Summary The effects of root exudates and extracts of Cassia tora L. and Crotalaria medicaginea Lamk., on some dominant rhizosphere fungi isolated from the plants were studied. Root extracts induced a high degree of stimulation in rate of growth of a majority of the fungi tested. Root exudates caused only a marginal effect which was positive on all the fungi except Trichoderma lignorum which was inhibited by the root exudate of C. medicaginea. 相似文献

以不同化感潜力分蘖洋葱为供体,黄瓜为受体,研究了分蘖洋葱根系分泌物对黄瓜幼苗生长、根际土壤微生物数量及细菌群落结构的影响.结果表明:不同化感潜力分蘖洋葱根系分泌物对黄瓜幼苗生长均具有促进作用,且随着浓度的升高,促进作用增强,相同浓度下,化感潜力强、弱供体之间差异不显著;不同化感潜力分蘖洋葱根系分泌物均增加了黄瓜根际土壤细菌和放线菌数量,降低了真菌和尖镰孢菌数量,化感潜力强的品种(L-06)效果更显著;不同化感潜力分蘖洋葱根系分泌物均能提高黄瓜根际土壤细菌群落丰富度,差异条带的序列片段经比对推测为3大细菌类群:Actinobacteria(放线菌纲)、Proteobacteria(变形菌纲)和Anaerolineaceae(厌氧绳菌纲),其中厌氧绳菌只出现在化感潜力强(L-06)的处理中.化感潜力强(L-06)、浓度高(10 mL·株-1)的分蘖洋葱根系分泌物更有利于黄瓜根际土壤细菌群落丰富度的提高. 相似文献

红皮云杉外生菌根菌单接种及混合接种对苗木生长的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以提高外生菌根真菌对红皮云杉苗木促生长效果为目的,在前期研究的基础上,采用菌株配对培养的方法对获得的云杉外生菌根真菌进行混合接种菌株组合筛选;采用沟施菌剂方法,对3年生红皮云杉移床苗进行外生菌根菌菌株组合野外混合接种试验,同时以各菌株野外单接种作为对照,研究外生菌根真菌单接种及混合接种对红皮云杉苗木生长的影响。试验结果表明:供试菌株及菌株组合对红皮云杉苗木生长均有一定的促进作用。菌株L15促生长效果最佳,接种100d苗木高生长高于对照30.88%,地径高于对照15.29%。组合L15/025与L15/009促苗木生长效果低于单接种L15的效果,高于单接种009和025的效果。接种菌株010和组合L15/025的苗木与对照相比,叶绿素含量提高差异显著,叶绿素a水平分别高于对照59.15%、54.61%,叶绿素b水平分别高于对照76.34%和67.78%。除接种菌株010的苗木外,其他处理苗木其过氧化氢酶活性与对照相比均有所降低。所有处理苗木的根系活力均低于对照。综上,外生菌根菌高效菌株与一般菌株混合接种会弱化高效菌株自身接种效果;苗木过氧化氢酶活性、苗木根系活力与苗木的生物量间无相关性。 相似文献

Zilla spinosa plant part extracts exhibited significantly different inhibitory effect on the seed germination and seedling
growth of its associate species. Shoot extract reduced the percentage germination and seedling length of different test species
more than root extract. Except of Z. coccineum, seedling growth was more sensitive than seed germination. Shoot/root ratio
of all test species increased significantly with increase in extract concentration. Mycelia growth of the two rhizosphere
fungal species was more significantly reduced by Z. spinosa shoot extract than root extract. The effects of the different
extracts on total protein and total carbohydrate contents of the two test species were comparable. Non-significant increase
was recorded at low concentration of both shoot and root extract. However, with the rise of extract concentration, highly
significant reduction in the content of these metabolites was recorded.

Summary The effect of culture filtrates of some common rhizosphere fungi on the seed germination ofDichanthium annulatum, Bothriochloa pertusa andSetaria glauca was studied. Surface sterilized seeds were soaked in the fungal culture filtrates for 24 hours and after several washings in distilled water transferred to moist filter paper in Petri dishes and the percentage germination recorded. No significant inhibition or stimulation of germination was noticed in any of the treatments. The only exception wasTrichoderma viride which inhibited the germination ofD. annulatum seeds to some extent. 相似文献

