缙云山生境片断化对常绿阔叶林生物多样性的影响   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3

采用Simpson、Shannon-Wiener和Hill多样性指数以及逐步多元回归分析方法,在缙云山进行了植物群落调查、小气候观测和土壤肥力的测定以及各变量之间关系的分析。结果表明:片断常绿阔叶林物种多样性指数比连续常绿阔叶林低,不同生活型的表现不同;各片断阔叶林斑块边缘均存在明显的小气候边缘效应。随着斑块面积的减小,各斑块的ΔTa、林缘及林内ΔTs、林缘和林内ΔRH、林缘和林内Vmax、林缘和林内ΔPAR(正午)均呈增大的趋势。各斑块的小气候边缘效应,以最大斑块波及林内的深度最浅(约至林内15m)、最小斑块波及林内的深度最深(约至林内25m);常绿阔叶林物种多样性受林内外有效光合辐射(正午)差、气温日较差、土壤含水量、土壤有机质含量和土壤有效钾等因素的影响。  相似文献

为探究外来入侵植物豚草(Ambrosia artemisiifolia)对本地植物群落结构的影响,结合区内林下草本植物调查和室内分析方法,分析了豚草不同入侵压力下(无入侵、轻度入侵、中度入侵、重度入侵)本地草本植物丰富度、盖度等特征,探讨了地形、气候、土壤、光照、人口密度等外部因素与豚草种群特征、本地植物群落结构之间的关系。结果表明:豚草种群盖度与其高度、密度、生物量显著正相关。与对照相比,轻度入侵下本土草本植物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数显著增加,丰富度、盖度未出现显著差异。随着豚草入侵程度加剧,本地草本植物物种丰富度、盖度极显著降低,样方Shannon-Wiener多样性指数先升高再降低,本土草本植物Pielou均匀度指数差异不显著。冗余分析(RDA)表明,土壤全氮、与道路距离、土壤全磷、郁闭度对研究区植物群落结构影响最大,土壤全氮含量随豚草盖度和生物量增加而减少,距道路越近或光照越强,豚草盖度和生物量越高。增强伊犁河谷地区交通往来货物豚草检验检疫力度、增加林内植被郁闭度或是抑制区内豚草入侵的有效手段。  相似文献

通过对山西霍山暖温带森林植被片断化后不同地带不同群落边缘的边缘植被的调查,运用Shannon-Wiener物种多样性指数(D),Simpson生态优势度指数(C),边缘效应强度指数(Z)和各层次各物种的重要值(IV),对霍山暖温带落叶阔叶林的边缘效应进行了初步的研究。研究表明:(1)在群落的各种边缘区,边缘具有增大物种多样性的作用.(2)距林道边缘10m左右,物种多样性指数呈一峰值,10m以后指数逐渐降低并趋于平缓,在距自然空地5~10m处是物种多样性指数最高的地段,随后,随进入林内而逐渐减少并趋于平缓,在人工林的交错区内是物种多样性指数的高峰段,随后进入林内逐渐减少。距灌木丛交错区10m以后物种多样性指数出现高峰,随后逐渐减少并趋于平缓.(3)连翘、羊胡子草等植物是群落的优势种,且大多呈连续分布。  相似文献

森林群落林下草本植物物种多样性丰富,然而大多数森林物种多样性研究集中在乔木层,对林下草本植物物种多样性及其影响因子的研究较少。本研究基于北京东灵山20 ha森林动态监测样地450个1 m×1 m的草本样方调查数据,选择物种丰富度指数(R)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Simpson优势度指数(D)和Pielou均匀度指数(E)作为草本植物物种多样性数据指标,分析了林下草本植物物种多样性与地形和林分结构的相关关系;并采用Pearson相关性分析、回归分析、冗余分析(RDA)及层次分割的方法,探讨了地形因子和林分因子对草本植物物种多样性的影响。结果表明:(1)林下草本植物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与坡向呈显著负相关(P <0.05),随坡向增大(由阳坡转向阴坡)而呈下降趋势; 4个多样性指数与海拔、坡度和凹凸度均无显著相关性。(2)物种丰富度指数和Shannon-Wiener多样性指数随林分密度和林地物种丰富度的增大呈下降的趋势,但随平均胸径的增大呈上升的趋势;各物种多样性指数均与胸径变异系数无显著相关性。(3)层次分割结果表明,环境因子对林下草本植...  相似文献

