受试者为9名男性青年。在低压舱模拟海拔3000、4000、5000和6000m,分别进行1h实验,共36人次。各高度上停留时作听觉检测,并记录了脑电和主诉。结果表明,在3000m,人的听觉运动反应基本正常;而在5000m、6000m,听觉运动反应的正确率、延时率、遗漏率和反应时等多项指标发生显著变化,工效降低。本研究为急性缺氧防护生理标准和缺氧耐力提供了工效的依据。  相似文献

Background

Previous studies have observed an altitude-dependent increase in central apneas and a shift towards lighter sleep at altitudes >4000 m. Whether altitude-dependent changes in the sleep EEG are also prevalent at moderate altitudes of 1600 m and 2600 m remains largely unknown. Furthermore, the relationship between sleep EEG variables and central apneas and oxygen saturation are of great interest to understand the impact of hypoxia at moderate altitude on sleep.

Methods

Fourty-four healthy men (mean age 25.0±5.5 years) underwent polysomnographic recordings during a baseline night at 490 m and four consecutive nights at 1630 m and 2590 m (two nights each) in a randomized cross-over design.

Results

Comparison of sleep EEG power density spectra of frontal (F3A2) and central (C3A2) derivations at altitudes compared to baseline revealed that slow-wave activity (SWA, 0.8–4.6 Hz) in non-REM sleep was reduced in an altitude-dependent manner (∼4% at 1630 m and 15% at 2590 m), while theta activity (4.6–8 Hz) was reduced only at the highest altitude (10% at 2590 m). In addition, spindle peak height and frequency showed a modest increase in the second night at 2590 m. SWA and theta activity were also reduced in REM sleep. Correlations between spectral power and central apnea/hypopnea index (AHI), oxygen desaturation index (ODI), and oxygen saturation revealed that distinct frequency bands were correlated with oxygen saturation (6.4–8 Hz and 13–14.4 Hz) and breathing variables (AHI, ODI; 0.8–4.6 Hz).

Conclusions

The correlation between SWA and AHI/ODI suggests that respiratory disturbances contribute to the reduction in SWA at altitude. Since SWA is a marker of sleep homeostasis, this might be indicative of an inability to efficiently dissipate sleep pressure.  相似文献

As a consequence of climate warming, species usually shift their distribution towards higher latitudes or altitudes. Yet, it is unclear how different taxonomic groups may respond to climate warming over larger altitudinal ranges. Here, we used data from the national biodiversity monitoring program of Switzerland, collected over an altitudinal range of 2500 m. Within the short period of eight years (2003–2010), we found significant shifts in communities of vascular plants, butterflies and birds. At low altitudes, communities of all species groups changed towards warm-dwelling species, corresponding to an average uphill shift of 8 m, 38 m and 42 m in plant, butterfly and bird communities, respectively. However, rates of community changes decreased with altitude in plants and butterflies, while bird communities changed towards warm-dwelling species at all altitudes. We found no decrease in community variation with respect to temperature niches of species, suggesting that climate warming has not led to more homogenous communities. The different community changes depending on altitude could not be explained by different changes of air temperatures, since during the 16 years between 1995 and 2010, summer temperatures in Switzerland rose by about 0.07°C per year at all altitudes. We discuss that land-use changes or increased disturbances may have prevented alpine plant and butterfly communities from changing towards warm-dwelling species. However, the findings are also consistent with the hypothesis that unlike birds, many alpine plant species in a warming climate could find suitable habitats within just a few metres, due to the highly varied surface of alpine landscapes. Our results may thus support the idea that for plants and butterflies and on a short temporal scale, alpine landscapes are safer places than lowlands in a warming world.  相似文献

