目的:探讨生理驱动高仿真模拟技术对于提高医护人员心肺复苏能力的效果及必要性.方法:对126名新入院医护人员进行基本急救知识摸底测试,然后使用简单急救技能操作模拟器和生理驱动高仿真模拟人,应用"简短理论讲授+分项技术练习+综合模拟演练+录像回放分析"方法进行急救技能培训,分析培训效果,总结反馈意见.结果:培训前心肺复苏理论成绩45.81±5.23,心肺复苏操作技能及格率仅为11.36%.经短期培训后,再次以同等难度试卷测试,平均理论成绩为92.85±6.25,心肺复苏操作测试合格率为100.0%,与培训前平均成绩比较有显著的提高(P<0.01);对接受培训者的反馈意见进行分析,认为有必要加强急救培训者占95.2%;认为高仿真模拟急救培训对今后医疗工作中处理紧急突发事件或急危重病人有重要帮助者占98.4%.结论:生理驱动高仿真模拟培训对提高急救意识和实际应急能力有重要帮助作用,有必要对医护人员定期进行急救知识和技能培训. 相似文献

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜刷插入取材法在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2006年6月至2011年6月入住我院肿瘤科的178例肺癌患者为研究对象,将所有研究对象随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各有患者89例,观察组患者采用纤维支气管镜刷插入组织中取材法进行肺癌的诊断,对照组患者采用纤维支气管镜刷常规刷检取材法进行肺癌的诊断。结果:经X。检验发现,观察组患者肺癌的检出率为89.9%,显著性高于对照组患者肺癌的检出率(76.4%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组不同类型肺癌患者的检出构成比与对照组不同类型肺癌患者的检出构成比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜刷插入取材法可以提高肺癌患者的检出率,在肺癌诊断上具有较高的应用价值。 相似文献

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)在肺不张的诊断及治疗中的意义.方法:对经X线、CT诊断为肺不张的67例患者行纤支镜检查和治疗.结果:纤支镜病因诊断符合率为98.5%.其中肺癌38例(56.7%),炎症19例(28.4%),结核9例(13.4%),异物阻塞1例(1.5%).病变部位以右上叶16例最多(23.9%),接着依次为右肺下叶(19.4%),右肺中叶(17.9%).对肺不张患者经纤支镜吸痰、灌洗、局部给药、取出异物等治疗后,患者症状均有不同程度的改善,且炎症、结核、异物所致的肺不张肺叶均有不同程度复张,呼吸功能改善.结论:纤支镜对肺不张的诊断及治疗具有重要意义,且经纤支镜辅助治疗可促进肺复张. 相似文献

目的:多个指标评价观察虚拟支气管镜模拟技术在临床医师技能培训中发挥的作用.对象:初次接触支气管镜的呼吸科医生及纤维支气管镜相关科室医生(硕士以上学历,均已获取医师资格证).方法:随机选择36名临床医生,在培训前、培训2小时和培训5小时后对其进行虚拟支气管镜的理论与操作考核.采用训练前、训练后自身对照研究.结果:36名医师均完成了虚拟支气管镜的操作培训.培训结束后,受训者在操作用时(秒)、碰壁次数(次)、吸引器使用时间(秒)、出现红视时间(秒)、观察到的亚段支气管树比例等多个评价指标考核结果显示中与训练前考核结果显示比较,差异性显著.结论:初次接触支气管镜的呼吸科医生及纤维支气管镜相关科室医生经过培训后,无论在操作的准确性、灵活性,还是速度方面都比训练前有显著提高,并能独立完成临床检查操作. 相似文献

