报道了中国文字衣科地衣一新记录属——裂衣属(Chapsa A.Massal.)及其2新记录种,即印度裂衣(C.indica A.Massal.)和斑果裂衣[C.leprocarpa(Nyl.)A.Frisch],标本来自海南和广西。该属主要特征是:地衣体壳状、树皮生;具子囊盘类或色盘衣类的子囊果,固有果壳融合或不明显,具侧生侧丝;具横隔或砖壁型胞室的子囊孢子。  相似文献

星文衣属(Sarcographa)隶属于真菌界(Fungi)、子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、茶渍纲(Lecanoromycetes)、厚顶盘目(Ostropales)、文字衣科(Graphidaceae),该属地衣体为壳状,子囊盘为放射分支状,多具子座,子囊含8孢子,子囊孢子褐色,横隔透镜型或亚砖壁型,主要分布于热带亚热带地区。该文通过形态学、解剖学、化学与分子生物学等方法进行该属分类学研究,共报道了中国该属9种,其中变黄星文衣[Sarcographa flavescens(Dal-Forno & Eliasaro)L. W. Chen & Z. F. Jia]为新组合(≡ Phaeographis flavescens Dal-Forno & Eliasaro); 曲线星文衣[Sarcographa labyrinthica (Ach.)Müll. Arg. ]为中国大陆新记录种。同时,该文对近似属拟星文衣属(Sarcographina)的1物种——异孢拟星文衣[Sarcographina heterospora(Nyl.)Z. F. Jia & Lücking]进行了描述,并提供了10个物种的特征提要及与其近似种的区别特征,并编制了分种检索表。该研究为中国地衣型真菌生物多样性研究提供了基础资料。  相似文献

报道了采自中国的12种稀见的文字衣科(厚顶盘目、子囊菌门)地衣。它们分别隶属于白唇衣属Dyplolabia、刻痕衣属Glyphis、半实衣属Hemithecium、凸唇衣属Platygramme、双实衣属Platythecium和星衣属Sarcographa,其中中国新记录6种。文中每一种地衣均有文字描述、图片和分种检索表。  相似文献

本实验对新疆天山南部的蓝藻型地衣异极衣科的1个中国新记录属以及2个中国新记录种进行了分类学研究。采用形态解剖、化学及生态等传统分类方法,利用显色反应法(CT)、薄层层析法(TLC)等生物化学方法,鉴定采样区异极衣科地衣的1个中国新记录属——半被果衣属(Lempholemma Krb)以及2个中国新记录种——叶状枝半被果衣[Lempholemma cladodes (Tuck.) Zahlbr.]和幼芽状盘衣属(Lichinella Nyl.)的黑色幼芽状盘衣[Lichinella nigritella (Lettau) P.Moreno & Egea]。半被果衣属的主要特点是子囊果为半被果或密果,共生藻为念珠藻;黑色幼芽状盘衣的鉴别特征为地衣体多叶状,顶端常具小裂片,上表面具小、球状裂芽。本研究对半被果衣属以及叶状枝半被果衣和黑色幼芽状盘衣进行了详细的描述,并提供了相关彩色图片,为新疆地衣的进一步研究提供了实验依据,并为中国异极衣科地衣的研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

报道了文字衣科地衣1新记录属,即多孔衣属Myriotrema及该属的新记录种——绿白多孔衣M.viridialbum。多孔衣属主要特征是地衣体壳状,子囊盘小型埋生至半埋生,子囊孢子小型、淀粉质、横隔透镜型至砖壁型。绿白多孔衣的主要特征是具厚地衣体,小型透明亚砖壁型子囊孢子,含有hypoprotocetraric acid。标本采自海南和福建。文中对新记录种提供了详细描述和显微结构图片。  相似文献

报道了文字衣科一中国新记录属——赖氏衣属(Reimnitzia Kalb),该属仅含1种桑蒂赖氏衣[Reimnitzia santensis (Tuck.)Kalb]。桑蒂赖氏衣生于树皮或苔藓上,地衣体壳状,无皮层;含有大的柱状草酸钙结晶;裂芽丰富,与地衣体颜色一致,无分枝,先呈球状,后变为蠕虫状,长度可达1.5 mm,顶部有黑色的孔区或者单个的小孔;具有Chroodiscus型子囊盘;子囊孢子棕色,亚砖壁型,孢子大小15~25μm×8~12μm;分生孢子器位于裂芽的顶端和地衣体疣中,分生孢子呈杆状;无次生代谢物。  相似文献

