本文对鲮鱼的食性、年龄、生长和繁殖进行了研究,并对渔业生产提出了建议。鲮鱼以浮游植物为主要食料。在水温14.6—29.4℃时食欲旺盛。当水中溶氧量0.24—0.65毫克/升时,绝大部分个体停止摄食,而溶氧量在0.99毫克/升以上时,摄食强度很大。见到的最大个体:雌鱼体长595毫米,体重4,100克,10龄;雄鱼体长580毫米,体重3,850克,9龄。鲮鱼能在大王滩水库中自然繁殖。鲮鱼人工繁殖季节以5月初至6月中旬较适宜;催产时水温以22—29℃为好,注射催产剂的效应时间一般为4.5—6小时。见到的性成熟最小个体:郁江鲮鱼雌体长273毫米,体重525克,雄体长275毫米,体重415克;池养鲮鱼雌体长247毫米,体重366克,雄体长235毫米,体重291克。根据群众经验,一般池塘中鲮鱼每亩放养1,000尾,鲮与鲢的放养比例以3:1较好,以鲮鱼为主体的池塘则每亩放养1,500—2,000尾较好。  相似文献

1993年7月-1994年6月,作者对食蚊鱼鳃上台湾棘带吸虫囊蚴内种群的变化进行了为期12个月的研究,结果表明:食蚊鱼种群数量和种群重量的月变化相似,但两者与水温没有相关性;食蚊鱼种群的体长结构呈季节性动态变化规律;食蚊鱼的感染与其自身的生长紧密相关,感染率、感染强度表现出了与体长相似的变化趋势;中间的两组鳃片寄生的囊蚴较多,不同鳃片组囊蚴平均密度的月变化规律一致,食蚊鱼任何两个鳃片组分布的台湾棘带吸虫囊蚴的平均数差异都显著(P0.001);囊蚴在食蚊鱼鳃上的分布为聚集分布。    相似文献

研究了大亚湾1997年7月至1998年6月裸甲藻种群季节变化及其与环境因子的关系。裸甲藻在大亚湾主要出现在4-5月份,并在4月至5月份出现了4个密度高峰,最高密度可达每毫升996个细胞,6月至9月份偶有出现,10月至2月份则未出现。裸甲藻高密度出现的温度、盐度范围分别为25-30℃和24‰-32‰。裸甲藻在大亚湾的出现及4、5月份的密度高峰与水温的季节变化密切相关,3月份水温存在一个急升期,水温由3月初的15.5℃以下上升至3月底的23.5℃左右,为裸甲藻种群密度的急剧增长提供了合适的温度条件。大亚湾盐度的季节波动较小,与裸甲藻种群的种群的季节变化无关。大亚湾氮、磷、硅等营养物质含量丰富,不存在营养元素缺乏,但高密度的裸甲藻种群仅在氮、磷含量及氮磷比分别为50-100μg/L,5-20μg/L和5-30范围内出现,氮、磷、硅3种营养盐的含量及它们之间的比值特别是氮磷比是影响裸甲藻高密度出现的重要内容。  相似文献

利用鲤科鱼类微卫星引物在鲮鱼中进行扩增,结果在24对引物中,13对引物能成功扩增,且在鲮鱼中的扩增产物表现稳定,其中11对有较高多态性,等位基因数在2—7个之间,扩增的条带符合孟德尔遗传规律。随后利用筛选的微卫星座位对鲮鱼野生和养殖群体遗传多样性进行了初步分析。分析结果显示鲮鱼野生群体的平均等位基因数5.2个;观测杂合度在0.25与0.8之间,平均观测杂合度(Ho)是0.61±0.2 ,平均期望杂合度(He)是0.8±0.09 ;群体座位平均多态信息含量(PIC)为0.72±0.1。相比之下,养殖群体的平均观测杂合度(Ho)和平均期望杂合度(He)都低于野生群体,分别是0.59±0.2、0.75±0.1。两群体间的遗传相似度为0.7774、遗传距离为0.2518。研究表明用其他鱼类分离出的微卫星引物可以快速筛选到适用于鲮鱼遗传分析的微卫星座位。  相似文献

金钱鱼肠道内的惠州长宫吸虫,随着宿主体长的生长,其感染强度、平均丰盛度、平均拥挤度和宿主体长小于30mm的感染率呈逐渐增加的趋势,而宿主在不同体长组中,除了体长小于30mm以外,其感染率变化相对较稳定;在不同的月份中,吸虫在宿主体内的感染率从2月起呈逐渐下降趋势,感染强度则有逐渐增大倾向;平均丰盛度除从4~7月份有1个明显先上升后下降的变化外,其它月份变化差异不大。从吸虫在宿主体内的频率分布变化中,表明多数宿主不感染或只感染少量的吸虫,而少数宿主感染吸虫数量较大;吸虫种群在不同宿主体长组和不同月份的分布格局类型均为聚集分布,在不同宿主体长组中聚集分布强度随着种群密度增加而增强。    相似文献

