胜红蓟化感作用研究 Ⅸ.主要化感物质在土壤中的转化   总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17  
在田间条件下,胜红蓟挥发油能抑制花生的出苗和生长发育,进一步用高效液相色谱(HPLC)研究证实;胜红蓟挥发油中的主要化感物质胜红蓟素在土壤中的转化与土壤的有机质和营养元素水平显著相关,在高有机质和营养元素水平的土壤中,胜红蓟素先聚合形成二聚体,26d后又解聚成胜红蓟素,然后逐步降解成苯甲酸类,2-甲基丙酸和乙酸等小分子,而在低有机质和营养元素水平的土壤中,胜红蓟素不经过二聚化过程,而是直接降解成小分子,经液质(LC/MS)和核磁共振(NMR)等技术分离鉴定了胜红蓟素二聚体的结构,生物测定表明:胜红蓟素二聚体对花生和黑牧草的生长没有抑制活性。  相似文献

Experiments were done to investigate the volatile components in botrytized grape must and transformation of terpenoids in terpene-supplemented grape must by Botrytis cinerea. Twenty-eight compounds were identified in the volatile concentrate of botrytized must with a combined gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. No terpenoids were detected in the concentrate. Linalool or terpinen-4-ol decreased a lot when Botrytis cinerea was cultured in the must with these terpenes for 15 days. In linalool-supplemented botrytized must 9 identified and 3 unidentified terpenes were found, while only geranial was detected in terpinen-4-ol-supplemented botrytized must. Botrytis cinerea did not produce terpenoid in grape must without terpenes, but transformed linalool added to grape must into some other monoterpenes.  相似文献

The composition of volatile components of the essential oil extracted from seeds of coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) grown in different years in either Russia or Georgia was studied by capillary gas chromatography. Climatic conditions had a weaker effect on the essential oil composition than the region of growth. After one-year storage in the dark, minor changes were observed in the oil composition, and its organoleptic properties were virtually unchanged. However, the essential oil underwent significant chemical transformation of monoterpenes when stored in the light.  相似文献

Anoxic salt marsh sediments were amended with dl-methionine and dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP). Microbial metabolism of methionine yielded methane thiol (MSH) as the major volatile organosulfur product, with the formation of lesser amounts of dimethylsulfide (DMS). Biological transformation of DMSP resulted in the rapid release of DMS and only small amounts of MSH. Experiments with microbial inhibitors indicated that production of MSH from methionine was carried out by procaryotic organisms, probably sulfate-reducing bacteria. Methane-producing bacteria did not metabolize methionine. The involvement of specific groups of organisms in DMSP hydrolysis could not be determined with the inhibitors used, because DMSP was hydrolyzed in all samples except those which were autoclaved. Unamended sediment slurries, prepared from Spartina alterniflora sediments, contained significant (1 to 10 muM) concentrations of DMS. Endogenous methylated sulfur compounds and those produced from added methionine and DMSP were consumed by sediment microbes. Both sulfate-reducing and methane-producing bacteria were involved in DMS and MSH consumption. Methanogenesis was stimulated by the volatile organosulfur compounds released from methionine and DMSP. However, apparent competition for these compounds exists between methanogens and sulfate reducers. At low (1 muM) concentrations of methionine, the terminal S-methyl group was metabolized almost exclusively to CO(2) and only small amounts of CH(4). At higher (>100 muM) concentrations of methionine, the proportion of the methyl-sulfur group converted to CH(4) increased. The results of this study demonstrate that methionine and DMSP are potential precursors of methylated sulfur compounds in anoxic sediments and that the microbial community is capable of metabolizing volatile methylated sulfur compounds.  相似文献

