?????? 目的 从目前护理人员承担的工作量出发,探讨临床科室护理人员配置理想床护比,为医院护理人力配置提供依据。方法 以工作量测算法作为核心研究方法,采用工现场观察法对西安市某大型综合医院42个临床科室护士的工作量进行测算,并使用Excel、SPSS17.0统计软件进行公式运算和统计分析。结果 (1)临床科室护理人员的工作时间超过标准工作时间6小时;(2)所调研科室现有床护比仅为1: 0.46,缺编41.50%;(3)依据目前的工作量需要,内科病房的床护比应为1:0.62,外科病房床护比应为1:0.63,监护科室为1:2.08,平均床护比1:0.78。结论 临床科室医师人员配备亟待补充,医院应根据实际工作量进行合理测算后配置护理人员,通过工时测定提出了的理想床护比可为其他医院提供参考。  相似文献

为研究柴胡(Bupleurum chinense DC.)根部可培养内生真菌的多样性,分析山西省不同地区柴胡根部可培养内生真菌多样性的差异性,建立柴胡根部内生真菌库。本文以山西省不同产地的柴胡根为材料,采用传统植物组织平板分离法对柴胡根部可培养内生真菌进行分离培养和分子鉴定。从25个不同产地的柴胡样品根部中共分离培养得到705株真菌,经分子生物学鉴定,其中695株真菌归属为4门14纲23目32科55属119种。晋南地区的优势菌属为镰刀菌属(Fusarium, 32.18%)、亚隔孢壳属(Didymella, 15.96%)、曲霉属(Aspergillus, 8.24%)、异茎点霉属(Paraphoma, 6.91%)、茎点球属(Phoma, 5.32%)、链格孢属(Alternaria, 5.05%),晋北地区的优势菌属为镰刀菌属(31.66%)、曲霉属(15.36%)、链格孢属(9.09%)、亚隔孢壳属(8.15%)、异茎点霉属(7.52%),亚隔孢壳属、曲霉属、链格孢属等优势属的相对丰度差异较大;晋南地区的优势物种为Didymella bellidis(11.44%)、三线镰刀菌(Fusarium tricinctum, 7.98%)、腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani, 7.45%)、锐顶镰孢菌(Fusarium acuminatum, 5.85%)、烟曲霉(Aspergillus fumigatus, 5.85%),晋北地区的优势物种为锐顶镰孢菌(14.11%)、烟曲霉(11.91%)、三线镰刀菌(9.40%)、菊异茎点霉(Paraphoma chrysanthemicola, 5.64%)、D. bellidis(5.64%)、链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata, 5.64%),D. bellidis、锐顶镰孢菌、烟曲霉等优势种的相对丰度差异较大。差异性分析表明晋南地区的生物多样性显著高于晋北地区,D. bellidis、锐顶镰孢菌、烟曲霉等优势种的相对丰度差异较大,为进一步研究柴胡根内生真菌相对丰度差异较大的物种及其不同菌株对柴胡皂苷积累的影响提供参考。  相似文献

海南脆蛇蜥(Dopasia hainanensis Yang, 1983)为杨戎生根据1号来自海南吊罗山的标本命名,其形态和分子系统发育关系少有人研究。2018年至2019年间,作者获赠2号来自海南脆蛇蜥模式产地的标本和1号来自脆蛇蜥(D. harti)模式产地的组织样。经过形态特征比较和线粒体Cyt b基因序列分析,发现两地样本Cytb基因序列的遗传距离很近(仅有4.96%),且形态差异不明显,难以找到典型鉴别特征。本文研究成果支持海南脆蛇蜥和台湾脆蛇蜥(Ophisaurus formosensis)为脆蛇蜥的同物异名,同时认为越南的“海南脆蛇蜥”可能为一未描述的新种或新亚种。鉴于脆蛇蜥种下遗传差异较大,其种下关系亟待进一步研究。  相似文献

