采用光学显微镜和体视镜,对兰属5种植物(春兰、蕙兰、建兰、寒兰、墨兰)的叶结构特征(叶脉结构、叶表皮结构、解剖结构)进行了观察和测量。结果显示,兰属5种植物的叶脉结构相似,叶表皮结构和解剖结构存在较大差异,其中最主要的差异是皮下纤维束的多少和边缘角质层锯齿形态。依据叶结构特征聚类分析结果,5种兰可分为春兰组、建兰组和墨兰组3组。本研究表明叶结构特征对兰属5种植物的分类具有重要意义。  相似文献

将简单重复序列区间扩增多态标记(inter-simple sequence repeats, ISSR)技术应用于16种兰属的遗传多样性分析, 15个引物共扩增出836条带, 其中有227条多态带, 多态百分比为27.2%。UPGMA聚类结果显示: 春兰与春剑的亲缘关系最近, 而兔耳兰与其他15种兰属植物的距离最远。ISSR聚类结果与传统分类结果基本相似, 表明该技术能在分子水平上对传统兰属分类进行必要补充。  相似文献

中国兜被兰属植物叶表皮微形态特征的研究   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:8  
利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了中国兜被兰属12种植物叶表皮的微形态特征,结果表明:该属植物成熟叶片的上下表皮均具角质层,其表面纹饰有直线形、浅波形、深波形和网状4种类型;有的种表皮细胞垂周壁明显凸起;气孔不具副卫细胞,仅分布在叶片下表面,气孔的外拱盖单层,表面光滑。这些特征在属级水平上较为一致,但也表现出种间差异,可以作为种间分类的辅助特征  相似文献

利用同工酶和SDS-PAGE技术对兰属(Cymbidium)5个种和2个变种的11个品种进行了分类研究,酯酶和细胞色素氧化酶的同工酶共出现24条带,其中23条具有多态性;SDS-PAGE有30条带,其中25条带为多态性。根据同工酶和SDS-蛋白质标记进行聚类分析,生化水平与传统的形态学分类结果基本一致,但某些兰属品种的分类地位与传统的分类有一些差异。  相似文献

报道了在西藏自治区林芝市墨脱县发现的中国兰科石豆兰属二新记录种,即金氏石豆兰(Bulbophyllum kingii Hook. f.)和五脉石豆兰(Bulbophyllum pentaneurum Seidenf.)。该文对二者进行了描述,介绍了物候和分布信息,并提供彩色图片便于鉴别。凭证标本存放于中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园标本馆(HITBC)。  相似文献

兜被兰属Neottianthe全世界共约12种,中国均有分布,其中9种为我国所特有。本属花粉形态 和组成都很特殊,它是由许多单粒花粉粘结在一起形成复合花粉——花粉小块,其形状一般为狭长的三 棱锥体形。外壁表面具5种纹饰类型:(A)近光滑,或具十分微弱的小凹陷;(B)外壁具穿孔状纹饰; (c)外壁具沟渠状纹饰;(D)外壁具拟网状纹饰;(E)具典型的网状纹饰。奉属有些种类,例如:N.cal- cicola,N.monophylla,N.pseudo-diphylax和N.cucullata等4种在分类上还存在许多问题,有些分类 学家把N.calcicola,N.monophylla,N.pseudo-diphylax 3种均归并于N.cucullata。孢粉学资料表 明上述4个种花粉特征完全不同,因此,上述4种仍应各自独立为种。最后,强调指出N.camptoceras的花粉形状和外壁纹饰等特征在本属为特殊类型。  相似文献

首次报道了4种国产兰属植物建兰(C.ensifolium(L.)Sw.)。墨兰(C.sinense(Jacksn ex Andr.)Willd.),珍珠矮(C.nanulum Y.S.Wu et S.C.Chen),兔耳兰(C.lancifolium Hook)的核型比较研究结果。具体如下:兔耳兰为2n=2x=38=28m 8sm 2st(2SAT),核不对称系数为61.22%,2A型;建兰的核型公式为2n=2x=40=30m 10sm(2SAT),核不对称系数为59.15%,2B型,墨兰的核型公式为2n=2x=40=28m 10sm 2st,核不对称系数为59.83%,2B型,珍珠矮为2n=2x=40=26m 10sm 4st,核不对称系数为62.24%,2B型。结合兰属植物若干稳定特化的形态学特征,讨论了兰属植物的核型进化。  相似文献