Saprotrophic fungi play an important role in ecosystem functioning and plant performance, but their abundance in intensively managed arable soils is low. Saprotrophic fungal biomass in arable soils can be enhanced with amendments of cellulose-rich materials. Here, we examined if sawdust-stimulated saprotrophic fungi extend their activity to the rhizosphere of crop seedlings and influence the composition and activity of other rhizosphere and root inhabitants. After growing carrot seedlings in sawdust-amended arable soil, we determined fungal and bacterial biomass and community structure in roots, rhizosphere and soil. Utilization of root exudates was assessed by stable isotope probing (SIP) following 13CO2-pulse-labelling of seedlings. This was combined with analysis of lipid fatty acids (PLFA/NLFA-SIP) and nucleic acids (DNA-SIP). Sawdust-stimulated Sordariomycetes colonized the seedling's rhizosphere and roots and actively consumed root exudates. This did not reduce the abundance and activity of bacteria, yet higher proportions of α-Proteobacteria and Bacteroidia were seen. Biomass and activity of mycorrhizal fungi increased with sawdust amendments, whereas exudate consumption and root colonization by functional groups containing plant pathogens did not change. Sawdust amendment of arable soil enhanced abundance and exudate-consuming activity of saprotrophic fungi in the rhizosphere of crop seedlings and promoted potential beneficial microbial groups in root-associated microbiomes. 相似文献

Summary Data are provided on the growth of non-pathogenic soil fungi on root surfaces. By growing roots from non-sterile soil into sterile vermiculite, and by regular isolation of fungi from the roots which had grown into the sterile vermiculite, it was shown that fungal growth down roots is slow. It is suggested that in the colonization of roots by non-pathogenic fungi successive lateral colonization from the soil is of greater importance than the growth of fungi down roots. 相似文献

利用溴甲烷田间土壤灭菌,研究灭菌对正茬、重茬大豆苗期根系生长和产量的影响.试验结果表明,灭菌处理后重茬(连续种植3a)地大豆根系生长良好,根系形态明显改善,总根长、主根长、植株鲜重和根瘤数增加、孢囊线虫孢囊数为0.而灭菌处理后,正茬地大豆根系前期生长受到一定抑制,主根长、总根长、植株鲜重和侧根数有降低的趋势,但随时间推移,抑制幅度降低.溴甲烷处理促进大豆结瘤.灭菌后,重茬大豆与正茬大豆根系生长差异减少.溴甲烷灭菌处理可作为克服大豆连作障碍问题措施之一. 相似文献

蓝莓Vaccinium uliginosum是欧石南菌根(ericoid mycorrhiza,ERM)真菌典型的寄主植物,但同时也可与丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)真菌和深色有隔内生真菌(dark septate endophytes,DSE)共生形成复合共生体。本研究旨在调查和评价不同栽培体制下蓝莓成年树花果期根系共生体发育状况及其根区土壤中AM真菌资源分布状况,以期为优质蓝莓栽培管理提供理论依据和技术基础。从青岛佳沃蓝莓基地采集暖棚、冷棚和露地3种方式栽培的9-10年生‘蓝丰’、‘奥尼尔’和‘公爵’蓝莓的根系及根区土样,观察测定根系共生体着生数量、根区土壤中AM真菌孢子数量和菌种组成。结果表明,所有栽培方式下供试品种蓝莓根系均形成ERM、AM和DSE结构及其复合共生体;其中,AM着生数量最多,其次是ERM,DSE侵染率最低;复合共生体中则呈现ERM+AM>ERM+DSE>ERM+AM+DSE;蓝莓复合共生体着生数量、AM真菌侵染率、丛枝着生率及孢子数量等不同种植方式下呈现暖棚>冷棚>露地,不同品种呈现‘蓝丰’>‘公爵’>‘奥尼尔’,而ERM和DSE侵染率也呈现上述变化趋势。依据AM真菌形态特征,供分离鉴定获得5属11种AM真菌,以暖棚栽培条件下分离获得的AM真菌数量最多,‘蓝丰’根区土壤中分布的AM真菌属种最多。暖棚内成年树花果期蓝莓根系共生体发育健全,AM真菌种类和孢子数量较多,可能有利于提高蓝莓的产量、改善果实品质和抗逆性。 相似文献

以不同浓度的铝处理水稻幼苗 ,研究铝对水稻幼苗的生理生化效应。结果表明 ,5 0 μmol·L 1的铝对水稻幼苗生长有促进作用 ,高于 5 0 μmol·L 1后 ,随着铝浓度的增加 ,植株生长明显受到抑制 ,株高、根长、鲜重和干重均下降 ;叶片叶绿素含量和SOD活性下降 ,POD活性先上升后下降 ,细胞膜透性增大。表明高浓度铝的毒害 ,导致体内保护酶活性受到抑制 ,膜系统受到伤害 ,从而影响水稻幼苗的生长。 相似文献