1. Species responses to global warming are predicted to be manifest as poleward and upward extension of species ranges, whereas cold‐adapted species experience range retractions. We report on recent range retraction of a freshwater crustacean, the Arctic fairy shrimp Branchinecta paludosa (Branchiopoda, Anostraca) from alpine ponds of southern Norway, a southernmost extension of its otherwise arctic range. 2. The species was mapped during two separate surveys, in 1970 and 2011. In 1970, it occurred in numerous ponds from the tree line at 900 m altitude to high alpine sites at 1500 m. Re‐sampling of the same ponds 41 years later revealed extinction of populations from ponds along the lowest 200 m of its altitudinal range. 3. Reconstruction of summer temperatures for the periods 1965–70 and 2005–10 revealed a thermal increase for the period, corresponding to a c. 200‐m upward shift of the local isotherms. More specifically, the number of warm summer days had doubled in the lowest 200 m of the region, which might be particularly detrimental for the species. 4. The extinctions at lower altitudes were not compensated for by corresponding upward colonisations. The range retraction of B. paludosa is possibly associated with oxygen stress and hypoxia, induced by increased water temperatures.  相似文献

目前人们仍不清楚不同海拔高寒草地植被生长对气候变化的敏感性差异及其与最适宜海拔分布中心的关系。利用西藏当雄县念青唐古拉山南坡7个海拔梯度固定样地的高山嵩草草甸地上净初级生产力(ANPP)观测数据(2009—2013),建立了ANPP与同期遥感植被指数(MODIS NDVI)的线性回归方程。基于长时间序列的NDVI数据,利用建立的回归方程估算了研究区2000—2013年的ANPP。结合沿海拔梯度的HOBO气象站数据(2006—2013)及当雄县气象站数据(2000—2013),分析了2000—2013年该地区高寒草甸ANPP对降水和温度变化的敏感性及其随海拔的变化规律。结果表明:(1)多年平均ANPP随海拔的变化均表现为先增加后降低的单峰分布格局,最大值出现在海拔4893—4942 m,说明在海拔梯度上存在一个最适宜高寒草甸植被生长的分布中心;(2)ANPP与生长季降水量(GSP)呈正相关关系,与生长季平均气温(GST)呈负相关关系,其相关斜率的绝对值(指示ANPP的降水敏感性和温度敏感性大小)与ANPP的海拔格局具有相反的变化趋势,即在最适宜高寒草甸植被生长的海拔分布中心附近,ANPP对降水和温度变化的敏感性最低,而在远离该分布中心的较高和较低海拔,ANPP对降水和温度变化的敏感性则相对较大。研究明确了高寒草甸ANPP对降水和温度变化的敏感性随海拔的分异性及其与高寒草甸最适宜海拔分布中心的关系,这有助于理解沿海拔梯度不同水热组合环境下高寒生态系统对未来气候变化的响应模式。  相似文献

Populations of Polygonurn viviparurn were investigated in the Swiss Alps at 14 sites, ranging from 450 m to 2530 m above sea level. The average length of stems and the mean number of reproductive organs (flowers + bulbils) decreased significantly with increasing altitude. On average, the ratio of flowers to bulbils per inflorescence also declined so that at high altitudes, bulbil production was more pronounced. Increased allocation to vegetative reproduction is discussed as an adaptation to cold climate. It is suggested that enhanced vegetative reproduction might be controlled by incornplete floral induction in high altitudes. In addition variability within and between populations was investigated by isozyme electrophoresis and the examination of bulbil colours. A considerable amount of variability was found in alpine populations. The demonstrated genetic variability showed that in P. viviparum it is likely that minor sexual reproduction is maintained even under alpine conditions. This is reflected in different enzyme phenotypes and different bulbil colours.  相似文献

The exposure of healthy subjects to high altitude represents a model to explore the pathophysiology of diseases related to tissue hypoxia and to evaluate pharmacological approaches potentially useful as a therapy for chronic diseases related to hypoxia. We explored the urinary peptidome to detect alterations induced by the exposure of subjects to different altitudes (sea level, high altitude = 3500 m, very high altitude = 5400 m) and to pharmacological treatment. Urine samples were collected from 47 subjects, randomly and blindly assigned to placebo (n = 24) or Telmisartan (n = 23). Samples were purified by the use of magnetic beads, then analysed by MALDI-TOF MS. Results showed that the urinary peptidome is not affected by the administration of Telmisartan, neither at the sea level nor at high and very high altitudes. In contrast, the urinary protein profiles are modified when subjects are exposed to high and very high altitudes, and we detected six peptides differentially expressed in hypobaric hypoxia at high or very high altitude compared to the sea level. Two of them were identified as fragments of the glycoprotein uromodulin and of the α1-antitrypsin. This is the first proteomic study showing that hypobaric hypoxia conditions affect the urinary peptidome.  相似文献

