首次研究新疆产心草全草的挥发油成分 ,运用气相色谱 质谱 计算机联用技术 ,结合标准谱库 ,从检出的 87个化合物中共鉴定了 73种成分 ,其中主要成分为 1 丙氧基 2 丙醇、肉豆蔻醚、1,2 ,3 三甲氧基 5 (2 丙烯基 ) 苯、顺式 细辛脑、正己烷、芹菜脑、二甲醚、1,2 二甲氧基 4 (2 丙烯基 ) 苯、乙酸乙酯、斯巴醇、α ,α 4 三甲基 苯甲醇、反式 甲基异丁香油酚、水芹烯等 ,而 1 丙氧基 2 丙醇含量最高 ,占挥发油总量的 2 0 77% ,检出成分占挥发油总量的 92 4 6 %。 相似文献

本文采用水蒸气蒸馏萃取法提取海南暗罗叶挥发油化学成分,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)从中分离鉴定出40种化学成分,占挥发油总量的67.03%。其中主要成分为1-甲基-5-亚甲基-8-(1-甲基乙基)-1,6-二烯环十烷(18.305%),丁子香烯(6.256%)和γ-榄香烯(6.211%)。所得的挥发油抑菌试验表明其对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌表现出显著的抑制活性。 相似文献

本研究将Bligh-Dyer溶剂提取法首次应用于植物挥发油的提取,通过GC-MS方法分析,从干燥成熟的砂仁种子和果壳四种挥发油提取物中共鉴定出138种化学成分,挥发油成分主要包括乙酸龙脑酯(5%~47%)、樟脑(4%~17%)、龙脑(1.5%~6%)、莰烯(0.2%~3%)、α-蒎烯(0.2%~3%)、β-蒎烯(0.2%~5%)以及α-柯巴烯(0.1%~2%)等,其中总烯类物质相对含量占总挥发油总成分的10%~40%。从该植物中首次鉴定出蓝桉醇、二环大根香叶烯、薄荷烯醇、二十三烷、二十四烷等新的化学成分35个。所得挥发油对部分真菌及细菌的抑制试验表明其对红色毛癣菌、须毛癣菌、石膏样小孢子癣菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和粪肠球菌均表现出显著的抑制活性。因此,砂仁不仅可作为抗菌药物应用于临床,也可以作为食品原料或天然的食品防腐剂用于食品工业的生产。 相似文献

水蒸气蒸馏法从抱茎蓼全草中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油组分进行分离和鉴定,运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量,并利用正构烷烃系列物质对各组分进行定性确定,从抱茎蓼全草的挥发油中检出41个组分,占全油的99.21%,鉴定出38个组分,其主要组分是石竹烯(16.98%)、3-己烯-1-醇(14.69%)、3-辛烯-3醇(8.89%)、a-里哪醇(7.13%)、β-环柠檬醛(6.36%)等。对抱茎蓼全草的挥发油做了抗菌试验,其挥发油对大肠埃希菌(ATCC25922株)、肠炎沙门菌(50040株)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25925株)有显著地抑制和灭活作用。 相似文献

首次采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析小叶女贞果实挥发油化学成分,并以ABTS自由基和亚硝酸钠清除作用评价25%挥发油抗氧化活性。从小叶女贞果实挥发油中共鉴定出67种化合物,占挥发油总量的76.50%,主要成分有大根香叶烯D(8.57%)、顺式-2-反式-6-金合欢醇(6.38%)、α-荜澄茄烯(5.24%)、2-己烯醛(3.80%)、芳樟醇(3.78%)、α-衣兰油烯(3.70%)等。挥发油对ABTS自由基和亚硝酸钠具有明显地清除作用,样品量与清除率间呈量效关系。 相似文献

Essential oils from the leaf and twig of Polyalthia suberosa (Roxb.) Thwaites were analyzed using GC/MS/FID. A total of sixty-three constituents were namely identified accounting for 96.03 and 94.12 % in the hydrodistilled oils of the leaf and twig, respectively. Monoterpenes, monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenes, and sesquiterpenoids were characteristic derivatives of P. suberosa essential oils. Sesquiterpenes bicyclogermacrene (26.26 %) and (E)-caryophyllene (7.79 %), and monoterpene β-pinene (12.71 %) were the major constituents of the leaf oil. Sesquiterpenes (E)-caryophyllene (17.17 %) and α-humulene (9.55 %), sesquiterpenoid caryophyllene oxide (9.41 %), and monoterpenes camphene (8.16 %) and tricyclene (6.35 %) were to be main components in the twig oil. The leaf oil indicated cytotoxic activity against three cancer cell lines HepG2, MCF7 and A549 with the IC50 values of 60.96–69.93 μg/mL, while the twig oil inhibited MCF7 with the IC50 value of 66.70 μg/mL. Additionally, the twig oil successfully suppressed the growth of the negative Gram bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa, fungus Aspergillus niger, and yeast Candida albicans with the same MIC value of 50 μg/mL, whereas the leaf oil had the same result on the negative Gram bacterium Escherichia coli. 相似文献