蛇床子素是从伞形科植物蛇床中提取的一类具有生物活性的化合物。研究显示,蛇床子素对多种肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用,然而尚未有研究揭示其对胃癌N87细胞的抗肿瘤活性。本文研究了蛇床子素在体外和荷瘤小鼠体内对胃癌N87细胞的抗肿瘤效应,并进一步利用流式细胞术、TUNEL试验及Western印迹检测分析其对细胞周期及细胞凋亡的影响,以探索其作用机制。研究结果表明,蛇床子素有效地抑制了体外培养的N87细胞生长,并呈浓度依赖效应。本文还建立了N87的荷瘤小鼠模型。结果显示,无论是在低剂量(50 mg/kg)或高剂量(100 mg/kg)情况下,蛇床子素均显示了有效的肿瘤生长抑制效果。流式细胞术及Western印迹的结果表明,蛇床子素诱导N87细胞阻滞在G_2/M期。通过流式细胞术、TUNEL测试及Western印迹结果证明,蛇床子素通过激活胱天蛋白酶-3依赖的凋亡通路,最终导致了N87细胞凋亡的发生。综上所述,本研究显示,蛇床子素在胃癌N87细胞中通过促进细胞凋亡而发挥其抗肿瘤活性,这将为其应用于胃癌的临床治疗提供理论参考。  相似文献

目的研究尖吻蝮(Deinagkistrodon acutbus)幼蛇在人工养殖过程中的技术难关,探讨尖吻蝮幼蛇生长缓慢的原因,以提高幼蛇的成活率和生长率。方法采用湖南省永州市野生尖吻蝮种蛇产卵孵化的幼蛇,在原产地永州与非原产地广西南宁进行幼蛇的人工饲养对比实验,观察在不同地域人工饲养的尖吻蝮幼蛇的生长速度。结果尖吻蝮幼蛇在本地及异地人工饲养均获得成功,尤其以南宁人工饲养的幼蛇最为明显,2010年9月饲养至2011年8月,幼蛇均重从(13.8±1.8)g增长至(198.8±80.6)g,最重的个体体重达350g。两地饲养的幼蛇均可自行捕食中华蟾蜍、老鼠及活小鸡、鸭苗,仅用1年时间将野生尖吻蝮子代幼蛇人工饲养成功。结论尖吻蝮幼蛇在本地及异地人工饲养是可行的。  相似文献

锁阳(Cynomorium songaricum)是寄生于白刺属(Nitraria L.)植物根部的肉质草本植物,含有多种生物活性成分,如黄酮类、萜类、氨基酸等。氨基酸是锁阳中的一类重要化合物,与锁阳的品质密切相关,具有较大的研究价值。本文通过查阅近几年的相关文献,从锁阳中含有的氨基酸种类、含量、生物活性、检测方法及人工培育前景等方面对锁阳中氨基酸类成分的研究现状进行整理和归纳,旨在为锁阳中氨基酸类成分的进一步研究、开发和利用提供一定的支持与帮助。  相似文献

宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum)是我国西北地区的一种重要的药食同源的经济作物。为探索一种可行的枸杞产地溯源的方法,对西北地区24个产区枸杞的干果吸湿率和上浮率进行验证。结果表明,枸杞的吸湿率受品种、树龄和果实采收时期的影响,上浮率不受采收季节、干燥方式和树龄的影响。不同地区的枸杞干果吸湿率和上浮率均有差异,产自固原的枸杞干果吸湿率分别为1.47%,显著低于除靖远、玉门、武威外的其他地区(P<0.05),而产自瓜州地区的枸杞干果吸湿率(2.87%)显著高于其他产区(P<0.05)。产自乌拉特前旗、惠农、靖远、中宁的枸杞干果上浮率分别高达95.56%、95.00%、94.44%、93.29%,显著高于产自共和、格尔木、武威、尉犁、精河、瓜州、阿尔泰地区的(分别为76.67%、73.89%、73.13%、71.67%、67.67%、66.39%、65.00%)(P<0.05)。PCA分析表明,同一产区的枸杞分布集中,产自瓜州、固原和武威等地区的枸杞能与大部分地区区分。因此,吸湿率和上浮率可应用于枸杞的产地检测。  相似文献