Plant traits and individual plant biomass allocation of 57 perennial herbaceous species, belonging to three common functional groups (forbs, grasses and sedges) at subalpine (3700 m ASL), alpine (4300 m ASL) and subnival (⩾5000 m ASL) sites were examined to test the hypothesis that at high altitudes, plants reduce the proportion of aboveground parts and allocate more biomass to belowground parts, especially storage organs, as altitude increases, so as to geminate and resist environmental stress. However, results indicate that some divergence in biomass allocation exists among organs. With increasing altitude, the mean fractions of total biomass allocated to aboveground parts decreased. The mean fractions of total biomass allocation to storage organs at the subalpine site (7%±2% S.E.) were distinct from those at the alpine (23%±6%) and subnival (21%±6%) sites, while the proportions of green leaves at all altitudes remained almost constant. At 4300 m and 5000 m, the mean fractions of flower stems decreased by 45% and 41%, respectively, while fine roots increased by 86% and 102%, respectively. Specific leaf areas and leaf areas of forbs and grasses deceased with rising elevation, while sedges showed opposite trends. For all three functional groups, leaf area ratio and leaf area root mass ratio decreased, while fine root biomass increased at higher altitudes. Biomass allocation patterns of alpine plants were characterized by a reduction in aboveground reproductive organs and enlargement of fine roots, while the proportion of leaves remained stable. It was beneficial for high altitude plants to compensate carbon gain and nutrient uptake under low temperature and limited nutrients by stabilizing biomass investment to photosynthetic structures and increasing the absorption surface area of fine roots. In contrast to forbs and grasses that had high mycorrhizal infection, sedges had higher single leaf area and more root fraction, especially fine roots.  相似文献

A few avian species breed at altitudes up to 6500 m. Embryos in eggs laid at high altitudes are confronted with the problem that gases diffuse more rapidly at low barometric pressure than at sea level. Data on birds breeding up to 4500 m indicate that modifications in eggshell structure and embryonic physiology foster successful development in these groups. At moderate altitudes (up to 3600 m), shell conductance to gases (corrected to 760 torr) is decreased in approximate proportion to the reduction in barometric pressure, thus offsetting the increased tendency of gases to diffuse. At altitudes above 4000 m, the conductance is increased above levels at moderate altitudes, thus fostering improvement in oxygen availability, while increasing rates of water and CO2 losses. Above 4000 m, embryonic physiological properties become increasingly important for coping with hypoxic, hypocapnic, and dehydrated conditions inside the shell. Nothing is known about characteristics of eggshells and embryos in eggs laid between 4500 and 6500 m. Despite years of artificial selection, domestic fowl do not breed successfully much above 3000 m. Embryos of domestic fowl appear highly sensitive to the effects of hypoxia.  相似文献

利用植被光合模型模拟了藏北高原3个海拔高度(4300,4500 m和4700 m)的高寒草甸生态系统的光能利用效率.海拔4500 m的光能利用效率均值(0.47 g C/MJ)显著高于海拔4300 m(0.38 g C/MJ)和4700 m(0.35 g C/MJ),而海拔4300 m和4700 m两者间差异不显著.相关分析和多重逐步回归分析表明,影响每个海拔光能利用效率季节变化的主要因子为空气温度,相对湿度以及地表水分指数,这3个因子共同解释了99%以上的光能利用效率的季节变化,其中空气温度的贡献最大,相对湿度的贡献次之,地表水分指数的贡献最小,这说明在3个海拔的任何一个海拔高度,温度对光能利用效率季节变化的胁迫作用大于水分对光能利用效率季节变化的胁迫作用.多重逐步线性回归分析表明,生长季节均土壤含水量是决定生长季节均光能利用效率沿海拔高度分布的主导因子.单因子线性回归分析表明,地表水分指数可以定量化高寒嵩草草甸生态系统水分状况,它同时可以反应土壤水分、近地表空气湿度以及生态系统植被含水量状态.因此,在高寒嵩草草甸生态系统,用地表水分指数反应生态系统尺度水分对光能利用效率的胁迫作用是可行的.  相似文献

