中国伞形科5个引种栽培的模式种果实比较解剖学研究   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
对中国伞形科中长期引种栽培的旱芹(Apium graveolens L.)、茴香(Foeniculum vulgare Miller)、欧当归(Levisticum of ficinale Koch)、欧防风(Pastinaca sativa L.)和莳萝(Anethum graveolens L.)5个模式种的果实进行了比较解剖学研究,详细描述了各种类分生果的解剖结构及主要特征,并从分生果横切面的轮廓形状、果棱、维管束、油管和合生面等解剖学性状系统分析了各种类的异同,提出果体腹面及合生面的长度及其比值、果棱间距离及其比值、果体侧面与腹面间的角度、侧棱与腹面间的角度、果体长宽比等新的数量化的伞形科解剖性状特征,并按果体压扁程度将5个种类分成几不压扁(旱芹)、轻度压扁(茴香)、中度压扁(莳萝和欧当归)和高度压扁(欧防风)4大类,同时探讨了果实解剖特征与它们的演化程度的关系。  相似文献

 采用每日定时向密封人工气候室补充CO2的方法,研究了3种CO2浓度(平均浓度分 别为287.11、532.88和780.46 μmol·mol-1)对茴香 (Foeniculum vulgare)生长、精油含量和组分的影响。结果表明:随着CO2浓度的升高,茴香的株高、花序数、花序鲜重、花序干重、全株干重 和植株的干物率均有所上升;植株可溶性糖和全碳含量不断升高,而全氮和蛋白氮含量不断减少;叶色素含量呈下降趋势,叶绿素a/b比的差异 不显著;植株精油含量(分别为1.26、1.45和1.57 ml·(100 g) -1 DW)和单株精油产量(分别为0.019、 0.023和0.033 ml)均随之升高。从茴 香植株的精油中鉴定出22种成分,用不同浓度的CO2处理,精油的成分种类没有差异,成分相对含量却有差别,差异达到极显著水平的有:醎蒎 烯、鈅蒎烯、月桂烯、对聚伞花素、反式葑醇乙酸酯和顺式茴香脑;含量差异达到显著水平的有:香桧烯、水芹烯、罗勒烯、鉥萜品烯、3,4- 二甲基-2,4,6_三烯、爱草脑、葑醇乙酸酯、古巴烯、 金合欢烯和吉玛烯。茴香精油的主要成分反式茴香脑的含量(分别为55.94%、57.20%和 59.5 5%)随着CO2浓度的升高而升高,而柠檬烯含量(29.60%、30.24%和26.12%)表现出相反的趋势,二者在不同的CO2浓度处理之间差异均不 显著。  相似文献

从形态学、胚胎学、孢粉学和解剖学4方面探讨了核果茶属(PyrenariaBl.)、石笔木属(TulcheriaDunn)和拟核果茶属(ParapyrenariaH.T.Chang)的分类学问题,3属在形态上的主要差异具有连续性而难以断开,大小孢子和雌雄配子体的发生过程高度相似,均具有皱波状至皱网状的花粉外壁纹饰和大头茶型(Gordoniaeeous-Type)气孔器,几方面的资料提示,核果茶属、石笔术属和拟核果茶属是一个不可分割的自然类群,从而以新的证据支持或主张将上述3属合并成1属。  相似文献

本文根据核型资料提出杉科可能存在A、L两条演化路线,前者包括由原始到进化的柳杉属、水 松属、落羽杉属、台湾杉属,以平均臂比快速增加、染色体长度比缓慢增加为特征;后者包括依序进化的水杉属、巨杉属、红杉属、杉木属(可能还有密叶杉属),以平均臂比缓慢增加、染色体长度比迅速增加为特点。该结论也得到形态学、解剖学、胚胎学等资料的支持。  相似文献

光照强度对茴香植株生长以及精油的含量和成分的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
测定100%、60%和30%自然光下,茴香生长及其精油含量和组分的结果表明,随着光照强度的提高,茴香株高、最大叶长、最大叶宽、最大叶面积和最大叶鲜重均呈下降趋势;比叶重、真叶数、茴香单株的鲜重和干重、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、干物率均呈升高趋势。茴香植株的可溶性糖和全碳含量也均呈升高趋势,全氮含量以60%自然光下的为最高,不同光照强度下的蛋白氮含量差异不显著。茴香的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量随光照强度的升高均呈下降趋势,而叶绿素a/b比呈升高趋势。茴香精油含量和单株精油产量均随之升高;精油共鉴定出23种成分,不同光照强度下精油成分种类没有差别,但部分种类的相对含量则有一定的差异。随着光照强度的提高,茴香精油的主要成分反式-茴香脑和柠檬烯的含量变化不大,在不同光照强度下二者的差异不显著。  相似文献

Mouse embryos at the 10–12-somite stage of development were excised from the uterus either with or without the encapsulating visceral yolk sac and were incubated in vitro in 3 × 10?7M thymidine (methyl-T, 5 μCi/ml) for 30 min or in 4 × 10?3M hydroxyurea for 45 min with [3H]thymidine present for the last 30 min. Radioautograms of nuclei of neural epithelium enabled an estimate of the effectiveness of the barrier imposed by the visceral yolk sac membrane to the passage of thymidine and hydroxyurea.Labeling of nuclei in the neural epithelium showed that the visceral yolk sac caused a 44% decrease in frequency and a 51% decrease in intensity of label. Hydroxyurea inhibited labeling by 15% in frequency and 37% in intensity irrespective of the presence or absence of visceral yolk sac. These results show that hydroxyurea and the presence of visceral yolk sac independently interfered with labeling of the neural epithelium by thymidine and that visceral yolk sac caused a proportionally greater retardation of label than did hydroxyurea.Nuclei of the endodermal epithelium of the intervening yolk sac, following exposure to hydroxyurea, showed a labeling decrease of 44% in frequency and 77% in intensity. The inhibitory effect of hydroxyurea on yolk sac labeling, however, did not alter yolk sac permeability to hydroxyurea. The results indicate that the visceral yolk sac, by offering no detectable barrier to hydroxyurea, permits prompt teratogenic action of hydroxyurea directly upon the embryo and suggest that the visceral yolk sac is a likely candidate to account for reports that the 8.5-day mouse embryo in situ fails to label with radioisotopic thymidine.  相似文献

