Two cyclic AMP-binding proteins, not identical with regulatory subunits of protein kinases, have been isolated from Trypanosoma gambiense. The cyclic AMP receptors were separated by gel chromatography on the basis of their molecular weights. The binding constants of the high and the low molecular weight receptors for cyclic AMP were determined to be 0.4 muM and 0.6 muM, respectively. Cyclic IMP and cyclic GMP compete with cyclic AMP for the binding sites of both receptors. The cyclic AMP binding of the low molecular weight receptor was competitively inhibitied by adenine derivatives. The binding capacity of the high molecular weight receptor was enhanced about two-fold by proteolytic modification with trypsin.  相似文献

Plasma membranes from rat liver were found to contain at least two types of specific binding sites for cyclic [3H] adenosine 3', 5'-monophosphate (c[3H]AMP) with apparent dissociation constants of 0.51 +/- 0.14 and 2.9 +/- 0.6 nM (O degrees), respectively. The levels of these binding sites in liver plasma membranes were about 0.60 +/- 0.20 and 1.3 +/- 0.5 pmole/mg protein. The highest affinity binders for c[3H]AMP were found to be reduced in amount in plasma membranes of ascites hepatomas to 1/3 to 1/4 as compared with liver membranes in the cases of AH-130 and AH-7974 and to an almost undetectable level in the case of AH-130F(N). No difference in the endogenous phosphorylation of plasma membranes by (gamma-32P])ATP was, however, detected among liver and hepatoma plasma membranes. Addition of cAMP or cGMP at various concentrations did not affect the endogenous phosphorylation of plasma membranes of these cells.  相似文献

The relative efficiency of 1,N6-etheno-2aza-adenosine 3', 5'-monophosphate (cyclic 2-aza-epsilon AMP), 1,N6-etenoadenosine 3', 5'-monophosphate (cyclic epsilon AMP) and cyclic AMP in activation of membrane protein kinase and binding to membrane was examined using isolated membranes from human erythrocytes. Cyclic 2-aza-epsilon AMP was 81% as active as cyclic AMP in erythrocyte membrane binding and activation of membrane protein kinase. On the other hand, cyclic epsilon AMP was 37% as active toward membrane protein kinase and 29% toward membrane cyclic AMP binding. Since we have previously shown that the fluorescence of cyclic 2-aza-epsilon AMP is highly sensitive to the polarity of solvents, the high efficiency of cyclic 2-aza-epsilon AMP to substitute for cyclic amp suggests that it may be a suitable microenvironmental fluorescent probe for cyclic AMP binding sites.  相似文献

Homogeneous preparations of adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP)-dependent protein kinase from rabbit skeletal (Peak I) and bovine heart muscle have been compared. Each enzyme has an S20,w value of 7.0. Each enzyme binds 2 mol of cyclic AMP per mol of enzyme and is dissociated in the presence of saturating concentrations of cyclic AMP into a demeric regulatory subunit-cyclic AMP complex and two catalytic subunits. The isolated subunits recombine, resulting in the formation of the original holoenzyme in each case. Several differences between the two enzymes were found. Different salt concentrations are necessary for elution of the respective enzyme from DEAE-cellulose. Their regulatory subunits differ with respect to their sedimentation constants and mobility on sodium dodecyl sulfate gel electrophoresis. The regulatory subunit of the heart enzyme is rapidly phosphorylated by MgATP but this does not occur with the skeletal muscle enzyme. MgATP is bound with high affinity only to the skeletal muscle enzyme. The enzymes have different apparent dissociation constants and Hill coefficients for cyclic AMP binding. With the skeletal muscle enzyme MgATP increases the dissociation constants for cyclic AMP about 10-fold and decreases the Hill coefficient, while with the heart enzyme phosphorylation decreases the cissociation constant for cyclic AMP 5- to 6-fold and increases the Hill coefficient. Different concentrations of cyclic AMP are required to dissociate the skeletal and heart muscle enzymes. The presence of MgATP increases the concentration of cyclic AMP required to dissociate the skeletal muscle enzyme but decreases the concentration necessary to dissociate the heart enzyme.  相似文献