The influences of both hypobaric hypoxia and cold on peripheral circulation were studied using the finger cooling test (measurement of the decrease in finger temperature, measured at the dorsal surface of the finger, during immersion of the hand in 0° C water for 20 min) at Qinghai Plateau. The same test was carried out at simulated altitudes in a 25° C climatic chamber to separate the hypobaric hypoxia influence from that of cold. In Japanese subjects at Qinghai Plateau there was a significant difference between finger skin temperatures (FSTs) during 20 min of 0° C water immersion at altitudes of 2260 m and 4860 m by ANOVA. Mean finger skin temperature during the 20-min immersion (5–20 min, MST) measured at 4860 m was significantly lower than that at 2260 m. In Tibetan subjects, there was also a significant difference between FSTs at 2260 m and at 4860 m by ANOVA. MST at 4860 m tended to be lower than that at 2260 m. In the 25° C climatic chamber, there was a significant difference between FSTs of Japanese expedition members at 2000 m and at 4000 m by ANOVA. MST was higher at 4000 m than at 2000 m, contrary to the data obtained in Qinghai. In conclusion, the higher skin temperature in response to local cold immersion, which would have been caused by stronger hypobaric hypoxia, must have been masked by the lower ambient temperature.  相似文献

在2010年5月—2011年4月和2011年5月—2012年4月2个培养周期内,采用原状土柱野外控制试验,利用海拔梯度变化研究了温度增加对川西高山森林土壤溶解性有机碳(DOC)和有机氮(DON)动态的影响.结果表明: 经模拟增温处理(降低海拔)的土壤有机层和矿质土壤层DOC和DON含量在2个连续培养周期内的各关键时期均呈现明显的动态变化.海拔3300和3000 m样地比海拔3600 m 样地土层DOC含量分别增加6.8和26.6 mg·kg-1.海拔3600、3300和3000 m样地土层DOC含量均在第1个培养周期的生长季末最高,分别为408.0、317.9和448.2 mg·kg-1,在第2个培养周期的生长季节中期最低, 分别为33.1、32.4和36.5 mg·kg-1.与海拔3600 m样地相比,海拔3300和3000 m样地土层DON含量分别增加2.3和30.4 mg·kg-1.除海拔3000 m样地以外,海拔3600和3300 m样地土层DON含量在第1个培养周期内的生长季节中期最高,分别为65.9和64.6 mg·kg-1,在第1个培养周期内的融化期最低,分别为31.9和37.1 mg·kg-1.模拟增温处理增加了样地内土壤有机层DOC和DON含量,降低了矿质土壤层DOC含量、土壤有机层及矿质土壤层DOC/DON值.土壤有机层DOC/DON值与DOC含量呈显著正相关,与DON含量呈显著负相关;矿质土壤层DOC/DON值与DOC含量呈显著负相关,与DON含量呈显著正相关.未来全球气候变暖可能通过影响高寒森林土壤温度和冻融循环格局,增加整个土层DOC和DON含量,进而影响高寒森林土壤碳、氮循环过程.  相似文献

Respiratory, circulatory and neuropsychological responses to stepwise, acute exposure at rest to simulated altitude (6,000 m) were compared in ten acclimatized recumbent mountaineers 24 days, SD 11 after descending from Himalayan altitudes of at least 4,000 m with those found in ten non-acclimatized recumbent volunteers. The results showed that hypoxic hyperpnoea and O2 consumption at high altitudes were significantly lower in the mountaineers, their alveolar gases being, however, similar to those of the control group. In the acclimatized subjects the activation of the cardiovascular system was less marked, systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, heart rate and thus (calculated) cardiac output being always lower than in the controls; diastolic blood pressure and peripheral vascular resistance, however, were maintained throughout in contrast to the vasomotor depression induced by central hypoxia which occurred in the non-acclimatized subjects at and above 4,000 m [alveolar partial pressure of O2 less than 55-50 mmHg (7.3-6.6 kPa)]. It was concluded that in the acclimatized subjects at high altitude arterial vasodilatation and neurobehavioural impairment, which in the non-acclimatized subjects reflect hypoxia of the central nervous system, were prevented; that acclimatization to high altitude resulted in a significant improvement of respiratory efficiency and cardiac economy, and that maintaining diastolic blood pressure (arterial resistance) at and above 4,000 m may represent a useful criterion for assessing hypoxia acclimatization.  相似文献