对国产7种和1变种兰属植物,即邱北冬蕙兰Cymbidium qiubeiense、春兰C. goeringii、春剑 C.longibracteatum、线叶春兰C.serratum、蕙兰C.faberi、送春C.fabri var.szechuanicum、寒兰C.kanran、莎 叶兰C.cyperifolium 的核型进行了研究。具体结果如下:邱北冬蕙兰为2n=40=24m+12sm+4st;蕙兰为2n=40=30m+8sm+2st;送春为2n=40=26m+l0sm+4st;寒兰为2n=40=26m+12sm+2st;莎叶兰为2n=40=24m+12sm+4st;春兰为2n=40=24m+l0sm+4st+2t;春剑为2n=40=24m+l0sm+6st。线叶春兰为2n=40=28m+l0sm+2st。线叶春兰中偶尔发现染色体数有2n=41,43,60,80。  相似文献

SSR (simple sequence repeats) are ubiquitously abundant in genomes. In organellar mitochondrial genome of animals, its distribution, size dynamics and effectiveness for phylogenetic relationship have not been understood. Present investigation reveals organisation of SSR in genic and intergenic region, its length and repeat motif dynamics, extent of conservation of flanking regions, appropriateness of these SSR data in establishing phylogenetic relationship. Contrary to eukaryotic nuclear abundance of SSR in non-coding region, we found abundance in coding region. Like nuclear SSR, most hyper mutable repeats were found in non coding region having di nucleotide motifs of mitochondrial genome but contrary to human having high mutable tetra repeats in case of mitochondrial genomes this was found to be with tri-motif repeats. SSR of mitochondrial genomes also show cyclical expansion and shrinkage in pattern of SHM (simple harmonic motion) with respect to time its non- linear thus not appropriate for phylogenetic analysis though the flanking regions of these SSR also conserved like nuclear SSR.  相似文献

 Light partition has been examined and evaluated on five woody species (Olea europaea, Ficus carica, Pittosporum tobira, Hedera helix maculata, Persica vulgaris) in relation to their leaf morpho-histological characteristics, water and chlorophyll contents. Leaf parameters and optical properties (reflectance, transmittance, absorbance) in PAR, FR and NIR wavebands (400–1100 nm) were preliminarily submitted to a canonical correlation analysis where lamina thickness and water content showed a leading role in determining all the optical properties, while chlorophyll, influential in the PAR region, was remarkably effective only in an extreme pigment situation when green and albino patches of ivy leaves were compared. Transmittance appeared inversely related to lamina thickness in accordance with the Lambert Beer law. Significant correlations were found also between mesophyll water content and both transmittance (positive) and reflectance (negative). Olive leaves showed peculiar optical patterns because of the dense and continuous trichome layer on their abaxial surface. Received: 3 January 1997 / Accepted: 5 May 1997  相似文献

The leaf surface of Cymbidium sinense(Andr.) Willd was covered with cuticle and wax. The stomata were distributed in the dorsum of the leaf, the density being 100–130 mm-2 There was a stomatal cover on each stoma. The mesophyll was not differentiated into spongy tissue and palisade tissue. No chloroplast was observed in the vascular bundle sheath cells. The chloroplast in the mesophyll cells had well developed grana, with lightly stacked thylakoids and osmiophilic granules. The highest quantum yield of functional leaf was 0.082. The light compensation point of photosynthesis was about 5 μE·m-2·s-1, the light saturation point was about 200 μE·m-2·s-1. The photosynthetic ra,e of Cymbidium sinense was very low, generally 2.0–2.6 μmol CO2· m-2·s-1. The optimum temperature of photosynthesis of one-year-old leaf was 25℃. The photosynthe,ic rate of the three-year-old leaf declined with temperature rise. The ratio of chlorophyll a/b was about 2.7. The CO2 compensation point of photosynthesis was 105–220 ppm. All these data show that Cymbidium sinense belongs to the typical shade plants with low photosynthetic rate and high CO2 compensation point that explains that the growth of Cymbidium sinense is slow in nature.  相似文献