该文报道了文字衣科(Graphidaceae)地衣一广西新记录属——炭刺文衣属(Carbacanthographis).该属主要特征是子囊盘面闭合,果壳炭化,盘唇具白色粉霜层,类缘丝具疣,子囊孢子砖壁型或横隔双透镜型,I-或微I+.枯炭刺文衣,标本采自广西金秀圣堂山,该种特征是线盘明显、盘被两侧炭化、子囊孢子无色砖壁型、孢子大小(12.5-20)×(5-7.5)μm、地衣体含有水杨嗪酸.该属是中国稀有属,迄今仅有1种报道.该种首次在内陆自然环境中发现,这对于炭刺文衣属及其类群的区系研究、物种保护和利用具有很重要的意义.  相似文献

Placopsis auriculata Lumbsch & Kashiwadani is described from Papua New Guinea. This new species is characterized by the presence of campylidia-like helmet-shaped soralia and the presence of the gyrophoric acid chemosyndrome. Hiascic acid is reported for the first time from theAgyriaceae. The distinction of that species from other sorediate species ofPlacopsis is briefly discussed.  相似文献

Summary A new genus, Cervicaprastrongylus, is proposed for Ostertagia (Grosspiculagia) skrjabini Singh & Pande, 1963, previously renamed Ostertagia (Grosspiculagia) malviyai by Chaturvedi & Kansal in 1977. The new genus is distinguished from Hyostrongylus by the structure of the spicules, the branching of the dorsal ray, the structure of the genital cone and the arrangement of the rays of the lateral lobe of the bursa. Other species transferred to the new genus in new combinations are Hyostrongylus gabonensis Durette-Desset & Chabaud, 1974 and H. moreli Durette-Desset & Denke, 1978. The genera Bergheia, Hyostrongylus and Parostertagia are discussed and the present position of the four separate species named Ostertagia skrjabini is reviewed.  相似文献

A second flea-beetle species attributable to the South-African genus Afroaltica Biondi & D’Alessandro 2007, is here described: A. parvula n.sp. External habitus with scanning electronic micrographs and line drawings of some diagnostic morphological characteristics are reported. New localities for A. subaptera Biondi & D’Alessandro 2007, are also provided. Because of these new records, both new diagnostic characters and an update of the distribution of the genus Afroaltica are also supplied.  相似文献

A catalogue and a key to the non-lichenized, bulbilliferous basidiomycetes are given. The new genus Burgella is described for the lichenicolous B. flavoparmeliae, phylogenetically close to Sistotrema oblongisporum and Multiclavula. The genera Pneumatospora and Tricellulortus are placed in synonymy of Minimedusa, the new combination M. obcoronata is proposed, and the new facultative lichenicolous M. pubescens is described. The new facultative lichenicolous Burgoa angulosa is phylogenetically close to the generic type B. verzuoliana, whilst the new B. moriformis and B. splendens are provisionally included in the genus Burgoa. A Burgoa-like species in the Ceratobasidiaceae is left unnamed. Two new species of Marchandiomyces, M. buckii and M. nothofagicola, are described. As Marchandiomyces aurantiacus is phylogenetically more close to Erythricium than to Marchandiomyces, it is proposed to exclude it from that genus and to use the holomorphic generic name Marchandiobasidium for both anamorph and teleomorph of this species. The new genus Marchandiomphalina is introduced for the lichenized Omphalina foliacea, a taxon phylogenetically close to Marchandiobasidium. The genus Lobatiriccardia Furuki is reported as new to China, from the Dulong River valley, Gaoligong Shan range, Yunnan Province and this material is described as a new species endemic to China, Lobatiriccardia yunnanensis Furuki & D.G. Long, the fifth known species in the genus. The differences between the new species and the other members of the genus are enumerated, along with a key to all known species of Lobatiriccardia.  相似文献

Diploschistes hensseniae Lumbsch & Elix is described as new to science. It is characterized by its terricolous habitat, perithecioid closed ascomata, relatively small spores, cylindrical asci, and the presence of diploschistesic and orsellinic acids in addition to lecanoric acid.
