齐黄1号是中国衍生品种最多的大豆种质之一,在全国11个省市衍生出92个高产优质品种和优异品系,其中黄淮海地区衍生出87个品种(系).1个品种获国家科技进步二等奖;2个品种获国家技术发明三等奖;2个品种获国家科技进步三等奖.蛋白质含量45%以上的品种23个,其中46%的品种5个、47%的品种2个、48%的品种3个、51%的品种2个.脂肪含量22%以上的品种6个,其中23%的品种1个.抗大豆花叶病毒品种27个,其中抗霜霉病品种7个.齐黄1号在育种中的成功应用,说明优异种质对大豆育种至关重要,筛选配合力高的优异杂交组合可有效地提高大豆育种效率,种质创新是大豆育种的重要组成部分.  相似文献

In this study the network of ATP-consuming and -producing reactions, interacting via the cytosolic ATP/ADP+P(i) system, was studied for the first time in an intact organ, the isolated perfused rat liver, using top-down metabolic-control analysis. Flux control in the metabolically resting state (only oxidative phosphorylation and ion pumps active) was only in the ATP-consumers, whereas in the metabolically active state (biosyntheses and ion-pumping ATPases active) most control over oxidative phosphorylation was in itself and some control was in ion-pumping ATPases. All ATP-consumers had high control over themselves, and ion-pumping ATPases had high negative control over the other ATP-consuming branches. Oxidative phosphorylation had high positive control over ATP-consuming reactions except for ion-pumping ATPases. It is concluded that in the active state ATP-consumers compete for cytosolic ATP, but as the ion-pumping ATPases and oxidative phosphorylation are less sensitive towards the cytosolic ATP, other ATP-consumers have low control over these pathways.  相似文献

The histological distribution of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (u-PA) mRNA was analyzed in normal mouse tissue by in situ hybridization with anti-sense RNA transcribed from three different subclones of a mouse u-PA cDNA. Hybridization signal was found over a distinct fibroblast-like cell in the lamina propria of the gastrointestinal tract, over proximal, distal, and collecting tubules of the kidney, and over the epithelium of the bladder, ductus deferens, and epididymis. No hybridization signal was found over cells of the lung, pancreas, liver, adrenal, pituitary, cerebrum, hypothalamus, cerebellum, sciatic nerve, and striated muscle, nor over endothelial cells in any tissue investigated. The lack of u-PA mRNA in lung tissue was confirmed by Northern analysis and is in contrast to the high amounts of u-PA protein found in this tissue.  相似文献

Crossing over in the left arm of chromosome 2 (2L) was studied in successive broods of Drosophila melanogaster females carrying intact chromosomes (+/+), inversion Muller-5 in the X chromosome (M-5/+), and insertion of the Y-chromosome material into region 34A (Is(2L)/+). The regions net-dp, dp-b, b-pr and pr-cn were examined in 14 two-day-old broods of females +/+ and M-5/+ and in 10 broods of females Is(2L)/+. In all lines, the highest level of crossing over was in the first three broods (eggs laid during the first 6 days of oviposition) and the lowest level in the broods 7-8 (eggs laid at days 14-16). A high rate of crossing over in the first broods of females +/+ and M-5/+ was due to an increment of exchanges in the proximal euchromatin regions (b-pr and pr-cn) and to an increase in the number of tetrads with double exchanges. These changes are similar to a pattern of the interchromosomal effect on crossing over (IEC) in structurally normal chromosomes. In Is(2L)/+ females, a high level of crossing over was due to extensive exchanges in the interstitial regions net-dp and dp and an increase in the number of tetrads with single exchanges. These changes resembled the IEC in rearranged chromosomes (in this case, in chromosomes bearing an insertion). Thus, the age changes of crossing over are similar to the consequences of the presence or absence of IEC. Age changes in crossing over in a chromosome depended both on the local rearrangements in this chromosome (the local effect on crossing over, LEC) and on rearrangements in nonhomologous chromosomes (IEC). In the first broods, both LEC and IEC decreased with an increase in the level of crossing over. In subsequent broods, the reduced level of crossing over was accompanied by an increase in both LEC and IEC. This suggests that the mechanisms responsible for the age changes in crossing over and IEC may have common steps. The contact model of crossing over may explain the similarity between the age changes in crossing-over and IEC. It is suggested that both phenomena result from delayed determination of crossing over in a meiotic cell. This may occur due to the retarded formation of the local contacts in one of the homologous chromosome pairs or because a higher number of local contacts is required to trigger crossing over in a meiotic cell (of early age).  相似文献