伊朗稀疏橡木林片段对草本植物物种多样性和土壤特性的边缘影响 温带和热带森林中的森林边缘现象已经得到了很好的研究,但在稀疏的橡木林片段中的相关研究却较为缺乏。本文研究了稀疏橡木林片段对植物物种多样性和土壤特性的边缘影响。本研究沿着伊朗克尔曼沙赫省3个小型(<10 ha)和3个大型(>10 ha)橡木林片段的3个横断面收集了从边缘到内部的相 关数据,测量了0(森林边缘)、25、50、100和150 m处的草本植物(高度<0.5 m)和土壤特性。使用香农指数量化了物种多样性,使用稀疏标准化方法比较了两个大小不同片段中的物种丰富度,并应用了非度量多维测度排序研究了物种组成的变化。通过随机化测试估算了边缘影响的距离,并利用Tukey HSD事后检验法的广义线性混合模型评估了距边缘距离和片段大小对多样性和土壤特性的影响。研究结果表明,大小片段边缘具有较高的物种丰富度、多样性和均匀度,而大片段边缘的土壤氮和有机碳含量则较内部更低(边缘50 m范围内的变化最大)。大小片段的物种组成、土壤有机碳和氮总量都存在显 著差异。本研究关于这些稀疏森林对草本植物和土壤特性产生显著边缘影响的发现,对于边缘研究,尤其是边缘和草本植物的相关研究具有重大贡献。  相似文献

研究了鼎湖山自然保护区内森林群落由于道路而引发的边缘效应,探讨林内公路对森林的影响.以鼎湖山一条6 m宽的盘山公路两旁的群落为研究对象,离道路两侧0、10、20和30 m等不同距离处设置30 m×5 m样带,进行植被调查,并对样带内的土壤进行理化性质分析.结果表明,紧邻道路两边样带的乔木总生物量略高于群落内部,表现出边缘的正效应.道路坡下边缘土壤的pH值较高,全氮含量最低,边缘效应为负效应.而植被多样性组成和土壤含水量方面,没有表现出明显的边缘效应.总的来说,道路的修建对森林群落的完整性造成一定的影响,位于道路旁边的群落边缘效应有多方面不同的表现形式.在保护区中要进行道路合理规划,综合考虑土壤、植被等因素,尽量减小道路对森林群落造成的负面影响.  相似文献

商洛山区人工油松群落物种多样性与环境因子关系研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在陕西省商洛山区人工油松群落分布集中的地段设置16个样地,对其分布的乔木、灌木和草本植物进行了调查,并对样地附近土壤理化指标进行了测定;采用α多样性指数对研究区域的物种多样性进行测度,并分析了12个环境因子与3个物种多样性指数的关系。结果表明:(1)研究区群落样地共记录植物48科84属95种,油松林下灌草组成丰富,分布较广的物种有木兰科、菊科、蔷薇科、百合科和莎草科,群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数计算结果与Margalef丰富度指数、Pielou均匀度指数的变化趋势基本一致。(2)群落Margalef丰富度指数与年龄的二项式回归达显著水平(P=0.023 7)、与20~40cm土壤速效N含量的二项式回归达极显著水平(P=0.003 3);Pielou均匀度指数与0~20cm土壤pH值二项式回归达显著水平(P=0.014 4);Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与标准化坡向的直线回归达显著水平(P=0.049 6)、与40~60cm土壤pH值的二项式回归达显著水平(P=0.029 0)。研究表明,该群落物种多样性主要受年龄、土壤速效N、坡向、以及土壤pH值影响。  相似文献

