During meiosis, homologous chromosomes pair and recombine via repair of programmed DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs). DSBs are formed in the context of chromatin loops, which are anchored to the proteinaceous axial element (AE). The AE later serves as a framework to assemble the synaptonemal complex (SC) that provides a transient but tight connection between homologous chromosomes. Here, we showed that DESYNAPTIC2 (DSY2), a coiled-coil protein, mediates DSB formation and is directly involved in SC assembly in maize (Zea mays). The dsy2 mutant exhibits homologous pairing defects, leading to sterility. Analyses revealed that DSB formation and the number of RADIATION SENSITIVE51 (RAD51) foci are largely reduced, and synapsis is completely abolished in dsy2 meiocytes. Super-resolution structured illumination microscopy showed that DSY2 is located on the AE and forms a distinct alternating pattern with the HORMA-domain protein ASYNAPTIC1 (ASY1). In the dsy2 mutant, localization of ASY1 is affected, and loading of the central element ZIPPER1 (ZYP1) is disrupted. Yeast two-hybrid and bimolecular fluorescence complementation experiments further demonstrated that ZYP1 interacts with DSY2 but does not interact with ASY1. Therefore, DSY2, an AE protein, not only mediates DSB formation but also bridges the AE and central element of SC during meiosis.  相似文献

In meiosis, homologous recombination entails programmed DNA double-strand break (DSB) formation and synaptonemal complex (SC) assembly coupled with the DSB repair. Although SCs display extensive structural conservation among species, their components identified are poorly conserved at the sequence level. Here, we identified a novel SC component, designated CENTRAL REGION COMPONENT1 (CRC1), in rice (Oryza sativa). CRC1 colocalizes with ZEP1, the rice SC transverse filament protein, to the central region of SCs in a mutually dependent fashion. Consistent with this colocalization, CRC1 interacts with ZEP1 in yeast two-hybrid assays. CRC1 is orthologous to Saccharomyces cerevisiae pachytene checkpoint2 (Pch2) and Mus musculus THYROID RECEPTOR-INTERACTING PROTEIN13 (TRIP13) and may be a conserved SC component. Additionally, we provide evidence that CRC1 is essential for meiotic DSB formation. CRC1 interacts with HOMOLOGOUS PAIRING ABERRATION IN RICE MEIOSIS1 (PAIR1) in vitro, suggesting that these proteins act as a complex to promote DSB formation. PAIR2, the rice ortholog of budding yeast homolog pairing1, is required for homologous chromosome pairing. We found that CRC1 is also essential for the recruitment of PAIR2 onto meiotic chromosomes. The roles of CRC1 identified here have not been reported for Pch2 or TRIP13.  相似文献

Cell division requires proper spindle assembly; a surveillance pathway, the spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC), monitors whether the spindle is normal and correctly attached to kinetochores. The SAC proteins regulate mitotic chromosome segregation by affecting CDC20 (Cell Division Cycle 20) function. However, it is unclear whether CDC20 regulates meiotic spindle assembly and proper homolog segregation. Here, we show that the Arabidopsis thaliana CDC20.1 gene is indispensable for meiosis and male fertility. We demonstrate that cdc20.1 meiotic chromosomes align asynchronously and segregate unequally and the metaphase I spindle has aberrant morphology. Comparison of the distribution of meiotic stages at different time points between the wild type and cdc20.1 reveals a delay of meiotic progression from diakinesis to anaphase I. Furthermore, cdc20.1 meiocytes exhibit an abnormal distribution of a histone H3 phosphorylation mark mediated by the Aurora kinase, providing evidence that CDC20.1 regulates Aurora localization for meiotic chromosome segregation. Further evidence that CDC20.1 and Aurora are functionally related was provided by meiosis-specific knockdown of At-Aurora1 expression, resulting in meiotic chromosome segregation defects similar to those of cdc20.1. Taken together, these results suggest a critical role for CDC20.1 in SAC-dependent meiotic chromosome segregation.  相似文献

