上海九段沙是长江口的新生岛洲,目前处于草本植物群落演替阶段。为了探讨登岛褐家鼠的挖掘活动对九段沙湿地植物群落与土壤水盐的影响,我们调查了褐家鼠洞穴区的植物盖度、密度、高度、重要值、物种丰富度、物种均匀度、物种多样性、表层土壤含水量和电导率等与对照区的差异;同时,通过调查褐家鼠洞穴与潮沟在空间位置上的关系探讨了褐家鼠的栖息地选择策略。结果表明:在单一芦苇群落中,洞穴区芦苇的高度和盖度显著低于对照;在芦苇和海三棱藨草混合群落中,洞穴区芦苇的密度、相对密度、重要值和群落总盖度显著低于对照,而洞穴区海三棱藨草的密度、盖度、相对密度、相对高度和重要值显著高于对照;在碱菀和互花米草优势群落中,洞穴区碱菀的相对密度、相对盖度、重要值和群落的物种多样性指数显著高于对照,而互花米草的密度和盖度、芦苇的盖度、高度和相对盖度以及群落总盖度显著低于对照。距洞穴区中心区域洞口不同距离梯度的表层土壤含水量和电导率差异均显著。褐家鼠偏向于将洞穴营造在邻近潮沟处,这有利于提高褐家鼠在九段沙湿地的适应能力。褐家鼠的挖掘活动有利于增加碱菀和互花米草优势群落的物种多样性,会降低植物群落总盖度和表层土壤的水盐含量,对九段沙湿地植物群落的组成与演替具有重要影响。  相似文献

选取雾灵山自然保护区莲花池至燕山主峰段盘山公路周边的植被为对象,调查分析了公路建设对沿线植被组成、盖度、密度、生物量的影响。结果表明:1)公路干扰作用下,公路沿线乔木数量减少,但出现不同种类的幼龄乔木;草本植物群落生物量较高,物种丰富度指数、多样性指数较高。2)随样地与路肩距离的增加,草本与灌木层植物群落的生物多样性逐渐降低,乔木层植物群落的密度、高度、胸径均有所增加;距离路肩30m以上时,灌草植物群落组成趋向稳定;距离路肩150m以上时,乔木层植物群落结构趋于稳定。3)公路对植被的干扰作用包括正负2种,乔木层主要受负干扰影响,灌木和草本层主要受正干扰影响,且灌草植物群落所受的干扰作用大于乔木植物群落。4)公路干扰对于边坡上、下区域植被群落物种丰富度影响强度不同,对上边坡植物群落的影响大于下边坡植物群落。  相似文献

采用路线调查法和样方法研究了陇东黄土高原丘陵沟壑区天然草地植物群落组成的特征.结果表明,该研究区地带性植被的主要类型为草甸草原和典型草原,草甸草原以蒿类、白羊草和白草为代表群落;典型草原以长芒草、蒿类、百里香和毛沙芦草等为代表群落.草地群落物种组成较为简单,优势种的优势度显著,其中长芒草、山蒿、冷蒿、牛枝子、糙隐子草、铁杆蒿、阿尔泰狗娃花、赖草、猪毛蒿、百里香等是群落物种组成中相对重要的物种;天然草地群落数量特征的平均值为:种数17.1、多度163.5、高度49.2 cm、盖度52.8%、鲜重284.9 g?m-2、干重151.8g?m-2;草甸草原群落的高度、盖度、生物量和物种丰富度值均大于典型草原.  相似文献

对塔里木河下游不同退化程度的4个典型断面进行了植被和土壤种子库的取样调查,采用种子萌发试验研究了不同退化区植被和土壤种子库的特征,结果表明:(1)塔里木河下游地表植被表现为严重的逆行演替,具体体现为胡杨林都为过熟林,几乎没有胸径在10cm以下的幼林;植被盖度、密度和多样性指数均维持在一个较低的水平上;随退化程度不断加重,地表植被中草本植物的相对密度、相对盖度和相对频度逐渐降低,而灌木和乔木的相对密度、相对盖度和相对频度逐渐增加;(2)研究区土壤种子库的基本特征是:土壤种子库种类贫乏、密度低、多样性指数和相似性系数不高;(3) 随退化程度的加重,土壤种子库物种数不断减少、密度明显下降、优势种组成趋于单一、表层种子库比例升高、1年生草本植物占优势逐渐向多年生草本植物和灌木植物转变及土壤种子库物种组成与地上植被物种组成上差异显著.  相似文献