对海桑属五种红树植物的叶片进行解剖学的观察和研究。结果表明:海桑属红树植物的叶片上、下均有栅栏组织,栅栏组织与叶片厚的比值在0.3375~0.4349之间,属等面叶;表皮的角质膜厚1.88~7.63μm;输导组织发达;多数种类的栅栏组织中有分泌腔,而海绵组织中有单宁异细胞分布。说明了海桑属红树植物叶片的结构具有很强的耐旱及抗腐蚀能力。  相似文献

兰科植物的种子原地和迁地共生萌发技术是近年发展起来的开展兰科植物种子和共生真菌研究的有效方法。该研究对兰属(Cymbidium)附生植物硬叶兰(C. mannii)开展了种子的迁地共生萌发研究, 试图获得其种子萌发的有效真菌。利用硬叶兰成年植株根部周围的树皮、苔藓、枯枝落叶、腐殖质等作为培养基质, 进行种子的共生培养。在培养133天后, 成功地获得了处于不同阶段的已萌发种子、原球茎和幼苗, 并从原球茎中分离得到一种瘤菌根菌属(Epulorhiza)真菌。用所分离到的FCb4菌株和一种从兜唇石斛(Dendrobium aphyllum)分离到的胶膜菌属(Tulasnella) FDaI7菌株和硬叶兰种子在燕麦琼脂培养基上进行共生萌发, 设置不接菌作为对照处理, 以检验FCb4菌株对硬叶兰种子萌发的有效性。经过58天的培养, 不接菌的对照处理中种子没有萌发, 接种FCb4和FDaI7菌株的处理都有很高的种子萌发率, 两种接菌处理在不同光照条件下的种子萌发率均无显著性差异。但暗培养条件下, 种子萌发形成原球茎后, 表现出生长停滞的趋势, 仅有很少的原球茎继续生长达到幼苗阶段, 说明原球茎发育后期与幼苗发育阶段需要光照。在光照条件下, 接种FCb4菌株处理中达到幼苗阶段种子的比例为(25.67 ± 9.27)%, 显著高于接种FDaI7菌株处理的(3.04 ± 2.27)% (W = 56, p = 0.026, Mann-Whitney U-test), 表明此研究中分离到的瘤菌根菌属真菌能有效地促使硬叶兰种子萌发并生长发育到幼苗阶段。  相似文献

在光学显微镜下观察了山茶属(Camellia)19个组36个代表种的叶表皮形态,发现上述植物的叶上下表皮细胞表面观形状均为不规则形,气孔器仅在下表皮存在,且一致为环列型;对上述植物中18个组30个种的叶下表皮进行扫描电镜观察,其特片为:气孔形状为梭形或长卵形,气孔外拱盖内缘光滑或呈浅波状,波状,气孔器附近的角质膜平坦或皱褶,表面光滑或有多种纹饰,这些特征可作为区分种或变种的依据,但与植物的外部形态等特征没有相关性。  相似文献

Photosynthesis and leaf traits of five species in genus Cypripedium were compared in natural habitats and transplant nursery to develop effective strategy for cultivation and conservation. Among five species, C. guttatum had the highest photosynthetic capacity (P Nmax) in the natural habitat and nursery, while C. lichiangense the lowest. The differences in P Nmax among species were correlated with leaf N content (LNC) and leaf dry mass per unit area (LMA). After transplanting from natural habitats to nursery, the P Nmax of C. lichiangense and C. yunnanense decreased, that of C. guttatum increased, while those of C. flavum and C. tibeticum remained relatively constant. The variations in LNC and biochemical efficiency would be responsible for the differences in P Nmax between plants in natural habitats and in the nursery, but not the relative stomatal limitation. After transplanting, the Fv/Fm of C. lichiangense and C. yunnanense were declined. Meanwhile, the temperature ranges maintaining 90 % P Nmax of C. lichiangense and C. yunnanense were narrower than those of the other three species. Thus the biochemical process in five species played a major role in the differences of P Nmax after transplanting, and the widespread species had higher photosynthetic adaptability than the narrow-spread species.  相似文献