The osmanthus volatile oil was welcomed by consumers even if the high price since the unique and pleasant odor. Meanwhile, the low yield of osmanthus volatile oil restricts industrial production. In this work, an osmanthus volatile oil was obtained by means of a novel ultrasonic-assisted flash extraction method and was compared with the oil from hydrodistillation and supercritical fluid extraction on yield, aroma, and biological activities. The volatile oil obtained from the ultrasonic-assisted flash extraction was obtained with the petroleum ether and got a high yield at 3.51 % within a 40-min process, an increase of nearly 81 % from the single solvent extraction. This oil also showed a high aroma intensity and aroma compound concentration. Meanwhile, the oil also has the highest antioxidant ability but lower antibacterial activity against oil from hydrodistillation. It was considered that this work was helpful for the optimization of the extraction method of osmanthus volatile oil.  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取雪松松针挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其化学成分。使用维生素C为阳性对照,以DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和羟基自由基清除作用为指标评价挥发油的抗氧化活性。从雪松松针挥发油中鉴定了37种化学成分,占挥发油总量的95.10%,以烃类和醇类为主;挥发油对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和羟基自由基有明显的清除作用,其IC50分别为0.30、0.22及0.96 μg·mL-1,且呈现一定的量效关系。可见,雪松松针挥发油中含有多种有应用价值的化学成分,具有显著的抗氧化活性。  相似文献

A selenium-dependent bacterium, Bacillus sp., failed to grow on selenium-free media. However, it is able to grow at high concentrations of sodium selenite containing media up to 3% (w/v). It accumulated extraordinary high quantities of selenium, 432 ppm/mL. The bacterium generated the transformation of inorganic selenium into volatile selenium form(s) into the atmosphere. The biological release of volatile selenium basically depended on several factors: incubation temperature, pH, incubation periods, and substrate concentration. Maximal quantity of the volatile selenium form was obtained at 30 degrees C, pH 7, and 1% (w/v) sodium selenite.  相似文献

Allelopathy caused by volatile compounds was studied with velvet bean (Mucuna pruriens [correction of prueiens] L.). Preparatory experiment was conducted to identify the relationship between action of volatiles and gravity. The experimental protocol was defined and tested to study on volatile allelopathy of velvet bean. Root growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) seedlings was inhibited by volatile gas from velvet bean seedlings planted in Agripot. In this study, it was shown that ten-day velvet bean seedling could exhibit the volatile allelopathic ability. Growth chambers for volatile experiment were designed. Velvet bean seed can germinate in a 3-ml small vial.  相似文献

The plant volatile profile and the essential‐oil chemical composition change during the storage of plant material. The objective of this study was to develop a mathematical model able to predict, explain, and quantify these changes. Mathematical equations, derived under the assumption that the essential oil contained within plant material could be treated as an ideal solution (Raoult's law), were applied for tracking of postharvest changes in the volatile profile of Artemisia absinthium L. (the essential oils were analyzed by GC‐FID and GC/MS). Starting from a specific chemical composition of an essential‐oil sample obtained from plant material after a short drying period (typically 5–10 d), and by using the equations derived from this model, one could easily predict evaporation‐induced changes in the volatile profile of the plant material. Based on the composition of the essential‐oil sample obtained after a given storage time t, it is possible to identify those components that were involved in chemical reactions, both as reactants and possible products. The established model even allowed the recognition of pairs of transformation, i.e., ‘daughter’ products and their ‘parent’ compounds. The obtained results highlight that the essential‐oil composition is highly dependent on the storage period of any plant material and urges caution in different types of phytochemical studies, especially chemotaxonomic ones, or practical application.  相似文献

As part of a series of studies into the etiology of acute hepatic encephalopathy the identity of the volatile base, which had been extracted from blood and presumed to be ammonia, was investigated. In order to differentiate between ammonia and the other volatile bases with which it can be confused, a method of separating these compounds by the use of gas chromatography was developed. The technique is described in detail because it incorporates several novel ideas that can be applied to the isolation and identification of similar compounds in many biological systems. The volatile base extracted from blood was found to be ammonia, and no other volatile base was demonstrable in blood from both healthy subjects and patients suffering from acute hepatic encephalopathy.  相似文献