为了摸清高山姬鼠种群数量变节变动规律,探讨其种群数量预测方法,采用夹夜法调查逐月捕获率,用捕获率为预测指标,建立种群数量预测预报模型。对1996-2008年贵州省大方县高山姬鼠种群数量动态及种群数量进行分析预测,结果表明:高山姬鼠主要分布于稻田、旱地耕作区,是大方县农田害鼠优势种,占总鼠数的62.32%。10a平均捕获率为(2.58±1.27)%,全年种群数量变动曲线呈单峰型,各年度种群数量的变化曲线基本相似,一年内种群数量在6月份出现1个数量高峰,平均捕获率达(4.63±3.03)%。不同年度、不同月份、不同季节之间种群数量存在显著差异。根据历年高山姬鼠种群数量变动幅度及发生危害情况,结合当地鼠害防治指标,制定了高山姬鼠种群数量分级标准。分析1996-2008年高山姬鼠数量高峰期前各月捕获率、种群繁殖参数(性比、怀孕率、胎仔数、睾丸下降率、繁殖指数)与数量高峰期6月种群密度的关系后发现,4月份种群数量基数与6月份种群密度之间相关极显著,运用回归分析方法,建立了应用4月份种群数量基数(X)预测数量高峰期6月份种群密度(Y)的短期预测预报模型:Y=1.7558X+0.1442,可提前2个月预测当年数量峰种群密度和发生程度,经回测验证,数值和数量级预测值与实测值基本相符,数值预测和数量级预测平均吻合率为92.84%、100.00%,结果比较准确,故该预测预报模型具有一定的实用性和可行性。  相似文献

以1989至1995年在川西平原农田进行的啮齿动物标志重捕实验为基础,由种群密度、生物量以及出现频率的比较认为,大足鼠(Rattus nitidus)为此啮齿动物群落的优势种,褐家鼠(Rattus norvegicus)与社鼠(Rattus niviventer)为常见种,黄胸鼠(Rattus flavipectus)为稀有种.通过比较4种啮齿动物的种群动态、季节指数、变异系数发现,优势种密度变动的季节性最强,数量稳定性最大,无明显的年间变化;稀有种则相反,在种群动态上表现出最大的随机性和变动性,常见种的动态特征介于优势种与稀有种之间.优势种全年均有繁殖,稀有种的繁殖月份集中且有效性较低,常见种有较大的繁殖潜力.4种啮齿动物的种群动态及繁殖特征表明了优势种、常见种及稀有种的分化及多样性,以在同一生境的资源利用上达成共存.  相似文献

The Alitropus typus infestation has a serious influence on fish farming in Pakistan. The present study focuses on the external morphology and control of highly infested ectoparasitic isopod Alitropus typus. Sixteen morphological parameters of the whole body were measured and statistically analyzed for mean, standard error and coefficient of variation by using the student t test. Non‐significant variations were observed in the size of pereopods which depict the significance of swimming and attached to its host. For biological control, different concentrations (1000, 5000 and 10 000 ppm) of a leaf extract of four plants (i.e. Euphorbia helioscopia, Ajuga bracteosa, Cannabis sativa and Callistemon citrinus) were tested against A. typus, and the mortality rates were recorded after 12, 24 and 36 h. One way Anova and Tukey tests were used to analyze the results. The recorded percentage mortality was in the order of E. helioscopia > A. bracteosa > C. sativa, whereas C. citrinus did not showed any toxicity. Concentrations of biochemical components like carbohydrates (mg/g), proteins (mg/g), and lipids (mg/dL) of treated isopods were estimated by the phenol‐sulfuric acid process, Lowry's method and biochemistry analyzer, respectively. The protein contents of the insects tested had decreased markedly as compared to control rates, and this might be due to insecticidal stress caused by the extracts. In another biocontrol experiment, crabs were introduced along with isopods into an aquarium. It was then noted that one crab consumes an average of seven isopods/week and can act as a scavenger for dead organisms.  相似文献