草场上,由于饮水的需求导致牲畜经常在水源点和草场间往返,从而出现"水源圈"现象。本研究以新疆准噶尔盆地东南缘荒漠草原人工水源点为中心,在距其50、100、200、400、800和1200 m处设置了6个采样点,通过室内培养获得了土壤种子库数据。结果表明:土壤种子库共有17种植物,分属于8科,藜科和菊科居多,其中1年生草本植物10种,多年生草本植物7种。水源圈内土壤种子库密度在211.5~362.5粒·m-2,其中距水源点50 m处土壤种子库密度最低,距水源点1200 m处最高。距离水源圈越近,土壤种子库的物种数量极显著增加(P0.01),1年生草本植物种数所占比例减小,多年生草本植物种数所占比例增大。在相邻采样点间,土壤种子库物种组成相似性指数较高,为0.70~0.84,表现出较小的空间异质性。距离水源点越近,多样性指数、丰富度指数和均匀度指数越大,水源圈效应增加了土壤种子库物种数量,导致主要建群植物种子减少,短命、类短命草本植物种子增加。  相似文献

为了解气候变暖对亚热带常绿阔叶林林下植被物种多样性的影响,采用土壤增温方式,研究短期4年增温(4℃)对亚热带常绿阔叶天然林林下植被物种多样性的影响。结果表明,短期增温对林下植被物种组成影响不显著(P>0.05),增温和对照样地林下植被共有植物38科59属77种,其中增温样地37科53属65种,对照样地36科52属63种。短期增温使乔木盖度增加了22.61%,草本和灌木盖度分别降低4.97%和21.75%;增温使草本、灌木和乔木的高度分别降低21.64%、3.37%和5.59%。草本植物中的蕨类重要值排名在增温后呈下降趋势,乔木重要值呈上升趋势(P>0.05)。虽然植物物种多样性指数在增温后差异不显著(P>0.05),但随温度增加均呈递减的趋势。因此,林下植被物种组成对短期增温响应不敏感,增温使草本植物中的蕨类重要值下降,对植物多样性指数产生一定负面影响,但这种响应并不敏感,预计长期增温将可能导致整个群落从草本向灌木和乔木方向演替。  相似文献

物种多样性和生产力是生态系统结构和功能的重要指标.以科尔沁沙质草地为对象,通过对其进行不同梯度的氮素添加处理,研究氮素添加对沙质草地生态系统物种组成、物种多样性和生产力的影响.结果表明:氮素添加改变了群落物种组成和群落中的优势种,使植被的高度和盖度增加,植被的透光率减小;随着氮素水平的增加,群落中物种丰富度减小,物种多样性降低;不同水平的氮素添加均显著增加了(P<0.01)群落地上生物量;物种丰富度与植被透光率呈线性正相关(P<0.01),与植被盖度呈线性负相关关系(P<0.01),说明长期的氮沉降与人为氮素输入将影响沙地生态系统的物种组成、物种多样性以及生产力.  相似文献

嵌草式铺装近年来广泛应用于城市停车场及道路,研究其群落组成特征对城市生态的综合治理具有重要意义。以新泰市为例,通过现场采样调研分析探讨了嵌草式铺装对植被和土壤动物群落组成和多样性的影响。结果显示,植被调查中共记录草本植物14科22属22种。牛筋草(Eleusine indica)为新泰市嵌草式铺装中植被的优势种。植被的平均密度和生物量分别为(21.87±2.15)株/m2和(4.15±0.45)g/m2。不同站点间植株密度和高度有显著空间差异(P<0.05),生物量和盖度差异不显著。不同站点的植被物种多样性特征也有所差异。大型土壤动物调查共记录7目8科10种,其中蚁科为优势类群。嵌草式铺装中土壤动物的丰度、生物量均显著高于不透水路面(P<0.05)。逐步回归分析表明,嵌草式铺装中植被和土壤动物的丰度和生物量与土壤的容积密度和含水率等理化性质显著相关(P<0.05)。土壤动物丰度与植被盖度、土壤动物生物量与植被生物量间也具有显著相关关系(P<0.05)。结果表明,嵌草式铺装能够有效提高城市生态系统中植被和土壤动物群落的丰...  相似文献