Production of volatile mutagenic metabolites from 5 halogenated promutagens was examined by a simple modification of the conventional Salmonella/microsome mutagenicity assay. This method incorporates the taping together of 2 agar plates face to face during the initial portion of their incubation at 37 degrees C. By varying the contents of the soft agar in each of the two plates with respect to promutagen, S9 and tester strain cells, mutagenesis due to volatile promutagens and their metabolites could be quantitated separately. Using the taped plate assay, volatile mutagenic metabolites were detected from the promutagens 3-(2-chloroethoxy)-1,2-dichloropropene, the herbicides diallate, triallate and sulfallate, and the flame-retardant tris-(2,3-dibromopropyl) phosphate (Tris-BP). All compounds except Tris-BP were also found to be volatile promutagens. The mutagenic metabolites accounted for 50-80% of the activity of these compounds observed in the standard assay. Morever, our studies suggest that a small, but appreciable percentage of the mutagenic metabolites from all 5 compounds escaped detection in the conventional, untaped assay. Mutagenic activity of the volatile mutagenic metabolites from diallate was quenched by various Salmonella tester strains independent of their responsiveness to diallate mutagenesis. Detection of volatile mutagen formation from diallate was also prevented by cysteine and glutathione, but not by DNA or metyrapone. This taped plate method for the Salmonella assay should facilitate future investigations of the detection, isolation and identification of volatile mutagenic metabolites from other promutagenic compounds or mixtures.  相似文献

为研究茯神挥发性成分含量、构成及其生物活性,本实验采用二氧化碳超临界的方法提取茯神低极性成分,以提取率作为响应值,在单因素试验的基础上采用响应曲面法考察提取压力、温度、二氧化碳流速对提取效果的影响,优化提取工艺。运用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对其主要化学成分进行鉴定,并采用生长速率法测定了挥发油对5种真菌的生物活性。得到提取模型极值点,即提取压力27.26MPa、提取温度55.97℃、提取流速10.68L/min时,提取率达到最大,提取率预测值为1.66mg/g。通过NIST14质谱库检索,鉴定了其中17个主要化合物,运用峰面积归一法确定各个组分的含量,占挥发油总量的84.5%。抗菌实验表明茯神挥发油对采绒革盖菌菌株有低浓度促进高浓度抑制的活性。  相似文献

Biological production of the volatile compound dimethylsulfide in the ocean is the main natural source of tropospheric sulfur on a global scale, with important consequences for the radiative balance of the Earth. In the late 1980s, a Gaian feedback link between marine phytoplankton and climate through the release of atmospheric sulfur was hypothesized. However, the idea of microalgae producing a substance that could regulate climate has been criticized on the basis of its evolutionary feasibility. Recent advances have shown that volatile sulfur is a result of ecological interactions and transformation processes through planktonic food webs. It is, therefore, not only phytoplankton biomass, taxonomy or activity, but also food-web structure and dynamics that drive the oceanic production of atmospheric sulfur. Accordingly, the viewpoint on the ecological and evolutionary basis of this amazing marine biota-atmosphere link is changing.  相似文献

Summary The yeast fungus Dipodascus aggregatus was grown aerobically on 9 different nitrogen sources and the production of volatile compounds determined by a gas chromatographic head-space technique. Excellent growth was supported by glutamine, aspartic acid, asparagine, (NH4)2-tartrate and NH4H2PO4. Valine, leucine, and particularly isoleucine were utilized with a somewhat lower growth rate. Lysine was rapidly utilized after a prolonged lag phase.The highest production of volatile compounds was obtained from leucine and isoleucine. At least 20 volatile compounds were formed from each of them and many products were detected in high concentrations. Intermediate amounts of volatile compounds were produced from asparagine, the ammonium salts and valine, and low amounts from lysine, glutamine and aspartic acid.Ethyl acetate was a major product irrespective of the nitrogen source used. Regarding the pattern of volatile compounds produced, leucine, isoleucine and valine had much in common. Most of the volatile products formed from these amino acids contained a branched carbon chain and at least three high-boiling components eluted later than n-amyl acetate from the gas chromatographic column. The other six nitrogen sources could be grouped together. In general the same volatile compounds were formed from these sources, but the quantities of the individual compounds differed. Only one component eluted later than n-amyl acetate. No basic difference in production of volatile compounds was observed between the ammonium salts and -amino compounds like lysine and asparagine.  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取火棘花挥发油,利用气相色谱—质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析其化学成分。使用维生素C和BHT为阳性对照,以DPPH自由基、亚硝酸钠清除作用为指标评价挥发油的抗氧化活性。从挥发油中鉴定了77个化合物,占挥发油总量的83.77%,含有多种生物活性成分,以萜类及其含氧衍生物(50.31%)、烷烃(18.52%)、醛(5.54%)为主;挥发油对DPPH自由基、亚硝酸钠有明显的清除作用,清除率为50%时,其体积分别为43.51、79.48μL,样品量与清除率间呈量效关系;挥发油对DPPH自由基的清除效果略低于1 mg·mL-1维生素C,对亚硝酸钠的清除效果优于1 mg·mL-1的BHT。  相似文献