分子标记物在禽类粪便污染溯源中的研究及应用进展   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
排入环境后的禽类粪便不仅会造成水体和土壤环境污染,且其携带的致病菌对人类健康也存在潜在危害,因此快速准确地识别并控制粪便污染源对环境保护和人类健康至关重要。微生物溯源(Microbial source tracking,MST)技术可以利用分子标记物识别人和不同动物的粪便污染,从而有助于及时发现并控制粪便污染。鉴于禽类粪便对环境和人类健康的危害,越来越多的禽类MST标记物被开发并用于禽类的粪便污染溯源研究。归纳总结了多种禽类(如鸡、鸭、鸽子、海鸥、加拿大雁和沙丘鹤等) MST分子标记物及其敏感性和特异性,重点综述了禽类分子标记物的基因来源,包括细菌16S rRNA基因、线粒体DNA和功能基因等。其中,细菌16S rRNA基因在标记物设计中的应用最为广泛,源指示菌主要包括厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌目(Bacteroidales)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria)及其家族成员;以cytb基因、ND5基因、16S rRNA基因和ND2基因等线粒体DNA (Mitochondrial DNA,mtDNA)为设计来源的禽类MST标记物在溯源研究中指示效果最好,具有很大的应用潜能;使用功能基因作为设计来源的禽类MST标记物种类较少,且均表现出较低的敏感性,但是将功能基因作为MST标记物的思路具有一定的参考价值。通过对多种禽类标记物指示效果的比较,能为科研人员快速选择禽类标记物时提供一定的参考。此外,还对禽类MST技术的现存问题进行了分析总结,并对其在我国的发展进行了展望,以期促进MST技术在我国环境质量监测领域中的发展和应用。  相似文献

聚酮类化合物因广泛应用于医药等方面而被大家所熟知,Ⅰ型聚酮合酶(Polyketide Synthase,PKS)在催化聚酮类化合物的生物合成中起着重要的作用。根据不同的酰基转移酶(Acyltransferase,AT)结构域,I型PKS可分为顺式-AT (cis-Acyltransferase,cis-AT)型PKS和反式-AT (trans-Acyltransferase,trans-AT)型PKS,目前cis-AT型PKS研究得比较透彻,trans-AT型PKS相关研究成为当今热点。本文总结了cis-AT型PKS和trans-AT型PKS的联系与区别、工程进展、相关应用以及目前存在的问题,以期为了解cis-AT型PKS和trans-AT型PKS在聚酮化合物合成中的作用提供参考。  相似文献

Chinese herbal medicine Fructus Cnidii has an outstanding effect on chronic lumbar pain and impotence, also has been used against osteoporosis with high frequency. Yet, the mechanisms of osthole, a derivative of Fructus Cnidii, on osteoclasts remains barely known. In this study, it was found out that osthole (10−6mol/L, 10−5mol/L) had the influence of inhibiting osteoclast formation and bone resorptive activities induced by receptor activator of nuclear factor κB ligand (RANKL), rather than affecting the viability of osteoclast-like cells. Furthermore, osthole could also inhibit the messenger RNA expressions of c-Src, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase, β3-Integrin, matrix metallopeptidase 9, and cathepsin K. The results of the mechanistic study indicated that osthole regulated the nuclear factor of activated T-cells cytoplasmic 1 (NFATc1) and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) activations following the RANKL stimulation. These findings suggested that the inhibitory effects of osthole were associated with restraining the activations of NFATc1 and NF-κB induced by RANKL. Thus osthole can be used as a potential treatment for abnormal bone-resorption related diseases.  相似文献