Brassinosteroid (BR) and gibberellin (GA) are two predominant hormones regulating plant cell elongation. A defect in either of these leads to reduced plant growth and dwarfism. However, their relationship remains unknown in rice (Oryza sativa). Here, we demonstrated that BR regulates cell elongation by modulating GA metabolism in rice. Under physiological conditions, BR promotes GA accumulation by regulating the expression of GA metabolic genes to stimulate cell elongation. BR greatly induces the expression of D18/GA3ox-2, one of the GA biosynthetic genes, leading to increased GA1 levels, the bioactive GA in rice seedlings. Consequently, both d18 and loss-of-function GA-signaling mutants have decreased BR sensitivity. When excessive active BR is applied, the hormone mostly induces GA inactivation through upregulation of the GA inactivation gene GA2ox-3 and also represses BR biosynthesis, resulting in decreased hormone levels and growth inhibition. As a feedback mechanism, GA extensively inhibits BR biosynthesis and the BR response. GA treatment decreases the enlarged leaf angles in plants with enhanced BR biosynthesis or signaling. Our results revealed a previously unknown mechanism underlying BR and GA crosstalk depending on tissues and hormone levels, which greatly advances our understanding of hormone actions in crop plants and appears much different from that in Arabidopsis thaliana.  相似文献

Divinyl reductase (DVR) converts 8-vinyl groups on various chlorophyll intermediates to ethyl groups, which is indispensable for chlorophyll biosynthesis. To date, five DVR activities have been detected, but adequate evidence of enzymatic assays using purified or recombinant DVR proteins has not been demonstrated, and it is unclear whether one or multiple enzymes catalyze these activities. In this study, we systematically carried out enzymatic assays using four recombinant DVR proteins and five divinyl substrates and then investigated the in vivo accumulation of various chlorophyll intermediates in rice (Oryza sativa), maize (Zea mays), and cucumber (Cucumis sativus). The results demonstrated that both rice and maize DVR proteins can convert all of the five divinyl substrates to corresponding monovinyl compounds, while both cucumber and Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) DVR proteins can convert three of them. Meanwhile, the OsDVR (Os03g22780)-inactivated 824ys mutant of rice exclusively accumulated divinyl chlorophylls in its various organs during different developmental stages. Collectively, we conclude that a single DVR with broad substrate specificity is responsible for reducing the 8-vinyl groups of various chlorophyll intermediates in higher plants, but DVR proteins from different species have diverse and differing substrate preferences, although they are homologous.Chlorophyll (Chl) molecules universally exist in photosynthetic organisms. As the main component of the photosynthetic pigments, Chl molecules perform essential processes of absorbing light and transferring the light energy in the reaction center of the photosystems (Fromme et al., 2003). Based on the number of vinyl side chains, Chls are classified into two groups, 3,8-divinyl (DV)-Chl and 3-monovinyl (MV)-Chl. The DV-Chl molecule contains two vinyl groups at positions 3 and 8 of the tetrapyrrole macrocycle, whereas the MV-Chl molecule contains a vinyl group at position 3 and an ethyl group at position 8 of the macrocycle. Almost all of the oxygenic photosynthetic organisms contain MV-Chls, with the exceptions of some marine picophytoplankton species that contain only DV-Chls as their primary photosynthetic pigments (Chisholm et al., 1992; Goericke and Repeta, 1992; Porra, 1997).The classical single-branched Chl biosynthetic pathway proposed by Granick (1950) and modified by Jones (1963) assumed the rapid reduction of the 8-vinyl group of DV-protochlorophyllide (Pchlide) catalyzed by a putative 8-vinyl reductase. Ellsworth and Aronoff (1969) found evidence for both MV and DV forms of several Chl biosynthetic intermediates between magnesium-protoporphyrin IX monomethyl ester (MPE) and Pchlide in Chlorella spp. mutants. Belanger and Rebeiz (1979, 1980) reported that the Pchlide pool of etiolated higher plants contains both MV- and DV-Pchlide. Afterward, following the further detection of MV- and DV-tetrapyrrole intermediates and their biosynthetic interconversion in tissues and extracts of different plants (Belanger and Rebeiz, 1982; Duggan and Rebeiz, 1982; Tripathy and Rebeiz, 1986, 1988; Parham and Rebeiz, 1992, 1995; Kim and Rebeiz, 1996), a multibranched Chl biosynthetic heterogeneity was proposed (Rebeiz et al., 1983, 1986, 1999; Whyte and Griffiths, 1993; Kolossov and Rebeiz, 