Essential oils of fennel, peppermint, caraway, eucalyptus, geranium and lemon were tested for their antimicrobial activities against some plant pathogenic micro-organisms (Fusarium oxysporum, Alternaria alternate, Penicilium italicum Penicilium digitatum and Botyritus cinerea). Essential oils of fennel, peppermint, caraway were selected as an active ingredient for the formulation of biocides due to their efficiency in controlling the tested micro-organisms. Successful emulsifiable concentrates (biocides) were prepared from these oils using different emulsifiers (Emulgator B.L.M. Tween20 and Tween80) and different fixed oils (sesame, olive, cotton and soybean oils). Physico-chemical properties of the formulated biocide (spontaneous emulsification, emulsion stability test, cold stability and heat stability tests as well as viscosity, surface tension and pH) were measured. The prepared biocides were ready to be tested for application in a future work as a safe pesticide against different pathogens. 相似文献

Developing effective and eco‐friendly antimicrobials and pesticides has become a highly important issue. The repellent, insecticidal and antimicrobial activity of essential oils (EOs) isolated by hydrodistillation from dried leaves of the three Eucalyptus species (E. cloeziana, E. umbellata and E. benthamii) were investigated. During GC/MS analysis, α‐pinene (47.36 %), 1,8‐cineol (38.53 %) and α‐pinene (35.31 %) were identified as major components of E. cloeziana, E. umbellata and E. benthamii, respectively. The EOs from E. cloeziana exhibited the longest effective protection time (465 min, at 50.0 % w/w) for humans among the EOs studied. The effective protection time was 30 min and 300 min at concentrations of 12.5 % (w/w) and 25.0 % (w/w), respectively. Fumigating insecticidal activity of EOs from three Eucalyptus species was tested by airtight fumigation in conical flask, which indicated that essential oils had a highly and rapidly insecticidal activity on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus. The antimicrobial activity of EOs was evaluated by using disc diffusion and agar dilution methods. There was no significant difference in the antibacterial activity of EOs from E. cloeziana and E. umbellate and they had the same MICs (20 mL/L) on Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli. E. benthamii had the worst microbial inhibitory effect among the three Eucalyptus essential oils and the MIC value for the test species is 40 mL/L except for Rhodotorula Harrison (10 mL/L). 相似文献

Liquid formulations (emulsifiable concentrates) were prepared from the essential oils of fennel, peppermint and caraway. Different concentrations of the formulated oils were prepared. The prepared concentrations were tested in vivo for their inhibitory activity against the growth of Penicillium digitatum (the casual agent of green rot on citrus fruits). The results demonstrated that different concentrations of the formulated fennel, peppermint and caraway oils exerted highly toxicity against the inoculated fungus. Moreover, all formulated oils with different forms showed high activity for controlling the decay when applied as protective or therapeutic agents. 相似文献

Essential oil (EO) vapours have been known for their antimicrobial properties since the 4th century B.C.; however, it was not until the early 1960s that research into the potential of these volatile oils was explored. More recently, the use of EOs such as tea tree, bergamot, lavender and eucalyptus in vapour form has been shown to have antimicrobial effects against both bacteria and fungi, with range of methods being developed for dispersal and efficacy testing. Different liquid formulations of anise, coriander and black cumin essential oils were used for preparing some biocides. The prepared formulations were tested for their antimicrobial activity against some post-harvest pathogenic microorganisms. The tested microorganisms were Fusarium oxysporum (Dray rot of potato), Alternaria alternata (Black rot of tomato), Penicillium italicum, P. digitatum, (Blue and green rot of orange, respectively), Botryitus cinerea (Gray rot of strawberry) and Erwinia carotovora (Soft rot of potato).The results revealed that the different formulations showed a complete inhibition effect on the growth of most of the tested microorganisms. Also, the antimicrobial activity of the formulated essential oils did not affect the formulation process compared with the original oil. 相似文献

用水蒸气蒸馏法和GC-MS法对来源于重庆云阳的栽培青蒿和野生青蒿精油的化学成分进行分析.从冬季和春季栽培的青蒿精油中分别鉴定出29和28个化合物,野生青蒿精油中鉴定出21个化合物.3种精油的化学成分差别明显,两种栽培青蒿精油有16个化合物相同.而栽培青蒿与野生青蒿精油仅有6个化合物相同.这表明基因型对青蒿精油的组成起决定作用;而气候因素对各成分的相对含量有重要影响,尤其对蒿酮和樟脑的积累影响较大.本文对进一步研究青蒿精油中萜类化合物之间的生源关系具有一定的参考价值. 相似文献