Opioids are extensively used for the management of both chronic malignant and non malignant pains. One major serious limitation associated with chronic use of opioids is the development of tolerance to its analgesic effect. The effect of Bacopa monnieri, a renowned ayurvedic medicine for acquisition and expression of morphine tolerance in mice, was investigated. Bacopa monnieri, n-Butanol fraction was analyzed on High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), for Bacopaside A major components i.e. Bacoside A3, Bacopaside ll and Bacosaponin C. Antinociceptive effect of n-Butanol extract of Bacopa monnieri (n Bt-ext BM) (5, 10 and 15 mg/kg) was assessed on hot plate. Effect of different doses of n Bt-ext BM on morphine antinociception was also assessed. n Bt-ext BM was also screened for development of tolerance to antinociceptive effect of Bacopa monnieri by administering 15 mg/kg n Bt-ext BM for seven days. Tolerance to morphine analgesia was induced in mice by administering intraperitoneally (I.P.) 20 mg/kg morphine twice daily for five days. Acute and Chronic administration of 5, 10 and 15 mg/kg n Bt-ext BM significantly reduced both expression and development of tolerance to morphine analgesia in mice. Additionally, Bacopa monnieri was found to enhance antinociceptive effect of morphine in intolerant animals. However, no tolerance to Bacopa monnieri antinociceptive effect was observed in seven days treatment schedule. These findings indicate effectiveness of Bacopa monnieri for management of morphine tolerance.  相似文献

Abstract

Sustainable application of fly ash and its management in agriculture is a major challenge nowadays. A pot culture experiment was conducted to find out the most suitable level of fly ash application for soil amendments that can improve the plant growth and productivity of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri L.). After growing seedlings of B. monnieri under different levels of fly ash for 90?days, a significant increase in plant biomass, essential oil content and tolerance index (more than 100%) was observed under 25% of fly ash amended soil in comparison to garden soil and higher fly ash treatments. Leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters were remained unchanged under 25% of fly ash as compared to seedlings grown on garden soil. However, these parameters were significantly declined under higher concentrations of fly ash treatments. Higher levels of fly ash caused oxidative damage and the induction of some antioxidative enzymes activities in B. monnieri indicates its capability to endure oxidative stress tolerance. Overall, our study showed that 25% of fly ash can be used as soil amendment for cultivation of B. monnieri L. leading to enhance plant biomass and essential oil production.  相似文献

打破了传统的化学药剂(特别是农药)防治黄芪根腐病菌的局限,以发展绿色防治中药材病害为前提,采用蛇床子、知母的提取液制备含药培养基,并以灭菌水作为对照,分别接种黄芪根腐病菌,探讨这两种中药对黄芪根腐病菌—尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)的抑制作用。研究结果表明,2种中药提取物对抑制黄芪根腐病菌均有不同程度的影响,实验结果表明,无论从药剂类型还是药剂浓度来看,蛇床子防治黄芪根腐病菌的效果最佳,具有显著水平,其最高抑制率为96.13%。  相似文献

The increasing resistance of plant diseases caused by phytopathogenic fungi highlights the need for highly effective and environmentally benign agents. The antifungal activities of Cnidium monnieri fruit extracts and five isolated compounds as well as structurally related coumarins against five plant pathogenic fungi were evaluated. The acetone extract, which contained the highest amount of five coumarins, showed strongest antifungal activity. Among the coumarin compounds, we found that 4-methoxycoumarin exhibited stronger and broader antifungal activity against five phytopathogenic fungi, and was more potent than osthol. Especially, it could significantly inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia solani mycelium with an EC50 value of 21 μg mL−1. Further studies showed that 4-methoxycoumarin affected the structure and function of peroxisomes, inhibited the β-oxidation of fatty acids, decreased the production of ATP and acetyl coenzyme A, and then accumulated ROS by damaging MMP and the mitochondrial function to cause the cell death of R. solani mycelia. 4-Methoxycoumarin presented antifungal efficacy in a concentration- dependent manner in vivo and could be used to prevent the potato black scurf. This study laid the foundation for the future development of 4-methoxycournamin as an alternative and friendly biofungicide.  相似文献