大兴安岭林区道路对植物多样性的影响域   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
道路在多种尺度上影响多种景观过程,确定道路对植被的影响距离和估算其影响面积是整合道路影响和生态过程的核心问题.本文在黑龙江省大兴安岭呼中林区选择不同等级道路(呼林主路、运材主线和运材支线)设置10条长50 m垂直于道路的样带,每条样带设置25个2 m×2 m的样方,依据样方植被调查数据计算每个样方的重要值,并利用该值进行移动窗口分析,确定道路对植物多样性的影响距离.结果表明:该区道路对植物多样性的影响距离为20~34 m,且呼林主路、运材主线和运材支线之间无显著区别.道路影响距离内灌木层和草本层的植物多样性大于森林内部生境,Shannon-Weiner指数分别增加21%和60%,灌木层对道路影响的反应比草本层更加稳定,而乔木层没有显著变化.草本植物柳兰(Chamaenerion angustifolium)是路域植被的特征物种.以该影响距离为基础估算,2000年呼中林业局和黑龙江大兴安岭林区道路占地面积均约为0.10%,对植被的影响面积分别为1.70%和1.53%.  相似文献

2016年8月和2017年8月, 在天目山国家级自然保护区采用样线法和样方法调查了旅游公路的运营对节肢动物群落的影响及道路致死状况。结果表明, 公路两侧昆虫的遇见率(14.55±4.45 只•km–1)显著的高于林中(8.27±2.22 只•km–1; P=0.018), 公路两侧0—5 m区域内节肢动物的捕获数(33.45±3.23 只•m–2)也显著的高于20—30 m区域(23.92±4.72只•m–2; P=0.027); 并且距离公路0—5 m区域内的节肢动物群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(2.21)也高于20—30 m区域(1.90), 说明公路运营对节肢动物群落产生正的边缘效应。动物的平均道路致死率为9.01±3.17只•km–1, 其中昆虫的道路致死数量最高, 占总数的69.44%。说明道路边缘可能由于车辆的行驶而变成生态陷阱。另外还记录到大量的脊椎动物被车辆撞死, 造成动物非自然死亡, 进而对当地的野生动物群落产生明显的负面效应。  相似文献

A majority of ecological studies of roads have usually focused on their deleterious effect, and these preconceptions have hampered a full evaluation of ecological functions of roads. We examined the effect of road disturbance on plant communities by investigating roadside vegetation in the protogenic road ecosystem of the Yellow River Delta (YRD), China. Specifically, we examined the effect of distance from the road verge and road age on the pattern of plant species richness, diversity, and composition at 17 sites. The results revealed that roads retained higher species richness adjacent to the road verge than far away from the road verge (>200 m). Additionally, species richness and diversity of roadside plants significantly decreased as the distance from the road verge increased. Plant species richness and diversity increased with road age in majority of prescribed distances, while species richness at the road verge significantly increased with road age and peaked at a road age of 20 years, after which species richness plateaued. A correspondence analysis illuminated that the roadside vegetation primarily consists of non-halophytic native species. The percentage of halophytes increased with the distance from the road verge and decreased with road age. Additionally, different performances of alien and native species in response to road disturbance were observed. Furthermore, it is worth noting that roadside environments provide survival habitats for some threatened species, such as wild soybean. In the present study, both positive and negative effects of roads on the plant community were observed from road construction to the long-term operational phases.  相似文献

Abstract

Potentially toxic elements and particulate matter (PM) in the ecosystem are regarded as extremely hazardous because of their persistence, toxicity and bioaccumulative characteristics. Therefore, present study was conducted to estimate the ecological and human health risks of potentially toxic elements (Cu, Mn, Pb, Cd and Ni) and particle pollution (TSP, PM10 and PM2.5) at 2 and 60 m roadside distance from 15 different sites at dust polluted megacity of Pakistan. The AQI assessments suggested that the majority of sites were found unhealthy for sensitive at 2 and 60 m roadside distance, which reveals that that quality of road pavement and streets are far below than the required standards resulting huge quantity of dust particles suspended in air by natural and anthropogenic activities. The maximum geo-accumulation index (I geo) values (1.47 and 0.52) and pollution index (PI) values (4.18 and 2.15) were observed for Ni at 2 and 60 m distance away from the muddy edge of the roads. Similarly, maximum contamination factor (CF) values (24.5 and 94.5) and ecological risk index (ERI) values (4.11 and 3.15) were found for Cd at 2 and 60 m. The I geo and PI indicated that the road dust at a distance of 2 m was relatively more contaminated as compared to 60 m roadside distance. Highest cancer risk (CR) values (2.33 adult and 10.9 for children) were observed for Pb at 2 m, while highest CR values (1.21 for adult and 5.67 for children) at 60 m distance. No probable health risk was observed as the total hazard index (HIexp) of all potentially toxic elements was <1. However, children were appeared to be more susceptible to potentially toxic elements. Based on the results, we believe that the exponential increase in traffic load and industries have aggravated the pollution level and it is expected to be increased in the future.  相似文献