2010).Biosynthetic heterogeneity refers to the biosynthesis of a particular metabolite by an organelle, tissue, or organism via multiple biosynthetic routes. Varieties of reports lead to the assumption that Chl biosynthetic heterogeneity originates mainly in parallel DV- and MV-Chl biosynthetic routes. These routes are interconnected by 8-vinyl reductases that convert DV-tetrapyrroles to MV-tetrapyrroles by conversion of the vinyl group at position 8 of ring B to the ethyl group (Parham and Rebeiz, 1995; Rebeiz et al., 2003). DV-MPE could be converted to MV-MPE in crude homogenates from etiolated wheat (Triticum aestivum) seedlings (Ellsworth and Hsing, 1974). Exogenous DV-Pchlide could be partially converted to MV-Pchlide in barley (Hordeum vulgare) plastids (Tripathy and Rebeiz, 1988). 8-Vinyl chlorophyllide (Chlide) a reductases in etioplast membranes isolated from etiolated cucumber (Cucumis sativus) cotyledons and barley and maize (Zea mays) leaves were found to be very active in the conversion of exogenous DV-Chlide a to MV-Chlide a (Parham and Rebeiz, 1992, 1995). Kim and Rebeiz (1996) suggested that Chl biosynthetic heterogeneity in higher plants may originate at the level of DV magnesium-protoporphyrin IX (Mg-Proto) and would be mediated by the activity of a putative 8-vinyl Mg-Proto reductase in barley etiochloroplasts and plastid membranes. However, since these reports did not use purified or recombinant enzyme, it is not clear whether the reductions of the 8-vinyl groups of various Chl intermediates are catalyzed by one enzyme of broad specificity or by multiple enzymes of narrow specificity, which actually has become one of the focus issues in Chl biosynthesis.Nagata et al. (2005) and Nakanishi et al. (2005) independently identified the AT5G18660 gene of Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) as an 8-vinyl reductase, namely, divinyl reductase (DVR). Chew and Bryant (2007) identified the DVR BciA (CT1063) gene of the green sulfur bacterium Chlorobium tepidum, which is homologous to AT5G18660. An enzymatic assay using a recombinant Arabidopsis DVR (AtDVR) on five DV substrates revealed that the major substrate of AtDVR is DV-Chlide a, while the other four DV substrates could not be converted to corresponding MV compounds (Nagata et al., 2007). Nevertheless, a recombinant BciA is able to reduce the 8-vinyl group of DV-Pchlide to generate MV-Pchlide (Chew and Bryant, 2007). Recently, we identified the rice (Oryza sativa) DVR encoded by Os03g22780 that has sequence similarity with the Arabidopsis DVR gene AT5G18660. We also confirmed that the recombinant rice DVR (OsDVR) is able to not only convert DV-Chlide a to MV-Chlide a but also to convert DV-Chl a to MV-Chl a (Wang et al., 2010). Thus, it is possible that the reductions of the 8-vinyl groups of various Chl biosynthetic intermediates are catalyzed by one enzyme of broad specificity. In this report, we extended our studies to four DVR proteins and five DV substrates. First, ZmDVR and CsDVR genes were isolated from maize and cucumber genomes, respectively, using a homology-based cloning approach. Second, enzymatic assays were systematically carried out using recombinant OsDVR, ZmDVR, CsDVR, and AtDVR as representative DVR proteins and using DV-Chl a, DV-Chlide a, DV-Pchlide a, DV-MPE, and DV-Mg-Proto as DV substrates. Third, we examined the in vivo accumulations of various Chl intermediates in rice, maize, and cucumber. Finally, we systematically investigated the in vivo accumulations of Chl and its various intermediates in the OsDVR (Os03g22780)-inactivated 824ys mutant of rice (Wang et al., 2010). The results strongly suggested that a single DVR protein with broad substrate specificity is responsible for reducing the 8-vinyl groups of various intermediate molecules of Chl biosynthesis in higher plants, but DVR proteins from different species could have diverse and differing substrate preferences even though they are homologous.  相似文献