Chinese hamster ovary cells exhibit several characteristic morphological and physiological responses upon treatment with agents which increase the intracellular level of adenosine 3':5'-phosphate (cyclic AMP). To better understand the mechanism of these cyclic AMP-mediated responses, we separated two cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinases (ATP:protein phosphotransferase, EC 2.7.1.37) (protein kinase I and protein kinase II) from the cytosol of Chinese hamster ovary cells by DEAE-cellulose chromatography and studied their properties. Protein kinase I is eluted at a lower salt concentration than protein kinase II and is stimulable to 10 times its basal catalytic activity, while protein kinase II is stimulable only 2-fold. Both kinases are completely dissociated by cyclic AMP and inhibited by specific cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase inhibitor. They have similar Km values for magnesium (approximately 1 mM), cyclic AMP (approximately 60 nM), and ATP (approximately 0.1 mM), and the dissociation constant (Kdis) for cyclic AMP (approximately 13 nM) is the same for both enzymes. However, they appear to have different substrate preferences and cyclic AMP-binding properties in that cyclic AMP bound to protein kinase II exchanges readily with free cyclic AMP, while that bound to protein kinase I is not exchangeable. The native enzymes have different sedimentation coefficients (6.4 S for protein kinase I and 4.8 S for protein kinase II), whereas those of the activated enzymes are the same (2.9--3.0 S). It appears that the two cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinases which differ from each other in their regulatory subunits may play different roles in the mediation of cyclic AMP action in Chinese hamster ovary cells.  相似文献

A method for determining the dissociation constants of ligands and ligand analogs is described. It is based on competition binding studies in the presence of an isotope-labeled, or otherwise measurable, ligand and suitable analog concentrations. The steps used are determination of (1) the maximal amount of radioactive ligand that can be bound, (2) the slopes and intercepts from Scatchard plots at different analog concentrations and (3) the values for the dissociation constants of radioactive ligand and ligand analog from replots of the reciprocals of the slopes and intercepts obtained from the Scatchard plots. Application of the method to a cyclic AMP-binding protein from beef muscle is demonstrated, yielding dissociation constants of 2.10-9 M for cyclic (3H) AMP and cyclic AMP, and 3.10-5 M for cyclic 5'-amido-5'-deoxyadenosine-3', 5'-monophosphate.  相似文献

A binding protein specific for cyclic guanosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic GMP) has been partially purified from extracts of the eubacterium Caulobacter crescentus and resolved from cyclic adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP)-binding activity. Binding of cyclic GMP is not affected by the addition of cyclic AMP or 5'-GMP, but is inhibited about 50 percent by a 50-fold molar excess of dibutyryl cyclic GMP or cyclic hypoxanthine 3':5'-monophosphate. The apparent dissociation constant for the cyclic GMP-binding protein complex is 1.1 X 10(-6) M.  相似文献

Evidence is presented for the presence of multiple cyclic AMP binding components in the plasma membrane and cytosol fractions of porcine renal cortex and medulla. N6-(Ethyl-2-diazomalonyl)-3',5'-adenosine monophosphate, a photoaffinity label for cyclic AMP binding sites, exhibits non-covalent binding characteristics similar to cyclic AMP in membrane and soluble fractions. Binding data for either compound to the plasma membrane fraction yields biphasic Scatchard plots while triphasic plots are obtained with the dialyzed cytosol. When covalently labeled fractions are separated on SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the cyclic AMP photoaffinity label is found on 49 000 and 130 000 dalton components in each kidney fraction. DEAE-cellulose and gel filtration chromatography of the labeled cortical cytosol fraction establishes that the three components suggested by the binding data correspond to two 49 000 dalton species and a 130 000 component. The 49 000 species have higher affinities for cyclic AMP than the 130 000 component (Ka(1) = 2.0 . 10(9), Ka(2) = 1.7 . 10(8), Ka(3) = 1.0 . 10(7)). The 49 000 components are associated with protein kinase activity while the 130 000 component does not exhibit protein kinase, adenosine deaminase, or cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase activity. Immunologic results and effects of phosphorylation and cyclic GMP on cyclic AMP binding further suggest that the 49 000 components are regulatory subunits of cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinases. Cyclic AMP binding to the 130 000 component is markedly inhibited by adenosine and adenine nucleotides, but not cyclic GMP. Thus, this component may reflect an aspect of adenosine control or metabolism which may or may not be a cyclic AMP-related cellular function.  相似文献