道路网络的存在和扩展影响着周边景观的生态格局和过程,进而影响区域生态安全,定量表达道路影响域生态系统变化对生态系统管理具有重要意义.选取景洪市为研究区,利用缓冲区分析、对比分析和情景分析,研究道路与生态系统格局变化的关系,进而揭示不同道路类型对区域生态安全的影响.结果表明:近20a研究区林地、灌丛有所减少,旱地和建设用地增加显著,而道路为显著的驱动因子.景观的多样性,均匀度,斑块密度和人工干扰指数也随着道路缓冲距离增加而降低.道路影响域内林地受道路影响最大,其次为草地,旱地或灌丛,而旱地的斑块数目受低等级道路影响最多,其他等级林地数目最多.情景分析表明,随着道路网络的扩展,生态系统分维数、斑块数目增加,平均斑块面积减少,显示破碎化程度加剧,而低等级道路对区域景观格局的变化贡献率最大.  相似文献

Forest-dwelling carabid beetles that have no flight ability were studied using mark-recapture methods in late-June to mid-October 2007. This study was done to determine the effects of narrow roads in Nopporo Forest Park, Hokkaido on carabid beetle movement and habitat use. The investigation was conducted at four sites: one site was an abandoned grassy road with a width of 3.5 m, two sites were gravel roads with widths of 3.5 and 4.5 m, and another site was an asphalt-paved road with a width of 4.5 m. A total of 3,580 individuals from six species of carabid beetles were collected using dry pit-fall traps, and recapture rates ranged from 6.1 to 36.2%. All examined roads acted as barriers against the movement of Leptocarabus arboreus ishikarinus. All roads, except the abandoned grassy road, acted as a barrier against Carabus granulatus yezoensis movement. Forest–roadside verge comparisons demonstrated that some carabid beetles avoid even narrow roadside verges. Harmful effects increase with increasing road width and both paved roads and narrow roads negatively affect the movement of carabid beetles inhabiting the bordering forest. Therefore, forest specialist beetles are influenced by a barrier effect that starts at the forest road verge, and this barrier effect may be exacerbated by vehicular traffic. Therefore, these barrier effects on carabid beetles should be considered when planning and implementing road construction and maintenance in forests.  相似文献

Abstract. In fragmented woodlands in agricultural regions of Australia, roadside environments (road verges) provide important refuges for threatened native fauna and isolated populations of plant species. However, as roads are transport corridors for humans and their vehicles, species survival is affected through destruction, fragmentation and modification of remaining habitat by human activity. Few studies have recognised the effects of anthropogenic disturbances, in the form of historical roadworks activities, on adjacent roadside plant populations. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of soil disturbance from roadworks on the spatial patterns and structural dynamics of roadside Acacia populations in an agricultural area in southeastern Australia. Stem size and disturbance data were collected from 135 roadside populations of three species of Acacia shrubs in the Lockhart Shire area. Spatial pattern analysis using the Network K‐function and Discriminant Function analyses showed that road verge width, road category, disturbance intensity and distance to nearest town were highly significant variables in relation to disturbance from roadworks and shrub structural dynamics. Colonising populations were more abundant along gravel roads where soil disturbance intensity was high, whereas stable populations were more abundant where soil disturbance intensity was low. Senescent populations were more abundant in narrow, little used road verge corridors 4–6 km from nearby towns. These results suggest that anthropogenic disturbance regimes may be critical to shrub recruitment and persistence in roadside environments, which has important consequences for conservation of threatened native flora and fauna in agricultural landscapes.  相似文献