The purposes of these studies were to quantify the concentrations of total nitrate and nitrite (NO(x)(-)) cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), and nitrotyrosine over skin surface in normal weight healthy volunteers (n = 64) compared to overweight/obese subjects (n = 54). A semi-circular plastic tube was taped to the skin along acupuncture points (acupoints), meridian line without acupoint (MWOP), and nonmeridian control and filled with a 2-Phenyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-3-oxide-1-oxyl solution for 20 min. The concentrations of NO(x)(-), cGMP, and nitrotyrosine in the samples were quantified in a blinded fashion using chemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively. In normal weight healthy volunteers, NO(x)(-) and cGMP concentrations were consistently increased over the pericardium meridian (PC) 4-7 compared with nonmeridian areas. NO(x)(-) concentration is enhanced over the bladder meridian (BL) 56-57, but cGMP level is similar between the regions. In overweight/obese subjects, NO(x)(-) contents were increased or tended to be elevated over PC and BL regions. cGMP is paradoxically decreased over PC acupoints and nonmeridian control on the forearm but the decreases were blunted along BL regions on the leg. Nitrotyrosine concentrations are markedly elevated (five- to sixfold) over both PC and BL in all areas of overweight/obese subjects. This is the first evidence showing that nitrotyrosine level is tremendously elevated over skin accompanied by paradoxical changes in nitric oxide (NO)-cGMP concentrations over PC skin region in overweight/obese subject. The results suggest that NO-related oxidant inflammation is systemically enhanced while cGMP generation is impaired over PC skin region but not over BL region in obesity.  相似文献

The authors considered different views of investigators on the diagnostic antibody titre level in the microagglutination test (MAT) in leptospirosis of man and animals. Some of them took into consideration MAT in low titres (1:10-1:20), and others - in high only (1:400, 1:1000), which gave no possibility to assess the state of leptospirosis morbidity. The authors suggest that the assessment of the level of the titres in single and repeated studies should be approached differentially. In single examination 1:100 and over should be considered as a positive MAT titre for man, 1:200 and over - for cattle, 1:20 and over - for swine, and 1:20 and over for murine rodents. In repeated investigations any level of the titre in case of its dynamics should be taken into consideration.  相似文献

Recent studies have shown that honeybees flying through short, narrow tunnels with visually textured walls perform waggle dances that indicate a much greater flight distance than that actually flown. These studies suggest that the bee's “odometer” is driven by the optic flow (image motion) that is experienced during flight. One might therefore expect that, when bees fly to a food source through a varying outdoor landscape, their waggle dances would depend upon the nature of the terrain experienced en route. We trained honeybees to visit feeders positioned along two routes, each 580 m long. One route was exclusively over land. The other was initially over land, then over water and, finally, again over land. Flight over water resulted in a significantly flatter slope of the waggle-duration versus distance regression, compared to flight over land. The mean visual contrast of the scenes was significantly greater over land than over water. The results reveal that, in outdoor flight, the honeybee's odometer does not run at a constant rate; rather, the rate depends upon the properties of the terrain. The bee's perception of distance flown is therefore not absolute, but scene-dependent. These findings raise important and interesting questions about how these animals navigate reliably.  相似文献

The European Congress on Biotechnology brought together the top European and International scientists, biotechnologists, innovators and key biotech policy and decision makers in an unprecedented international meeting. The Congress was established in 1978 by and remains the main activity of the European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB). Taking place in Barcelona, September 16–19, 2007, the ECB 13 attracted over 1500 leading scientists and other senior participants, over 500 posters and more than a hundred exhibitors, from over 50 countries across Europe and beyond. From over a 150 presentations in 5 and more parallel sessions, only a small fraction can be highlighted in the scope of this short meeting report.  相似文献

