3种药赏两用植物对滨海盐碱土改良效应的比较   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为比较种植药赏两用植物对滨海盐碱土的改良效应,采用实生栽培方法种植了薄荷(Mentha haplocalyxBriq.)、地榆(Sanguisorba officinalis L.)和枸杞(Lycium chinense Mill.)1年生植株,对不同土层的pH值以及可溶性盐和主要离子含量的变化进行了比较分析。结果表明:种植3种植物后,0~10、10~20和20~30 cm土层的pH值以及可溶性盐、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-和SO42-含量均有不同程度的变化,且以0~10 cm土层的变化相对明显,并且各土层的离子组成也有所改变。种植3种植物后,0~10和10~20 cm土层的pH值以及0~10 cm土层的可溶性盐含量均低于对照,其中,地榆种植土壤pH值及枸杞种植土壤可溶性盐含量的降低效应最明显。种植3种植物后,各土层的Ca2+含量及10~20和20~30 cm土层的K+和Mg2+含量均极显著高于对照,各土层的Na+含量及0~10 cm土层的Cl-含量、10~20和20~30 cm土层的SO42-含量均极显著低于对照;不同土层的K+/Na+值均高于对照、(K++Na+)/(Ca2++Mg2+)值均低于对照、主要阳离子(Ca2+、K+和Mg2+)的交换量总和均明显增加。总体上,地榆和枸杞对土壤中K+及Ca2+和Mg2+含量、K+/Na+值、主要阳离子(Ca2+、K+和Mg2+)交换量总和的提高效应以及对Na+含量、(K++Na+)/(Ca2++Mg2+)值的降低作用均较强,而薄荷的作用均较弱。研究结果显示:供试的3种药赏两用植物对盐碱地均具有明显的改良作用,其中枸杞和地榆的改良效果较好。  相似文献

Medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs) are important sources for plant secondary metabolites, which are important for human healthcare. Improvement of the yield and quality of these natural plant products through conventional breeding is still a challenge. However, recent advances in plant genomics research has generated knowledge leading to a better understanding of the complex genetics and biochemistry involved in biosynthesis of these plant secondary metabolites. This genomics research also concerned identification and isolation of genes involved in different steps of a number of metabolic pathways. Progress has also been made in the development of functional genomics resources (EST databases and micro-arrays) in several medicinal plant species, which offer new opportunities for improvement of genotypes using perfect markers or genetic transformation. This review article presents an overview of the recent developments and future possibilities in genetics and genomics of MAP species including use of transgenic approach for their improvement.  相似文献

The effect of some factors on in vitro consecutive micropropagation behavior of Antigonon leptopus was examined including those of culture establishment, shootlets multiplication, rooting and acclimatization stages. The highest percent of aseptic cultures and survival of explants (100%) were obtained as a result of using Clorox 10% for 3?min followed by MC 0.1% for 2?min while, using each of them individually (Clorox 20% or MC 0.1%) for 5?min caused the highest percent of shoot formation. During the multiplication stage, the highest percent of shoot formation was reached to 100% with repeating culture of explants (two times) on MS medium supplemented with 2ip at 1.0 and IBA at 0.2?mg/l. The highest numbers of shootlets/explant were obtained when 2.0?mg/l of BAP or 0.5?mg/l BA?+?0.2?mg/l of IBA were added to MS culture medium. Culturing the explants on MS medium supplemented with 2ip at 0.5 or 1.0?mg/l each combined with 0.2?mg/l of IBA showed the longest shootlets. Reducing the strength of culture media to ½ or ¾ had promotion effect on rooting formation of shootlets. The best results of plant acclimatization (survival percent, plant height and root length) were obtained by using sand or peat moss soil. The amplified DNA fragments using B7, B9 and C19 primers for mother and micropropagated plants showed that the produced pattern by primer B7 had a maximum number of 10 bands of DNA fragments with molecular size ranging between 1025.57 and 176.36?bp, micropropagated plants showed 95.2% similarity in relation to mother plant.  相似文献

The technique for the refinement of pRi T-DNA-transformed root cultivation by the root fragment encapsulation in the gel coat, i.e., so-called “artificial seed” (AS) production, was studied. AS were produced from genetically transformed roots of Baikal skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi) and common rue (Ruta graveolens L.). The effects of duration of AS storage at 4°C on their subsequent growth activity and a capability for resumption of actively growing root cultures were analyzed. Encapsulation of contaminated Baikal skullcap root culture with the addition of antibiotic and storage during 2–5 weeks at low above-zero temperature resulted in a complete elimination of infection, i.e., obtaining the healthy root culture. Growth activity and total flavone concentration were markedly increased in this culture, so that total productivity of this renewed root culture increased substantially. Using AS produced from the root fragments of common rue, it was shown that, after long-term storage at low above-zero temperature, they are capable of not only root growth resumption but also active shoot formation, which is of interest for plant micropropagation. Long-term retaining growth activity of AS produced from root cultures of valuable medicinal plants permits their usage as a reserve and also, in the case of necessity, for long-distance transport as compact axenic root inocula. The storage of viable root fragments within AS also helps to optimize intervals between numerous subculturings of root cultures required for the maintenance of IPPRAS collection in the active state.  相似文献

Several protocols described for plant DNA isolation fail to produce good quality DNA from medicinal herbs and aromatic plants. These plants contain exceptionally high amounts of secondary metabolites that interfere with DNA isolation. To address this problem, we developed 2 DNA isolation methods for sundew and tarragon that produce DNA suitable for molecular biological applications. Cancer is one of the most dreaded diseases worldwide and the incidence is on the rise in both developing and developed countries. It is treated by chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery. In spite of advances in treatment strategies, cancer still remains a major cause of death. Research is on for development of better drugs which are more effective and simultaneously cause fewer side effects. Plants have been used for the treatment of various ailments of man and animals since ages. They are being screened extensively to explore the possibility of development of economically viable anticancer drugs. Natural products of plant origin currently constitute a considerable proportion of commercially available antineoplastic drugs. This review gives an insight into commercially available anticancer drugs of plant origin and also patents granted to plant derived components, extracts and polyherbal formulations possessing anticancer activity. The exhaustive work reviewed here on antineoplastic activity of various plants both in vitro and experimental models throughout the world will help design further research in this field.  相似文献

Medicinal plants used to treat hypoglycemic and hyperglycemic conditions are of considerable interest to ethno-botanical community as they are recognized to contain valuable medicinal properties in different parts of the plant. The active principles of many plant species with desired properties are isolated to cure ailments such as diabetes type-1 and type-2, respectively. Pollen is deposited almost everywhere and can be gathered and analysed. This work is part of a survey dedicated to indoor pollen from a forensic point of view. Ornamental plants were introduced into a private flat. Their influence on the pre-existing pollen assemblages was documented. Results show that ornamental plants can dramatically change the pollen spectra of indoor locations. The severity of this impact strongly varies with different plant taxa. These findings are important for forensic investigations, since such an ‘artificial’ pollen spectrum leaves an unusual trace and could subsequently relate a suspect to a crime scene.  相似文献