This study was aimed at determining the effect of vitamin E, vitamin C, and carnitine on intermittent hypobaric-hypoxia-induced oxidative stress (OS) in erythrocytes. For this purpose, male Wistar rats of 4 months of age were orally supplemented with one of the antioxidants prior to exposure to altitudes of 5700 m or 6300 m. Hemoglobin (Hb) and OS indices such as osmotic fragility and hemolysis were measured together with lipid peroxidation (LPO) and protein oxidation. The increase in Hb was accompanied by increase in activities of antioxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and catalase (CAT) during exposure to both the altitudes without any further elevation by supplements. The extent of reduction in osmotic fragility and hemolysis by vitamin E and carnitine was greater at 6300 m than at 5700 m. Increase in LPO products, for example, malondialdehyde (MDA) and lipofuscin-like autofluorescent substances (AFS) was noticeable at both the altitudes, and vitamin E and carnitine were effective in reducing LPO. While protein oxidation products such as carbonyl content (PrC) and advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP) increased at 6300 m, protein sulphydryl (P-SH) content decreased. P-SH levels were restored on supplementation of antioxidants. Hence, our results indicate that vitamin E, vitamin C, and carnitine may be beneficial in overcoming OS and hemolysis under situations such as intermittent hypobaric hypoxia (IHH) and hypobarotherapy wherein hypoxia is used to correct many pathological situations in humans. Further, this study suggests that supplementation of vitamin E, vitamin C, and L-carnitine alone and not in combination can be beneficial in attenuating the OS associated with IHH compared to the unsupplemented rats exposed to two different altitudes.  相似文献

对西藏高原37种草地植物(建群种或常见种)70个带根土样的AM真菌进行了研究.结果表明:1)在所分离到的5属35种AM真菌中,球囊霉属、无梗囊霉属、盾巨孢囊霉属真菌分别为18、9、6种,内养囊霉属、类球囊霉属各1种.其中,藏南、藏北草原AM真菌分别为4属23种、4属22种,Shannon指数分别为2.31和2.75,但藏北草原AM真菌孢子密度、种的丰度显著高于藏南.2)不同生态区域AM真菌呈共有种较少、特有种较多、优势种差异较大的分布特征.3)高寒草原、山地草甸、高寒草甸草原AM真菌Shannon指数分别为1.91、1.83、1.80,呈严重退化态势的温性草原仅为1.64;海拔4000~4600 m地带,种的丰度最高,海拔4600~5220 m 地带,真菌Shannon指数和物种均匀度最高,分别为2.42和0.79;4)球-囊霉属真菌在不同海拔段均为优势属,但在海拔<4000 m地带相对多度较高;无梗囊霉属主要分布于海拔>4000 m地带;盾巨孢囊霉属主要分布于海拔3500~5220 m地带;类球囊霉属主要见于海拔4000~5220 m的藏北高寒草甸草原,少量见于高寒草原环境;内养囊霉属仅见于海拔3500~3700 m的藏南温性草原.  相似文献

模拟高原低氧条件研究高原鼠兔肝细胞内质网(Endoplasmicreticulum,ER)和心肌肌浆网(Sarcoplasmicreticulum,SR)钙泵功能变化。实验设对照组(海拔2300m)和两个低氧实验组(模拟海拔5000m和7000m)。24h急性低氧时,海拔5000m组高原鼠兔ER的Ca2+泵活性无变化,海拔7000m组高原鼠兔ERCa2+泵活性下降29.02%。7d亚急性低氧时高原鼠兔SR的Ca2+泵活性无显著变化。高原鼠兔ER的Ca2+泵活性在海拔5000m组和7000m组分别升高32.50%和33.33%。25d慢性低氧时高原鼠兔ER,SR的Ca2+泵活性均无显著变化.表明:急性低氧对Ca2+泵功能有抑制作用,低氧7d后抑制缓解,至25d低氧时趋于恢复。  相似文献