Establishment of arbuscular mycorrhizal interactions involves plant recognition of diffusible signals from the fungus, including lipochitooligosaccharides (LCOs) and chitooligosaccharides (COs). Nitrogen-fixing rhizobial bacteria that associate with leguminous plants also signal to their hosts via LCOs, the so-called Nod factors. Here, we have assessed the induction of symbiotic signaling by the arbuscular mycorrhizal (Myc) fungal-produced LCOs and COs in legumes and rice (Oryza sativa). We show that Myc-LCOs and tetra-acetyl chitotetraose (CO4) activate the common symbiosis signaling pathway, with resultant calcium oscillations in root epidermal cells of Medicago truncatula and Lotus japonicus. The nature of the calcium oscillations is similar for LCOs produced by rhizobial bacteria and by mycorrhizal fungi; however, Myc-LCOs activate distinct gene expression. Calcium oscillations were activated in rice atrichoblasts by CO4, but not the Myc-LCOs, whereas a mix of CO4 and Myc-LCOs activated calcium oscillations in rice trichoblasts. In contrast, stimulation of lateral root emergence occurred following treatment with Myc-LCOs, but not CO4, in M. truncatula, whereas both Myc-LCOs and CO4 were active in rice. Our work indicates that legumes and non-legumes differ in their perception of Myc-LCO and CO signals, suggesting that different plant species respond to different components in the mix of signals produced by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.  相似文献

Ethylene and abscisic acid (ABA) act synergistically or antagonistically to regulate plant growth and development. ABA is derived from the carotenoid biosynthesis pathway. Here, we analyzed the interplay among ethylene, carotenoid biogenesis, and ABA in rice (Oryza sativa) using the rice ethylene response mutant mhz5, which displays a reduced ethylene response in roots but an enhanced ethylene response in coleoptiles. We found that MHZ5 encodes a carotenoid isomerase and that the mutation in mhz5 blocks carotenoid biosynthesis, reduces ABA accumulation, and promotes ethylene production in etiolated seedlings. ABA can largely rescue the ethylene response of the mhz5 mutant. Ethylene induces MHZ5 expression, the production of neoxanthin, an ABA biosynthesis precursor, and ABA accumulation in roots. MHZ5 overexpression results in enhanced ethylene sensitivity in roots and reduced ethylene sensitivity in coleoptiles. Mutation or overexpression of MHZ5 also alters the expression of ethylene-responsive genes. Genetic studies revealed that the MHZ5-mediated ABA pathway acts downstream of ethylene signaling to inhibit root growth. The MHZ5-mediated ABA pathway likely acts upstream but negatively regulates ethylene signaling to control coleoptile growth. Our study reveals novel interactions among ethylene, carotenogenesis, and ABA and provides insight into improvements in agronomic traits and adaptive growth through the manipulation of these pathways in rice.  相似文献

During meiosis, homologous recombination (HR) is essential to repair programmed DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs), and a dedicated protein machinery ensures that the homologous chromosome is favored over the nearby sister chromatid as a repair template. The HOMOLOGOUS-PAIRING PROTEIN2/MEIOTIC NUCLEAR DIVISION PROTEIN1 (HOP2/MND1) protein complex has been identified as a crucial factor of meiotic HR in Arabidopsis thaliana, since loss of either MND1 or HOP2 results in failure of DNA repair. We isolated two mutant alleles of HOP2 (hop2-2 and hop2-3) that retained the capacity to repair meiotic DSBs via the sister chromatid but failed to use the homologous chromosome. We show that in these alleles, the recombinases RADIATION SENSITIVE51 (RAD51) and DISRUPTED MEIOTIC cDNA1 (DMC1) are loaded, but only the intersister DNA repair pathway is activated. The hop2-2 phenotype is correlated with a decrease in HOP2/MND1 complex abundance. In hop2-3, a truncated HOP2 protein is produced that retains its ability to bind to DMC1 and DNA but forms less stable complexes with MND1 and fails to efficiently stimulate DMC1-driven D-loop formation. Genetic analyses demonstrated that in the absence of DMC1, HOP2/MND1 is dispensable for RAD51-mediated intersister DNA repair, while in the presence of DMC1, a minimal amount of functional HOP2/MND1 is essential to drive intersister DNA repair.  相似文献