为探究外源促性腺激素对伊拉兔(Oryctolagus cuniculu)生殖器官中表皮生长因子(EGF)表达水平及其作用特点的影响,本实验以伊拉兔为研究对象,随机选取30只(雄兔6只,雌兔24只),将雌兔随机分为超排处理组(n = 12),即肌肉注射70 U 孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)和100 U人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)和对照组(不注射任何激素,n = 12)。并运用实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)、蛋白免疫印迹(Western-blot)及免疫组化方法,研究经超排处理的伊拉兔卵巢、输卵管和子宫中表皮生长因子的表达与定位情况。结果显示,在超排处理后的伊拉兔卵巢、输卵管和子宫中,表皮生长因子mRNA与蛋白的表达量极显著高于对照组的卵巢、输卵管和子宫(P < 0.01),其阳性信号分别定位于卵巢的初级卵母细胞、颗粒细胞、内膜细胞、间质细胞和血管内皮细胞,输卵管的纤毛细胞、基细胞、黏膜上皮和肌层中,以及子宫的上皮细胞和内膜细胞中。研究表明,超排使用的外源促性腺激素可促进卵巢、输卵管和子宫中表皮生长因子表达量升高,提示其可能参与伊拉兔的生殖过程并调节卵巢、输卵管和子宫的功能。 相似文献

游憩承载力评估与预测是国家公园游憩规划与动态管理的重要工具。采用系统动力学模拟仿真软件Vensim_PLE,构建三江源国家公园游憩承载力系统动力学模型,包括资源空间、生态环境、社会经济、社会心理4个子系统。以2015—2035年为系统仿真区间,模拟了原始情景、社会驱动模式、生态保护优先模式、协调发展模式4种情景下各子系统的发展演化趋势,为三江源国家公园游憩规划与管理提供参考。结果表明:(1)原始情景模式下,三江源国家公园游憩承载力呈先增后降的趋势,在2031年面临游憩承载力超载风险,在加大游憩设施投入的社会驱动模式下,游憩承载力将有所提升,但2031年后提升效果微弱。(2)生态保护优先模式通过提高污染治理能力和适度控制游客规模,游憩承载力有所提升,并将游憩承载力超载风险由2031年延迟至2033年。(3)协调发展模式下,生态环境承载力和资源空间承载力缓慢上升,在4种模式中均为最高值,游憩承载力也达到最大值,游憩承载力超载的风险由2031年延长至2035年以后。对国家公园游憩承载力的模拟预测,可为合理及时调控提供科学参考,有利于三江源国家公园生态保护与游憩质量提升。 相似文献