Osthole, a natural coumarin derivative, is extracted from the fruit of Cnidium monnieri Cusson. Breast cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers and the leading cause of death in women. Recent studies have shown that Osthole has anti-tumor activity. However, the effects of Osthole on the migration and invasion of cancer cells have not yet been reported. Here, we found that Osthole is effective in inhibiting the migration and invasion of breast cancer cells by wound healing and transwell assays. Luciferase and zymography assays revealed that Osthole effectively inhibits matrix metalloproteinase-2 promoter and enzyme activity, which might be one of the causes that lead to the inhibition of migration and invasion by Osthole. This is the first report on the inhibitory function of Osthole in migration and invasion in breast cancer cells. Our findings indicate a need for further evaluation of Osthole in breast cancer chemotherapy and chemoprevention.  相似文献

The quantification of a small number of bioactive components in herbal medicines is often inadequate when attempting to elucidate a medicine’s biological effects. Despite rapid advances in analytical technologies, obtaining comprehensive metabolomic profiles of herbal medicines remains difficult, due to the complexity of natural product mixtures. Toki-Shakuyaku-San is a Chinese medicine used widely to treat gynecological and obstetric disorders, such as infertility, dysmenorrhea, toxemia during pregnancy and neural dysfunction. It consists of Angelica acutiloba Radix (Toki), Cnidium officinale Rhizoma (Senkyu), Paeonia lactiflora Radix (Shakuyaku), Atractylodes lancea Rhizoma (Sojutsu), Alisma orientale Rhizoma (Takusha) and Poria cocos Hoelen (Bukuryo). To elucidate the composition of these herbal medicines individually, we conducted non-targeted profiling analyses of extracts of these herbs using capillary electrophoresis time-of-flight mass spectrometry (CE-TOFMS), which allows the simultaneous quantification of hundreds of charged metabolites. In total, 737 ± 183.1 (average ± SD) metabolite-derived features were observed, and of these, 119 metabolites were identified. Score plots of principal component analysis (PCA) showed a clear cluster including Shakuyaku, Bukuryo, and Sojutsu, while the other three herbs were distributed over PCA spaces. Loading plots revealed that amino acids and shikimate-derived alkaloids were the predominant metabolite constituents. Hierarchical clustering analysis revealed that few clusters overlapped in the herbal medicines tested. This report is the first demonstration of the characterization of a herbal medicine using large-scale metabolomic analysis, which is complementary to traditional quality control methods.  相似文献

为明确鉴定白及块茎腐烂病(根腐病)的病原菌,并筛选能够抑制病原菌的中药材提取物。该研究利用常规组织分离法对病原菌进行分离,通过形态学和分子生物学技术对致病菌株进行鉴定,同时观察了7种中药材提取物对病原菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:(1)从感病叶片、叶鞘及块茎中共分离得到14株真菌和4株细菌,病原菌室内和室外回接表明菌株GF-1致病症状与田间一致,致病率均达到100%。(2)经形态学鉴定,菌株GF-1为附球菌属(Epicoccum)病原菌,菌落白色绒絮状,圆形;菌丝匍匐向外、向上生长,气生,无色,有隔膜,有分枝,具有分生孢子和厚垣孢子。(3)菌株GF-1的ITS序列(全长522 bp)与GenBank中已登录的甘蔗的高粱附球菌(E.sorghinum,MN493119.1)序列一致性最高,达99.62%,与已报道的白及叶斑病致病菌高粱附球菌(E.sorghinum, MF948994.1)的一致性为98.88%。(4)培养基中含有0.1~0.2 g·mL-1的青钱柳等7种中药材提取物,能够完全抑制GF-1菌落的生长;当培养基中含有0.05 g·mL-1  相似文献