DNA double-strand break (DSB) repair mechanisms differ in their requirements for a homologous repair template and in the accuracy of the result. We aimed to quantify the outcome of repair of a single targeted DSB in somatic cells of young barley (Hordeum vulgare) plants. Amplicon sequencing of three reporter constructs revealed 47 to 58% of reads as repaired via nonhomologous end-joining (NHEJ) with deletions and/or small (1 to 3 bp) insertions. Alternative NHEJ revealed 2 to 5 bp microhomology (15.7% of cases) or new replication-mediated short duplications at sealed breaks. Although deletions outweigh insertions in barley, this bias was less pronounced and deleted sequences were shorter than in Arabidopsis thaliana. Between 17 and 33% of reads likely represent restoration of the original sequence. Depending on the construct, 20 to 33% of reads arose via gene conversion (homologous recombination). Remarkably, <1 to >8% of reads apparently display synthesis-dependent strand annealing linked with NHEJ, inserting 4 to 61 bp, mostly originating from the surrounding of breakpoints. Positional coincidence of >81% of sister chromatid exchanges with target loci is unprecedented for higher eukaryotes and indicates that most repair events for staggered DSBs, at least in barley, involve the sister chromatid and occur during S or G2 phase of the cell cycle.  相似文献

Artificial microRNA (amiRNA) approaches offer a powerful strategy for targeted gene manipulation in any plant species. However, the current unpredictability of amiRNA efficacy has limited broad application of this promising technology. To address this, we developed epitope-tagged protein-based amiRNA (ETPamir) screens, in which target mRNAs encoding epitope-tagged proteins were constitutively or inducibly coexpressed in protoplasts with amiRNA candidates targeting single or multiple genes. This design allowed parallel quantification of target proteins and mRNAs to define amiRNA efficacy and mechanism of action, circumventing unpredictable amiRNA expression/processing and antibody unavailability. Systematic evaluation of 63 amiRNAs in 79 ETPamir screens for 16 target genes revealed a simple, effective solution for selecting optimal amiRNAs from hundreds of computational predictions, reaching ∼100% gene silencing in plant cells and null phenotypes in transgenic plants. Optimal amiRNAs predominantly mediated highly specific translational repression at 5′ coding regions with limited mRNA decay or cleavage. Our screens were easily applied to diverse plant species, including Arabidopsis thaliana, tobacco (Nicotiana benthamiana), tomato (Solanum lycopersicum), sunflower (Helianthus annuus), Catharanthus roseus, maize (Zea mays) and rice (Oryza sativa), and effectively validated predicted natural miRNA targets. These screens could improve plant research and crop engineering by making amiRNA a more predictable and manageable genetic and functional genomic technology.  相似文献

Silicon (Si) is a beneficial element for plant growth. In barley (Hordeum vulgare), Si uptake by the roots is mainly mediated by a Si channel, Low Silicon1 (HvLsi1), and an efflux transporter, HvLsi2. However, transporters involved in the distribution of Si in the shoots have not been identified. Here, we report the functional characterization of a homolog of HvLsi1, HvLsi6. HvLsi6 showed permeability for Si and localized to the plasma membrane. At the vegetative growth stage, HvLsi6 was expressed in both the roots and shoots. The expression level was unaffected by Si supply. In the roots, HvLsi6 was localized in epidermis and cortex cells of the tips, while in the leaf blades and sheaths, HvLsi6 was only localized at parenchyma cells of vascular bundles. At the reproductive growth stage, high expression of HvLsi6 was also found in the nodes. HvLsi6 in node I was polarly located at the transfer cells surrounding the enlarged vascular bundles toward the numerous xylem vessels. These results suggest that HvLsi6 is involved in Si uptake in the root tips, xylem unloading of Si in leaf blade and sheath, and intervascular transfer of Si in the nodes. Furthermore, HvLsi2 was found to be localized at the parenchyma cell layer adjacent to the transfer cells with opposite polarity of HvLsi6, suggesting that the coupling of HvLsi6 and HvLsi2 is involved in the intervascular transfer of Si at the nodes. Si translocated via the enlarged vascular bundles is unloaded to the transfer cells by HvLsi6, followed by HvLsi2 to reload Si to the diffuse vascular bundles, which are connected to the upper part of the plant, especially the panicles, the ultimate Si sink.Silicon (Si) is a beneficial element for plant growth. It enhances the resistance of plants to various biotic and abiotic stresses (Epstein, 1999; Ma and Takahashi, 2002; Ma and Yamaji, 2006). For example, Si reduces the epidemics of both leaf and panicle blast in rice (Oryza sativa; Datnoff and Rodrigues, 2005) and decreases the incidence of powdery