采用传统样方法,调查了呼伦贝尔草原固定风蚀坑、半裸露风蚀坑和裸露风蚀坑及其积沙区的植被小群落,并对野外数据进行了统计学分析.结果表明:3种风蚀坑及积沙区植被小群落盖度都小于原生植被大针茅群系盖度,并随着固定风蚀坑、半裸露风蚀坑、裸露风蚀坑的顺序依次下降.固定风蚀坑小群落由无茎委陵菜和糙隐子草占优势,分盖度为5%.半裸露风蚀坑中未被风蚀区小群落以无茎委陵菜和苔草占优势,分盖度为2%;积沙区小群落以无茎委陵菜、冰草、糙隐子草和百里香占优势,分盖度为4%.裸露风蚀坑无植被或仅西南坡出现沙蓬占优势的小群落.裸露风蚀坑积沙区中部以沙蓬占优势,分盖度为4.7%;在其边缘沿顺风向依次以冰草(2.7%)、苔草(2.6%)和百里香(1.7%)占优势.物种重要值平均值在固定风蚀坑、半裸露风蚀坑和裸露风蚀坑分别为12.64%、13.38%和20.08%,在半裸露风蚀坑积沙区、裸露风蚀坑积沙区中部和边缘分别为12.55%、40.48%和11.15%.  相似文献

以丹江口水库消落带为研究区域,利用层次聚类法将海拔140~145 m区域内37个样地的土壤种子库分为6个组,比较不同组间的种子库物种组成、密度及多样性指数之间的差异;利用相似性指数分析土壤种子库与地上植被的差异;运用主成分分析和多元回归分析土壤种子库密度与地上植被、环境因素的关系.结果表明: 在丹江口水库消落带同海拔区域内,土壤种子库在物种组成上呈明显的异质性,不同组间的种子库密度、多样性指数均存在显著差异;土壤种子库与地上植被的差异较大,而且土壤种子库中的物种数明显少于地上植被中的物种数;土壤种子库密度与地上植被盖度、地上物种数和土壤质地呈显著正相关,而与田间持水量和土壤孔隙度呈显著负相关.  相似文献

道路是森林景观内边缘生境的重要成因之一,确定道路对路域植物和土壤的影响范围是整合道路影响和生态过程的核心问题。以长白山自然保护区两条6 m~8 m宽的利用程度不同的公路周围次生白桦林为对象,研究了道路周围108 m内植被的多样性动态,及大气温度和土壤理化性质。结果表明:(1)利用程度不同的道路对其影响域内林内气温、土壤表层温度、土壤含水量、土壤pH等环境因子,都呈现一定的边缘正效应,且利用程度高道路的影响距离较利用程度低的道路远12 m~24 m。(2)道路边缘0 m~20 m内乔木层的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数均明显高于林内。(3)公路利用程度越高,从路旁林缘到林内草本植物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数的变化幅度越大,草本植物多样性的变化距离为12 m~24 m,路旁草本植物的丰富度比林内大7~11。  相似文献

在新疆准噶尔盆地东南缘广泛分布的平缓低洼地、平缓沙地和半流动沙丘等不同生境类型的梭梭天然林内,进行人工接种肉苁蓉对梭梭天然林影响的试验研究。结果表明,接种肉苁蓉对梭梭天然林林下植被的种类组成、植株数量、植被盖度、物种多样性、生物量以及天然更新的幼苗幼树等都将产生不同程度的影响。其中,在平缓低洼地的梭梭天然林内,因挖接种穴和回填,林下植被的个体数损失4.1×104株.hm-2,占接种前林下植被个体总数的18%;林下植被的生物量损失35.64kg.hm-2,占接种前林下植被生物总量的14.9%;梭梭幼苗幼树的个体数损失1320株.hm-2,占接种前梭梭幼苗幼树个体总数的24.2%。在平缓沙地的梭梭天然林内,林下植被的个体数损失2.6×104株.hm-2,占接种前林下植被个体总数的49%;林下植被的生物量损失39.87kg.hm-2,占接种前林下植被生物总量的19.0%;梭梭幼苗幼树损失345株.hm-2,占接种前梭梭幼苗幼树的18.8%。在半流动沙丘的梭梭天然林内,林下植被的个体数损失2000株.hm-2,占接种前林下植被个体总数的5%;林下植被的生物量损失9.98kg.hm-2,占接种前林下植被生物总量的6.0%;梭梭幼苗幼树损失256株.hm-2,占接种前梭梭幼苗幼树的3.8%。受挖接种穴和回填直接影响的调查样方内,植物个体数减少26%~53%,植被总盖度减少46%~52%,物种多样性下降5%~13%,生态优势度提高2%~6%,梭梭天然更新幼苗幼树减少40%~75%,林下植被地上和地下部分的生物量损失25.2%~55.7%。  相似文献

