本文用聚类分析的方法,对中国蕨科23个种代表9个属做了数量分类研究,通过23OTUs×37个性状的原始数值矩阵标准化后,用欧氏距离系数计算相似性,采用WPGMA法进行聚类分析,以探索各属之间的系统位置和亲缘关系。其结果与我国植物学家经典分类处理基本上一致,并对粉背蕨属(Aleuritopteris)也做了修正,认为粉背蕨系(Ser.Farinosae)和银粉背蕨系(Sef.Argenteae)也可做为两个新属处理比较合理。另外对距离系数和结合线在类群划分申的作用进行了讨论和评价。  相似文献

Spores of 61 species and 6 varieties in 9 genera of the Sinopteridaceae were examined under scanning electron microscope (SEM). Based on surface ornamentation and other features, the spores of the Sinopteridaceae are divided into three types. In type Ⅰ , the exospore is smooth and the surface ornamentation, which is reticulate, cristate, echinate or rugate, is formed by the perispore. All the other genera of this family, except for Onychium and Cryptogramma, have this pattern of spores. In type Ⅱ, the surface ornamentation is formed by both perispore and exospore. This pattern is found only in Cryptogramma. In type Ⅲ, the perispore is thin and the surface ornamentation is formed by the exospore. Onychium is characterized by this type of spores. Those genera with spores of type Ⅰ of the Sinopteridaceae seem to be closely related to each other and should be natural members of this family. The systematic position of Cryptogramma and Onychium, with spores of type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ respectively, however, should be reconsidered. 利用扫描电镜对国产中国蕨科Sinopteridaceae植物9属61种6变种的孢子进行了观察。结果表明,该科植物的孢子可分为3种类型:(1)孢子球形,三裂缝;周壁较厚,疏松地包在孢子之外;外壁光滑,表面纹饰由周壁形成,呈网状、嵴状、刺状或皱状。除金粉蕨属Onychium和珠蕨属Cryptogramma外,该科其他属的植物都具此类型孢子。(2)孢子钝三角形,三裂缝;周壁较薄,由周壁和外壁共同形成表面轮廓,表面具疣状或颗粒状纹饰。具此类型孢子的只有珠蕨属。(3)孢子钝三角形,三裂缝,沿裂缝两侧各有一脊状隆起或瘤状纹饰;周壁薄,由外壁形成表面纹饰的基本轮廓;具赤道环、近极脊和远极脊。具此类型孢子的只有金粉蕨属。另外,从孢粉学的角度对该科的分类和系统演化进行了探讨。  相似文献

报道了湖南省蕨类植物新记录14种(含1变种),属于10科11属,它们是皱边石杉(Huperzia crispata),倒叶瘤足蕨(Plagiogyria dunnii),华南鳞盖蕨(Microlepia hancie),三轴凤尾蕨(Pteris longipe),蚀盖金粉蕨(Onychium tenuifrons),长羽凤丫蕨(Coniogramme longissima),圆基凤丫蕨(C. emeiensis var. lancipinna),云贵紫柄蕨(Pseudophegopteris yunkweiensis),齿果铁角蕨(Asplenium cheilosorum),狭翅铁角蕨(A. wrightii),腺齿铁角蕨(A. glanduli-serrulatum),翅轴蹄盖蕨(Athyrium delavayi),骨牌蕨(Lepidogrammitis rostrata),显脉星蕨(Microsorium zippelii)。  相似文献