The goal of this study was to analyze the variations in abundance of rodent communities over the last 24 years in a rural area, and their relation to possible changes in climatic variables and land use. The principal change in the area observed along the study period was an increase in the area covered by soybean. The habitats studied were crop fields and borders. The total abundance of rodents did not show a significant trend of variation over time in crop fields while in borders the abundance in autumn–winter (A–W) showed a significant trend to decrease over time. The different rodent species showed a differential response over time. While Calomys laucha and C. musculinus showed a decrease between the period before and after the soybean expansion, Akodon azarae did not change its abundance over time. The mean minimum temperature increased over time while the number of days with frost decreased. Total rodent abundance in A–W was positively associated with the cumulated precipitation of the previous spring–summer period and negatively with the cumulated precipitation of the same period. We conclude that rodent abundance variations in crop fields and borders of the study area are influenced by precipitation, but the observed trends of variation over time are better explained by changes in agricultural practices than by meteorological variables.  相似文献

Isofemale lines of two populations of Drosophila melanogaster, originating from France and Tanzania, were examined over a range of temperatures. Morphological traits showed distinct patterns in phenotypic plasticity; flies of the two populations differed in shape. Genotype-by-Environment (G*E) interactions were frequently found in the Tanzania population, but were hardly present in the France population. If G*E interaction was present over temperature, estimates of additive genetic variance and additive genetic covariance were made to compare theoretical models with our data. The conclusion is that in France Drosophila melanogaster has been selected over a wider range of temperatures, resulting in parallel reaction norms of more optimal slope. In contrast, selection must have taken place over a narrower temperature range in Tanzanian flies, and will have exerted no direct influence on the slope of the reaction norm.  相似文献

Food choice experiments were carried out with three species of pycnogonids: Nymphon rubrum, N. gracile , and Endeis spinosa.
Running sea-water that had circulated over different possible food-sources (hydroids, actiniarians, octocorals, synascidians) was offered to the pycnogonids at one side of a basin, pure sea-water or sea-water that had flowed over a different source of food at the other.
The experiments, though few in number, seemed to indicate that:
(1) Pycnogonids are capable of detecting the presence or absence of various coelenterate species.
(2) They are able to discriminate between different food-sources, i.e. the nature of the chemical substances produced by the food determines the degree of attraction.
(3) The preferential sequence for the three pycnogonids tested is: Nymphon rubrum prefers Dynamena over Tubularia and Laomedea ; these are preferred over Actinia and Metridium ; there is no attraction to Alcyonium. Nymphon gracile prefers Laomedea over Dynamena. Endeis spinosa prefers Laomedea over Dynamena ; these are preferred over Actinia ; there is no attraction to Morchellium.
(4) Experimental amputation of appendages indicates a high probability that the chemo-receptors of the pycnogonids are not located on the chelifores, palps, or ovigers. They may be located (a) all over the body, possibly in innervated epidermal bristles; and/or (b) in the distal part of the proboscis, bearing sensory setae; and/or (c) on the walking legs.  相似文献

山东小麦种质资源品质特性多样性研究及利用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
连续2年对698份地方品种、育成品种和省外引进品种的淀粉糊化特性、面团揉混特性和面筋蛋白特性等进行了详细的研究,并对不同生态类型区地方品种的品质特性进行了分析。结果表明:(1)不同来源种质资源品质特性表现出一定差异,育成品种和省外引进品种具有较长的面团揉混形成时间和较高的沉淀值,形成时间超过3.5min的品种分别有10和16个,最高值达5.2min;沉淀值水平较高,超过40.0ml的品种分别有32和25个,最高值分别为61.8ml和68.8ml;地方品种表现出较好的淀粉RVA糊化特性和较高的面筋蛋白含量,峰值粘度大于2900cP的有24个,最高峰值粘度高达4099cP,沉淀值在40.0ml以上的品种占48.8%,最高值达58.8ml;(2)不同生态类型区地方品种具有不同的品质特性,胶东丘陵冬性晚熟类型区烟台和青岛的地方品种具有较好的淀粉RVA糊化特性和较高的面筋蛋白含量,鲁西北平原冬性/半冬性晚熟类型区滨州、潍坊和德州的地方品种具有较好的淀粉RVA糊化特性,鲁中山丘川半冬性/冬性中熟类型区临沂、泰安的地方品种具有较高的面筋蛋白含量;(3)筛选出形成时间大于4.5min且沉淀值高于50.0ml的育成品种济南17、济宁16、济麦20、洲元9369和泰麦一号等,沉淀值超过60.0ml的省外引进品种藁优9415、冀5099、临汾6410和临汾6510等,峰值粘度高于3100cP的地方品种半截芒、白秃头(二)、三八麦、白秃头、小白芒(2)、半截红穗,以及沉淀值高于50.0ml的地方品种蚂蚱头、白肚、白气死雾、一穗收、四棱白、白穗红、半截红穗等,这些材料均可作为培育优质小麦的首选亲本。  相似文献