【目的】高密度培养小球藻及优化油脂提取条件。【方法】通过进行单因素实验研究不同培养基组成及环境因子对其细胞生长影响,并采用超声波提取法进行正交实验对藻粉油脂提取条件进行研究。【结果】对椭圆小球藻Y4进行异养培养,最适培养条件为:葡萄糖50 g/L,硝酸钾2 g/L,适宜的培养温度、摇床转速和接种量分别为29°C、180 r/min和20%。在此基础上,进行了1 L发酵罐培养实验,获得了干重18.25 g/L的生物量。通过对油脂提取条件进行优化,Y4的油脂提取率由优化前的25.0%提高到60.2%,提高了35.2%。【结论】优化了小球藻的培养条件及油脂提取条件,促进了小球藻的开发和利用。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to compare the exercise intensity and rating of perceived exertion (RPE) of a high-impact (HIP) and a low-impact (LIP) university aerobic dance session. Ten women [mean (SD) age 22.9 (2.6) years] took part in the study. An incremental treadmill test was performed by each subject to determine maximum oxygen consumption (V˙O2 max ) and maximum heart rate (HR max ). The measured V˙O2 max [mean (SD)] was 49.0 (7.5) ml · kg−1 · min−1. The subjects were randomly assigned to LIP and HIP sessions (i.e. five of the subjects participated in the HIP session first, and the other five participated in the LIP session first). In a laboratory, heart rate, oxygen uptake and RPE were measured throughout each session for each subject. Expired air was collected continuously throughout the sessions using Douglas bags (ten bags over a 30-min period). The sessions consisted of 20 min of aerobic exercise (bags 1–7) followed by 5 min of local muscular endurance exercise (bags 8 and 9) and 5 min of flexibility exercises (bag 10). The mean intensity of the aerobic section of the LIP and HIP sessions was 51.6% and 64.7% V˙O2 max , respectively. Ninety-five percent confidence intervals for the average difference between the HIP and LIP sessions demonstrate that the %V˙O2 max was between 12% and 14% higher for the HIP session. The mean %HR max for the LIP and HIP sessions was 71.4% and 76.7%, respectively, with the %HR max in the HIP session being between 5.4% and 7.2% higher on average than that of the LIP session. On average, the RPE for the aerobic section of the HIP session (12.1) was consistently higher than that of the LIP session (11.1). HIP activity has the potential to maintain/improve the aerobic fitness of its participants. According to the literature, the exercise intensity elicited by LIP activity may have a limited training effect for the population utilised in this study, and for some individuals may result in detraining. Combined interventions of pool-based and dry-land workouts are a common practice in swimming training. However, the effects on strength, technique and swimming performance are still not clear. Through a randomized controlled trial study, we investigated the effect of combining high intensity interval training (HIIT) and maximum strength training (MST) on strength, technique and 100-m butterfly swimming performance. Competitive age-group swimmers (N = 22, males) were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (EG: 14.1 ± 0.3 years old) performed 8 weeks of combined short-moderate HIIT and MST. The control group (CG: 14.5 ± 0.3 years old) subjects performed their usual training. Muscular strength, technique and swimming performance were evaluated before and after 8 weeks. Substantial improvements were observed in maximum muscle strength (mean diff: 22–28%; p < 0.001; d = 3.25–3.61), technique (p < 0.05; d = 0.98–1.96) and 100-m butterfly swimming performance (3.5%; p = 0.001; d = 1.81) when combining HIIT and MST during 8 weeks. Combining short-moderate HIIT and MST during 8 weeks can enhance maximum muscular strength, technique, and 100-m butterfly swimming performance. 摘要 目的:探讨复杂性结石患者术前应用3D数字打印肾脏仿真技术及手术过程模拟的效果。方法:选入2020年9月至2021年5月在本院就诊的复杂性肾结石患者60例,分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组行经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)联合输尿管软镜手术,研究组在对照组基础上应用3D打印技术。评价并比较两组的围术期情况、肾功能指标、结石清石率、术后并发症情况等。结果:研究组总手术时间等围手术期指标较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组术后血清Scr水平明显低于对照组,BUN显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后血清Cys-C水平无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组残留结石直径明显小于对照组,结石清除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:术前应用3D数字打印肾脏仿真技术及手术过程模拟可帮助术者快速、准确定位结石位置,提高手术效率及一次性结石清除率,减轻肾脏损伤,降低手术风险。 相似文献

Sputum cytology is regarded by many clinicians as a noninvasive, cheap and simple test for the diagnosis of bronchogenic carcinoma. Since the introduction of fibre-optic bronchoscopy and more easily obtained bronchial biopsies reliance on sputum cytology has diminished. However, in Edinburgh it was perceived that sputum samples were still being sent as well as, rather than instead of, bronchoscopic specimens. This retrospective study was undertaken to determine whether or not cytological examination of sputum is an efficient and sensitive test in the investigation of patients with suspected bronchogenic carcinoma. It demonstrated that the Lothian University Hospitals NHS Trust Pathology Directorate receives many sputa from departments not specializing in respiratory disease when there is no indication for the test. In addition, we have shown that the absolute sensitivity of the test is only 5% and that when there is a strong clinical suspicion of bronchogenic carcinoma the results of sputum cytology do not play a significant role in the management of the patient. We recommend that sputum cytology is restricted to those patients under the care of Respiratory Units in whom bronchoscopy is inappropriate or unsuccessful. 相似文献

We have recently established a rhesus monkey model of chronic Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) endobronchitis by bronchoscopic instillation of PA-embedded agar beads. All experimental animals developed chronic neutrophilic endobronchitis similar to chronic PA endobronchitis in cystic fibrosis (CF). Histopathologic studies further confirmed similarities to chronic PA endobronchitis in CF, including marked peribronchial inflammation, epithelial damage, presence of degraded cilia and ciliary abnormalities, appearance of PA bacterial clusters, mucosal hyperplasia, goblet cell hypertrophy/hypersecretion, airway obstruction, alveolar abnormalities, bronchiectasis, and fibrosis. 相似文献