碎米蕨属(Cheilosoria Trevis.)隶属碎米蕨类, 由于形态上的趋同进化, 使得该类群的系统分类一直存在争议。该研究对该碎米蕨属植物的4种叶绿体DNA序列片段(rbcL/matK/rps4/rps4-trnS)进行PCR扩增和序列分析, 再结合其它相关类群, 用贝叶斯法和最大似然法构建系统树并探讨其系统发育关系。结果表明, 碎米蕨属不是一个单系类群, 旧世界分布的碎米蕨属植物(薄叶碎米蕨除外)均聚在亚洲Cheilanthes群内, 与粉背蕨属(Aleuritopteris Fée)等类群形成不同亚支。该属孢子形态具有明显异质性。薄叶碎米蕨(Cheilosoria tenuifolia (Burm. f.) Trevis.)与亚洲其它碎米蕨属植物的系统位置相距甚远, 且与隐囊蕨(Notholaena hirsuta (Poir.) Desv.)聚为完全支持的分支, 两者可能均为大洋洲起源, 并属于另一类群。美洲和旧世界分布的碎米蕨属植物关系较远, 二者可能代表了不同的演化路线。  相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜对我国产金粉蕨属8种2变种蕨类植物的孢子进行了观察。结果表明,该属孢子形态较为一致。三裂缝,辐射对称,极面观为钝三角形或三角圆形,赤道面观为椭圆形,超半圆形成或扇形,周壁较薄,外壁突起形成表面纹饰的基本轮廓,具赤道环,近极脊和远极脊等结构,种间差异主要表现在远极面的纹饰形态上,从孢子形态上看,金粉蕨属与中国蕨科其它属差异较大,而与凤尾蕨属相似,建议将本属放在凤尾蕨科。  相似文献

As a genus, Aleuritopteris was first founded by Fée upon Pteris farinosa Forsk. in 1852. The genus had been ever since, however, practically forgotten, because it did not receive a general recognition among the fern students, who considered it either as Cheilanthes (Baker. 1897, Diels, 1900, C. Christensen 1905), or placed it in Pellaea (Hooker. 1858, Hope et Wright 1903). Ching (1941) first reinstated the status of Aleuritopteris and later followed by Copeland (1947), Panigrahi (1961, 1962.) and Pichi-Sermolli (1975). In recent years, however, some pteridologists (Nayar, 1962, K. Iwatsuki and others) are still against it as a distinct genus. Our recent study of the rich material on hand has shown Aleuritopteris to be a distinct genus, according to both the morphological characteristics and geographical distribution. We further propose the possibly evolutionary relationships of Aleuritopteris with other related genera of the Cheilanthoid ferns, as indicated by the above scheme. The genus is now represcented by a little more than 30 species, of which 25 areknown in China, among which 8 species and 3 varieties are diescribed for the first time.  相似文献

Although analyses of chromosome numbers represent a fundamental step in the study of any group of organisms, the xeric-adapted cheilanthoid ferns (Pteridaceae: subfamily Cheilanthoideae) have received little attention from cytogeneticists due to the difficulty in obtaining samples and accurate chromosome counts. In an effort to clarify patterns of chromosomal evolution in this group, we present 131 chromosome counts representing 75 taxa of cheilanthoid ferns from the western United States and Mexico. First reports are provided for 24 taxa, including the first count for the genus Cheiloplecton. Nine other taxa yielded numbers that had not been reported previously. Our data suggest that chromosome base numbers are more stable than previously thought and that much of the reported variation may involve erroneous counts. When coupled with published DNA sequence data, our counts suggest that the plesiomorphic base number of subfamily Cheilanthoideae is x = 30 and that x = 29 has arisen just once or twice among the taxa studied.  相似文献

凤丫蕨属(Coniogramme)隶属广义凤尾蕨科(Pterdidaceae)的珠蕨亚科(Cryptogrammoideae),分类极其混乱。本文在原始文献和标本考证的基础上,通过野外考察,对海南凤丫蕨属的分类进行了订正。承认海南有该属植物3种:海南凤丫蕨(C.macrophylla Blume Hieron.)、普通凤丫蕨(C.intermedia Hieron.)和凤丫蕨(C.japonica Thunb. Diels)。将C.merrillii Ching和披针凤丫蕨(C.lanceolata Ching ex K.H.Shing)并入C.macrophylla作为异名处理;首次报道凤丫蕨在海南的分布,并对其它两种在海南的分布进行了补充。  相似文献

报道了香港地区蕨类植物17种,其中分布新记录9种,即疏裂凤尾蕨、栗柄凤尾蕨、假粉背蕨、星毛蕨、福建铁角蕨、太平鳞毛蕨、圆基条蕨、披针骨牌蕨和阔叶石韦;名称修订6种,即线羽凤尾蕨、碎米蕨、毛轴碎米蕨、绿秆铁角蕨、假大羽铁角蕨和华南耳蕨,以及珍稀濒危蕨类2种,即乌轴蕨和多羽瘤蕨。  相似文献