基于丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizal,AM)真菌孢子形态学的鉴定,对沿不同海拔(4584、4628、4744、4880、4956 m)梯度采集的高寒草原建群植物根际土壤样品进行了分析。结果表明,高寒草原AM真菌属、种构成均较简单,Acaulospora、Claroideoglomus、Funneliformis、Glomus属见于各海拔梯度,海拔4744 m地带未见Pacispora属,海拔4744、4956 m地带无Scutellospora属分布,Rhizophagus属仅见于海拔4584 m地带。随海拔上升,AM真菌种数、物种丰度均呈显著下降;海拔4584—4880 m范围Shannon-Weiner指数(H)无显著差异,但在最高海拔时显著下降;优势种种数及所占比例与海拔梯度则呈显著正相关(Funneliformis geosporum、Claroideoglomus claroideum为不同海拔梯度优势种);沿海拔梯度,孢子密度基本呈单峰分布格局,峰值出现在海拔4744 m地带;海拔梯度对菌根侵染效应影响显著,菌根侵染率、侵染强度和丛枝丰度随海拔上升均呈显著下降趋势;不同海拔梯度高寒草原AM真菌群落相似度(Sorensen相似性系数0.821—0.969)较高,并在总体上表现出随海拔梯度增大而降低的趋势。土壤pH值、有效磷、有机碳、海拔对AM真菌的群落分布均产生显著影响,尤以海拔的影响最为显著。研究结果对预测高寒草原微生物的作用与影响,以及高寒草原环境对全球变化的响应等提供了理论依据。  相似文献

A general hypothesis on mating patterns in alpine plants states that self-fertilization should increase with increasing altitude as a result of pollinator limitation at higher altitudes. However, realized selfing rates under natural conditions, as based on genetic progeny analysis, have not yet been determined for any alpine species across altitude. We therefore assessed the realized selfing rates in about 100 open-pollinated families of the high-alpine cushion plant Eritrichium nanum, sampled along an altitudinal gradient in the Swiss Alps, by using progeny analysis based on six microsatellites. In marked contrast to the general hypothesis, realized selfing rates in E. nanum significantly decreased with increasing altitude, and only progenies from low altitudes were predominantly selfed. However, the higher selfing rates of individuals at lower altitudes could have been caused by unfavorable weather conditions during early growing season when low-elevation plants flowered. In summary, our results on selfing rates in an alpine plant across altitude as well as the results of other studies using experimental hand-pollinations and/or population genetic methods generally do not support the expectation of higher selfing rates at higher altitudes. We therefore ask for further critical examination of realized mating systems in alpine plants.  相似文献

The study involved healthy males that were not subject to prior training for resistance to hypoxia. Parameters of cardiac hemodynamics and vital lung capacity and red blood cell parameters were measured on days 35–40 of adaptation to altitudes of 3488–4000 m above sea level in the Pamir and Tien Shan mountains, as well as at the Vostok station, which is the remotest inhabited locality on earth, situated on the ice cover of the Antarctic. We were able to demonstrate that distinct functional and adaptation-related profiles developed at altitudes producing similar levels of hypoxia, but differing in the aggregate effect exerted by extreme natural and climatic factors. Of note, the functional reserves of the human organism measured after 5 weeks of adaptation were significantly lower for the high altitude of the Antarctic than for similar altitudes in Central Asia.  相似文献

In order to reveal climate-related changes in the plant diversity of alpine ecosystems in recent decades, a target region of the GLORIA (Global Observation Research Initiative in Alpine Environments) worldwide network consisting of four mountain summits representing an elevation gradient from the subalpine to the upper part of alpine ecotone (2181, 2231, 2358, and 2475 m above sea level) has been established in Katunskiy Biosphere Reserve (Russia, Central Altai). In the course of the observation period (2005–2015), species in the target region have shifted towards higher altitudes by 5.3 m on average. The plant species richness has increased on the three higher summits and decreased on the lowest summit.  相似文献