Six transects were established on the edges of two deciduous forests near Krosno (Carpathian Foothills) to compare the species richness pattern of vascular plants, bryophytes and fungi. The transects had the shape of a cross with one arm 10 m along the forest edge and the other across the edge, 50 m into the forest interior and 12 m into the grassland. They consisted of 2×2 quadrats. The strongest edge effects were recorded for bryophyte, shrub and tree species richness, the weakest for herbaceous plant species richness. Overall vascular plant species richness and herbaceous species richness were higher in grassland than in the forest and peaked in grassland, 3 m from the forest edge. The shrub species richness was highest 1 m from the edge (in the forest) and the tree species richness 3 m from edge. Bryophyte species richness had roughly the same level across the grassland and within the first several meters of the forest, except for the 2 m zone on the edge itself where species richnes was as low as in the forest interior. Fungi species richness was low in the grassland and on the forest edge and rose dramaticaly a few meters from the edge, ramaining at the same level within the forest. The species composition across the forest-grassland border was analysed using detrended correspondence analysis. It revealed that in the case of bryophytes the increase in species richness did not correspond to a change in species composition, such as might have been caused by a general increase in bryophyte density.  相似文献

In the continental tropics, herbaceous vines and lianas are roughly equal in abundance, and the former are even more abundant in the temperate region. However, only little attention has been paid to the study of biological and ecological characteristics of herbaceous vines. In particular, research about effects of herbaceous vines acting as a biological control on plant communities has not been carried out in depth. Herbaceous vines are widely distributed and abundant also in humid subtropical areas, especially in the early stages of forest community succession, but their ecology is little known. The aim of our study is to understand the effect of local herbaceous vines on community characteristics in pioneer succession stages. The hypothesis was tested that herbaceous vines would have predominantly negative effects on co-occurring species, thereby reducing their diversity. Based on a quadrate method, a detailed survey of shrub and herb communities covered by herbaceous vines was conducted in the Jinyun Mountain Nature Reserve of Chongqing, SW China. The sample plots were selected based on the numbers and coverage of vines, distinguishing among high vine coverage plots, middle vine coverage plots and low vine coverage plots. All species in the plots with different herbaceous vine coverage were identified and measured. The measurements for each species included number, average height and coverage. Because of abundant tree seedlings in the habitat of forest edge plots, we only recorded the number of tree seedlings in those plots to evaluate the overall effects of vines on tree seedling regeneration. After the field investigation, herbaceous vines and other species in the plots were harvested respectively, then oven dried and weighed. The results showed that herbaceous vines had high productivity and produced a lot of branches, which caused above-ground competition and mechanical stress to other species. Herbaceous vines seriously affected species composition and species importance values of self-supporting species. In all three habitats, the number of species and families in low coverage samples was larger than that in high coverage samples, and furthermore the identities of species were different between them. Species richness significantly decreased with increasing herbaceous vine coverage, illustrating that some species disappeared. Herbaceous vines reduced species diversity of communities, and as a result, community complexity was decreased, which might also decrease community stability. Biomass of communities of self-supporting species significantly decreased with increasing herbaceous vine coverage, which suggested that herbaceous vines significantly decreased community productivity. The number of seedlings also significantly decreased with increasing herbaceous vine coverage, and seedlings were mainly distributed in lower coverage samples. Herbaceous vines reduced the light exposure in the understory, which may be the mechanistic explanation for the negative influence of vines on the performance of tree seedlings. It was concluded that herbaceous vines affected seedling quantitative dynamics and distribution, and inhibited the natural succession from shrub and herb communities to tree communities. 路域植被生态系统的恢复与重建不仅是道路生态学的重要研究内容,而且也是恢复生态学的重要研究领域.以大保高速公路老营段路域植被生态系统为对象,对比分析了8种植被恢复模式的作用效果与作用机理.研究结果表明,在相同的恢复时间内,自然恢复的植物群落中本土植物的比例相对较高,自然恢复是该区路域植被恢复的理想模式之一.随着恢复演替时间的推移,所有群落中木本植物的比例不断增加,草本植物的比例不断下降,植物群落分层现象明显,植物群落向原生植被发生进展或偏途演替.补播本土植物是促进植被恢复演替进程的主要途径之一,不仅可以增加乡土物种的比例、增加植物群落的多样性和均匀度,而且随着恢复时间的推移,可以形成层次明显、功能群组合合理的植物群落.人工蓝桉经济林不仅降低了植物群落及各功能群的多样性、丰富度和均匀度,而且在一定程度上增加了潜在生态风险.研究结果还表明,植物群落中当地物种的比例、植物群落的物种多样性和植物群落的盖度可以作为植被恢复成功与否的重要判定指标.  相似文献