Deciphering species relationships and hybrid origins in polyploid agamic species complexes is notoriously difficult. In this study of cheilanthoid ferns, we demonstrate increased resolving power for clarifying the origins of polyploid lineages by integrating evidence from a diverse selection of biosystematic methods. The prevalence of polyploidy, hybridization, and apomixis in ferns suggests that these processes play a significant role in their evolution and diversification. Using a combination of systematic approaches, we investigated the origins of apomictic polyploids belonging to the Cheilanthes yavapensis complex. Spore studies allowed us to assess ploidy levels; plastid and nuclear DNA sequencing revealed evolutionary relationships and confirmed the putative progenitors (both maternal and paternal) of taxa of hybrid origin; enzyme electrophoretic evidence provided information on genome dosage in allopolyploids. We find here that the widespread apomictic triploid, Cheilanthes lindheimeri, is an autopolyploid derived from a rare, previously undetected sexual diploid. The apomictic triploid Cheilanthes wootonii is shown to be an interspecific hybrid between C. fendleri and C. lindheimeri, whereas the apomictic tetraploid C. yavapensis is comprised of two cryptic and geographically distinct lineages. We show that earlier morphology-based hypotheses of species relationships, while not altogether incorrect, only partially explain the complicated evolutionary history of these ferns.  相似文献

金粉蕨属(Onychium Kaulfuss)隶属广义凤尾蕨科中的凤尾蕨亚科。迄今为止,该属属下分组及种间界定等仍有诸多问题亟待解决。本研究选取5个叶绿体DNA 序列片段 (rbcL/atpA/matK/trnL-trnF/trnG-trnR),采用最大似然法(ML)和贝叶斯法(BI)构建金粉蕨属的系统发育树。结果表明:(1)金粉蕨属的9个成员被分置于两大支上。其中野雉尾金粉蕨(Onychium japonicum(Thunberg) Kunze)、西藏金粉蕨(O.tibeticum Ching & S.K.Wu)、木坪金粉蕨(O.moupinense Ching)、湖北金粉蕨(O.moupinense var. ipii(Ching) K.H.Shing)、栗柄金粉蕨(O.japonicum var. lucidum(D.Don) Christ)、黑足金粉蕨(O.cryptogrammoides Christ)、繁羽金粉蕨(O.plumosum Ching)聚为一支;而金粉蕨(O.siliculosum(Desvaux) C.Christensen)和蚀盖金粉蕨(O.tenuifrons Ching)则聚为另一支,可为该属的属下分组提供分子系统学证据;(2)野雉尾金粉蕨与栗柄金粉蕨在系统树中并没有聚在一起,而是被其它类群分割开来,不支持将后者作为野雉尾金粉蕨的变种,建议将栗柄金粉蕨提升为种的等级;(3)系统树上木坪金粉蕨与湖北金粉蕨的样本聚在一个细支上,支持《中国植物志》将湖北金粉蕨作为木坪金粉蕨变种的分类处理;(4)西藏金粉蕨与野雉尾金粉蕨聚在一起,并得到较高的支持,说明两者的关系近缘。  相似文献

粉背蕨属植物全国已知有27种,其中多数种类叶片下面被有白色粉末,少数被黄色粉末。最近在海南岛五指山主峰顶又采得一叶片下面被黄色粉末的种,这是该属在海南岛唯一分布的种,经研究确认是一新种,广西龙胜也有其分布,但曾被认为是金爪粉背蕨。在全面研究金爪粉背蕨的模式标本及其原始文献后,发现其原描述有不确之处,且本种只产四川,原文献中记载金爪粉背蕨也分布到云南和贵州,经查证云南和贵州的标本那是另外一不同的种。现对以上予以报道,并补充修订金爪粉背蕨的描述。  相似文献