大方寺位于淮北平原萄丘陵地带,天然次生林属于暖温带叶阔叶林。由于自然条件复杂,植物种类丰富,木本植物130余种,草本植物100余种;植被类型多种多样,主要群落为:青檀(Pterooeltis tatarinowii)、牡荆(Witex negundo)、华隐子草(Cleistogenes chinensis)群落,栓皮栎(Quercus wvriabilis)、五角枫(Acer mono)、牡荆(Vitex negundo)裂稃草(Schizachyrium brevifolium)群落和黄连木(Pistacia chinensis)、五角枫(Acer mono)、扁担杆(Creuia biloba)、沿阶草(Ophiopogon bodinievi)群落等三种。大方寺植物资源丰富,具有用材经济植物的约60余种,药用植物200余种,香料及密源植物10余种,纤维植物30余种,庭园观赏植物40余种。  相似文献

We report measurements of atmospheric composition over a tropical rainforest and over a nearby oil palm plantation in Sabah, Borneo. The primary vegetation in each of the two landscapes emits very different amounts and kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), resulting in distinctive VOC fingerprints in the atmospheric boundary layer for both landscapes. VOCs over the Borneo rainforest are dominated by isoprene and its oxidation products, with a significant additional contribution from monoterpenes. Rather than consuming the main atmospheric oxidant, OH, these high concentrations of VOCs appear to maintain OH, as has been observed previously over Amazonia. The boundary-layer characteristics and mixing ratios of VOCs observed over the Borneo rainforest are different to those measured previously over Amazonia. Compared with the Bornean rainforest, air over the oil palm plantation contains much more isoprene, monoterpenes are relatively less important, and the flower scent, estragole, is prominent. Concentrations of nitrogen oxides are greater above the agro-industrial oil palm landscape than over the rainforest, and this leads to changes in some secondary pollutant mixing ratios (but not, currently, differences in ozone). Secondary organic aerosol over both landscapes shows a significant contribution from isoprene. Primary biological aerosol dominates the super-micrometre aerosol over the rainforest and is likely to be sensitive to land-use change, since the fungal source of the bioaerosol is closely linked to above-ground biodiversity.  相似文献

The Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) is a charismatic anadromous fish of high conservation and economic value. Concerns have been expressed regarding the long-term viability of fisheries throughout the species''s distributional range because of abundance variations that cannot currently be explained or predicted. Here, we analyse long-term catch data obtained over a wide geographical range and across a range of spatial subscales to understand more fully the factors that drive population abundance. We use rod catch data from 84 Norwegian rivers over 125 years (1876–2000) and 48 Scottish rivers over 51 years (1952–2002). The temporal correlation in catches is very long-term, with trends persisting over several decades. The spatial correlation is relatively short-range, indicating strong local-scale effects on catch. Furthermore, Scottish salmon populations exhibit recent negative trends in contrast to some more positive trends in Norway—especially in the north.  相似文献

球类或类球(果菌、球菌、璆菌、卵菌、橄菌等)微生物是原核微生物最早发现、最重要和最常见的细胞生命形态之一,迄今已有果菌140余属800多种60多亚种,球菌30余属60多种,璆菌10余属20多种,八球菌7属40多种,橄菌9属10多种,卵菌10余属30多种,合计约210属1 000余种和亚种。国内外对这些微生物的总结分析较少,本文试图对此进行系统的总结和规范,明确其形态特征、生境、生化、多样性和域归属,以推动对此类微生物分类和功能的进一步研发,推动国际间的交流与合作。  相似文献

The human hepatoma cell line Hep 3B, which has the hepatitis B virus genome, shows over 80% decrease of copper/zinc superoxide dismutase activity, over 90% decrease of manganese superoxide dismutase activity, over 70% decrease of catalase activity, absence of glutathione peroxidase and glutathione S-transferase activities, over 270-fold increase of ferritin content and 25-fold increase of total iron compared to normal autopsy liver. These conditions of low antioxidant enzyme activities and iron overload are those which support the accumulation of oxygen free-radicals and DNA damage commonly considered to be carcinogenic mechanisms.  相似文献