为探求林木幼苗生物量分配和根系生长对空气断根的响应,以侧柏(Platycladus Orientalis)实生苗为材料,设置空气断根(T)和不断根(CK)处理,研究了空气断根10、30 d和50 d后对侧柏生物量、根系形态特征及吸收面积的影响。结果表明:(1)T处理的侧柏幼苗地上生物量、根生物量、总生物量、根长、根表面积、根体积及根尖数在断根10、30 d和50 d后均大于CK,且显著扩大了根系总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积。(2)空气断根显著影响了侧柏实生苗的生物量分配格局,其根冠比在整个试验阶段呈先增大后减小的趋势,而CK逐渐减小。(3)两种处理的侧柏幼苗根系直径集中在0-0.5 mm。与CK相比,T处理侧柏随空气断根时间延长,单株根系直径在0-0.5 mm的根数量急剧增多,占总根尖数的79%,根平均长度、根表面积、根体积和根尖数显著增大。(4)生物量参数和根形态参数之间关系密切。根生物量与地上生物量及总生物量呈显著正相关(P0.05)。除根系平均直径外,根生物量、地上生物量和总生物量分别与根长、根表面积、根体积、根尖数呈显著正相关,根冠比与地上生物量呈负相关。因此,空气断根有效改善了侧柏幼苗的根系形态特征,提高了吸收面积,显著促进侧柏实生苗在生长早期快速发育。 相似文献

Eighteen fungal species were isolated from rhizospheric soil and rhizoplane samples of three plant crops in southern Iraq. The fungal isolates were examined for the activities of four enzymes (amylase, cellulase, phenoloxidase, and protease), as well as their growth, against crude garlic extract added to the culture agar medium. A high reduction or inhibition of enzymatic activities was observed for the fungi treated with garlic extract compared with untreated fungal cultures. However, most of the species showed inhibition of enzymes due to the effect of garlic extract. Fungal communities in the rhizospheres of oak roots were shown to change after the trees were felled. The ecological significance of this is considered. Fungal communities were isolated from rhizospheres of thin roots (0.5–1 mm diam.) of living trees and their stumps two years after felling in 30- and 50-year-old stands of Quercus robur, with samples taken at two locations in each stand. In total, 128 species of fungi were isolated. Six species, Absidia cylindrospora, Penicillium adametzii, P. citrinum, P. daleae, P. janczewskii and Umbelopsis vinacea were detected in the rhizospheres of living oaks and stumps at all locations. The abundance of Geomyces spp.?+?Pseudogymnoascus roseus, Gymnoascus reessii and Zygomycetes was greater, and of Penicillium spp. was smaller, usually significantly, in rhizospheres of stump roots than of living tree roots. Among Zygomycetes, the populations of A. cylindrospora and Mucor hiemalis decreased, while those of Mortierella spp., particularly M. macrocystis, increased after felling. Species of Penicillium favoured by roots are P. adametzii, P. citrinum, P. daleae, P. herquei, P. janczewskii, P. raistrickii. On stump roots they are replaced by P. chrysogenum, P. islandicum and P. spinulosum. The combination of Chalara spp. with oak roots indicates the occurrence of specific relationships, suggesting that the organic food base provided by the plant is a primary factor determining the composition of the fungal community. Edaphic and other environmental factors may be less important in this effect. 相似文献

Ten species of fungi representing the genera Alternaria, Aspergillus, Caldosporium, Curvularia, Fusarium, and Penicillium were examined for their relative resistance to gamma irradiation from a 137Cs source. Inactivation doses for dematiaceous fungi in agar medium ranged from 0.6 to greater than 1.7 megarads, whereas those for moniliaceous fungi were less than 0.3 megarad. D10 values (the dose required to reduce the inoculum by 1 log) for Curvularia geniculata (greater than 0.29 megarad) exceeded those for control spores of Bacillus pumilus (0.15 megarad). 相似文献

Removal of four out of five roots did not lower transpiration and stomatal conductivity of wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) seedlings. Water content of mature expanded leaf lamina remained constant at control levels. The results suggest that the only remaining root was capable to supply the shoot with water. This was evidenced by an increase in hydraulic conductivity of the root system following partial root excision measured at low subatmospheric pressures induced by vacuum. In the absence of a hydrostatic gradient, water flow from reduced root system was initially not higher than from an intact system, but increased subsequently. ABA content was increased in roots 1 h after partial root excision, which might contribute to the increase in hydraulic conductivity. 相似文献

Ammonium sulphate is a major component of the air pollutants deposited on forests in the Netherlands. Different amounts of NH4
+ were added to Douglas-fir seedlings grown in tall containers of sand, to study the influence of high concentrations of NH4
+ in the soil on the development of fine roots and the effects of nitrogen uptake on rhizosphere pH. At the end of this eight-month experiment part of the ammonium appeared to have nitrified into nitrate. High doses of ammonium negatively affected root length and root length per unit of dry matter (specific root length). Although Douglas fir shows a preferential ammonium uptake in nutrient solutions the increases in the pH of the rhizosphere in this experiment indicate that nitrogen was mostly taken up as nitrate. When the ammonium concentration in the soil is low, it cannot be taken up readily because of its low mobility in soil. Shoot growth was stimulated by high availability of nitrogen. The possible effects of high doses of ammonium on long-term forest vitality are discussed. 相似文献