道路对野生动物适宜繁殖地影响的定量研究是目前道路生态学领域有待深入的内容之一.本文以国家一级保护动物朱鹮为研究对象,利用物种分布模型(SDM)中MaxEnt模型,通过对影响朱鹮繁殖地的环境变量进行自相关分析,剔除自相关系数大于0.8的环境变量,最终选择了10个环境变量为朱鹮繁殖地的影响因子,分别为最冷季度平均气温、景观类型、归一化植被指数、坡度、坡向、距水体距离、距水田距离、距高等级公路(县级及以上道路)距离、距低等级公路(乡镇和林间道路)距离、距居住地距离.通过对环境变量的贡献率进行分析表明: 最冷季度平均气温、景观类型以及距水田距离、距高等级公路距离是影响朱鹮筑巢的主要因子.分别研究了含道路变量(情景Ⅰ)、不含高等级公路(情景Ⅱ)以及不含低等级公路(情景Ⅲ)3种情景下朱鹮繁殖地适宜区分布.结果表明:道路对朱鹮繁殖地干扰影响显著,高等级公路的影响比低等级公路大,高等级公路和低等级公路的存在分别使朱鹮繁殖地适宜区的面积减小了66.23和35.69 km2.朱鹮筑巢对高等级公路有明显的回避效应,平均回避距离为1500 m.本研究对未来制定朱鹮的保护管理措施具有重要意义,同时可为工程建设项目对野生动物的环境影响定量评价提供应用示范.  相似文献

We documented the relationship between densities of invasive exotic shrubs, distance to road, and successional age of the forest in 14 forested sites throughout central and southern Indiana. Roadways are increasingly abundant, human-made features that can be conduits for the spread of invasive exotic plants in a number of ecosystems. Little is known, however, about the role of roads in eastern deciduous forest ecosystems where road density is high. Further, it is not known whether the distribution of exotic plants along roads depends on the successional age of the forest. In this study, densities of four of seven exotic shrub species declined with increasing distance to the nearest road across all successional ages. Greater densities of exotic shrubs were found in young and mid-successional forests than mature forests. However, there was no interaction between distance to road and forest age, suggesting that the role of roads in the invasion process does not change across forest successional ages. We outline several potential mechanisms that may drive patterns of shrub distribution along roadside edges as a guide for future research.  相似文献

Aim

Invasive species occurrence is often related to the anthropogenic context of a given area. Quantifying the effects of roads is of particular interest as roads are a major vector for invasion. Our objective was to further quantify the effects of roads on forest plant invasion through a macroscale, high‐resolution investigation to assist effective invasion control and mitigation.

Location

Eastern United States.

Methods

Using invasive plant data from 23,039 forest inventory plots in 13 ecological provinces, we employed logistic regression to relate the odds of invasion to distance from a road, with adjustments for broadscale differences attributable to ecological provinces, and local scale differences in productivity, forest fragmentation and land use.

Results

The overall proportion (P) of invaded plots was 0.58 (0.65 for plots within 50 m of a road), and the highest odds (P/1 ? P) of invasion were found in relatively more productive, fragmented forest in landscapes with more than 10% agriculture or developed land cover. Wald chi‐square statistics indicated the best predictor of the odds of invasion was ecological province, followed by land use, productivity, forest fragmentation and distance from a road. Depending on the province, the adjusted odds of invasion decreased by up to 23% (typically 4%–10%) per 100 m distance from a road. The adjusted probability of invasion approached zero in only three provinces, for the least productive, least fragmented forest that was at least 2,000 m from a road in landscapes with less than 10% agricultural or developed land cover.

Main conclusions

In the eastern United States, the existence of a nearby road is less important than the landscape context associated with the road. A purely road‐mediated effect has little practical meaning because anthropogenic activities and roads are pervasive and confounded.