Although the whale shark Rhincodon typus is the largest extant fish, it was not described until 1828 and by 1986 there were only 320 records of this species. Since then, growth in tourism and marine recreation globally has lead to a significant increase in the number of sightings and several areas with annual occurrences have been identified, spurring a surge of research on the species. Simultaneously, there was a great expansion in targeted R. typus fisheries to supply the Asian restaurant trade, as well as a largely un-quantified by-catch of the species in purse-seine tuna fisheries. Currently R. typus is listed by the IUCN as vulnerable, due mainly to the effects of targeted fishing in two areas. Photo-identification has shown that R. typus form seasonal size and sex segregated feeding aggregations and that a large proportion of fish in these aggregations are philopatric in the broadest sense, tending to return to, or remain near, a particular site. Somewhat conversely, satellite tracking studies have shown that fish from these aggregations can migrate at ocean-basin scales and genetic studies have, to date, found little graphic differentiation globally. Conservation approaches are now informed by observational and environmental studies that have provided insight into the feeding habits of the species and its preferred habitats. Notwithstanding these advances, there remain notable gaps in the knowledge of this species particularly with respect to the life history of neonates and adults who are not found in the feeding aggregations.  相似文献

Males that adopt alternative mating tactics within a conditional strategy often undergo costly morphological changes when switching to the next phenotype during ontogeny. Whether costs of changing to a subsequent reproductive phenotype are outweighed by a higher mating probability may depend on the frequencies of different phenotypes in a group of competitors. Benefits and costs associated with different phenotype frequencies depend on interactions within and between alternative phenotypes, but the underlying behavioural mechanisms have rarely been studied. Herein, we used the rock shrimp Rhynchocinetes typus as a model: ontogenetic male stages of this species differ in morphological and behavioural traits that indicate alternative reproductive phenotypes. The small, subordinate, male stage (typus) develops via several intermediate stages (intermedius) to the dominant male stage (robustus): in competitive interactions the typus males usually employ the sneaking tactic, while the robustus males invariably employ the monopolizing fighter tactic. In laboratory experiments, we manipulated phenotype frequencies to examine whether there are frequency‐dependent effects on searching behaviour, aggressiveness and mating probability. With increasing frequency of robustus males, the rate of aggressive interactions among them increased. Furthermore, robustus males increased walking velocity when more than one robustus male was present. In contrast, typus males did not adjust their searching or aggressive behaviour. The increase of aggressive interactions among robustus males provided more opportunities for typus males to seize a temporarily unguarded female. While typus males exploit fights among robustus males that produce mating opportunities for them, robustus males benefit from typus males, which reveal the presence of receptive females. We suggest that each phenotype benefits from the presence of the other phenotype and suffers costly interference among individuals of the same phenotype. Whether frequency‐dependent effects on the mating probability of subordinates also affect their ontogenetic switchpoint should be examined in future studies.  相似文献

The Taiwanese government introduced a catch-and-report system for the whale shark Rhincodon typus in 2001, and in the following year limited the total allowable catch (TAC) to 80 individuals. This limit was reduced over the following years, reaching a low of 30 individuals in 2007. In November 2007, a comprehensive ban on R. typus fishing came into effect and protection measures were adopted for the species. This study measured and recorded the total length (L(T) ), body mass and sex of 810 R. typus, using fisheries and other released data for the period 1995-2008. The mean L(T) of individuals caught from June to October was smaller than that for individuals caught from November to May. Mean annual catches in set nets were higher in south-western Taiwan than in other regions of Taiwan. The sex ratio showed that males were caught more frequently than females in Taiwanese waters, indicating sex segregation. For the first time, the stock structure, conservation and management regulation of R. typus in the north-west Pacific Ocean have been reviewed. The results provide a useful resource for future assessment of the possible development of R. typus ecotourism in Taiwan.  相似文献

Photo-identification and conventional tagging were used to estimate population size and structure of the whale shark Rhincodon typus near Holbox Island, Mexico. From 2005 to 2008, photographs of spot patterns behind the last gill slit and in a lateral view on the left side of each animal were used to identify individuals. Additionally, 578 R. typus were tagged using conventional marker tags. Of these and the 350 R. typus that were identified from 1184 photographs, 65% were male; 27%, female and 8%, indeterminate sex. Photographed R. typus ranged in size from 2·5 to 9·5 m total length. Size was bimodal with a large peak at 6 m and a smaller peak at 7 m. Photo-identification showed that there was considerable loss of marker tags. Few of these remained on the animals for more than a year, so that interannual re-sights using tagging could not be used in population modelling. Forty six interannual re-sightings were found in the photographic library; the interval between these re-sightings was typically 1 year. It was estimated that the R. typus aggregation near Holbox Island ranged from 521 to 809 individuals, based on mark-recapture models. From 13 to 33% of R. typus photographed had scars that were attributable to boat strikes. This study provides a baseline for assessing the status of R. typus near Holbox Island. This information is useful to understand drivers of local population size and distribution and potential concerns about increasing effects of tourism on R. typus in this area and for designing better management programmes for R. typus conservation.  相似文献