mildew in cucumber (Cucumis sativus), barley (Hordeum vulgare), and wheat (Triticum aestivum; Fauteux et al., 2005). Si also suppresses insect pests such as stem borer (Chilo suppressalis), brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens), and rice green leafhopper (Nephotettix cincticeps; Savant et al., 1997). Resistance to the damage by wild rabbit in wheat is also enhanced by an increased amount of Si in leaf tissue (Cotterill et al., 2007). Si is also able to alleviate lodging, drought, and low- and high-temperature stresses (Ma, 2004). The beneficial effects of Si under phosphate deficiency, phosphate excess, and manganese and salt toxicity stresses have been observed in many plants (Ma and Takahashi, 2002). Usually, the more Si that accumulates in the shoots, the greater its effect in enhancing the plant’s response. This is because most effects of Si are expressed through the formation of silica gel, which is deposited on leaves, stems, and other organs of plants (Ma and Yamaji, 2006). Therefore, for the plant to benefit from Si, a high accumulation is required. However, Si accumulation greatly varies with plant species, and this difference has been attributed to the ability of plants to take up Si.Transporters responsible for Si uptake by roots have been identified in several plant species, including barley, maize (Zea mays), pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata), rice, wheat (Ma et al., 2011), and most recently in horsetail (Equisetum arvense; EaNIP3s [for Nod26-like major intrinsic protein3]; Grégoire et al., 2012). Two different types of transporter, Si-permeable channel and efflux transporter, are involved in the Si-uptake process. Low Silicon1 (Lsi1) belongs to a NIP subfamily of aquaporin-like proteins and functions as a Si-permeable channel. Lsi1 in rice is localized in the distal side of root exodermis and endodermis (Ma et al., 2006), but Lsi1 in barley, maize, and pumpkin is localized in the epidermis and cortex (Chiba et al., 2009; Mitani et al., 2009b, 2011). On the other hand, Lsi2 functions as an efflux Si transporter and belongs to a putative anion transporter family without any similarity to Lsi1. Lsi2 in rice is also localized at the root exodermis and endodermis as Lsi1, but it is polarly localized at the proximal side (Ma et al., 2007). By contrast, Lsi2 in barley and maize is localized only to the endodermis of roots. Furthermore, these transporters do not show polar localization in barley and maize (Mitani et al., 2009a). Therefore, Si uptake mediated by Lsi1 and Lsi2 shows different pathways between rice and other plant species (Ma et al., 2011).Following uptake by the roots through Lsi1 and Lsi2, Si is translocated to the aboveground part and distributed in different tissues. Lsi6, a homolog of Lsi1, is involved in xylem unloading of Si in rice (Yamaji et al., 2008). Lsi6 is localized on the adaxial side of the xylem parenchyma cells in the leaf sheaths and leaf blades. Knockout of Lsi6 resulted in altered distribution of Si in the leaf cells. Furthermore, at the reproductive growth stage of rice, Lsi6 is also highly expressed at the nodes (Yamaji and Ma, 2009). At node I below the panicle, Lsi6 is mainly localized at the xylem transfer cells with polarity facing toward the xylem vessel (Yamaji and Ma, 2009). Knockout of Lsi6 decreased Si accumulation in the panicle but increased Si accumulation in the flag leaf. These findings indicate that Lsi6 is also required for the intervascular transfer of Si in rice, transferring Si from the enlarged vascular bundles coming from the roots to the diffuse vascular bundles connected to the panicle.Barley is a Si-accumulating species, although the accumulation extent is lower than that of rice. Transporters responsible for Si uptake in barley roots have been identified (Chiba et al., 2009; Mitani et al., 2009a); however, transporters for Si distribution in aboveground plant tissues are unknown. In this study, we functionally characterized a rice Lsi6 homolog gene in barley, HvLsi6, in terms of transport activity and expression pattern, as well as cellular and subcellular localizations. We found that HvLsi6 is probably involved in Si uptake in the root tip, xylem unloading in the leaf, and intervascular transfer of Si at the nodes in barley. We further found that HvLsi2 was also expressed in the nodes and involved in the intervascular transfer by coupling with HvLsi6.  相似文献