A cyclic AMP-adenosine binding protein from mouse liver has been purified to apparent homogeneity as judged by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the absence and presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate and by analytical ultracentrifugation. The binding protein had a Stokes radium of 48 A based on gel chromatography. Both the purified binding protein and the binding activity in fresh cytosol sedimented as 9 S on sucrose gradient centrifugation. The homogeneous protein had a sedimentation coefficient (S20, w) of 8.8 x 10-13 s, as calculated from sedimentation velocity experiments. By use of the Stokes radius and S20, w', the molecular weight was calculated to be 180,000. The protein was composed of polypeptides having the same molecular weight of 45,000 as judged by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and thus appeared to consist of four subunits of equal size. The isoelectric point, pI = 5.7. The binding capacity for cyclic AMP increased by preincubating the receptor protein in the presence of Mg2+ ATP. This process, tentatively termed activation, was studied in some detail and was shown not be be be accompanied by dissociation, aggregation, or phosphorylation of the binding protein. Cyclic AMP was bound to the protein with an apparent dissociation constant (Kd) of 1.5 x 10-7 M. The binding of cyclic AMP was competitively inhibited by adenosine, AMP, ADP, and ATP whose inhibition constants were 8 x 10-7 M, 1.2X 10-6 M, 1.5 X 10-6 M, and higher than 5 x 10-6 M respectively. A hyperbolic Scatchard plot was obtained for the binding of adenosine to the activated binding protein, indicating more than one site for adenosine. The binding of adenosine to the site with the highest affinity (Kd=2 x 10-7 M) for this nucleoside was not suppressed by excess cyclic AMP and was thus different from the aforementioned cyclic AMP binding site. Cyclic GMP, GMP, guanosine, cyclic IMP, IMP, and inosine did not inhibit the binding of either cyclic AMP or adenosine. The binding protein had no cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase, adenosine deaminase, phosphofructokinase, or protein kinase activities, nor does it inhibit the catalytic subunit of the cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase.  相似文献

Two 8.5-S protein kinases (ATP : protein phosphotransferase EC 2.7.1.37) and one 6.6-S protein kinase were purified 500--1000-fold from the acid-soluble fraction of brown adipose tissue. The catalytic properties of the kinases were similar. Each kinase was activated by cyclic AMP and had two components of cyclic AMP binding. In the presence of 200 nM cyclic AMP, undissociated kinase activity sedimented at 7.7 or 5.5 S. Free catalytic activity (3.2 S) could be detected but was unstable. Free regulatory units could not be detected. The 8.5-S protein kinase was dissociated by freezing and thawing to a 7.7-S variety with loss of the higher affinity component of binding. The 7.7-S kinase was sedimented through linear gradients of sucrose containing different concentrations of cyclic AMP. At each concentration, kinase activity lost from the holoenzyme peak (% of original) was identical with the amount of cyclic AMP bound at equilibrium (% oof maximum). Similar experiments on the 8.5-S kinase showed that the binding component with higher affinity was not associated with the release of catalytic activity. The results were consistent with the propostal that the kinases isolated contained one more cyclic AMP binding subunit than catalytic subunit (3 : 2 for 8.5 S and 2 : 1 for 6.6 S) and that this extra subunit was released to give an equal number of subunits of each type before catalytic activity was liberated.  相似文献