The cheilanthoid ferns have long resisted efforts to circumscribe well-defined, phylogenetically natural generic and infrageneric groups, presumably because of homoplastic morphologies associated with their xeric habitats. This cladistic analysis of phylogenetically informative chloroplast DNA restriction site data from 14 enzymes and seven taxa in the cheilanthoid genus Pellaea provides new insights into the phylogenetic relationships of the P. glabella complex. It also assesses the congruence of results based on restriction site data at inter- and intraspecific levels in these sexually and apogamously reproducing ferns with those of earlier morphological and isozyme analyses of the same group. Wagner parsimony yielded a single most parsimonious tree of 187 steps and 11% homoplasy, based on a data matrix of 166 restriction sites of which 66 were phylogenetically informative. Phylogenetic analysis based on user-defined stepmatrix character-state weighting of site gains over losses produced an identical single most parsimonious tree. Dollo parsimony yielded two most parsimonious trees, one of which was topologically identical to the Wagner tree. Specific and infraspecific relationships in the P. glabella complex determined by the completely independent restriction site and isozyme data sets are identical. This lends confidence to the ongoing use of restriction site data in a broader study of Pellaea and other cheilanthoid taxa and to the present conclusions that P. atropurpurea is sister to the P. glabella complex, whereas P. breweri, previously considered the closest relative of this complex, is actually more distantly related to it than are the other taxa in this study.  相似文献

Using cheilanthoid ferns, we provide an example of how DNA barcoding approaches can be useful to the horticultural community for keeping plants in the trade accurately identified. We use plastid rbcL, atpA, and trnG-R sequence data to demonstrate that a fern marketed as Cheilanthes wrightii (endemic to the southwestern USA and northern Mexico) in the horticultural trade is, in fact, Cheilanthes distans (endemic to Australia and adjacent islands). Public and private (accessible with permission) databases contain a wealth of DNA sequence data that are linked to vouchered plant material. These data have uses beyond those for which they were originally generated, and they provide an important resource for fostering collaborations between the academic and horticultural communities. We strongly advocate the barcoding approach as a valuable new technology available to the horticulture industry to help correct plant identification errors in the international trade.  相似文献

石松类和蕨类植物在秦仁昌(1978)系统、《中国蕨类植物科属志》、《中国植物志》、Christenhusz维管植物线性排列系统中和“FloraofChina”的科属组成、数量存在很大差异。秦仁昌(1978)系统收录63科223属,《中国蕨类植物科属志》63科226属,《中国植物志》61科220属、Chnstenhusz线性排列系统38科163属和“FloraofChina”38科177属。本文通过比较石松类和蕨类植物的几个主要分类系统中科属的变动情况,拟为新一代植物志(iFlora)中石松类和蕨类植物的编研提供依据。同时,还指出了几个主要的分类系统中关于中文名、拉丁名以及命名人的不一致和错误.为进一步研究提供检索和鉴定参考。  相似文献

雅鲁藏布江大拐弯地区蕨类植物区系共含45科、108属。主要科为鳞毛蕨科Dryopteridaceae(80/5,种数/属数)、水龙骨科Polypodiaceae(65/14)、蹄盖蕨科Athyriaceae(45/11)、铁角蕨科Aspleniaceae(23/3)、中国蕨科Sinopteridaceae(19/6)、金星蕨科Thelypteridaceae(18/9)、凤尾蕨科Pteridaceae(13/2)、卷柏科Selaginelaceae(12/1)和膜蕨科Hymenophylaceae(11/3)。主要属是耳蕨属Polystichum,鳞毛蕨属Dryopteris,铁角蕨属Asplenium,蹄盖蕨属Athyrium等系统发育上较高级的类群;无典型的特有属,可认为它是随青藏高原隆起而形成的较年轻的蕨类区系。其热带成分科属虽多(科占622%,属占676%),但优势科、优势属均为广布类型。本区蕨类植物的起源是古老的热带亚洲成分。  相似文献

Trachypteris is a small genus consisting of four species native to America and Madagascar: Trachypteris induta, T.?pinnata, T.?gilliana, and T.?drakeana. The spores of the genus were studied using light microscopy and scanning and transmission electron microscopy. They are trilete, triangular to globose, with equatorial diameter of 29?C58???m and polar diameter of 26?C53???m. The exospore is 0.5?C1.1???m thick, plane, and two-layered. The perispore is 0.3?C6.8???m thick and two-layered. Depending on the species, two different ornamentations were observed: cristated with partially fused cristae, and ridged with partially fused ridges, forming an incomplete reticulum. Globules immersed in the perispore were occasionally observed. The systematic value of the Trachypteris spores is discussed, and their morphology and ultrastructure are compared with those of other related cheilanthoid ferns. The palynological characteristics presented here may be useful for phylogenetic studies within the Pteridaceae, and particularly within the cheilanthoid ferns.  相似文献