伊朗稀疏橡木林片段对草本植物物种多样性和土壤特性的边缘影响 温带和热带森林中的森林边缘现象已经得到了很好的研究,但在稀疏的橡木林片段中的相关研究却较为缺乏。本文研究了稀疏橡木林片段对植物物种多样性和土壤特性的边缘影响。本研究沿着伊朗克尔曼沙赫省3个小型(<10 ha)和3个大型(>10 ha)橡木林片段的3个横断面收集了从边缘到内部的相 关数据,测量了0(森林边缘)、25、50、100和150 m处的草本植物(高度<0.5 m)和土壤特性。使用香农指数量化了物种多样性,使用稀疏标准化方法比较了两个大小不同片段中的物种丰富度,并应用了非度量多维测度排序研究了物种组成的变化。通过随机化测试估算了边缘影响的距离,并利用Tukey HSD事后检验法的广义线性混合模型评估了距边缘距离和片段大小对多样性和土壤特性的影响。研究结果表明,大小片段边缘具有较高的物种丰富度、多样性和均匀度,而大片段边缘的土壤氮和有机碳含量则较内部更低(边缘50 m范围内的变化最大)。大小片段的物种组成、土壤有机碳和氮总量都存在显 著差异。本研究关于这些稀疏森林对草本植物和土壤特性产生显著边缘影响的发现,对于边缘研究,尤其是边缘和草本植物的相关研究具有重大贡献。  相似文献

草本层是古尔班通古特沙漠植物群落下层层片的构建者, 冬季积雪提供了其生长发育所需要的主要水分, 积雪的增加或减少对草本植物数量和生物量会产生显著的影响。该研究利用人工增减积雪的方法, 在古尔班通古特沙漠南缘设置了5个不同厚度的积雪处理: 0积雪、50%积雪、100%积雪、150%积雪和200%积雪, 其中100%积雪为自然积雪。采用1 m × 1 m的样方, 对草本层片的物种数、盖度、密度、高度进行了调查, 还采用收获法测定了草本层片的地上生物量和优势种小花荆芥(Nepeta micrantha)的单株地上生物量。对研究区内13个科29种草本植物的研究表明: 1)单位面积出土幼苗数量跟积雪厚度呈显著正相关关系, 草本层片的盖度、密度对积雪的变化响应显著, 随着积雪增加, 草本层片的密度和盖度呈递增趋势, 而草本层片的平均高度呈递减趋势, 但不同积雪处理间的物种数和总地上生物量没有显著差异; 2)积雪厚度与优势种的株高和地上生物量呈显著负相关关系, 积雪的增加导致优势种的单株生物量和株高显著降低; 3)积雪厚度的变化主要影响了草本层片植物种子萌发的数量, 但对物种数量没有显著影响。这表明: 虽然积雪是草本植物的主要水分来源之一, 但荒漠植物群落的草本植物对积雪的变化具有很强的缓冲能力, 即使积雪很少, 草本层片的物种构成也不会发生显著变化, 草本层片的净初级生产力也保持相对稳定。  相似文献