The cell surface cyclic AMP receptor of Dictyostelium discoideum is under study in a number of laboratories with respect to both its role in development of the organism and the physiology of excitation-response coupling. We report here that when starved amoebae are exposed to the chaotrope guanidine hydrochloride at 1.8 M, they shed a particulate cyclic AMP binding activity into the medium. This activity is due to membrane vesicles which originate from the cell surface. The vesicles are enriched up to 150-fold in cyclic AMP binding activity and up to 14-fold in phospholipid content when compared to the starting amoebae. The cyclic AMP binding activity of the membrane vesicles is identical to that of the cell surface receptor with respect to the following properties; (i) it is lacking in preparations from unstarved, vegetative amoebae; (ii) it is not inhibited by cyclic GMP and is stimulated by calcium ions; (iii) it has very rapid rates of association and dissociation of bound cyclic AMP; (iv) it has two classes of binding sites with dissociation constants similar to those of the surface receptors of whole amoebae. The binding activity of the isolated membranes is stable for several days at 4 degrees C and the lower affinity binding sites are stable up to several months when stored at -80 degrees C. Due to enrichment and stability of the receptor in this preparation, it should be highly suitable for many types of studies. The usefulness is enhanced by the fact that the preparation does not contain detectable cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase activity.  相似文献

A modification of the protein binding assay for cyclic guanosine-3',5'-monophosphate (cyclic GMP) is described that is more sensitive and less subject to interference by cyclic AMP than are previously published protein binding methods. The assay employs a purified binding protein from the fat body of the pupa of the common silkmoth, Bombyx mori. The dissociation constant of the binding protein for cyclic GMP is 4.3 nM. A protein kinase modulator protein isolated from the same species increases the binding affinity and capacity of the cyclic GMP binding protein and can be used to advantage in the assay for cyclic GMP. As little as 0.1 pmoles of cyclic GMP can be detected by this procedure. Changes in the level of cyclic GMP in the frog heart during the cardiac cycle were determined by means of the new assay.  相似文献

Glucagon can stimulate gluconeogenesis from 2 mM lactate nearly 4-fold in isolated liver cells from fed rats; exogenous cyclic adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) is equally effective, but epinephrine can stimulate only 1.5-fold. Half-maximal effects are obtained with glucagon at 0.3 nM, cyclic AMP at 30 muM and epinephrine at 0.2 muM. Insulin reduces by 50% the stimulation by suboptimal concentrations of glucagon (0.5 nM). A half-maximal effect is obtained with 0.3 nM insulin (45 microunits/ml). Glucagon in the presence of theophylline (1 mM) causes a rapid rise and subsequent fall in intracellular cyclic AMP with a peak between 3 and 6 min. Some of the fall can be accounted for by loss of nucleotide into the medium. This efflux is suppressed by probenecid, suggesting the presence of a membrane transport mechanism for the cyclic nucleotide. Glucagon can raise intracellular cyclic AMP about 30-fold; a half-maximal effect is obtained with 1.5 nM hormone. Epinephrine (plus theophylline, 1 mM) can raise intracellular cyclic AMP about 2-fold; the peak elevation is reached in less than 1 min and declines during the next 15 min to near the basal level. Insulin (10 nM) does not lower the basal level of cyclic AMP within the hepatocyte, but suppresses by about 50% the rise in intracellular and total cyclic AMP caused by exposure to an intermediate concentration of glucagon. No inhibition of adenylate cyclase by insulin can be shown. Basal gluconeogenesis is not significantly depressed by calcium deficiency but stimulation by glucagon is reduced by 50%. Calcium deficiency does not reduce accumulation of cyclic AMP in response to glucagon but diminishes stimulation of gluconeogenesis by exogenous cyclic AMP. Glucagon has a rapid stimulatory effect on the flux of 45Ca2+ from medium to tissue.  相似文献

2'-O-Chloroacetyl cyclic AMP, 2'-O-acrylyl cyclic AMP and N-6, 2'-O-diacrylyl cyclic AMP were synthesized by the reaction of cyclic AMP with chloroacetic and acrylic anhydrides, respectively. Selective O-deacylation of N-6, 2'-O-diacrylyl cyclic AMP yielded N-6 -monoacrylyl cyclic AMP. In the reaction of gamma-mercaptobutyric acid with 8-bromo cyclic AMP, 8-(gamma-carboxypropylthio) cyclic AMP was obtained. The compounds synthesized and other cyclic AMP analogues (8-bromo cyclic AMP and adenosine 3', 5'-cyclic sulphate) were tested for ability to interact with the highly purified pig brain histone kinase. All compounds under study were found to be activators of the enzyme. The highest activating potency was manifested by 8-bromo cyclic AMP and 8-(gamma-carboxypropylthio) cyclic AMP; adenosine 3', 5'-cyclic sulphate was the least potent in this respect. All compounds were shown to inhibit binding of cyclic [-3-H]AMP to histone kinase. The inhibition was competitive with respect to cyclic AMP in all cases. All compounds, except for 2'-O-chloroacetyl cyclic AMP may indicate the formation of a covalent bond between this analogue and the enzyme. These findings suggest that an active site of the regulatory subunit of the histone kinase contains at least three specific areas responsible for cyclic AMP binding.  相似文献

