indices. InB. rapa, levels of phenols and catechols in stage 3 and 4 foliage were lower than that of stage 2 foliage. Analyses of total nitrogen in field-grown plants showed reductions in percent nitrogen from rosette to flowering stage foliage. The response ofM. configurata to different growth stages of its host plants are discussed in relation to changing levels of allelochemicals and nitrogen.  相似文献

The nitrogen metabolism and excretion patterns of the grunting toadfish Allenbatrachus grunniens and the effects of salinity on these processes were examined. Individuals of A. grunniens were subjected to several experimental treatments, including variable salinity (2 to 30), high pH (8·5 compared to 7·0 for controls), high environmental ammonia (10 mM) and confinement to small water volumes, and measurements were made of activities of selected enzymes of nitrogen metabolism, ammonia and urea excretion rates, and tissue and plasma contents of ammonia, urea and amino acids. Activities of key ornithine‐urea cycle enzymes were rather low ( e.g . liver carbamoyl phosphate synthetase III activity was 0·001 μmols min−1 g−1), and A. grunniens consistently demonstrated a low capacity for urea excretion despite significant elevations of plasma and tissue ammonia contents by the high pH and high ammonia treatments. This species could thus be categorized as ammoniotelic. Total free amino acid contents in plasma and tissues were increased by the high pH and high ammonia treatments, but no patterns were discerned in individual amino acids that would indicate any preferential accumulation ( e.g . alanine and glutamine) as has been noted previously in several semi‐terrestrial fish species. Thus, it appeared that A. grunniens was not unusual in its patterns of nitrogen metabolism and excretion in comparison to other 'typical' teleosts. Furthermore, manipulation of salinity had no major effects on nitrogen excretion in either this species or in comparative studies with the ureotelic gulf toadfish Opsanus beta . The results are discussed in the context of the broader pattern of nitrogen metabolism and excretion in the Batrachoididae.  相似文献

为探讨秸秆和氮肥不同配比对平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis)植株生长和氮素吸收、分配和利用的影响, 采用15N同位素示踪技术, 以二年生盆栽平邑甜茶为试材, 研究了不同秸秆和氮肥配比条件下平邑甜茶的生长、15N尿素吸收利用和土壤碳氮比等参数, 发现秸秆和氮肥不同配比对平邑甜茶植株的生长及15N-尿素的吸收、分配和利用具有不同的影响。园土和秸秆比在45:1的水平, 同时配施氮肥(N 300 mg·kg-1)时, 植株株高、茎粗和植株总干重的值最高, 分别为85.33 cm、8.05 mm和74.68 g; 植株的全氮、15N吸收量和利用率也最大, 分别为0.938 g、0.029 g和9.74%。不加秸秆而仅施加氮肥(N 200 mg·kg-1)的对照(CK)的根冠比最大, 为1.54, 显著高于其他各种处理。各试验处理地上部分从肥料中吸收分配到的15N量对地上部分全氮量的贡献率(Ndff)均大于地下部分, 且CK各器官Ndff值最高, 地上部分和地下部分分别为7.94%和4.69%。除CK外, 各处理15N分配率均是地上部>地下部。秸秆的施用显著提高了土壤的有机质、全氮含量和土壤有机质C/N比。相关性分析结果表明, 土壤有机质C/N比与植株地下部分Ndff值有极显著负相关性(p < 0.01), 与植株整株Ndff值有显著负相关性(p < 0.05)。建议果园秸秆配施氮肥时, 控制秸秆施用量在45:1水平, 氮肥在200-300 mg·kg-1之间较好。  相似文献

The influences of nitrogen sources, culture temperature and activated charcoal supplements were studied in relation to the rooting ability of V. faba cuttings. The interaction of these factors led to quantitative and qualitative modifications of the culture responses. Low temperatures (14–18°C) were suitable for in vitro culture, limiting the formation of phenolics in plant material and making activated charcoal supplement unnecessary. Nitrogen supplements contributed in modifying the different plant responses, in accordance with temperature. Multiple shoot formation was obtained from the cotyledonary node and from the stem nodes cultivated in the presence of 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP). BAP at 4 mg l-1 was the most effective concentration in promoting high rates of shoot development. The original position of stem nodes was found to determine the explant response to plant growth regulator treatments, possibly due to the effect of residual apical dominance.  相似文献

为了研究潮汐湿地盐度对枯落物分解过程中硅、碳、氮元素释放的影响,通过室内模拟不同盐度(0、5、15和30)对互花米草枯落物茎和叶分解释放过程中硅、碳、氮元素的动态变化进行测定。结果表明:(1)互花米草茎和叶枯落物失重率和分解速率均随盐度增加而降低。(2)互花米草茎和叶枯落物分解水体中硅含量均随着盐度升高而增加,并且盐度30处理下,枯落物分解硅释放量显著高于盐度0和5(P0.05)。而分解末期生物硅残留量则随盐度升高而降低。(3)不同盐度处理茎枯落物分解碳释放量无显著差异,但叶枯落物分解碳释放量在盐度5、15和30处理中显著高于淡水(P0.05)。(4)互花米草茎枯落物分解释放到水中的NH_4~+-N含量随着盐度的升高而减少,NO_3~--N含量与之相反。研究单因素盐度对枯落物分解及元素释放的影响,可以为预测潮汐湿地枯落物分解对盐水入侵的响应机制提供参考,为湿地生源要素生物地球化学循环过程研究提供基础依据。  相似文献