The development of agonistic behaviour in the blue gourami, Trichogaster trichopterus, was studied from hatching to four months of age. Larval motor patterns appear first as simple, uncoordinated, and irregular movements and gradually become regular and well coordinated, forming integrated complex patterns, such as swimming, surfacing, and feeding. Most motor patterns used in agonistic interactions are first exhibited in non-social contexts. Initial interactions between young fish consist of Approach and investigation in a feeding context, in some cases followed by nibbling, Biting, and Chasing by one fish. Later, initial Approaches are separated from Biting and Chasing by Lateral Displays, circling, Tail Beating, and Fin Tugging, and by Appeasement behaviour that inhibits Chasing and Biting by the opponent.Agonistic behaviour of socially isolated fish, when paired in dyadic encounters as adults, indicates that the role of social experience as an integrator and regulator of social behaviour may change progressively during development and become more important as ontogeny proceeds.  相似文献

The discovery of an earlier epithet for the eglandular-haired subspecies of the Eurasian tetraploid Solarium villosum Miller has necessitated a name change and a new combination. The taxon previously called S. villosum Miller subsp. puniceum (Kirschl.) Edmonds now becomes S. villosum subsp. miniatum (Bernh. ex Willd.) Edmonds. 开普芦荟和木立芦荟的染色体核型分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对盆栽开普卢荟(Aloe ferox Miller)和木立卢荟(Aloe arborescens Miller)植物根尖细胞的染色体进行了观察分析。结果表明开普芦荟和木立芦荟的染色体数与已见报导的百合科(Liliaceae)中国芦荟(Alov vera var.chinensis)植物染色体数相同, 2n=14。染色体类型按Levan 方法分类, 没有近端部染色体和随体。开普芦荟和木立芦荟的染色体核型分析结果均为K(2n)=2x=4sm+10st。根据Stebbins 的核型分类标准, 开普芦荟的核型为"4C"型, 而木立芦荟的核型为"3C"型。两种芦荟染色体相对长度组成均为2n=14=6L+2M2+6S。根据核型研究, 可以确定百合科开普芦荟和木立芦荟的染色体基数为X=7。  相似文献

We present applications of infrared thermograph to the direct observation of water transport in stems of woody species. Presently, the method gives only qualitative information on the path of sap movement along the stem, and therefore, does not replace any of the common quantitative methods of sap flow measurement. Nevertheless, the thermal imaging technique provides a novel approach to the study of the ascent of sap and could have a role in supporting more quantitative methods. Thermography permits visualization of the thermal variations of a fairly large area of the stem in real time, and hence, is well suited for spatial analysis of sap movement. Three experiments were carried out during the summers of 1991 and 1992, with the following objectives: to define the sap flow distribution in the active annual rings; to identify grain anomalies in the sap wood; and to study the consequences of induced embolism on the path of sap flow. Altogether, we tested more than 10 woody species (broad-leaves and conifers) either in natural conditions or in the nursery. We found considerable differences in the spatial distribution of sap flow not only between species and individuals but also within a single tree. Grain anomalies or embolized zones in the xylem, which are easily demonstrated, often further modify the path of sap flow. The irregularity of sapwood dimensions and of sap flow among tree rings requires careful evaluation of the positioning of the probes when using methods for quantitative measurements.  相似文献

The potential role of gangliosides as modulators of the triggering of neonatal primary B lymphocytes at the single precursor cell level was evaluated. Tolerance was induced in splenic fragment cultures containing an excess of carrier-primed T cells. Gangliosides at low concentrations (20 ng/culture) abrogated the tolerogenic effect of haptens presented on carriers not recognized by environmental T cells. The permanent arrest of immature B-cell responsiveness resulting from tolerogen treatment was eliminated by the presence of gangliosides during tolerogen treatment. The active moiety in the glycolipid preparation which protected B cells during tolerogen treatment was separated by ion-exchange chromatography and demonstrated to be in the disialoganglioside fraction.  相似文献

Physico-chemical modifications promoted by heat treatment and dehydration at different temperatures (30–80 °C) on acemannan, a bioactive polysacharide from aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Miller) parenchyma, were evaluated. Modification of acemannan, a storage polysaccharide, was particularly significant when dehydration was performed above 60 °C. Heating promoted marked changes in the average molecular weight (MW) of the bioactive polysaccharide, increasing from 45 kDa, in fresh aloe, to 75 and 81 kDa, for samples dehydrated at 70 and 80 °C, respectively. This could be attributed to structural modifications, such as deacetylation and losses of galactose-rich side-chains from the mannose backbone. These structural modifications were reflected by the significant changes occurring in the related functional properties, such as swelling, water retention capacity, and fat adsorption capacity, which exhibited a significant decrease as the temperature of dehydration increased. Further, dehydration also promoted significant modification of the main type of cell wall polysaccharides present within the aloe parenchyma tissues. Pectic polysaccharides from the cell wall matrix were affected by heating, probably due to either β-elimination processes or enzyme-catalysed degradation. The influence that these physico-chemical modifications might have on the bioactivity and properties of processed products from A. barbadensis Miller needs to be considered.  相似文献