Evidence has been presented recently of a deficiency of an endogenous membrane-associated protein kinase in erythrocytes of patients with hereditary spherocytosis (HS). We have measured endogenous protein kinase activity in erythrocyte membranes of 4 HS subjects using different membrane isolation and reaction conditions and find that the phosphorylation of the spectrin component (mean ± S.E. 17.1 ± 1.2 pmoles/10 mins per mg protein) is not significantly different to that of 4 normal controls (mean ± S.E. 20.7 ± 1.1 pmoles/10 mins per mg protein). Phosphorylation of exogenous proteins such as casein and protamine is also not deficient in HS erythrocyte membranes. Adenosine 3′5-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) binding to normal and HS erythrocyte membranes was also studied using a Millipore filtration assay. The affinity of cyclic AMP for erythrocyte membranes as determined by Hill plots of binding data from 4 HS subjects (KD mean ± S.E. = 2.2 ± 0.2 nM) was not significantly different to 4 normal controls (KD mean ± S.E. = 2.8 ± 0.6 nM). The rate of dissociation of bound cyclic AMP from HS membranes was also similar to control membranes. We thus cannot confirm the prediction by others that an abnormality of cyclic AMP interaction with the erythrocyte membrane underlies HS.  相似文献

The solubilization of plasma membrane fractions FI and FII associated protein kinases has been attempted using monovalent salts of high ionic strength and various detergent treatments. Extraction of FI and FII plasma membranes with high ionic strength salt solutions did not release more than 20% of the protein kinase activity. Similarly, monovalent salts released little adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) binding activity, but after extraction binding capacity of cyclic [3H]AMP to plasma membranes was increased about 150-200%. Triton X-100 was a better solubilizing agent that Lubrol WX or deoxycholate. In addition to solubilization, 0.1% Triton X-100 also stimulated the protein kinase activity 150-200%. The properties of Triton X-100 solubilized FI and FII and purified cytosol KII were characterized with respect to protein substrate specificity, effect of cyclic AMP, cyclic nucleotide specificity, effects of divalent metal ion and gonadotropins. Upon sucrose density gradient centrifugation, FI solubilized protein kinase and cyclic AMP binding activities co-sedimented with a sedimentation coefficient of 6.3 S. The FII solubilized protein kinase sedimented as two components with sedimentation coefficients of 7.7 S and 5.5 S. The cyclic AMP binding activity also sedimented as two components with sedimentation coefficient 6.7 S and 5.5 S. Cyclic AMP caused dissociation of solubilized protein kinase from FI into a single catalytic (4.8 S) and two cyclic AMP binding subunits (8.1 S and 6.7 S). FII solubilized enzyme was dissociated into one catalytic (4.8 S) and one cyclic AMP binding subunit (6.3 S). Fractionation of FI and FII solubilized enzymes on DEAE-cellulose column chromatography resolved them each into two peaks Ia, Ib and IIa, IIb, respectively. Peaks Ib and IIb were more sensitive to cyclic AMP STIMULATION THAN Ia and IIa peaks. From these studies it is concluded that the plasma-membrane associated and cytosol protein kinases have similar catalytic properties but differ in some of their physical properties.  相似文献

Adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP), a mediator of hormone action in a variety of tissues, has been measured in its free and bound forms in intact cardiac tissue. We have used a rapid high dilution technique which involves tissue homogenization, subcellular fractionation, and separation of bound from free cyclic AMP by Millopore filtration. The precision of this method is dependent upon minimization of binding and dissociation of cyclic AMP that occur during the preparation and handling of tissue homogenates. In each experiment, a tracer of cyclic [3H]AMP prebound to isolated cardiac binding protein was freed of unbound cyclic [3H]AMP by Sephadex gel filtration and added to the tissue just prior to homogenization in cold EDTA buffer. This tracer was therefore treated identically to the sample through all subsequent dilution, fractionation, and filtration procedures, and provided an acurate internal monitor for total cyclic AMP dissociation during the course of the free-bound determination. Each tissue sample was then individually corrected for dissociation. Rapid dilution to produce a 1:1000 homogenate was found to lower endogenous cyclic AMP levels sufficiently to make binding (or rebinding) during the procedure negligible (less than 5%). Spontaneously beating rat right atria (controls) contained 5.96 +/- 0.28 pmol of cyclic AMP/mg of protein (n = 19) of which 41 and 14% were bound to soluble and particulate proteins, respectively. The remaining cyclic AMP was free. Pretreatment of the tissue with 1 muM isoproterenol (30 s at 30 degrees) increased both the bound and free forms of cyclic AMP (n = 8). While free cyclic AMP increased 420% with the catecholamine, the bound forms increased 240% (soluble) and 60% (particulate). Similar results were obtained when atria (n = 6) were treated with the phosphodiesterase inhibitor, methylisobutylxanthine (0.5 mM, 10 min at 30 degrees). When both agents were used together, cyclic AMP bound to soluble proteins was elevated 4-fold over control while free cyclic AMP increased 27-fold (n = 7), indicating saturation of the soluble sites. It could be calculated that less than one-third of these sites are occupied in the unstimulated cell. These sites may represent the R subunit of cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase. The data suggest that half-maximal binding in vivo occurs at an intracellular free cyclic AMP concentration of about 1 muM.  相似文献

Previous studies of HIV protease inhibitors have shown that it is possible to elongate the P1/P1' sidechains to reach the S3/S3' binding sites. By analogy, we expected that it would be possible to design inhibitors reaching between the S1/S1' and S2/S2' binding sites. Molecular modeling suggested that this could be achieved with appropriate ortho-substitution of the P2/P2' benzyl groups in our cyclic sulfamide inhibitors. Four different spacer groups were investigated. The compounds were smoothly prepared from tartaric acid in five steps and exhibit low to moderate activity, the most potent inhibitor possessing a Ki value of 0.53 microM.  相似文献

Gonadotropin binding and stimulation of cyclic adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) formation and testosterone synthesis were studied in collagenase-dispersed interstitial cells from the adult rat testis. Binding of 125I-human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) by isolated Leydig cells was of high affinity (Ka = 10(10) M-1) and low capacity, equivalent to approximately 6000 sites/cell. The binding data were consistent with the presence of a single order of receptors, with no interaction between binding sites. Stimulation of testosterone synthesis by increasing concentrations of hCG was completely dissociated from changes in cyclic AMP formation, and maximum activation of steroidogenesis was induced by hCG concentrations which had no effect upon cyclic AMP production. Kinetic analysis of gonadotropin-induced responses in dispersed Leydig cells also showed a marked dissociation between steroidogenesis and cyclic nucleotide formation. Low concentrations of hCG caused maximum stimulation of testosterone production which was not accompanied by a rise in cyclic AMP formation at any time after addition of gonadotropin. Higher concentrations of hCG caused marked elevations of cyclic AMP at progressively earlier time intervals, but did not alter the 20 to 30 min lag period required for induction of testosterone synthesis. These observations indicated that occupancy of gonadotropin receptors occurs over a much wider range of hCG concentration than that required for maximum steroidogenesis.  相似文献

The method for determination of dissociation constants for cyclic AMP and its analogs bound to cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase from pig brain is described. The technique for measuring the binding parameters of the ligands is based on the changes in the fluorescent spectrum of etheno cyclic AMP once it is bound to protein kinase. The dissociation constants for a number of nonfluorescent cyclic AMP analogs were determined in the competitive displacement of etheno cyclic AMP by these analogs. The number of cyclic AMP-binding sites in the pig brain protein kinase was found to be 2.2; no cooperativity was observed upon binding. The holoenzyme complex (Mr = 180,000) of the protein kinase under study was established to have the stoichiometry of R2C2 type under native conditions.  相似文献