Growth rates of three commercial species of Lutjanidae were estimated from sections of vertebrae cross-checked with scales. The von Bertalanffy growth constants for Lutjanus malabaricus were K =0.168, L =70.7 cm standard length (S.L.). For Pristipomoides multidens these were K = 0.219, L = 59.1cm, and for Pristipomoides typus K =0.254, L = 51.5 cm. Length/weight was analysed in the form W= aLb where W was fresh weight (g) and L = S.L. (cm). The constants were: L. malabaricus, a = 0.041, b = 2.842; P. multidens, a =0.032, b = 2.897; P. typus, a = 0.038, b = 2.822. The growth rates were considered low in comparison with demersal fish counterparts from temperate seas.  相似文献

This study gives an account of spatial and temporal distribution of whale shark Rhincodon typus catch events in China on the basis of historical records and information obtained from interviews with fishing industry stakeholders. A total of 186 R. typus were recorded with key harvest areas identified as in Hainan and Zhejiang, and the peak catching seasons were May to June and September to October. Aspects of the R. typus trade are discussed, including products, markets and the process. The results suggest that R. typus is increasingly becoming a targeted resource in China as a consequence of fierce competition for large shark fins and an emerging local market for consumption of all body parts. Current obstacles and potential measures for sustainable exploitation and trade of R. typus are discussed.  相似文献

In spring 2001 and 2002 a small stream was stocked with tagged hatchery‐reared yearling brown trout ( Salmo trutta ), in order to study their influence on the resident brown trout population. The stream was separated into six sections: two sections without stocking, two sections where stocking doubled the trout population and two sections where the fish population was quadrupled. The working hypothesis was that due to food limitation (competition) growth of the wild fish will be negatively influenced by stocking, and wild fish will be displaced by the (possibly more aggressive) hatchery fish. Surprisingly, growth rate of wild and stocked fish of the same age was similar and independent of stocking density. Two main reasons may be responsible for this finding: only a low percentage of the stocked fish remained in the stream, and food was not limited during summer. Only 12–19% of the stocked fish were recaptured after six months, in contrats to 40–70% of one‐year old and up to 100% of older wild trout. The wild fish were not displaced by hatchery‐reared fish: During summer the wild fish remained more or less stationary, whereas most of the stocked trout had left their release site. The results indicate that in a natural stream stocking of hatchery reared brown trout does not influence negatively growth and movement of the wild fish independent of stocking density.  相似文献

Morphometric examination was carried out on the gills and skin of wild and caged hatchery brown trout Salmo trutta fario in an acidic (pH 4.9 to 5.4; Al 203 to 250 microg l(-1)) and in a non-acidic (pH 6.7 to 7.0; Al 27 to 67 microg l(-1)) stream in the Vosges Mountains (NE France) to assess the sublethal effects of acidic water on the mucous cell response. The caged fish were randomly collected after 2, 4, 7 and 11 d and the wild fish were obtained by electrofishing. After 2 d, a reduction of both mucous cell (MC) number and size was observed in the gills of fish held in the acidic stream, suggesting a massive mucus discharge. Hyperplasia and hypertrophy of cells immediately followed this mucus secretion. In the same fish population, skin examination showed a slight and delayed decrease of MC number but a significant increase of cell size. The number of mucous cells of gills and skin was similar in both wild trout populations, whereas a significant MC hypertrophy was observed in the wild fish of the acidic stream. The present field experiment indicates that caged fish could be useful as early indicators of acidification. In addition, the examination of wild populations suggested the occurrence of adaptive mechanisms, information that might be of importance in the context of river recovery programs.  相似文献

Avoiding negative effects of competition from released hatchery salmonids on wild fish is a primary concern for recovery efforts and fisheries management. Several factors affect competition among juvenile salmonids including: (1) whether competition is intra- or interspecific, (2) duration of freshwater cohabitation of hatchery and wild fish, (3) relative body size, (4) prior residence, (5) environmentally induced developmental differences, and (6) fish density. Intraspecific competition is expected to be greater than interspecific because of greater niche overlap between conspecific hatchery and wild fish. Competition is expected to increase with prolonged freshwater cohabitation. Hatchery smolts are often larger than wild, and larger fish are usually superior competitors. However, wild fish have the advantage of prior residence when defending territories and resources in natural streams. Hatchery-induced developmental differences are variable and can favor both hatchery and wild fish. Although all these factors influence competitive interactions, fish density of the composite population (wild + hatchery fish) in relation to habitat carrying capacity likely exerts the greatest influence. The extent of competition and relative competitive ability of wild and hatchery fish can be determined by additive and substitutive experimental designs, respectively, and the limited body of substitutive experiments suggests that the relative competitive ability of hatchery and wild fish is approximately equal when measured as growth. Conducting substitutive experiments becomes difficult as the spatial and temporal scales increase. Large-scale experiments comparing supplemented and control reaches or streams hold some promise for quantifying the effects of released hatchery fish on wild fish behavior, growth and survival.  相似文献