The method described comprises the transformation of ammonium into ammonia, the rapid and gentle liberation of the ammonia followed by the measurement of the nitrogen in a Dohrmann nitrogen analyzer. Untreated biological samples (1-50 microliters) were pipetted onto magnesium oxide tablets at 130 degrees C and the ammonia liberated was transferred by a continuous stream of nitrogen carrier gas into the nitrogen analyzer. There the ammonia was determined by oxidative pyrolysis and subsequent chemiluminescence measurement of the excited NO2. The result could be read in nanograms ammonia nitrogen within 6.5 min. Apart from volatile amines, which are usually negligible in biological samples, the method was specific for ammonia because under the given conditions of volatilization the labile groups of glutamine and asparagine did not interfere. The assay was sensitive in the range of 1.5-150 nmol ammonia and suitable for the routine analysis of small samples.  相似文献

Radiolabeled tetrachloroethene (PCE) and carbon tetrachloride (CT) were added to batch systems containing a lactate-enrichment culture displaying apparent dehalorespiration abilities to analyze the influence of mixtures on product distribution. Both CT and PCE were readily dechlorinated, although significant carbon disulfide (CS2) formation was observed during CT transformation. Calculated 1,2-14C-PCE recoveries for biotic treatments were between 91 and 104%, but an inability to recover products such as CS2 led to lower recoveries of 14C-CT (55 to 62%). While the majority of activity in 14C-CT-spiked treatments was recovered in the volatile fraction, 14CO2 increased significantly over time. 1,2-14C-PCE was primarily recovered in volatile and non-strippable fractions, but a significant increase in 14CO2 relative to cell-free controls suggested that the presence of a non-specific dechlorination pathway complementing dehalorespiration. The addition of both CT and PCE inhibited the transformation of the individual compounds and reduced the percentages recovered as 14CO2. However, the magnitude of these reductions was not severe and appeared to be the result of slower overall transformation rather than a complete inhibition of mineralization pathways.  相似文献

Volatile compounds produced by intact plants and ground leaf tissue from endophyte-infected (E+) and endophyte-free (E-) tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) were collected by a purge-and-trap procedure and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry The volatile compound profile from ground leaf tissue was similar between E+ and E- clonal plants; however, the sheaths of E+ clonal plants produced higher levels of 1-octen-3-ol, a characteristic volatile compound derived from lipid peroxidation in fungi, which was absent in E- clonal plants. Intact plants produced fewer volatiles than macerated leaves. At 25 degrees C, (Z)-3-hexen-1-ol acetate was the most abundant compound, accounting for 77 and 89% of the total volatile emission from E+ and E- plants, respectively. Higher temperature (32 degrees C) significantly reduced the production of (Z)-3-hexen-1-ol acetate. Nonanal was the most abundant compound at 32 degrees C accounting for 52 and 45% of the total volatile emission from E+ and E- plants. Treatment of E+ and E- plants with jasmonic acid (JA) dramatically altered the volatile compound profile. The levels of (E)-beta-ocimene increased more than 200-fold and accounted for at least 43% of the total volatile emission. Although the presence of endophyte resulted in some qualitative and quantitative differences in the production of volatile compounds, they are unlikely to account for the differences in insect resistance between E+ and E- plants. Nevertheless, the production of a unique spectrum of volatiles after JA treatment may represent a significant plant-based defense response in tall fescue that is independent of endophyte.  相似文献

Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (OMCTS), a common constituent of household products, triggers the transformation of bismuth to the volatile toxic derivative trimethylbismuth by Methanosarcina barkeri, which is a representative member of the sewage sludge microflora. Comparative studies with the ionophores monensin and lasalocid, which induce effects similar to those observed for OMCTS, indicated that the stimulation of bismuth methylation is not specific for the siloxane and suggested that the stimulation observed is mainly due to facilitated membrane permeation of the metal ion.  相似文献
